A supersymmetric generalization of the Krichever map is used to construct algebro-geometric solutions to the various super Kadomtsev-Petviashvili (SKP) hierarchies. The geometric data required consist of a suitable algebraic supercurve of genusg (generallynot a super Riemann surface) with a distinguished point and local coordinates (z, ) there, and a generic line bundle of degreeg–1 with a local trivialization near the point. The resulting solutions to the Manin-Radul SKP system describe coupled deformations of the line bundle and the supercurve itself, in contrast to the ordinary KP system which deforms line bundles but not curves. Two new SKP systems are introduced: an integrable Jacobian system whose solutions describe genuine Jacobian flows, deforming the bundle but not the curve; and a nonintegrable maximal system describing independent deformations of bundle and curve. The Kac-van de Leur SKP system describes the same deformations as the maximal system, but in a different parametrization. 相似文献

An explanation for the so-called constrained hierarchies is presented by linking them with the symmetries of the KP hierarchy. While the existence of ordinary symmetries (belonging to the hierarchy) allows one to reduce the KP hierarchy to the KdV hierarchies, the existence of additional symmetries allows one to reduce the KP to the constrained KP. 相似文献

We tackle the problem of interpreting the Darboux transformation for the KP hierarchy and its relations with the modified
KP hierarchy from a geometric point of view. This is achieved by introducing the concept of a Darboux covering. We construct
a Darboux covering of the KP equations and obtain a new hierarchy of equations, which we call the Darboux-KP hierarchy (DKP).
We employ the DKP equations to discuss the relationships among the KP equations, the modified KP equations, and the discrete
KP equations. Our approach also handles the various reductions of the KP hierarchy.
We show that the KP hierarchy is a projection of the DKP, the mKP hierarchy is a DKP restriction to a suitable invariant submanifold,
and that the discrete KP equations are obtained as iterations of the DKP ones.

In a field theoretic framework we investigate generators of symmetry transformations induced by conserved local, not necessarily translationally covariant currents. Assuming the invariance of the vacuum and a mass gap, it is shown that the generator on one-particle states in general can be any polynomial of the generators of the Poincaré group and the internal symmetries. We give an example showing that the generator, defined as an integral over a conserved current, in spite of leaving the vacuum invariant, need not be self-adjoint.Supported by a DAAD grant 相似文献

A short proof is given to the fact that the additional symmetries of the KP hierarchy defined by their action on pseudodifferential operators according to Fuchssteiner-Chen-Lee-Lin-Orlov-Shulman coincide with those defined by their action on -functions as Sato's Bäcklund transformations. The modified discrete KP equation is the Bäcklund transformation for the Hirota’s discrete KP equation or the Hirota-Miwa equation. We construct the modified discrete KP equation with self-consistent sources via source generation procedure and clarify the algebraic structure of the resulting coupled modified discrete KP system by presenting its discrete Gram-type determinant solutions. It is also shown that the commutativity between the source generation procedure and Bäcklund transformation is valid for the discrete KP equation. Finally, we demonstrate that the modified discrete KP equation with self-consistent sources yields the modified differential-difference KP equation with self-consistent sources through a continuum limit. The continuum limit of an explicit solution to the modified discrete KP equation with self-consistent sources also gives the explicit solution for the modified differential-difference KP equation with self-consistent sources. 相似文献

In a recent article(Commun. Theor. Phys. 67(2017) 207), three(2+1)-dimensional equations — KP equation, cylindrical KP equation and spherical KP equation, have been reduced to the same Kd V equation by using different transformation of variables, respectively. In this short note, by adding an adjustment item to original transformation, three more general transformation of variables corresponding to above three equations have been given.Substituting the solutions of the Kd V equation into our transformation of variables, more new exact solutions of the three(2+1)-dimensional equations can be obtained. 相似文献

The notion of a quantum dynamical semigroup is defined using the concept of a completely positive map. An explicit form of a bounded generator of such a semigroup onB() is derived. The Miura and anti-Miura transformations between the q-deformed KP and the q-deformed modified KP hierarchies are investigated in this paper. Then the auto-Backlund transformations for the q-deformed KP and q-deformed modified KP hierarchies are constructed through the combinations of the Miura and anti-Miura transformations. In terms of the operator Nambu 3-bracket and the Lax pair (L, Bn) of the KP hierarchy, we propose the generalized Lax equation with respect to the Lax triple (L, Bn, Bm). The intriguing results are that we derive the KP equation and another integrable equation in the KP hierarchy from the generalized Lax equation with the different Lax triples (L, Bn, Bm). In 1990, Pecora and Carroll reported the observation that one can synchronize the orbits of two identical dynamical systems, which may be chaotic, by feeding state variables of one of them to the other one with no feedback, a phenomenon often called master-slave synchronization. We report here some results on the theory of master-slave synchronization for maps and flows, which are all inspired by a similar geometric and coordinate independent point of view to the one introduced in master-slave synchronization by Tresser, Worfolk, and Bass. This note examines the geometry behind the Hamiltonian structure of isomonodromy deformations of connections on vector bundles over Riemann surfaces. The main point is that one should think of an open set of the moduli of pairs (V,∇) of vector bundles and connections as being obtained by “twists” supported over points of a fixed vector bundle V0 with a fixed connection ∇0; this gives two deformations, one, isomonodromic, of (V,∇), and another induced from the isomonodromic deformation of (V0,∇0).
