提出了高灵敏度压电共聚物圆管水听器设计方法,论述了聚(偏二氟乙烯-三氟乙烯)[P (VDF-TrFE)]材料结构与压电特性的关系,利用解析法和有限元法,分析了多振动模式耦合特性对压电共聚物圆管水听器灵敏度响应的影响规律,仿真分析了圆管水听器的耐静水压特性和噪声特性,与相同结构的压电陶瓷和压电均聚物水听器相比,压电共聚物圆管水听器低频段灵敏度分别可提高20 dB和5 dB以上,研制了尺寸为Φ14 mm × 55 mm的压电共聚物圆管水听器样品,经测试,在10 Hz~1 kHz频段内水听器灵敏度响应达到-181.8 dB±1 dB,等效自噪声压低于零级海况海洋环境噪声,与理论模型结果有良好的一致性。结果表明,该设计显著提升了圆管水听器的低频接收灵敏度,并为其耐静水压性能提升提供了思路。  相似文献

We report an intriguing triboelectrification behavior of thermally treated P(VDF-TrFE) polymers. Cooled (C-) and annealed (A-) P(VDF-TrFE) films were prepared by the rapid cooling of the melt solution and the subsequent annealing, respectively. The C–P(VDF-TrFE) had sparse grains and small elastic modulus and surface charge density, while, the A-P(VDF-TrFE) had dense grains and large elastic modulus and surface charge density. When the polymers contacted ITO electrodes, the triboelectric outputs of C-(PVDF-TrFE) were larger than those of A-P(VDF-TrFE). When the polymers contacted each other, the triboelectric outputs of different P(VDF-TrFE) films were significantly larger than those of similar P(VDF-TrFE) films. Based on detailed X-ray photoemission spectroscopy results, we suggested that roughness-induced frictional heat and elastic modulus differences may play an important role in minute material and/or ion transfer during the triboelectrification of identical P(VDF-TrFE) polymers.  相似文献

考虑1-3型垂直异质铁电P(VDF-TrFE)基复合薄膜结构,利用非线性的热力学理论分析和讨论了平面外应变对复合薄膜电热性能的调控作用. 结果表明,在施加的垂直电场下,平面外应变可以有效地调控电极化、热释电系数、绝热温差等铁电、电热性能. 通过合理的调控平面外应变可以在很大的温度区域范围内获得比纯平面外延薄膜结构更高的绝热温差. 研究结果预示着垂直异质P(VDF-TrFE)基复合薄膜结构在一定的工作温度范围内具有优异的电热性能,在微电源、光通信二极管、红外传感器等微型元件方面有着广泛的应用前景. 关键词: 电热效应 平面外应变 P(VDF-TrFE)复合薄膜 绝热温差  相似文献

The free-standing poly (vinylidene fluoride-trifluoroethylene) [P(VDF-TrFe)] and P(VDF-TrFe)-Nafion blended films were fabricated using the casting method. The XRD and FTIR confirmed the electro-active β-phase of P(VDF-TrFe). The morphological changes were studied through SEM analysis of the blends. The dielectric and ac conductivity measurements were carried out as a function of temperature from 30 °C to 130 °C in the frequency range of 100 Hz - 1 MHz. The dielectric constant reveled a ferroelectric to paraelectric transition in all the samples with a decrease in the transition temperature of the blends. The temperature-dependent ac conductivity and power law analysis demonstrated the presence of a correlated barrier hoping mechanism with a change in the motional behavior in the blends. The blended films exhibited low dielectric loss and more stable dielecric properties with temperature in comparison to P(VDF-TrFe). These films demonstrated the potential to be used in high-temperature flexible capacitor applications.  相似文献

The fabrication method and the pyroelectric response of a single element infrared sensor based lead zirconate titanate (PZT) particles and polyvinylidene fluoride P(VDF-TrFE) copolymer composite thick film is reported in this paper. A special thermal insulation structure, including polyimide (PI) thermal insulation layer and thermal insulation tanks, was used in this device. The thermal insulation tanks were fabricated by laser micro-etching technique. Voltage responsivity (RV), noise voltage (Vnoise), noise equivalent power (NEP), and detectivity (D*) of the PZT/P(VDF-TrFE) based infrared sensor are 1.2 × 103 V/W, 1.25 × 106 V Hz1/2, 1.1 × 10−9 W and 1.9 × 108 cm Hz1/2 W−1 at 137.3 Hz modulation frequency, respectively. The thermal time constant of the infrared sensor τT was about 15 ms. The results demonstrate that the composite infrared sensor show a high detectivity at high chopper frequency, which is an essential advantage in infrared detectors and some other devices.  相似文献

