Novel oxygen sensing materials consisting of [Ru(Bphen)2bpy]2+ (Bphen=4,7-diphenyl-1,10-phenanthroline, bpy=2,2′-bipyridyl) portion covalently grafted to the backbones of the ordered functionalized mesoporous MCM-41 are synthesized by co-condensation of tetraethoxysilane (TEOS) and the functionalized Ru(II) complex [Ru(Bphen)2Bpy-Si]2+ using surfactant cetyltrimethylammoniumbromide (CTAB) as template. The Bpy-Si was used as not only one of the precursors of the sol-gel process but also the second ligand of Ru(Bphen)2Cl2·2H2O complex to prepare the functionalized mesoporous materials for oxygen sensors. Dye leaching shortcoming is overcome due to the Si-C bonds. The derivative mesoporous oxygen sensing materials are characterized by Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR), small angle X-ray diffraction (SAXRD), luminescence intensity quenching Stern-Volmer plots, and excited-state decay analysis. The mesoporous materials show higher sensitivity to the O2 concentration in N2 (I0/I100=23.2) and shorter response time (1.2 s) in comparison with those based on sol-gel method. When the concentration of oxygen is 10%, the luminescence intensity of the oxygen sensor can be quenched by 89.9%, suggesting that it is highly sensing at low concentration of oxygen.  相似文献

Luminescence quenching of Ru(II) complexes by oxygen has proved a powerful method of quantitative oxygen analysis. It has become clear that the polymer support for the sensor molecule plays a pivotal role in the sensor performance. The current work is devoted to understanding how the physical and photophysical properties of a sensor respond to changes in polymer composition. An oxygen quenching study was conducted on [Ru(Ph2phen)3]Cl2(Ph2phen=4,7-diphenyl-1,10-phenanthroline), in copolymer supports consisting of GP-163 (a polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) with varying amounts of pendant acrylate groups) combined with a number of alkyl methacrylates with long chain alkyl or fluorinated alkyl esters. Increasing the chain length or the degree of fluorination on the hydrocarbon chains enhances performance. However, there is an optimal chain length for the fluorinated hydrocarbons for sensitivity, linearity, and physical properties. Too long a chain yields reduced quenching sensitivity and yields cloudy polymers. All systems showed some degree of heterogeneity as indicated by nonlinear Stern-Volmer quenching plots, but their intensity quenching data could be successfully fit with a two-site model.  相似文献

A new type of fiber optic glucose biosensor based on fluorescence quenching has been designed and its properties have been studied. Glucose can be oxidized by oxygen when glucose oxidase are used as the catalyst, therefore, the concentration of glucose can be measured by detecting the consumption of oxygen. For the detection of oxygen concentration, the ruthenium(Ⅱ) complex, Ru(bpy)3Cl2, were used as the fluorescence indicator and its fluorescence lifetime were detected by lock-in technology. The detecting range of the sensor is 50 - 500 mg/dl and its response time is 30 seconds, showing that this kind of sensors is possible to be used in clinical diagnosis and detection.  相似文献

研究了基于波长调制的螺旋形塑料光纤(plastic optical fiber, POF)表面等离子体共振(surface plasmon resonance, SPR)折射率传感器。采用机械热压和扭曲法将塑料光纤制备成螺旋形,在螺旋形POF上通过磁控溅射蒸镀一定厚度(约50 nm)的金属薄膜来激励SPR效应,从而形成螺旋形POF-SPR传感器。通过对螺旋形POF-SPR传感器的结构进行修饰,研究不同结构参数对折射率传感特性的影响。实验结果表明:由厚度为500μm扁平形POF扭制、螺纹数为4的螺旋形POF-SPR传感器具有较好的线性度和折射率传感特性,在折射率为1.335~1.400范围内测得的灵敏度为1 262 nm/RIU。该传感器具有成本较低、制备简单、结构稳定等优点。  相似文献

A method developed for quantitative determination of static and dynamic contributions to luminescence quenching is applied to Ru(II) complexes in polymer matrices (silica gel and polystyrene), quenched by oxygen. 基于荧光淬灭原理的光纤氧传感器一直是许多研究工作的重点。介绍了一种制作简单、成本低的光纤氧传感器制造方法。该方法基于荧光淬灭原理,在光纤末端涂覆荧光材料铂八乙基卟啉(PtOEP)实现的。传感器中荧光材料被395nm的紫光激发,并由Y形光纤引导,使用广州犀谱光电USB2000+光谱仪记录荧光的发光强度时序图。最后得到的PtOEP的(I0/I100)-1的值为0.78,即光纤氧传感器的灵敏度为0.78,而且,斯特恩-沃尔默(Stern-Volmer)图显示出很好的线性特性。从氧气到空气环境的响应时间为24 s,从空气环境到氧气的响应时间是5 s。结果表明,基于荧光淬灭原理的光纤氧传感器具有较高的灵敏度和更快的响应时间。  相似文献

