3-(Trichlorogermyl)propanoic acid (la) reacts with phenylmagnesium bromide in malar ratio 1:4 to give 3-(triphenylgermyl)propanoic acid (2a).In the compounds la and 2a theβ-carboxylic functional group shows some unusual properties when they react with excess of phenylmagnesium bromide.The compound la reacts with phenylmagnesium bromide in molar ratio 1:5 to give phenyl 2-(triphenylgermyl)ethylketone (3a) and in molar ratio 1:6 to give l,l-diphenyl-3-(triphenylgermyl)propanol (4a).The compound 2a reacts with phenylmagnesium bromide in molar ratio 1:2 to give 3a and in molar ratio 1:3 to give 4a also.Dehydration of the compound 4a with dilute hydrochloric acid seems especially easy.Moreover,the compound la reacted with phenylmagnsium bromide in molar ratio 1:6,then the mixture was treated with dilute hydrochloric acid to give 1,1-diphenyl-3-(triphenylgermyl)-1-propene (5a) in one pot reaction.Alkyl Ge-C bond in the compound 5a can be cleaved selectively by lithium aluminium hydride ( LiAlH4) in good yiel  相似文献

A series of novel dinuclear platinum(Ⅱ) complexes with (1S, 3S)-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroisoquinolines as the ligands were synthesized as potential anticancer agents in several steps starting from commercially available L-DOPA. The cytotoxicities of the series of dinuclear platinum(Ⅱ) complexes of tetrahydroisoquinoline were tested against HCT-8, BEL-7402, A2780, MCF-7, Hela, A549 and BGC-823 cell lines by the MTT test. The X-ray crystal structures of (–)-syn-4-phenyl-3-bromo-2-butyl camphanate (I) and (+-anti-4-phenyl-3-bromo-2-butyl camphanate (II) have been determined. Thesyn diastereoisomer of bromohydrin has the (2S,3S) absolute configuration whereas theanti diastereoisomer has the (2S,3R) absolute configuration. The crystallized derivatives I and II have been obtained by the reaction of each stereoisomer of bromohydrin, synthesized by reduction with baker's yeast, with (1S)-camphanic chloride. Crystal data: (I) C20H25BrO4:M w: 409.32; orthorhombic,P212121;a=11.245(3),b=12.086(1),c=14.512(4) å; Z=4; finalR=0.053 for 1819 observed reflections. Complexes of iron(III) with dithiophosphoric acid and 3(2′-hydroxy phenyl)-5-(4-substituted phenyl) pyrazolines, [Fe(C6O14O2PS2)2(C15H12N2OX)], and [Fe(C6O14O2PS2)(C15H12N2OX)2], where (C6O14O2PS2H) = dithiophosphoric acid, (C15H13N2OX) = deprotonated 3(2′-hydroxy phenyl)-5-(4-substituted phenyl)pyrazolines (X?=?H, CH3, OCH3, Cl), have been synthesized. These complexes have been physicochemically characterized by elemental analysis (C, H, N, S, Cl, and Fe), magnetic moment data, thermogravimetric analysis, molar conductance, cyclic voltammetry, and spectral analysis (UV–visible, IR, and Fast atom bombardment mass spectrometry). Scanning electron microscopy, TEM, and PXRD have been carried out for powdered samples, which show nanometric particles of these derivatives. Antibacterial and antifungal potential of free pyrazoline and iron(III) complexes have been evaluated.  相似文献

(2R,3R)-(+)- and (2S,3S)-(−)-2,3-epoxy-2-methylbutanoic acids (epoxyangelic acids) were prepared from (Z)-2-methyl-2-butenoic acid using the Sharpless asymmetric epoxidation method in combination with the use of (−)- and (+)-menthol as chiral auxiliaries. Both substances, obtained in high enantiomeric excess, were characterized by spectroscopic and optical activity data. Their absolute configuration was determined by correlation with (R)-(+)-2-methyl-1,2-butanediol.  相似文献

Simple three-step asymmetric and racemic syntheses of GlaxoSmithKline's highly potent PDE IVb inhibitor 1 were developed. The suggested approach is based on reductive domino transformations of 3-β-carbomethoxyethyl-substituted six-membered cyclic nitronates, which are easily accessed by a stereoselective [4 + 2] cycloaddition of an appropriate nitroalkene to vinyl ethers. In vitro studies of PDE IVb inhibition by enantiomeric pyrrolizidinones (+)-1 and (-)-1 were performed.  相似文献