Ferroelectric polyvinylidenefluoride-trifluoroethylene copolymer films with different thicknesses are prepared by a solvent-cast technique, by spin coating, and by a horizontal Langmuir–Blodgett technique respectively. The frequency dependent dielectric permittivity of these films is investigated with varying sample thickness and varying temperature in the ferroelectric as well as in the paraelectric phase. A dielectric relaxation according to a Vogel–Tamman–Fulcher law of the relaxation times is found in all samples. However, the relaxation times extracted from the dielectric permittivity in the frequency range are not consistent with the relaxation times determined from the temperature range. An explanation for this behavior is given by a temperature dependent distribution of relaxation times. Additionally, in thin samples a second relaxation with a weak anomalous temperature dependence, i.e. an increasing relaxation time with increasing temperature, is observed at high frequencies. Detailed investigations show that this behavior can be attributed to an electrode effect.  相似文献

Ferroelectric strontium bismuth tantalate (SBT) thin films were deposited by thermal metalorganic chemical vapour deposition (MOCVD) onto a complex layered Pt/IrO2/Ir/Ti(Al)N substrate. A study of ultra-violet (UV)-assisted rapid thermal processing (RTP) annealing strategies of the SBT thin films was performed. The influence of UV irradiation temperature and annealing atmosphere on the crystallinity of the deposited films was evaluated using both microstructural and electrical analysis techniques. A UV-RTP strategy in an oxygen atmosphere above 400 °C, followed by a furnace treatment at 700 °C, provided an optimum remnant polarization figure of merit.  相似文献

The dielectric layer in the sandwich structural device plays a very important role in determining the electrical properties of the ferroelectric film. In this paper, we investigate the effect of the dielectric layers with different thicknesses on switching performance of ferroelectric P(VDF-TrFE) thin films. The hysteresis loops become slanting with increasing thickness of the dielectric layer. A negative slope of the ‘real’ hysteresis loop is apparently observed which demonstrates negative capacitance effect caused by the dielectric layer. This behavior is simulated qualitatively by the Weiss mean field model considering an interfacial dielectric layer in series with a ferroelectric layer. The agreement between experiments and simulations supports that negative capacitance results from the positive feedback among electric dipoles. Furthermore, the switching time of the ferroelectric film increases with the increase of dielectric layer thickness. This study shows that the ferroelectric sandwich structure provides great potential towards low power negative capacitance devices.  相似文献

To further understand the crystallization behavior from melts of P(VDF-TrFE) (70/30) copolymer, the morphologies of P(VDF-TrFE) copolymer thin and ultra-thin films are studied by AFM. It is found that P(VDF-TrFE) (70/30) copolymer films exhibit morphologic transition from big grains to fiber-like rods above melting point. And this may be on account of the molecule chains plastic flow and self-organization, corresponding to polymer homoepitaxy.  相似文献

This paper investigates a new method for fabrication of broadband line-focus ultrasonic transducers by sol–gel spin-coating the poly(vinylidene difluoride-trifluroethylene) [P(VDF-TrFE)] copolymer film on a concave fine-polished beryllium copper backing. The ferroelectric hysteresis loops of the P(VDF-TrFE) films spin-coated from different molar ratios of VDF/TrFE, 77/23 and 55/45, were measured to select the better mixture. Owing to the better acoustic matching to water, compared with lead zirconate titanate (PZT), the fabricated transducers show relatively wide bandwidth of approximately 50 MHz with high central frequency of 60 MHz obtained at the focal plane when a fused-quartz acts as a reflecting target. Each one of the two finished transducers has a focal length of 5 mm and a full aperture angle of 90°. After applying the specially developed digital signal processing algorithm to the defocusing experiment data, which is called V(f,z) analysis method based on two-dimensional fast Fourier transform (2-D FFT), the operating frequency can extend from several MHz to over 90 MHz. Surface acoustic wave (SAW) velocities of a typical (1 0 0) silicon wafer was measured along various directions between [1 0 0] and [0 1 0] to represent the anisotropic features.  相似文献

To improve the internal quantum efficiency of silicon nanocrystals, a double layer structure with Au-rich cermet is proposed. In the region far below surface plasmon resonance energy, effective enhancement can be still obtained, which indicates means to make surface plasmon mediated enhancement efficient in a wide wavelength region especially for long wavelength.  相似文献

The dielectric characteristics of film samples of P(VDF-TrFE) + TGS composite in the frequency range of 103–107 Hz are studied. The values of the real and imaginary parts of the complex dielectric constant in the temperature range of–40 to 140°C, including the points of the polymer matrix’s transition to the glassy state when Tg ≈–25°C and the ferroelectric phase transition. An analysis of the ferroelectric crystal inclusion effect on the dielectric response of P(VDF-TrFE) copolymer matrix is carried out.  相似文献

