推导出弹性波斜入射固-固掺杂结构声子晶体的转移矩阵和透射系数公式.计算固-固掺杂结构声子晶体中弹性波的透射系数.得到当横波斜入射时,透射波中横波的缺陷模随着入射角的增大而减弱,横波向纵波的转型随着入射角的增大而增强.当纵波斜入射时,透射波中纵波的缺陷模随着入射角的增大而减弱,纵波向横波的转型随着入射角的增大而增强.  相似文献

本文利用传递矩阵方法研究了电磁波倾斜入射时,一维反铁磁/电介质准周期光子晶体的透射性质.反铁磁层和电介质层按Fibonacci数列排列构成准周期光子晶体.通过数值模拟发现光子禁带中有透射峰出现, 而且随着准周期光子晶体级数的增加透射峰的数目也在增加.此外,透射峰受电介质层的介电常数、入射角度和电磁波偏振影响明显. 关键词: 反铁磁层 准周期光子晶体 太赫兹波传输性质  相似文献

基于传输矩阵法研究了一维压电Fibonacci类准周期声子晶体的传输特性, 比较了一维Fibonacci序列压电准周期声子晶体与非压电准周期声子晶体以及压电周期性声子晶体的透射性. 计算结果表明:弹性波通过一维准周期结构压电声子晶体时与周期性声子晶体一样会有带隙的出现, 且发现具有压电性的Fibonacci序列准周期声子晶体禁带宽度发生了展宽. 进一步讨论了入射角度对固定频率下声子透射系数的影响,结果表明一维压电Fibonacci序列准周期结构声子透射性依赖于入射角度的选取.  相似文献

分析了含单负材料的光量子阱结构中的振荡透射模的性质.用两种单负(负介电常量或负磁导率)材料交替周期堆叠形成的两个光子晶体构造了一维光量子阱结构,该结构中仅其中一个光子晶体含有零有效位相带隙.数值计算结果发现,在零有效位相带隙内存在振荡透射模.通过改变井区域光子晶体内单负材料层的厚度及周期数,振荡透射模的数目、频率及频率间隔均可调节.振荡透射模对入射角度的依赖均很弱;随着入射角度的改变,缺陷模频率的相对改变量保持在0.02以下.该研究结果可用于设计多通道全向滤波器.  相似文献

根据全向激光告警系统的结构特点,阐明了系统中大视场接收和窄带光谱滤波技术之间的矛盾.通过建立法布里-珀罗滤光片的模型,从反射膜的反射率、位相跃变以及间隔层介质所产生的光程差等因素,分析了激光从不同入射角入射时,滤光片具有不同的透射率.给出了激光入射角与透射率之间的关系公式,通过实验验证其有效性.  相似文献

天然双曲声子极化激元材料-α相三氧化钼(α-MoO3)能够支持高度局域的表面声子极化激元(surface phonon polaritons, SPhPs),达到在中红外波段对光与物质相互作用的过程进行揭示以及调节的目的.我们理论上提出并研究了基于Kretschmann结构的单层和多层α-MoO3的面内各向异性表面声子极化激元(ASPhPs).通过4×4传递矩阵法(TMM)快速准确地求解多层各向异性介质系统中的反射系数,描述多层系统中激发的SPhPs及色散性质.结果证实层间耦合可以通过多层膜的堆叠以及层厚来调制.当入射角度大于全内反射角时,满足SPhP激发的相位匹配条件.在40°角范围内, SPhP谐振随着入射角度的增加迅速蓝移,但是随后色散曲线不再随着入射角的增大而移动.间隙层的增大会还会致使法布里-珀罗(FP)共振模式的激发.层状异质结构中的ASPhPs是当今纳米光子技术的重要组成部分,我们的研究有助于进一步优化和设计基于极化双曲材料的可控光电器件.  相似文献