The results reported concern the characterization of thin layer SiO2-based matrices with an oxygen sensing component Ru(II)-tris(4,7-diphenyl-1,10-phenanthroline) immobilized, when a sol-gel process along with dip- and spin-coating deposition methods are used.SEM, TEM and AFM study, assisted by X-ray energy dispersive microanalysis reveals the influence of the precursors used, sol treatment and the coating conditions on the films morphology and Ru distribution in the matrices. Uniform and smooth surface is produced from tetraethoxysilane (TEOS). The presence of ormosils (methyltriethoxysilane, MtEOS and octyltriethoxysilane, OtEOS) significantly increases the surface roughness exhibited as dots on the SEM image. Their surface concentration and size depend on the number of immersions and withdrawal speed at the dip coating. Spin deposition leads to rather different morphology of the films, based on TEOS/OtEOS. Following commonly used sol preparation procedure (with 1.25-2.5 g Ru-complex/dm3 sol) microcrystallization of the complex occurs with formation of randomly distributed crystals 100-400 nm in size. The ultrasound treatment of the sol by means of ultrasound disintegrator leads to homogeneous distribution of the complex without observable crystallization and significant improvement of the film sensing properties (increase of Stern-Volmer constant and better linearity of the Stern-Volmer plots both in gaseous and aqueous media).  相似文献

A nitro aromatic explosives sensor based on fluorescence quenching was studied in this paper. U-shaped plastic optical fiber was used as sensor head and light emitting conjugated polymer MEH-PPV as fluorescence indictor. The light source was modulated sinusoidal to eliminate the external light disturbance. TNT quenching characteristics of fluorescence intensity was measured. When TNT concentration is lower than 10 mg/ml, the relationship between fluorescence intensity and TNT concentration is linearly, when TNT concentration is higher than 10 mg/100 ml the obtained characteristics showed deviation from linear relation described by Stern–Volmer equation.  相似文献

通过溶剂热、溶胶-凝胶和共嫁接技术开发制备了一种基于芘功能化的核壳型磁性二氧化硅纳米微球的可回收汞离子光学传感器。相对于其他竞争金属离子,获得的多功能纳米微球对Hg2+具有良好的荧光传感性能和选择性。多功能微球的荧光强度与Hg2+浓度之间显示出良好的Stern-Volmer线性关系(R2=0.998 3),其检测限为2.3×10-8 mol·L-1。该材料对汞离子的荧光响应具有可逆性,利用EDTA溶液处理可实现多次重复使用。此外,芘功能化的磁性二氧化硅纳米微球可以有效地除去水溶液中的Hg2+,并且通过施加外部磁场可实现简单快速的分离。上述结果表明,这种功能化核壳型磁性二氧化硅微球在同时检测和去除环境污染物方面具有良好的发展前景与应用潜力。  相似文献

A pressure sensitive paint (PSP) measurement has been known as a pressure field measurement technique based on the oxygen quenching phenomenon of luminescence of specific luminophores. A PSP measurement was applied for pressure field measurement in a low-solidity circular cascade diffuser of a single-stage transonic centrifugal compressor with 5 in pressure ratio for HFC134a gas. The oxygen concentration was about 500 ppm. Ru (bath-phen) was adsorbed on a silica-gel thinlayer chromatography sheet, and the sheet was pasted onto the side-wall between the cascade vanes. A drastic change in luminescent intensity was recognized during a surge condition. Also the pressure variations based on luminescent intensity agreed well with the pressure fluctuations measured using a semiconductor pressure sensor with high-frequency-response. It was shown that a PSP measurement worked well to investigate the unsteady pressure fields in a circular cascade diffuser of a transonic centrifugal compressor. Moreover, the time response of PSP becomes clear as a problem to be overcome for the present.  相似文献

