We consider Schrödinger equation in R2+1R2+1 with nonlinear scalar potential. The potentials are time-independent or determined as solutions to inhomogeneous wave equations. By constructing a modified propagator, we derive Kato-type smoothing estimates for the nonlinear Schrödinger (NLS) equation. With the help of these results, we prove the unique solvability of the nonlinear Klein–Gordon–Schrödinger (NKGS) system for all time in the energy space.  相似文献

Applying an Abstract Interpolation Lemma, we showed persistence of solutions of the initial value problem to higher order nonlinear Schrödinger equation, also called Airy-Schrödinger equation, in weighted Sobolev spaces X2,θ, for θ∈[0,1].  相似文献

We consider a system coupling a multidimensional semilinear Schrödinger equation and a multidimensional nonlinear scalar conservation law with viscosity, which is motivated by a model of short wave-long wave interaction introduced by Benney (1977). We prove the global existence and uniqueness of the solution of the Cauchy problem for this system. We also prove the convergence of the whole sequence of solutions when the viscosity ε and the interaction parameter α approach zero so that α=o(ε1/2). We also indicate how to extend these results to more general systems which couple multidimensional semilinear systems of Schrödinger equations with multidimensional nonlinear systems of scalar conservation laws mildly coupled.  相似文献

Under certain scaling the nonlinear Schrödinger equation with random dispersion converges to the nonlinear Schrödinger equation with white noise dispersion. The aim of this work is to prove that this latter equation is globally well posed in L2 or H1. The main ingredient is the generalization of the classical Strichartz estimates. Additionally, we justify rigorously the formal limit described above.  相似文献

We consider a nonlinear semi-classical Schrödinger equation for which it is known that quadratic oscillations lead to focusing at one point, described by a nonlinear scattering operator. If the initial data is an energy bounded sequence, we prove that the nonlinear term has an effect at leading order only if the initial data have quadratic oscillations; the proof relies on a linearizability condition (which can be expressed in terms of Wigner measures). When the initial data is a sum of such quadratic oscillations, we prove that the associate solution is the superposition of the nonlinear evolution of each of them, up to a small remainder term. In an appendix, we transpose those results to the case of the nonlinear Schrödinger equation with harmonic potential.  相似文献

We consider the focusing energy-critical nonlinear Hartree equation iutu=−(−4|x|∗2|u|)u. We proved that if a maximal-lifespan solution u:I×RdC satisfies suptI‖∇u(t)2<‖∇W2, where W is the static solution of the equation, then the maximal-lifespan I=R, moreover, the solution scatters in both time directions. For spherically symmetric initial data, similar result has been obtained in [C. Miao, G. Xu, L. Zhao, Global wellposedness, scattering and blowup for the energy-critical, focusing Hartree equation in the radial case, Colloq. Math., in press]. The argument is an adaptation of the recent work of R. Killip and M. Visan [R. Killip, M. Visan, The focusing energy-critical nonlinear Schrödinger equation in dimensions five and higher, preprint] on energy-critical nonlinear Schrödinger equations.  相似文献

Results of exponential/polynomial decay rates of the energy in L2-level, related to the cubic nonlinear Schrödinger equation with localized damping posed on the whole real line, will be established in this paper. We use Kato's theory and a priori estimates to obtain the result of global well-posedness and we determine exponential/polynomial stabilization combining the ideas of unique continuation due to Zhang, semigroup property and Komornik's approach.  相似文献

In this paper, we study blow-up solutions of the Cauchy problem to the L2 critical nonlinear Schrdinger equation with a Stark potential. Using the variational characterization of the ground state for nonlinear Schrdinger equation without any potential, we obtain some concentration properties of blow-up solutions, including that the origin is the blow-up point of the radial blow-up solutions, the phenomenon of L2-concentration and rate of L2-concentration of blow-up solutions.  相似文献

We study solitons in the two-dimensional defocusing nonlinear Schrödinger equation with the spatio-temporal modulation of the external potential. The spatial modulation is due to a square lattice; the resulting macroscopic diffraction is rotationally symmetric in the long-wavelength limit but becomes anisotropic for shorter wavelengths. Anisotropic solitons-solitons with the square (xy)-geometry - are obtained both in the original nonlinear Schrödinger model and in its averaged amplitude equation.  相似文献

In this paper we consider supercritical nonlinear Schrödinger equations in an analytic Riemannian manifold (Md,g), where the metric g is analytic. Using an analytic WKB method, we are able to construct an Ansatz for the semiclassical equation for times independent of the small parameter. These approximate solutions will help to show two different types of instabilities. The first is in the energy space, and the second is an immediate loss of regularity in higher Sobolev norms.  相似文献

We consider a nonlinear Schrödinger equation with a bounded localized potential in . The linear Hamiltonian is assumed to have three or more bound states with the eigenvalues satisfying some resonance conditions. Suppose that the initial data is localized and small of order n in H1, and that its ground state component is larger than n3−ε with ε>0 small. We prove that the solution will converge locally to a nonlinear ground state as the time tends to infinity.  相似文献

We study the action of metaplectic operators on Wiener amalgam spaces, giving upper bounds for their norms. As an application, we obtain new fixed-time estimates in these spaces for Schrödinger equations with general quadratic Hamiltonians and Strichartz estimates for the Schrödinger equation with potentials V(x)=±2|x|.  相似文献

The main goal of this paper is to study the nature of the support of the solution of suitable nonlinear Schrödinger equations, mainly the compactness of the support and its spatial localization. This question touches the very foundations underlying the derivation of the Schrödinger equation, since it is well-known a solution of a linear Schrödinger equation perturbed by a regular potential never vanishes on a set of positive measure. A fact, which reflects the impossibility of locating the particle. Here we shall prove that if the perturbation involves suitable singular nonlinear terms then the support of the solution is a compact set, and so any estimate on its spatial localization implies very rich information on places not accessible by the particle. Our results are obtained by the application of certain energy methods which connect the compactness of the support with the local vanishing of a suitable “energy function” which satisfies a nonlinear differential inequality with an exponent less than one. The results improve and extend a previous short presentation by the authors published in 2006.  相似文献

Roughly speaking a solitary wave is a solution of a field equation whose energy travels as a localized packet and which preserves this localization in time. A soliton is a solitary wave which exhibits some strong form of stability so that it has a particle-like behavior. In this paper, we prove a general, abstract theorem ( Theorem 26) which allows to prove the existence of a class of solitons. Such solitons are suitable minimizers of a constrained functional and they are called hylomorphic solitons. Then we apply the abstract theory to problems related to the nonlinear Schrödinger equation (NSE) and to the nonlinear Klein–Gordon equation (NKG).  相似文献

We introduce a splitting method for the semilinear Schrödinger equation and prove its convergence for those nonlinearities which can be handled by the classical well-posedness L2(Rd)-theory. More precisely, we prove that the scheme is of first order in the L2(Rd)-norm for H2(Rd)-initial data.  相似文献

A nonlinear Schrödinger equation with external field is obtained for nonlinear optics in a non-homogeneous medium. On the basis of the Melnikov function and KAM theory, the complexity of the wave propagation of the equation is studied in the case of weak periodic external field.  相似文献

We study the inverse scattering problem for the nonlinear Schrödinger equation and for the nonlinear Klein–Gordon equation with the generalized Hartree type nonlinearity. We reconstruct the nonlinearity from knowledge of the scattering operator, which improves the known results.  相似文献
