We prove a one-to-one correspondence between (i) C1+ conjugacy classes of C1+H Cantor exchange systems that are C1+H fixed points of renormalization and (ii) C1+ conjugacy classes of C1+H diffeomorphisms f with a codimension 1 hyperbolic attractor Λ that admit an invariant measure absolutely continuous with respect to the Hausdorff measure on Λ. However, we prove that there is no C1+α Cantor exchange system, with bounded geometry, that is a C1+α fixed point of renormalization with regularity α greater than the Hausdorff dimension of its invariant Cantor set.  相似文献

Let n > 1 and let C n denote the complex n-dimensional Euclidean space. We prove several jet-interpolation results for nowhere degenerate entire mappings F:C nC n and for holomorphic automorphisms of C n on discrete subsets of C n.We also prove an interpolation theorem for proper holomorphic embeddings of Stein manifolds into C n.For each closed complex submanifold (or subvariety) M ⊂ C n of complex dimension m < n we construct a domain ΩC n containing M and a biholomorphic map F: Ω → C n onto C n with J F ≡ 1such that F(M) intersects the image of any nondegenerate entire map G:C n−mC n at infinitely many points. If m = n − 1, we construct F as above such that C nF(M) is hyperbolic. In particular, for each m ≥ 1we construct proper holomorphic embeddings F:C mC m−1 such that the complement C m+1F(C m )is hyperbolic.  相似文献

The celebrated theory of Denjoy introduced a topological invariant distinguishingC 1 andC 2 diffeomorphisms of the circle. AC 2 diffeomorphism of the circle cannot have an infinite minimal set other than the circle itself. However, this is possible forC 1 diffeomorphisms. The authors prove a criterion (necessary and sufficient condition) for the emergence of the C 0-Ω-blow-up for C 1-smooth skew products of interval mappings with closed set of periodic points. An example of the mapping with given properties that admits the C 0-Ω-blow-up is presented. It is proved that the C 1-Ω-blow-up is impossible for mappings of such a type (in the space of C 1-smooth skew products of interval mappings). It is proved that there is no one-parameter family of C 1-smooth skew products of interval mappings with closed set of periodic points C 1-smoothly depending on the parameter in which from one fixed point, periodic orbits with periods 2 and 4 simultaneously arise. A random polytopeP n in a convex bodyC is the convex hull ofn identically and independently distributed points inC. Its expectation is a convex body in the interior ofC. In this paper it is first proved that, for a hyperbolic set of aC 1 (non-invertible) endomorphism of a compact manifold, the dynamical structure of its orbit space (inverse limit space) is stable underC 1-small perturbations and is semi-stable underC 0-small perturbations. It is then proved that if an Axiom A endomorphism satisfies no-cycle condition then its orbit space is Θ-stable andR-stable underC 1-small perturbations and is semi-Θ-stable and semi-R-stable underC 0-small perturbations. In this work, we study the existence of C n -almost periodic solutions and C n -almost automorphic solutions (n?≥?1), for partial neutral functional differential equations. We prove that the existence of a bounded integral solution on ?+ implies the existence of C n -almost periodic and C n -almost automorphic strict solutions. When the exponential dichotomy holds for the homogeneous linear equation, we show the uniqueness of C n -almost periodic and C n -almost automorphic strict solutions.  相似文献

Résumé. Nous montrons un lemme de connexion C1 pour les pseudo-orbites des difféomorphismes des variétés compactes. Nous explorons alors les conséquences pour les difféomorphismes C1-génériques. Par exemple, les difféomorphismes conservatifs C1-génériques (dune variété connexe) sont transitifs.
We prove a C1-connecting lemma for pseudo-orbits of diffeomorphisms on compact manifolds. We explore some consequences for C1-generic diffeomorphisms. For instance, C1-generic conservative diffeomorphisms (on connected manifolds) are transitive.