In this article design and operation of a plastic optical fiber (POF) sensor based on the unconventional light leakage from one fiber to another one causing intensity modulation are presented. The dominant loss mechanism was found to be the evanescent loss and based on this phenomenon the optical fiber sensor was designed. The penetration depth of evanescent wave as a function of different refractive index of cladding was calculated. Operation of this sensor was tested as a liquid level sensor for different liquids and the experimental results are compared. The dry (air interface layer) and wet output (liquid interface layer) signals for this probe were measured for a series of measurements and important factors concerning sensor operation are described. The precision of measured values, reproducibility of the results (1.35% error), and the stability of sensing operation as a function of time at different launching powers are also reported (0.85% error). The reported results for this design are promising and verify the successful operation of such a device as a liquid level probe and also as an on/off level switch.  相似文献

Zn(II) and 8-hydroxyquinoline were made to react in an in situ solid−solid reaction in the interlayer space of Ca-bentonite from Thailand, resulting in [Zn(8-hydroxyquinoline)2]2+, the well known -Znq2. X-ray diffraction patterns showed that the interlayer space of the bentonite increased from 1.56 to 1.67 nm on going from Zn(II)-bentonite to Znq2-bentonite, which confirmed the intercalation of Znq2 in bentonite. The intercalated Znq2-bentonite compound was mixed with a solution of polystyrene in toluene and coated as a film on a polystyrene sheet. The fluorescence intensity of Znq2-bentonite film was measured in the presence of dissolved oxygen (DO). It was found that the fluorescence intensity of the film decreased as dissolved oxygen increased, which is a promising result for developing an optical dissolved oxygen sensor (DO sensor). The fluorescence quenching by oxygen followed the Stern-Volmer plot.  相似文献

利用三维荧光-紫外光谱表征了荧光猝灭剂的赋存状态,当样品体系中存在Fe(Ⅲ)的情况下,胡敏酸会发生荧光猝灭现象,而其紫外光谱基本不受影响。考察了胡敏酸荧光强度I值(Ex/Em=300 nm/510nm)和紫外吸光度A值(UV300)的变化,I/A比值越小,说明水样中猝灭剂Fe(Ⅲ)浓度越高。当胡敏酸为10,15和20 mg·L~(-1)时,根据Stern-Volmer公式I/I_0=1-f_c×K_c×[c]/(1+K_c×[c])以及拟合函数I/A=f×[k/(CFe~(3+)+c)+b],拟合得到荧光猝灭常数K_c=1.08~1.15,比例系数f_c=1.10~1.14之间,胡敏酸荧光强度值与吸光度比值(I/A)及铁离子浓度(C_(Fe~(3+))相关曲线系数f=0.83~1.19,k=587.19~612.19,c=0.87~0.92,b=-87.09~-46.36,拟合曲线相关性R~2均为0.99。Stern-Volmer公式描述了Fe(Ⅲ)对胡敏酸荧光的猝灭作用,但实际样品测定时难以获得无猝灭剂时的荧光强度I_0。基于荧光强度I_0与紫外吸光度A之间的内在联系,两者比值I/A与Fe(Ⅲ)浓度c的拟合函数亦可以反映Fe(Ⅲ)对胡敏酸荧光的影响。利用拟合公式预测城市污水厂及纳污河流样品的树脂分离富集液中铁离子浓度,与电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪实际测量值相比,铁离子浓度较高的情况下(铁离子浓度大于0.4 mg·L~(-1)时)预测结果较好,可以判断猝灭剂的存在及相应浓度。  相似文献

The accuracy and precision of oxygen concentration and temperature measured by dual-broadband rotational Coherent Anti-Stokes Raman Spectroscopy (CARS) were investigated in nitrogen-oxygen mixtures at atmospheric pressure and temperatures between 290 and 1410 K. The relative standard deviation of temperatures evaluated from pure oxygen rotational CARS spectra was found to be around 5%, and the mean temperature was the same as for nitrogen CARS spectra, except for temperatures above 1000 K, where the temperature was 120 K below the correct value. The in situ calibrated oxygen concentrations were within 10% of the correct value, with a standard deviation of around 1.2% for the mixtures of 12 and 20% oxygen in nitrogen. For the lowest oxygen concentrations considered in this study (2 and 4%), the systematic errors in the evaluated concentrations were very large, and the standard deviation of repeated single-shot measurements was above 2%. However, employing weighting in the spectral fitting routine reduced the errors in the concentration and the single-shot standard deviation was lowered to 0.5%. Finally, it was shown that spectral interference (from oxygen) in a rotational CARS spectrum of nitrogen generally had little impact on the temperature evaluated from fitting the spectra to theoretical nitrogen spectra.  相似文献

