An inline measuring method of the optical absorption coefficient for liquid based on optical microfiber (OM) is studied. If an OM is immersed into absorptive liquid, the additional loss of the OM will increase. We have analyzed the relationship between the additional loss of the OMs and the absorption coefficients of the liquids, and found that the OM with determinate construction will be useful for measuring the absorption coefficients of the liquid whose refractive index is lower than that of the OM. Two OM samples are prepared to measure the absorption coefficient of pure water. A supercontinuum source is launched into the OM sample which is immersed into pure water, and absorption spectrum from 1400 to 1700 nm has been achieved by monitoring the additional loss. The trend of the absorption spectrum is similar with that of the reported result, showing that the inline measurement of the optical absorption coefficient is a feasible method for those lower refractive index liquids.  相似文献

Transmitted laser propulsion in confined geometry using liquid propellant is proposed in this paper. The experimental results show that the coupling coefficient obtained by using carbonic ink is much higher than that using pure water due to the low breakdown threshold and high absorption. The influences of the focal condition and the mass of the liquid jet on the coupling coefficient are studied. The maxima of the coupling coefficient and the specific impulse obtained in the experiment are 1785.8 dyne/W and 19.3 s, respectively. 当声波在含气泡的液体中传播时会出现共振传播现象,即在气泡的共振频率附近声衰减和声速会显著地增大,这是声空化领域的一个重要现象.以往的研究一般假设液体中只存在单一种类的气泡,因此忽略了声波共振传播的某些重要信息.本文研究了含混合气泡液体中声波的共振传播,混合气泡是指液体中包含多种静态半径不同的气泡.结果显示:在这种系统中存在声波共振传播的抑制效应,即与含单一种类气泡的系统相比,在含混合气泡的系统中声波的共振衰减和共振声速会明显变小.对于两种气泡混合、多种气泡混合以及气泡满足某种连续分布的系统,研究了抑制效应的本质和主要特征,此外还探究了黏性和空化率等对抑制效应的影响.本文的研究结果是对该领域现有知识的必要补充.  相似文献

Due to the non-gray of gas radiation, the total emissivity differs from the total absorptivity. Therefore, in gray analysis, the equivalent absorption coefficient is not equal to the equivalent emission coefficient. Based on this idea, in this paper, a concept of equivalent absorption coefficient and equivalent emission coefficients is presented for gray analysis of gas radiative heat transfer. The equivalent emission coefficients are calculated by Leckner's formula and the equivalent absorption coefficients are estimated by inverse analysis. A one-dimensional gas radiation is taken as an example to show the efficiency of this concept. The results show that the concept of equivalent absorption and emission coefficients is feasible. It is necessary to use both the equivalent absorption coefficient and the equivalent emission coefficient for gray analysis.  相似文献

采用基于密度泛函理论第一性原理的方法, 研究了Ta掺杂ZnO的电子结构和光学性质. 计算结果表明: 掺入Ta原子后, 费米能级进入导带, 随着掺杂浓度的增加, 带隙逐渐变窄, 介电函数虚部、吸收系数、反射率和折射率均发生明显变化, 介电函数虚部和反射率均向高能方向移动, 吸收边发生红移, 从理论上指出了光学性质和电子结构的内在联系.  相似文献

A resonant cavity-enhanced (RCE) quantum dot (QD) field-effect transistor (RCEQDFET) is designed for single- photon detection in this paper. Adding distributed Bragg reflection (DBR) mirrors to the single-photon detector (SPD), we improve the light absorption efficiency of the SPD. The effects of the reflectivity of the mirrors, the thickness and light absorption coefficient of the absorbing layer on the detector's light absorption efficiency are investigated, and the resonant cavity is determined by using the air/semiconductor interface as the mirror on the top. Through analyzing the relationship between the refractive index of AlxGal_xAs and A1 component, we choose A1As/Alo.15Gao.85As as the material of the mirror on the bottom. The pairs of A1As/Alo.15Gao.85As film are further determined to be 21 by calculating the reflectivity of the mirror. The detector is fabricated from semiconductor heterostructures grown by molecular beam epitaxy. The reflection spectrum, photoluminescence (PL) spectrum, photocurrent response, and channel current of the detector are tested and the results show that the RCEQDFET-SPD designed in this paper has better performances in photonic response and wavelength selection.  相似文献

