The infrared and Raman spectra of 4-amino-3-penten-2-one and its two deuterated analogous have been measured. Comparison between the spectra recorded with two techniques, density functional theory (DFT) calculations and the spectral behavior upon deuteration was used for assignment of the vibrational spectra of the titled compound. DFT suggests a relatively strong intramolecular bent hydrogen bond with N...O distance in the range of 2.64-2.67 A, which is in agreement with the observed vNH at 3180 cm(-1). Existence of an intermolecular hydrogen bond is also shown in both solid and solution phases. The spectroscopic data support the enamine structure for this compound rather than imine structure.  相似文献

The vibrational spectra of 3-hydroxypyridine 1-oxide and its derivatives were investigated.On the basis of the assignments of the bands that characterize the OH, N+C+, and ring C-C bonds, it was established that these compounds exist in the crystalline state as associated zwitterions. A new solvent polymeric membrane (PME) and coated graphite (CGE) electrodes based on 3-amino-2-mercapto-3H-quinazolin-4-one as a suitable carrier for La(III) ion are described. The sensors exhibited a Nernstian response for La(III) ion over a wide concentration range (3.0 × 10?7 to 1.0 × 10?1 M for PME and 1.0 × 10?7 to 1.0 × 10?1 M for CGE) with a slope of 20.1 ± 0.3 (PME) and 23.4 ± 0.4 (CGE) mV decade?1. The lower detection limits by PME and CGE were 2.0 × 10?7 and 7.1 × 10?8 M, respectively. The potentiometric response of the proposed electrodes was independent of the pH of the test solution in the pH range 3.0–9.0 with a fast response time (<10 s). The applications of prepared sensors were demonstrated in the determination of lanthanum ions in spiked water sample and also utilized for indirect determination of fluoride content of two mouth wash preparation samples.  相似文献

Fourier transform infrared and Fourier transform Raman spectra of 3-amino-1-phenyl-2-buten-1-one and its deuterated analogue were recorded in the regions 400-4,000 and 150-4,000 cm(-1), respectively. Furthermore, the molecular structure and vibrational frequencies of title compound were investigated by a series of density functional theoretical, DFT, and ab initio calculations at the post-Hartree-Fock (MP2) level. Although, the calculated frequencies are generally in agreement with the observed spectra but the DFT results are in much better quantitative agreement with the observed spectra than the MP2 results. The observed wavenumbers were analyzed and assigned to different normal modes of vibration of the molecule. The calculated geometrical parameters show a strong intramolecular hydrogen bond with a N...O distance of 2.621-2.668 A. This bond length is shorter than that of its parent, 4-amino-3-penten-2-one (with two methyl groups in the beta-position), which is in agreement with spectroscopic results. The topological properties of the electron density contributions for intramolecular hydrogen bond in 3-amino-1-phenyl-2-buten-1-one and 4-amino-3-penten-2-one have been analyzed in term of the Bader theory of atoms in molecules (AIM). These results also support the stronger hydrogen bond in the title compound with respect to the parent molecule.  相似文献

1-Hydroxy-2-oxo-3-phenyl-1,2-dihydroquinoxaline 4-oxide under conditions of the Mitsunobu reaction reacts with alcohols giving the corresponding esters at the hydroxy group in position 1. Other representatives of hydroxamic acids such as 1,4-dihydroxyperhydroquinoxaline-2,3-dione and 1,4-dihydroxy-3,3,6,6-tetramethylpiperazine-2,5-dione undergo destruction under these conditions. Raman and infrared spectra of imidazoline-2-thione (IMZT) and imidazoline-2-one (IMZO) have been recorded. Normal coordinate analyses have been performed for all the fundamental vibrations of IMZT, IMZT-d2 and IMZO employing a Urey—Bradley potential function supplemented with valence type force constants for the out of plane modes. The results of the vibrational analyses are discussed in relation to the assignments in related molecules. The vibrational assignments for IMZT and IMZO have been compared with those in structurally similar molecules and the need to obtain more reliable band assignments for some of the molecules considered is emphasised.  相似文献