利用丝网印刷技术制备了基于Ru(bpy)23 (钌联吡啶)的印刷电极电致化学发光传感器,这种传感器具有制作简单、成本低、重现性好、对草酸盐的响应范围宽、检测限低等优点。详细研究了电极的制作方法以及发光试剂的固定化。在最优条件下,在pH 6.0的0.2 mol.L-1磷酸盐缓冲液中,利用所研制的ECL传感器测定C2O24-,线性响应范围为3.0×10-7~1.0×0-5mol.L-1,检测限为1.2×10-7mol.L-1(S/N=3)。根据同样的原理也可以用来测定其他的成分,如氨基酸,TprA(三丙胺),NAD(烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸)等物质。同时应该指出的是如果使用丝网印刷机器进行印刷的话,电极的重现性和稳定性还可以进一步提高。  相似文献

The fluorescence quenching of newly synthesized coumarin (chromen-2-one) derivative, 4-(5-methyl-3-furan-2-yl-benzofuran-2-yl)-7-methyl-chromen-2-one (MFBMC) by aniline in different solvent mixtures of benzene and acetonitrile was determined at room temperature (296 K) by steady-state fluorescence measurements. The quenching is found to be appreciable and positive deviation from linearity was observed in the Stern-Volmer (S-V) plots in all the solvent mixtures. This could be explained by static and dynamic quenching models. The positive deviation in the S-V plot is interpreted in terms of ground-state complex formation model and sphere of action static quenching model. Various rate parameters for the fluorescence quenching process have been determined by using the modified Stern-Volmer equation. The sphere of action static quenching model agrees very well with experimental results. The dependence of Stern-Volmer constant KSV, on dielectric constant ε of the solvent mixture suggests that the fluorescence quenching is diffusion-limited. Further with the use of finite sink approximation model, it is concluded that these bimolecular quenching reactions are diffusion-limited. Using lifetime (τo) data, the distance parameter R′ and mutual diffusion coefficient D are estimated independently.  相似文献

利用蓝光LED(λmax =4 6 0nm )构建的氧荧光猝灭检测系统 ,考察了不同Ru配合物以甲基硅氧烷(TMOS)和二甲基二甲氧基硅烷 (DiMe DMOS)为共先驱体 ,制备的有机改性溶胶 凝胶 (sol gel)膜内荧光猝灭行为。DiMe DMOS的加入量会影响敏感膜的极性 ,从而影响敏感膜对氧浓度的响应。利用自行构建的装置对水体中氧进行了检测 ,传感膜对氧饱和水溶液测定的相对标准偏差为 1 12 % (n =6 ) ,响应时间为 30s,对氮饱和水溶液测定相对标准偏差为 0 39% (n =6 ) ,响应时间为 90s,敏感膜使用寿命大于 6个月。  相似文献

双电解液锂空气电池因其高理论能量密度受到广泛研究,但电池正极侧氧还原反应(ORR)速率低,其反应速率是限制锂空气电池发展的主要因素之一.本文提出了以钌(Ru)掺杂单层石墨烯作为正极ORR催化剂,采用第一性原理计算nRu (n=1~3)掺杂石墨烯的电子结构和氧气在Ru掺杂石墨烯表面的吸附性能,并以过渡态搜索方法获得ORR反应路径,研究碱性溶液中Ru掺杂单层石墨烯作用下的ORR机理.研究结果表明,经Ru原子掺杂后,石墨烯能够获得稳定的掺杂结构,且电导率显著提升.同原始单层石墨烯相比,Ru掺杂石墨烯增强了对O2的吸附能力.在三Ru(n=3)掺杂石墨烯表面进行的ORR无需克服任何能垒.此外,三Ru掺杂石墨烯表面对OH基团的吸附能最低,有利于ORR的连续进行.研究表明三Ru掺杂石墨烯有望成为一种新型的ORR催化剂以提高双电解液锂空气电池的性能.  相似文献

A new method for the detection of low oxygen concentration is proposed here. The system is based on the principle of enhancement of fluorescence yield of tetraphenylporphine (TPP) dye at λ=656 nm when excited by He-Cd laser at λ =441 nm in the presence of oxygen. The sensor head was fabricated by cladding the ARTON fiber core with the poly-4-methy1-1-pentene polymer matrix doped with TPP. The experimental results obtained indicate a good enhancement in the fluorescence when the sensor head is exposed to oxygen. The response was found to be linear and stable in the range of (100 ppm-1%) with the resolution of 0.01%. The sensor response was characterized by studying its response for change in temperature and is discussed below.  相似文献
