对介孔氧化锰的溶胶-凝胶法合成和用表面活性剂(脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚, AEO_9)的模板合成过程中所得的悬浮体系的流变性质进行了对比研究。结果表明: 上述体系均具有触变性,且无论是否预剪切,其表观粘度均随时间作周期性振荡; 同时上述体系的储能模量G'和损耗模量G"亦具有周期性的振荡行为。但表面活性剂 AEO_9的引入使体系的触变性大为减弱,屈服值明显降低,凝胶结构强度减弱。同 时还发现引入AEO_9的模板合成过程中,不仅体系的表观粘度及G'大幅度下降,且 G'与G"的振荡周期显著增大,振幅亦明显减小。这说明体系中两亲分子与无机物存 在较强的相互作用,作者还对这些现象进行了讨论。 相似文献

The influence of antifoaming agent TBP on the surface adsorption and on the surface rheological properties of foaming agent C12E8 is investigated by the damped longitudinal wave method, and the antifoaming mechanism of the antifoaming agent TBP on C12E8 is explored in this paper. The experimental results show that while the concentration of foaming agent C12E8 is smaller than cmc and at ω=6.28 rad•s-1, the decreases of surface dilational modulus, surface dilational elasticity, surface dilational viscosity and the increases of the phase angle when the concentration of TBP increase for the C12E8+TBP aqueous solution (C12E8=0.074 mmol•L-1) have been related to the diffusional exchange between surface and bulk and to the Marangoni effect, which depends on the restored mechanism of surface tension gradient due to the stretched surface. In order to develop the substitutes for polyoxyethylene tallow amine (POEA), the understanding the interaction of glyphosate isopropylamine and POEA is essential. The surface behaviors of POEA and POEA in the presence of 1 wt% glyphosate isopropylamine have been investigated at the air-water interface by the drop shape analysis method. The influences of surface tension, dilational frequency, and bulk concentration on the surface properties were expounded. The experiment results show that the adsorption films of POEA behave elastic in nature at low bulk concentration. With increasing in bulk concentration, the dilational modulus, dilational elasticity, and dilational viscosity pass through a maximum value, the phase angle increase monotonically. These phenomena can be attributed to the diffusion-exchange process between the bulk and the interface. The addition of 1 wt% glyphosate isopropylamine significantly influences on the POEA surface tension and dilational properties. The dilational modulus, dilational elasticity, and dilational viscosity obvious decrease in general, and the values of phase angle significant change after the addition of 1 wt% glyphosate isopropylamine. Glyphosate isopropylamine and POEA form a new complex in the solution and the surface activity and surface dilational properties of complex is different from POEA. 相似文献

利用表面波技术研究起泡剂C_(12)E_8的表面流变学性质以及解释表面变形所产生的表面张力梯度的修复机理.实验结果表明,起泡剂C_(12)E_8的表面具有粘弹性质,其减胀模量与表面变形频率有关系.在低浓度时,随着溶液浓度的增加,表面吸附量的增加很高了膨胀模量.而在高浓度时,由于表面与溶液之间的扩散交换抵消了膨胀模量的增加,这导致膨胀模量随着溶液浓度增加反而降低. 相似文献

The effect of octadecanol on dilational properties of 4,5-diheptyl-2-propylbenzene sulfonate and partly hydrolyzed polyacrylamide at the decane-water interface has been examined by means of longitudinal method. The octadecanol plays different roles in influencing the structure of adsorbed layers at different bulk concentration. A small quantity of octadecanol may enhance the dilational modulus by forming densely packed mixed-adsorption layer with surfactant molecules through hydrophobic interaction, which leads to the increase of dilational modulus. However, due to the weakening of the “entanglement” among long alkyl chains in surfactant molecules by the intercalation of octadecanol, the superfluous addition of octadecanol could decrease the dilational modulus. In the case of polymer/octadecanol system, the addition of the polymer may enhance the dilational modulus due to the slow diffusion-exchange process of the polymer. 相似文献

氟碳表面活性剂是目前表面活性最高的特种表面活性剂,在三次采油等领域具有良好的应用前景。 用小幅周期振荡法研究了羟基磺基甜菜碱型氟碳表面活性剂(FS)在油-水界面的扩张粘弹性能,考察了振荡频率、FS质量分数、无机盐(NaCl、CaCl2、MgCl2)对FS在油-水界面的扩张粘弹性能的影响。 结果表明,FS溶液在油水界面的扩张模量、扩张弹性和扩张粘度随着FS质量分数的增加而出现最大值,随着频率的增大而略有增加。 加入无机盐时,扩张模量、扩张弹性随NaCl质量分数增大而出现最大值,而随着CaCl2或者MgCl2质量分数的增加,FS溶液的扩张模量、扩张弹性和扩张粘度减小,而当CaCl2或者MgCl2质量分数分别为0.05%、0.1%时,tanθ达到最大值。 相似文献

An analysis of the response of surface acoustic wave sensors coated with polymer film based on new coating deposition (self-assemble and molecularly imprinted technology) is described and the response formulas are hence deduced. Using the real part of shear modulus, the polymer can be classified into three types: glassy film, glassy-rubbery film and rubbery film. Experimental results show that the attenuation response is in better consistence with the simulation than in Martin's theory, but the velocity response does not accord with the calculation exactly. Maybe it is influenced by the experimental methods and environment. In addition, simulations of gas sorption for polymer films are performed. As for glassy film, the SAW sensor response increases with increasing film thickness, and the relationship between the sensor response and the concentration of gas is pretty linear, while as for glassy-rubbery film and rubbery film, the relationship between the sensor sensitivity and concentration of gas is very complicated. The ultimately calculated results indicate that the relationship between the sensor response and frequency is not always linear due to the viscoelastic properties of the polymer. 相似文献

利用悬挂滴方法研究了疏水改性聚丙烯酰胺(HMPAM)对胜利采油厂高温高盐油藏采出原油中酸性活性组分和沥青质界面膜扩张流变性质的影响,考察了不同活性组分浓度条件下的界面扩张流变行为.实验结果表明:1750mg·L-1HMPAM能够在界面上形成网络结构,界面扩张模量数值高达100mN·m-1左右;油相中的酸性组分随着老化时间增加吸附到界面上,与HMPAM分子的疏水改性部分形成聚集结构,一方面通过快速的扩散交换过程大大降低扩张模量,另一方面通过与疏水改性部分的相互作用加强HMPAM分子间的缔合强度,增强网络结构的弹性.沥青质分子尺寸相对较大,分子间存在氢键等较强的相互作用,造成沥青质界面聚集体和HMPAM形成的网络结构共同决定界面膜性质,混合膜的扩张模量较单独HMPAM体系仅略有降低. 相似文献