从理论仿真计算方面开展了脉冲激光诱导CCD探测器铝层金属温升变化的液-固相变时间特性研究。通过傅里叶热传导方程计算仿真了纳秒激光诱导CCD探测器铝层金属材料的温升曲线,获得了铝层金属材料液-固相变起始时刻和液-固相变时间长度随激光脉冲峰值功率和激光入射角度的变化规律。理论计算结果表明,随着入射激光脉冲峰值功率增加,激光诱导CCD探测器铝层表面的最高温度逐渐升高,铝层材料的液-固相变起始时刻往后延迟,且液-固相变时间长度增加;随激光入射角度的增大,铝层表面的最高温度逐渐降低,液-固相变起始时刻不断前移,而液-固相变时间长度逐渐变短。研究结果表明,激光脉冲峰值功率密度和激光入射角对激光诱导CCD探测器的液-固相变时间特性有重要影响,对揭示纳秒激光诱导CCD探测器的热损伤机制有重要的理论意义。  相似文献

利用传输矩阵法研究了由TiO2和SiO2两种材料构成的异质三周期一维光子晶体的传光特性,发现该结构能在波长为200~ 2 000 nm的范围内形成7处比较明显的光子带隙,并且波长越大,带隙的宽度越大。重点研究了这种结构的光子晶体的透射谱线与入射角度、介质层数及介质层厚度的关系,发现该结构形成的光子带隙的大小和位置对介质层的循环周期数不敏感,但对入射角度和介质层的厚度很敏感。  相似文献

采用光学传输矩阵方法,模拟研究了由正折射率材料和负折射率材料交替组成的一维光子晶体的光学传输特性.计算了这种含负折射率材料的一维光子晶体的透射谱和色散关系.结果表明,在正入射时,含负折射率材料的光子晶体的带隙要比传统的光子晶体要大得多,并具有狭窄的透射带,从光学薄膜理论的色散关系出发解释了形成上述现象的原因.讨论了在不同的偏振模式下,光以中心波长入射时,反射率随着入射角度的变化关系.发现含负折射率材料的一维光子晶体具有更好的角度特性,可以用来实现对中心波长的全方位反射.  相似文献

Sound propagation properties of a duct system with Helmholtz resonators(HRs) are affected by mean flow.Previous studies have tended to focus on the effects of mean flows on acoustic response of a duct system with a finite number of HRs. Employing an empirical impedance model, we present a modified transfer matrix method for studying the effect of mean flow on the complex band structure of an air duct system with an infinite periodic array of HRs. The efficiency of the modified transfer matrix is demonstrated by comparison between an example of transmission response calculation for a finite single HR loaded duct and the finite element simulation result calculated using the COMSOL software. Numerical results are presented to analyze the effect of mean flow on the band structure and transmission loss of the sound wave in the duct system. It is hoped that this study will provide theoretical guidance for acoustic wave propagation of HR silencer in the presence of mean flow.  相似文献

The propagation of the elastic waves in one-dimensional (1D) solid-fluid quasi-periodic phononic crystals is studied by employing the concept of the localization factor, which is calculated by the transfer matrix method. The solid-fluid interaction effect at the interfaces between the solid and the fluid components is considered. For comparison, the periodic systems and aperiodic Thue-Morse sequence are also analyzed in this paper. The splitting phenomenon of the pass bands and bandgaps are discussed for these 1D solid-fluid systems. At last the influences of the material impedance ratios on the band structures of the 1D solid-fluid quasi-periodic phononic crystals arranged as Fibonacci sequence are discussed.  相似文献

A locally resonant sonic material (LRSM) is an elastic matrix containing a periodic arrangement of identical local resonators (LRs), which can reflect strongly near their natural frequencies, where the wavelength in the matrix is still much larger than the structural periodicity. Due to the periodic arrangement, an LRSM can also display a Bragg scattering effect, which is a characteristic of phononic crystals. A specific LRSM which possesses both local resonance and Bragg scattering effects is presented. Via the layered-multiple-scattering theory, the complex band structure and the transmittance of such LRSM are discussed in detail. Through the analysis of the refraction behavior at the boundary of the composite, we find that the transmittance performance of an LRSM for oblique incidence depends on the refraction of its boundary and the transmission behaviors of different wave modes inside the composite. As a result, it is better to use some low-speed materials (compared with the speed of waves in surrounding medium) as the LRSM matrix for designing sound blocking materials in underwater applications, since their acoustic properties are more robust to the incident angle. Finally, a gap-coupled LRSM with a broad sub-wavelength transmission gap is studied, whose acoustic performance is insensitive to the angle of incidence.  相似文献

