研究了带有不同功能基团的超高交联吸附树脂NG-10和NJ-99对水溶液中芳香两性化合物氨基苯甲酸的静态吸附性能,并与不带功能基团的吸附树脂CHA-111和XAD-4进行了比较.研究结果表明,树脂NJ-99对水溶液中氨基苯甲酸的吸附能力高于其他树脂.邻氨基苯甲酸在4种树脂上的吸附量均大于对氨基苯甲酸,主要原因是其溶解度小.吸附等温线采用经验的Freundlich方程和理论的Langmuir吸附方程来拟合,在实验所研究的浓度范围内,方程的拟合相关性均很好.  相似文献

研究了AH系列胺基修饰的超高交联树脂对水溶液中间苯二酚的静态吸附行为特征,结果表明,它们对间苯二酚的吸附容量明显高于母体交联树脂NDA-100和大孔弱碱性阴离子交换树脂D301.AH系列树脂与吸附质分子之间不仅有范德华作用力,还存在着氢键等作用力.该类树脂对间苯二酚的吸附为自发的放热过程,属于以物理作用为主兼有弱化学作用的吸附过程.吸附速率符合准一级动力学方程,表观吸附速率常数随树脂胺基含量的升高而降低.  相似文献

研究了溶液中无机盐、pH值对氨基修饰超高交联大孔树脂NDA-99、氧修饰超高交联大孔树脂NDA-150和大孔树脂XAD-4吸附对硝基苯胺的影响。结果表明,无机盐对吸附影响不大;NDA-99、NDA-150在中性范围吸附量最大,XAD-4的吸附量随pH增大而增大;3种树脂的吸附等温线都能很好的利用Freundlich方程进行拟合,吸附皆为放热反应且为优惠吸附;3种树脂的饱和吸附量大小依次为NDA-150>NDA-99>XAD-4。依据上述结论,采用NDA-150处理对硝基苯胺生产母液废水,每批次处理量为40BV,废水中对硝基苯胺浓度由2130mg/L降至9.6mg/L,去除率达99.5%,吸附后的树脂采用95%的乙醇可完全再生,高浓度对硝基苯胺乙醇再生溶液经蒸馏可回收对硝基苯胺和脱附剂,实现了废水治理与资源化的统一。  相似文献

通过3种吸附树脂AmberliteXAD-4、AM-1和JX101对芳香化合物苯胺、苯酚和苯甲酸在不同温度下的吸附特征,利用前线轨道理论进行了合理解释。结果表明,吸附剂表面进行适当的修饰,可以改变吸附剂的LUMO或HOMO,使吸附质分子与吸附剂表面的功能基产生化学作用,从而产生额外的化学吸附量,为优化设计吸附剂提供了理论指导。  相似文献

Adsorption of cephalosporin C in a column charged with a nonionic polymeric sorbent, SP850, was studied at various pH values to assess the effect of pH on the dynamic behavior in column adsorbers. Since cephalosporin C is amphoteric, the fractions of each ionic form were calculated from the pK values at a given solution pH. Single-species isotherm parameters for each ionic form were simultaneously extracted from all sets of adsorption equilibrium data measured at several pH values. The mutual interaction between different ionic forms on SP850 was described by a competitive adsorption, namely the ideal adsorbed solution theory (IAST). This treatment made it possible to simulate the dynamic behavior of cephalosporin C at low pH values properly by a dynamic model which was incorporated with the mutual competitive adsorption.  相似文献

以来源于造纸废液中的木质素磺酸钠(SL)为研究对象,利用静电逐层自组装技术,与聚二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵(PDAC)交替吸附,制备木质素磺酸钠的自组装多层吸附膜.研究了不同pH值条件下木质素磺酸钠在固体表面的静电吸附规律.木质素磺酸钠的自组装过程用紫外-可见光吸收光谱来监控,而自组装膜的表面形貌用原子力显微镜来观察.研究表明,SL与PDAC多层吸附膜的紫外-可见光吸收光谱强度随层数增加而线性增长,说明SL/PDAC多层吸附膜的厚度增长是以逐层自组装的方式进行的.木质素磺酸钠浸渍溶液的pH值对多层吸附膜的厚度和表面形貌产生重要的影响.在所研究的pH范围内,pH值越低,越有利于生成吸光度高的自组装膜,而得到的自组装膜的表面粗糙度越大。  相似文献