This paper deals with the study of the velocity and the attenuation of an acoustic wave propagating inside a cylindrical elastic tube filled with a viscous liquid. A theory describing the propagation of the axisymmetrical modes in such waveguides is presented, with special attention given to the absorption produced by the viscous mechanisms in the liquid. One of these mechanisms is related to the momentum transfer between the compression and rarefaction regions of a propagating wave. The other viscous mechanism is due to the momentum transport inside the viscous boundary layer, close to the tube wall. Numerical calculations were carried out to investigate the influence of different parameters (frequency, tube radii, viscosity coefficient) on the propagation of acoustic waves.  相似文献

In this paper, a formula for accurate calculation of the absorption coefficient of optical material is deduced by the relationship of its transmissivity, refractive index and absorption coefficient. Because the values of transmissivity and refractive index of the optical material with a higher accuracy can be determined by the instruments or obtained directly from the references, the calculated results of the absorption coefficients with a higher accuracy is certified. The absorption coefficients of some optical materials are calculated with it, and the results are discussed.  相似文献

The absorption coefficient of acoustic materials can be measured either in the frequency or the time domain. At normal incidence, a sample of the material is fitted within an impedance tube and the absorption coefficient is calculated in the frequency domain from the measurement of the transfer function between two microphones [ISO 10534-2. The absorption coefficient is usually considered as a constant for certain materials at the given wavelength. However,recent experiments demonstrated that the absorption coefficient could be enhanced a lot by the PN junction. The absorption coefficient varies with the thickness of the intrinsic layer in a PIN structure. Here, we interpret the anomalous absorption coefficient from the competition between recombination and drift for non-equilibrium carriers. Based on the Fokker–Planck theory, a non-equilibrium statistical model that describes the relationship between absorption coefficient and material thickness has been proposed. It could predict the experimental data well. Our results can give new ideas to design photoelectric devices.  相似文献

Quantitative photoacoustic tomography (QPAT) employing a light propagation model will play an important role in medical diagnoses by quantifying the concentration of hemoglobin or a contrast agent. However, QPAT by the light propagation model with the three-dimensional (3D) radiative transfer equation (RTE) requires a huge computational load in the iterative forward calculations involved in the updating process to reconstruct the absorption coefficient. The approximations of the light propagation improve the efficiency of the image reconstruction for the QPAT. In this study, we compared the 3D/two-dimensional (2D) photon diffusion equation (PDE) approximating 3D RTE with the Monte Carlo simulation based on 3D RTE. Then, the errors in a 2D PDE-based linearized image reconstruction caused by the approximations were quantitatively demonstrated and discussed in the numerical simulations. It was clearly observed that the approximations affected the reconstructed absorption coefficient. The 2D PDE-based linearized algorithm succeeded in the image reconstruction of the region with a large absorption coefficient in the 3D phantom. The value reconstructed in the phantom experiment agreed with that in the numerical simulation, so that it was validated that the numerical simulation of the image reconstruction predicted the relationship between the true absorption coefficient of the target in the 3D medium and the reconstructed value with the 2D PDE-based linearized algorithm. Moreover, the the true absorption coefficient in 3D medium was estimated from the 2D reconstructed image on the basis of the prediction by the numerical simulation. The estimation was successful in the phantom experiment, although some limitations were revealed.

散射特性在水色卫星遥感模式的开发、水下光辐射传输、优势藻光谱特征的提取以及赤潮监测等方面有着重要的应用价值.在假定藻细胞为均匀球形结构的条件下,建立了浮游植物的散射正演模型.模型输入参量为实际测量的藻细胞吸收系数和粒度分布,输出参量为浮游植物的散射效率和吸收效率光谱.对短伪海链藻和威氏海链藻进行实验,模拟结果与实验结果的比较发现:该模型估箅得到的散射光谱能与实验的散射光谱得到很好的吻合,两种藻的模拟散射效率相对实验散射效率的误差分别为7%和10.6%,吸收效率的误差分别为7.4%和13.4%.模拟与实验结果的吻合表明,由吸收系数和粒度分布可以模拟出藻类的散射光谱特性.单细胞近似球形藻类散射正演模型可行.  相似文献