The stereoselective syntheses of (Z)-methyl 3-perfluoroalkyl-4-(3-carboethoxy-2-furanyl)-3-butenoates 5a-c were investigated. The reaction of (3-carboethoxy-2-fu-ranyl)-methyltriphenylphosphonium bromide 1 with methyl 2-perfluoroalkynoates 2a-c in the presence of K2CO3 at room temperature gives two adducts, (E)-methyl 3-per-fluoroalkyl-4-( 3-carboethoxy-2-furanyl )-2-triphenylphosphoranylidene-3-butenoates 3a-c and (E)-methyl 3-perfluoroalkyl-4-(3-carboethoxy-2-furanyl)-4-triphenylphos-phoranylidene-2-butenoates 4a-c. (Z)-Methyl 3-perfluoroalkyl-4-(3-carboethoxy-2-furanyl)-3-butenoates 5a-c can be synthesized stereoselectively with high yields when an aqueous DMF solution of 3c, 4c or a mixture of 3a-b and 4a-b was heated at 140℃ for 8 h.  相似文献

An X-ray study of [(μ-η23-HCCCH2)Cp2Mo2(CO)4]+(BF4) (1) and [(μ-η23-HCCCMe2)Cp2Mo2(CO)4]+(BF4) (2) reveals their structures to be similar to the structure of neutral compounds of the series (μ-η22-RCCR)Cp2Mo2(CO)4, the difference between 1 and 2 being mainly due to the markedly different MoC+ bond lengths, which accounts for different stability and fluxional behavior of these compounds in solution.  相似文献

We describe the synthesis of tert-butyl esters of 3-(2-hydroxybenzoyloxy)methyl-, 3-(dihydroxybenzoyloxy)methyl-, and 3-(diacetoxybenzoyloxy)methyl-7-chlorocephalosporanic acid sulfones by reaction of tert-butyl ester of 3-bromomethyl-7-chlorocephalosporanic acid sulfone with salts of hydroxy- and acetoxy-substituted benzoic acids. A new asymmetric N,N′-bis(substituent)oxamide ligand, N-phenolato-N′-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)oxamide (H3pdmapo), and two of its binuclear Cu(II) complexes with different terminal ligands, namely [Cu2(pdmapo)(phen)(H2O)](ClO4) (1) and [Cu2(pdmapo)(bpy)(CH3OH)](ClO4) (2), where phen = 1,10-phenanthroline and bpy = 2,2′-bipyridine, have been synthesized and characterized. The crystal structures of both complexes have been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Both structures contain binuclear Cu(II) cationic complexes with pdmapo3? ligands. The asymmetric pdmapo3? ligands bridge two Cu(II) atoms in the cis conformation and the Cu···Cu separations through the oxamide bridge are 5.2046(18) and 5.207(2) Å for complexes 1 and 2, respectively. The coordination environments of the two Cu(II) atoms in each binuclear complex are different. The copper occupying the inner site of the pdmapo3? ligand is four-coordinated in a CuN3O distorted square-planar environment, while the other is five-coordinated in a square pyramid geometry. In complex 1, O–H···O and C–H···O hydrogen bonds link the complex into a one-dimensional chain. In complex 2, O–H···O hydrogen bonds link the molecules to form a dimer, together with two types of strong ππ interactions, giving a two-dimensional network structure. The cytotoxicities and DNA-binding properties of H3pdmapo and the two complexes were studied. The experimental evidence suggests that the ligand binds to DNA via a groove binding mode, while the binuclear complexes bind intercalatively to DNA.  相似文献

Radiolysis kinetics in NO(3)(-) and NO(2)(-) solutions during γ-irradiation were studied at an absorbed dose rate of 2.1 Gy·s(-1) at room temperature. Air- or argon-saturated nitrate or nitrite solutions at pH 6.0 and 10.6 were irradiated, and the aqueous concentrations of molecular water decomposition products, H(2) and H(2)O(2), and the variation in the concentrations of NO(3)(-) and NO(2)(-) were measured as a function of irradiation time. The experimental data were compared with computer simulations using a comprehensive radiolysis kinetic model to aid in interpretation of the experimental results. The effect of nitrate and nitrite, present at concentrations below 10(-3) M, on water radiolysis processes occurs through reactions with the radical species generated by water radiolysis, (?)e(aq)(-), (?)O(2)(-), and (?)OH. The changes in H(2) and H(2)O(2) concentrations observed in the presence of nitrate and nitrite under a variety of conditions can be explained by a reduction in the radical concentrations. The kinetic analysis shows that the main loss pathway for H(2) is the reaction with (?)OH and the main loss pathways for H(2)O(2) are reactions with (?)e(aq)(-) and (?)OH. Nitrate and nitrite compete for the radicals leading to an increase in the concentrations of H(2) and H(2)O(2). Post-irradiation measurements of H(2), H(2)O(2), NO(2)(-) and NO(3)(-) concentrations can be used to calculate the radical concentrations and provide information on the redox conditions of the irradiated aqueous solutions.  相似文献