A complex (C, δ) is called strongly Gorenstein flat if C is exact and Ker δ n is Gorenstein flat in R-Mod for all n ∈ ?. Let 𝒮𝒢 stand for the class of strongly Gorenstein flat complexes. We show that a complex C of left R-modules over a right coherent ring R is in the right orthogonal class of 𝒮𝒢 if and only if C n is Gorenstein cotorsion in R-Mod for all n ∈ ? and Hom.(G, C) is exact for any strongly Gorenstein flat complex G. Furthermore, a bounded below complex C over a right coherent ring R is in the right orthogonal class of 𝒮𝒢 if and only if C n is Gorenstein cotorsion in R-Mod for all n ∈ ?. Finally, strongly Gorenstein flat covers and 𝒮𝒢-envelopes of complexes are considered. For a right coherent ring R, we show that every bounded below complex has a 𝒮𝒢-envelope.  相似文献

It is known that not every Cantor set of S 1 is C 1-minimal. In this work we prove that every member of a subfamily of what we here call regular interval Cantor set is not C 1-minimal. We develop a degree theory forC 1 Fredholm mappings of index 0 between Banach spaces and Banach manifolds. As in earlier work devoted to theC 2 case, our approach is based upon the concept of parity of a curve of linear Fredholm operators of index 0. This avoids considerations about Fredholm structures involved in other approaches and leads to a theory as complete as that of Leray-Schauder in a much broader setting. In particular, the well-known possible sign change under homotopy is fully elucidated. The technical difficulty arising withC 1 versusC 2 Fredholm mappings of index 0 is notorious: with onlyC 1 smoothness, the Sard-Smale theorem is no longer available to handle crucial issues involving homotopy. In this work, this difficulty is overcome by using a new approximation theorem forC 1 Fredholm mappings of arbitrary index instead of the Sard—Smale theorem when dealing with homotopies.  相似文献

Here we study the Hilbert function of a Cohen-Macaulay homogeneous domain over an algebraically closed field of positive characteristic. The main tool (and an essential part of the main geometrical results) is the study of the Hilbert function of a general hyperplane section X?P r of an integral curve C?P r+1 , which is pathological in some sense. In §1, we study the case when Cis a strange curve, i.e., all tangent lines to Cat its simple points pass through a fixed point υ∈P r+1 . In §2, we give more refined results under the assumption that the Trisecant Lemma fails for C, i.e., any line spanned by two points of Ccontains one more point of C.  相似文献

We prove that two C 3 critical circle maps with the same rotation number in a special set ? are C 1+α conjugate for some α>0 provided their successive renormalizations converge together at an exponential rate in the C 0 sense. The set ? has full Lebesgue measure and contains all rotation numbers of bounded type. By contrast, we also give examples of C critical circle maps with the same rotation number that are not C 1+β conjugate for any β>0. We prove that, for all α > 0, every finitely generated group of C 1+α diffeomorphisms of the interval with sub-exponential growth is almost nilpotent. Consequently, there is no group of C 1+α interval diffeomorphisms having intermediate growth. The paper continues the work of Royster (Duke Math J 19:447–457, 1952), Mocanu [Mathematica (Cluj) 22(1):77–83, 1980; Mathematica (Cluj) 29:49–55, 1987], Cristea [Mathematica (Cluj) 36(2):137–144, 1994; Complex Var 42:333–345, 2000; Mathematica (Cluj) 43(1):23–34, 2001; Mathematica (Cluj), 2010, to appear; Teoria Topologica a Functiilor Analitice, Editura Universitatii Bucuresti, Romania, 1999] of extending univalence criteria for complex mappings to C 1 mappings. We improve now the method of Loewner chains which is usually used in complex univalence theory for proving univalence criteria or for proving quasiconformal extensions of holomorphic mappings f : BC n to C n . The results are surprisingly strong. We show that the usual results from the theory, like Becker’s univalence criteria remain true for C 1 mappings and since we use a stronger form of Loewner’s theory, we obtain results which are stronger even for holomorphic mappings f : BC n . In our main result (Theorem 4.1) we end the researches dedicated to quasiconformal extensions of K-quasiregular and holomorphic mappings f : BC n to C n . We show that a C 1 quasiconformal map f : BC n can be extended to a quasiconformal map F : C n C n , without any metric condition imposed to the map f.  相似文献
