提出一款新颖的W波段八边形基片集成波导(SIW)背腔缝隙天线。相较传统的缝隙天线,具有体积小、易加工、Q值高、成本低等优点,且易于成阵。通过调节天线背腔缝隙的长度、宽度,以及SIW腔体的尺寸优化天线的辐射特性,通过电磁仿真软件HFSS对模型进行仿真优化,确定了天线的最优结构。仿真实验结果表明,所设计的天线相对带宽约4.5%,方向性优良,中心频率点谐振深度<-31 dB,天线最大增益达到5 dBi,满足设计要求,验证了设计的正确性。所设计的SIW背腔缝隙天线拓宽了数字通信的可用频谱,是一种新的尝试,可为以后的研究提供新的参考思路。 相似文献

以被动式毫米波成像为应用背景,介绍了辐射计的工作原理,成功研制了一种带宽35 GHz集成直接检波式辐射计原理样机,以满足成像系统对辐射计的需求。信号由两级低噪声放大器进行放大,再由检波器直接检波,最后进行视频放大,以提供足够高的信号供后端进行数据采集。放大器由两级低噪声放大器组成,放大增益40 dB。单独对检波器进行设计、测试,在75~100 GHz范围内,该检波器电压灵敏度大于1 000 mV/mW,在100~110 GHz范围内,电压灵敏度大于500 mV/mW。最后集成了一个整体辐射计模块,该辐射计在35 GHz带宽内积分时间为0.6 ms,温度灵敏度为0.45 K。 相似文献

针对超宽带雷达探测系统,提出了一款具有定向辐射性能的背腔式对数周期缝隙天线.该天线由一种具有超宽带匹配特性的渐变共面波导馈电.通过在缝隙天线背面设置谐振腔,使缝隙天线具有定向的辐射方向图.根据矩形谐振腔的特点,设计了一种新型结构的谐振腔,使得天线的驻波比(Voltage Standing Wave Ratio, VSWR)小于2.5.仿真与实测结果表明:天线在整个频带(0.9~5 GHz)内具有稳定的定向辐射方向图,新型谐振腔和吸波材料的使用使天线最低工作频率可到0.9 GHz,可使天线在整个频带内得到较高的天线增益.设计的天线适于应用在导航、探测以及超宽带(Ultra-wide Band,UWB)雷达等领域. 相似文献

设计了一种X波段背腔微带天线,采用探针和口径耦合相结合的馈电方式实现了小单元间距下单层微带贴片的宽带工作,并弱化了馈线寄生辐射对方向图的扰动。设计加工了8×8单元的天线小阵。实测结果表明,该天线在设计要求的2GHz带宽内驻波小于1.5,驻波小于2的相对带宽25%;方向图测试结果表明实现了方位向45°、俯仰向30°的扫描,增益22.8dB,天线效率大于80%,可满足二维宽带宽扫瓦片天线的实际应用需求。 相似文献

针对需要安装在金属平台上的天线应用,提出了一种具有定向辐射特性的新型多频段背腔式半模基片集成波导缝隙天线。利用半模基片集成波导谐振腔的多模式特性实现了该天线多频段工作,通过在谐振腔的金属顶面蚀刻弯折形状的缝隙实现对外辐射,并可以通过调整弯折缝隙尺寸参数来减小天线尺寸。仿真和测试结果表明,该天线能同时工作在5.7/10.7/11.9/12.5/13.1GHz,且在这5个频段的最低增益大于6.7 dBi。天线具有便于和平面电路集成、体积小、结构简单、成本低等优点,具有一定的工程应用价值。 相似文献

A new and upcoming application is the use of 60 GHz antennas for high date rate point-to-point connections to serve Gigabit(Gi-Fi)w ireless communications.The design of M illimeter w ave(M m W)antennas has to cope w ith the unadorned influences of manufacturing tolerances and losses at 60 GHz.In this paper,the concept of Substrate Integrated Waveguide(SIW)and Exponentially Tapered Slot(ETS)antenna w ere used together to design a high gain,efficient planar dielectric loaded antenna for M m W Gi-Fi w ireless communications at 60 GHz.The SIW is used to feed the antenna and a dielectric is utilized in front of the antenna to increase the gain.The dielectric loaded ETS antenna and compact SIW feed w ere fabricated on a single substrate,resulting in low cost and easy fabrication.The antenna w ith elliptical shaped dielectric loaded w as fabricated using printed circuit board process.The measured gain of the single element antenna is 10.2 dB,w hile the radiation efficiency of 96.84%is obtained at 60 GHz.The Y-junction SIW pow er divider is used to form a 1×4 array structure.M easured gain of the 1×4 array antenna is 13.3 dB,w hile the measured radiation pattern and gain are almost constant w ithin the w ide bandw idth of the antenna. 相似文献

The input admittance of the rectangular cavity-backed slot antenna is investigated. The slot is assumed narrow so that the voltage distribution in its aperture is sinusoidal. Equations which represent the input admittance of this slot, backed by a rectangular cavity in which a single propagating wave is assumed to exist, are given. Calculations based on these representations are compared to available measured data. As the depth of the cavity increased the resonant frequency decreased and the bandwidth became narrower. Input admittance curves as a function of electrical slot length are also presented for several size cavities. 相似文献