A special kind of one-dimensional (1D) magnetic photonic crystal (MPC) is investigated. The refractive indices of the alternating layers in such a MPC are equal. As a result, the stop-band edges of TE mode coincide with those of TM mode, and the stop-bands for both modes expand as the incident angle increases. Based on the incident angle domain method, the omnidirectional total reflection (ODTR) band determined by the wave impedance ratio between the composites can be enlarged substantially using a heterostructure in which the stop-band edges of the sub-PCs can be completely adjacent at any incident angle. Moreover, the requirement of ODTR of each sub-PC is unnecessary, which extends the range of materials; that is, the wave impedance ratio between the composites and the refractive index ratio between the composites and the incident media can be much lower than that required in a single periodic structure.  相似文献

设计了一种可用于太阳能电池反射器的二维三角晶格光子晶体异质结结构.采用传输矩阵法对该结构在可见至近红外波长范围入射电磁波的反射率进行了模拟计算,并比较了不同入射方向下反射率的变化.结果表明,光线垂直入射时,该结构光子晶体对近红外波段入射光可实现完全反射|随着偏转角度的增大,在整个可见-近红外波段均显示出极高的反射特性.该结构有望用于制作覆盖整个可见光-近红外波段的高效全方位反射器.  相似文献

Helmholtz resonators are widely used to reduce noise in a fluid-filled pipe system. It is a challenge to obtain lowfrequency and broadband attenuation with a small sized cavity. In this paper, the propagation of acoustic waves in a fluid-filled pipe system with periodic elastic Helmholtz resonators is studied theoretically. The resonance frequency and sound transmission loss of one unit are analyzed to validate the correctness of simplified acoustic impedance. The band structure of infinite periodic cells and sound transmission loss of finite periodic cells are calculated by the transfer matrix method and finite element software. The effects of several parameters on band gap and sound transmission loss are probed.Further, the negative bulk modulus of periodic cells with elastic Helmholtz resonators is analyzed. Numerical results show that the acoustic propagation properties in the periodic pipe, such as low frequency, broadband sound transmission, can be improved.  相似文献

Analysis of the transmission spectrum of Cantor dielectric multilayers for obliquely incident plane wave shows that the main bandgap shifts towards higher frequencies, substantially retaining its shape, as the incidence angle increases for both s- and p-polarization of the impinging wave. For suitable refractive index values of the two constituent materials a range of frequencies can be found where transmission of the incident wave is almost completely forbidden at any angle of incidence. This omnidirectional bandgap can be found also for lossy media. In this case the stop-band widens as the tangent loss increases, while the depth of the stop-band does not change significantly. Comparison with the periodic quarter-wave stack shows that the Cantor multilayer exhibits a narrower omnidirectional bandgap with transmissivity values that are about one order of magnitude lower.  相似文献

The light propagation through a stack of two media with different refractive indices, which are aligned according to different quasiperiodic sequences determined by metallic means, is studied using the transfer matrix method. The focus lies on the investigation of the influence of the underlying quasiperiodic sequence as well as the dependence of the transmission on the frequency, the incidence angle of the light wave and different ratios of the refractive indices. In contrast to a periodically aligned stack we find complete transmission for the quasiperiodic systems for a wide range of different refractive indices for small incidence angles. Additional bands of moderate transmission occur for frequencies in the range of the photonic band gaps of the periodic system. Further, for fixed indices of refraction we find a range of almost perfect transmission for angles close to the angle of total reflection, which is caused by the bending of photonic transmission bands towards higher frequencies for increasing incidence angles. Comparing with the results of a periodic stack the quasiperiodicity seems to have only an influence in the region around the midgap frequency of a periodic stack.  相似文献