High-quality gallium nitride (GaN) films were prepared on Si(111) substrates by sputtering post-annealing-reaction technique. XRD, XPS, and SEM measurement results indicate that polycrystalline GaN with hexagonal structure was successfully prepared. Intense room- temperature photoluminescence that peaked at 354 nm of the films is observed. The bandgap of these films has a blueshift with respect to bulk GaN.  相似文献

Hartree-Fock and density functional theory (DFT) methods were employed to study poly (vinylidene fluoride-trifluoroethylene) [P(VDF-TrFE)] molecular chains with different VDF contents. The dependence of dipole moment of P(VDF-TrFE) chains on VDF content obtained from our calculation is in good agreement with the experiment. The TrFE monomer plays an important role in introducing the gauche bond into copolymer chains. A possible mechanism was interpreted.  相似文献

Stoichiometric Ba(Mn_xTi_(1-x)O_3) (BMT)thin films with various values of x were deposited on Si(111)substrates by the sol-gel technique.The influence of Mn content on the optical properties was studied by spectroscopic ellipsometry(SE)in the UV–Vis–NIR region.By fitting the measured ellipsometric parameter(Ψand)with a four-phase model(air/BMT+voids/BMT/Si(111)),the key optical constants of the thin films have been obtained.It was found that the refractive index n and the extinction coefficient k increase with increasing Mn content due to the increase in the packing density.Furthermore,a strong dependence of the optical band gap Egon Mn/Ti ratios in the deposited films was observed,and it was inferred that the energy level of conduction bands decreases with increasing Mn content.  相似文献

Based on the phenomenological Landau-Devonshire theory, we investigate the effect of misfit strain on the electrocaloric effect of P(VDF-TrFE) copolymer thin films. Theoretical analysis indicates that the compressive misfit strain reduces the working temperature to a great extent where the electrocaloric effect is maximized, which is different from the result of the conventional ferroelectric thin films, such as BaTiO3. Although the compressive or tensile misfit strain does not change the maximum of the electrocaloric coefficient, the compressive misfit strain decreases the maximum of the adiabatic temperature change and the tensile misfit strain results in the opposite effect. Consequently, control of the misfit strain provides potential means to vary the working temperature for use in cooling systems.  相似文献

The microstructure, dielectric and piezoelectric properties of Zr doped BaTiO3 ceramics sintered at optimum temperature, are investigated. High energy ball milling technique is adopted to realize nano-sized powders of Ba(Zr0.15Ti0.85)O3 ceramics. Increased boundary mobility of fine powders aided to obtain a relative density of >98.8% of theoretical density corresponding to ceramics under study. Internal stresses in these ceramics are found to be relieved by grain-boundary sliding. The Ba(Zr0.15Ti0.85)O3 ceramics synthesized at relatively low sintering temperatures exhibit remarkable, enhanced dielectric properties viz. improved polarization, high unipolar strain values comparable to Zr doped BaTiO3 single crystals of same composition, at relatively lower electric fields and also exhibit better fatigue tolerant properties. The underlying mechanisms responsible for superior dielectric, ferroelectric and piezoelectric properties are discussed.  相似文献

The relaxation time T1 values and nuclear Overhauser enhancement factor for 31P signal were determined in model solutions of metabolites ATP, PCr and Pi, and AMP at two frequencies and in H2O and 2H2O solutions. The data were analyzed to resolve the contribution of different relaxation mechanisms. A knowledge of NOE is important in the light of recent applications of double resonance methods to enhance the sensitivity of in vivo 31P spectroscopy. The results show that chemical shift anisotropy is the dominant mechanism for 31P in ATP at the high field, whereas the dipolar interaction mechanism is the main feature for the 31P relaxation of PCr and Pi. The dipolar mechanism responsible for NOE originates from interactions of solvent water with 31P moiety. Implications for in vivo spectroscopy are indicated.  相似文献

The surface structure and local piezoelectric response of film samples of P(VDF-TrFE) copolymer and composites based on it were studied by atomic and piezoelectric force microscopy. Lamellar crystals 2.0 × 0.6 μm in size were detected in nominally pure P(VDF-TrFE) samples. Introduction of crystalline ferroelectrics increases the crystalline phase fraction in the polymer matrix and changes the shape and sizes of lamellar crystallites. Hysteresis loops of the local piezoelectric response for composite regions corresponding to the polymer matrix and crystalline ferroelectric inclusions were obtained.  相似文献