A comparison of the adsorption of benzoic acid and p-nitrobenzoic acid on the new hypercrosslinked polymeric adsorbent AM-I, with that by macroporous Amberlite XAD-4, including the equilibrium adsorption isotherms, the dynamic adsorption behaviors through column and the adsorption thermodynamics were studied. Results show that Freundlich equation gives a fitting adsorption isotherm. The specific surface of AM-l is only 67% of that of Amberlite XAD-4, but the adsorption capacities on AM-1 are much higher about 125%~166% than that on Amberlite XAD-4,which is contributed to the micropore mechanism and polarity. The negative values of the adsorption enthalpy are indicative of an exothermic process. Enthalpy and free energy changes of adsorption both manifest a physic-sorption process. The negative values of the adsorption entropy indicate that the adsorption is well consistent with the restricted mobilities and the configurations of the adsorbed benzoic acid molecules on the surface of studied adsorbents with superficial heterogeneity. Both adsorbents were used in mini-column experiments for adsorbing benzoic acid expecting to elucidate the higher breakthrough adsorption capacity of the new hypercrosslinked polymeric adsorbent AM-1 as compared with that of Amberlite XAD-4.  相似文献

研究了新型复合功能吸附树脂NDA-99和超高交联大孔吸附树脂JX-101对水溶液中4B酸(对甲苯胺-2-磺酸)的静态吸附行为和热力学特性,结果表明,NDA-99树脂对4B酸的吸附量明显大于JX-101树脂,两种树脂对4B酸的吸附均符合Freundlich吸附等温方程.其中,JX-101对4B酸的吸附属于物理吸附:NDA-99由于树脂表面存在弱碱性官能团,对4B酸的吸附表现为物理吸附和化学络合协同作用。  相似文献

Adsorption of Cd(II) species at pH = 5 was studied on three carbon adsorbents: granular activated carbon, activated carbon fiber, and activated carbon cloth. As-received and oxidized adsorbents were used. Cd(II) adsorption greatly increased after oxidation due to the introduction of carboxyl groups. The use of a buffer solution to control the pH introduced some changes in the surface chemistry of carbons through the adsorption of one of the compounds used, biphthalate anions. The increase in ionic strength reduced Cd(II) uptake on both as-received and oxidized carbons due to a screening of the electrostatic attractions between the Cd(II) positive species and the negative surface charge, which in the case of as-received carbons derived from the biphthalate anions adsorbed and in the oxidized ones from the carboxyl groups. Tannic acid was used as a model compound for natural organic matter. Its adsorption was greatly reduced after oxidation, and most of the carbon adsorbents preadsorbed with tannic acid showed an increase in Cd(II) uptake. In the case of competitive adsorption between Cd(II) species and tannic acid molecules, there was a decrease in Cd(II) uptake on the as-received carbon whereas the contrary occurred with the oxidized carbons. These results illustrate the great importance of carbon surface chemistry in this competitive adsorption process. Finally, under all experimental conditions used, when the adsorption capacity of carbons was compared under the same conditions it increased in the following order: granular activated carbon < activated carbon fiber < activated carbon cloth.  相似文献

In this research, naphthalene was adopted as the representative model compound of PAHs, and static adsorption of naphthalene from aqueous solution onto three commercial polymeric adsorbents with different pore structure was investigated. Nonlinear isotherms models, i.e., Freundlich, Langmuir, and Polanyi-Dubinin-Manes (PDM) models were tested to fit experimental data, and the experimental data were found to fit well by the PDM model. Through both isotherm modeling and constructing "characteristic curve," Polanyi theory was useful to describe the adsorption process of naphthalene by polymeric adsorbents, providing evidence that a micropore filling phenomenon was involved during the adsorption process. In addition, a good linear correlation was obtained between the naphthalene adsorption capacities and the micropore volume of adsorbents (Vmicro), whereas no linear relationship was found between the naphthalene adsorption capacities and the specific surface area of adsorbents. Based on the PDM model, the micropore volumes of adsorbents was introduced to normalize the equilibrium adsorbed volume (qv), plots of qv/V(micro) vs adsorption potential density for naphthalene on three different polymeric adsorbents were collapsed to a single correlation curve, which would be of great benefit to predict the adsorption capacity of adsorbent for the purpose of adsorption engineering design.  相似文献