The molecular structure, intramolecular hydrogen and vibrational frequencies of 4-methylamino-3-penten-2-one were investigated by a series of density functional theoretical (DFT) calculations and ab initio calculation at the post-Hartree-Fock (MP2) level. The calculated geometrical parameters show a strong intramolecular hydrogen bond with a N...O distance of 2.622-2.670 A. This bond length is about 0.02 A shorter than that in its parent, 4-amino-3- penten-2-one which is in agreement with spectroscopic results. Furthermore, the conformations of methyl groups with respect to the plane of the molecule and with respect to each other were investigated.  相似文献

A new technique—photoacoustic spectroscopy—has been used for the first time to record the u.v.-vis spectra of three substituted toluenes, namely 2-amino-6-nitrotoluene, 4-amino-3-bromotoluene and 5-amino-2-bromotoluene. The π-π* electronic transitions analogous to the benzene first primary and secondary transitions could be detected from the PAS spectra in comparison with the u.v. solution and vapour spectra recorded by conventional methods. Detection of singlet → triplet absorptions from the PAS spectra, with significant intensity, is considered to be an important feature which transitions are in general either not observed or observed with only very weak intensity, in solution or vapour, by conventional methods. The analysis shows that a few excited state combinations observed in the u.v. PAS spectra of the molecules presently studied are well comparable with such combinations in ground state observed in the near i.r. PAS spectra.  相似文献

It is shown that the nucleophilicity of the sodium salt of 2-amino-2-thiazolin-4-one with respect to dimethyl sulfate and methyl iodide is extremely low, regardless of the nature of the solvent. The anomalous (in the 4-thiazolidone series) behavior of this salt in methylation is explained by the low degree of heterolytic dissociation of the O-Na bond. Condensation of 6-bromo- and 6,8-dibromo-2-hydrazino-3-phenyl-3H-quinazolin-4-ones with d-sugars in the presence of a catalytic quantity of glacial acetic acid gave the corresponding hydrazones in good yields. Acetylation of hydrazones with acetic anhydride in anhydrous pyridine gave the corresponding acetyl hydrazones in high yields. Also, other hydrazones were synthesized from condensation of 2-hydrazino-3H-quinazolin-4-ones with aromatic aldehydes in the presence of a catalytic quantity of piperidine.  相似文献

The FTIR and laser Raman spectra of 2-amino-5-bromopyridine have been recorded. The observed frequencies were assigned to various modes of vibrations on the basis of normal coordinate calculations, assuming C(s) point group symmetry. The potential energy distribution associated with normal modes is also reported here. The assignment of fundamental vibrations agrees well with the calculated frequencies.  相似文献

Infrared spectra have been obtained for cyclopropane-d1, C3H5D(CP-d1), in the vapor phase and for dicyclopropyl ketone (C3H5)2 CO (DCPK) in the liquid state. Raman spectra of the latter compound in the liquid and solid phases have also been recorded. By comparing the experimental with the theoretical spectra of CP-d1 it has been possible to assign most of the fundamental frequencies of the molecule. Additionably, empirical spectra—structure correlations from the literature for cyclopropyl derivatives containing the COX moiety (X=halogen) have been used to investigate the conformational preference of DCPK. The experimental results confirm that the molecular configuration with the carbonyl group cis to the planes of the two rings is the predominant species in the liquid state, though evidence for a second conformer, which we tentatively identify as the cis—trans conformer, is presented.  相似文献

Crystal and molecular structure of 1-phenyl-3-benzoylamino-4-benzoylpyrazol-2-in-5-one as a product of the benzoylation of 1-phenyl-3-benzoylaminopyrazol-2-in-5-one was characterised by X-ray single crystal diffraction. It is shown that 1-phenyl-3-benzoylamino-4-benzoylpyrazol-2-in-5-one exists in the solid phase in an NH-tautomeric form, which is stabilised by two intramolecular hydrogen bonds and one intermolecular bond with the solvate dioxane molecule, the latter being used as a solvent for recrystallisation.  相似文献

The infrared and Raman spectra of liquid and vapor-phase 2-fluoropyridine and 3-fluoropyridine have been recorded and assigned. Ab initio and DFT calculations were carried out to compute the molecular structures and to verify the vibrational assignments. The observed and calculated spectra agree extremely well. The ring bond distances of the fluoropyridines are very similar to those of pyridine except for a shortening of the C-N(F) bond in 2-fluoropyridine. The C-F bond stretching frequencies are similar to that in fluorobenzene reflecting the influence of the ring π bonding.  相似文献