The efficient purification method of high purity flavonoids from natural plants was reported. A series of polymeric adsorbents with novel structure were synthesized based on the copolymerization of methyl acrylate (MA) and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate (EDGMA). Functional groups, such as ester, amino or amide group, were introduced into the adsorbent matrix, respectively, to produce the hydrogen-bonding interaction and enhance the adsorption selectivity towards flavone compounds. The influences of matrix structure and functional groups of synthesized adsorbents on the adsorption selectivity were investigated. The resins were applied to purify flavonoids in natural plants. It was illuminated that the adsorbent No. 3B with 15% EGDMA content and amide groups performed optimal selectivity to flavone compounds in Scutellaria barbata D.Don, from which the purity of flavonoids in extracts was obtained more than 50%, obviously higher than that from commercial adsorbents. The result of adsorption thermodynamics experiment showed that the isosteric adsorption enthalpy of No. 3B was in the range of 25–30 kJ/mol, which testified that the adsorption mechanism was related to hydrogen-bonding interaction. The method showed its universality via good effects on the purification of total flavonoids from Ginkgo biloba L., Radix puerariae and Hypericum perforatum L.  相似文献

A novel type of polysoap hydrogel based on poly(tetraethylenepentamine-epichlorohydrin)hydrophobically modified by stearic acid was prepared. The deswelling behaviors of polysoap hydrogels werestudied by immersing the gels in buffer solution at various pHs and ionic species. The deswelling of the gelsdid not depend on the cationic species of electrolyte but depended strongly on the anionic species. A series of copolymers of acrylic acid, N‐isopropylacrylamide (NIPAM), and cinnamoyloxyethyl acrylate were synthesized and studied. The polymers were responsive to four stimuli: UV light, temperature, pH, and ionic strength. The polymeric cinnamoyl chromophores underwent efficient photodimerization with concomitant photocrosslinking of the polymeric micelles. Because of the content of NIPAM, the terpolymers displayed a lower critical solution temperature, which could be controlled by the polymer composition, pH, and ionic strength. The ability to respond to the pH resulted from the content of acrylic carboxyl groups, which became protonated at low pHs. The changes in the polymer properties due to the application of the aforementioned stimuli were studied with pyrene and perylene as fluorescent probes. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Several macroporous polymeric adsorbents(NDA-999,XAD-8,X-5 and XAD-2)were emplyed in the study to adsorb phenylacetic acid from aqueous solution.Effect of salt and ambient temperature on adsorption was studied using NDA-999 adsorbent and the adsorption process conforms to Freundlich′s model reasonably.Adsorption dynamics were conducted in batch experiments in order to make clear the mechanism of adsorption process.It is proved that the squared driving force mass transfer model can be adopted to elucidate the process.The treatment process of industrial wastewater containing high strength of phenylacetic acid was proposed for cleaner production of phenylacetic acid.  相似文献

The ionic strength dependence of humic acid (HA) adsorption on magnetite (Fe3O4) was investigated at pH 5, 8 and 9, where variable charged magnetite is positive, neutral and negative, respectively. The adsorption studies revealed that HA has high affinity to magnetite surface especially at lower pH, where interacting partners have opposite charges. However, in spite of electrostatic repulsion at pH 9 notable amounts of humate are adsorbed. Increasing ionic strength enhances HA adsorption at each pH due to charge screening. The dominant interaction is probably a ligand-exchange reaction, nevertheless the Coulombic contribution to the organic matter accumulation on oxide surface is also significant under acidic condition. The results from size exclusion chromatography demonstrate that the smaller size HA fractions enriched with functional groups are adsorbed preferentially on the surface of magnetite at pH 8 in dilute NaCl solution.  相似文献

根据原花青素含有疏水性的苯环和酚羟基的特点,设计合成了含有苯环和酰胺基的大孔二乙烯苯-异氰酸三烯丙基酯-丙烯腈(DTA)共聚物吸附树脂,DTA树脂通过疏水作用和氢键吸附原花青素.比较了DTA吸附树脂和3种商品化吸附树脂ADS-5(非极性)、ADS-8(弱极性)和ADS-17(中极性)对原花青素的吸附性能.结果表明,DTA、ADS-8、ADS-17对原花青素的吸附既包含疏水作用又有氢键参与.在合适的单体和致孔剂配比情况下合成的DTA吸附树脂对原花青素有很好的吸附性能.  相似文献
