提出了一种广义的三模式腔光机械系统,系统的中间是一个反射率为100%的可移动的全反射机械振子,两侧均由一个部分透射的固定光学腔镜构成.其中两个光学腔由一束较强的控制场和一束较弱的信号场驱动与同一个机械振子实现耦合.较弱的信号场将会被该系统完全吸收而不产生任何能量输出,并且当相干完美吸收产生时,输入信号场的能量将由两个腔场和机械模共同分担;较弱的输入信号场由一个腔完美透视到另一个腔而不产生任何的能量损耗.分析与数值结果显示,在不同参数机制下,在该三模光机械系统中可以实现相干完美吸收、相干完美透射和相干完美合成的量子现象.此外,改变腔与腔之间的耦合度,可以实现输出探测场在相干完美吸收和相干完美透射之间转换;通过简单的相位调制,可以实现探测场左腔-右腔的输出和输入方向的互换.这些动态控制在量子信息网络可用来构造光子开关、光子路由、光子交换机等一些特殊功能的光子学器件.  相似文献

In this paper we propose a scheme in which two-mode entanglement in a steady state is produced by using two lasers to resonantly drive a single four-level atom embedded inside a two-mode optical cavity.In this scheme,atomic coherence induced by a classical laser plays an important role in the process of preparing the entangled state.With the coupling of a strong control field,direct two-photon transition is generated and the relatively weak pump field induces the parametric interaction between two photons,which makes them entangle with each other.By numerical calculation,we find that the degree of entanglement depends strongly on the Rabi frequencies of the classical laser fields and the cavity losses.  相似文献

A scheme to generate entanglement in a cavity optomechanical system filled with an optical parametric amplifier is proposed. With the help of the optical parametric amplifier, the stationary macroscopic entanglement between the movable mirror and the cavity field can be notably enhanced, and the entanglement increases when the parametric gain increases.Moreover, for a given parametric gain, the degree of entanglement of the cavity optomechanical system increases with increasing input laser power.  相似文献

We theoretically investigate the analog of electromagnetically induced absorption and parametric amplification in a hybrid opto-electromechanical system consisting of an optical cavity and a microwave cavity coupled to a common mechanical resonator. When the two cavity modes are driven by two pump fields, a weak probe beam is applied to the optical cavity to monitor the optical response of the hybrid system, which can be effectively controlled by adjusting the frequency and power of the two pump fields. We find that the analog of electromagnetically induced absorption and parametric amplification can appear in the probe transmission spectrum when one cavity is pumped on its red sideband and another is pumped on its blue sideband. These phenomena can find potential applications in optical switching and signal amplification in the quantum information process.  相似文献

研究了Fabry-Perot光学腔中包含一个光学参量放大器来增强腔场与机械振子之间的耦合的光机械动力学行为.在解析边带机制下用量子郞之万方程具体研究了振子的涨落光谱、光学多稳态行为、机械阻尼与修正共振频移和基态冷却.通过数值解讨论了辐射压力诱导机械振子和腔场的稳态振幅所展现的光学多稳态行为,同时也分析了辐射压力引起的修正共振频移和机械阻尼与参量增益、输入激光功率和参量相位这三个因素的关系.此外,随着调节泵浦场的参量相位,振子的涨落光谱呈现简正模式分裂.通过精确求解最终有效声子数论证了基态冷却.结果表明,机械振子的冷却由初始浴温度、机械品质因数和参量相位这个三个因素控制.参量相提供一个新的方法来操控非线性光机械动力学.  相似文献

In this paper, we discuss the coherence of a single Cooper-pair box irradiated by a single-mode quantized field in a coherent state inside a phase-damped cavity. Analytic results under certain parametric conditions are obtained, by means of which we analyze the influence of dissipation on the Wehrl entropy and Wehrl phase distribution. An interesting relation between the coherence and the dissipation effect is observed.  相似文献

给出了一种在非粒子反转条件下量子阱和量子点激光器的红外发射机理.此种红外发射是基于在同一作用区产生并作为红外场相干源的两种带间跃迁激光场的共振非线性混合.这种频率下转换机理并不依赖于在半导体激活媒质中的长时相干假定条件,在室温和泵注入电流条件下仍然有效.频率下转换的固有效率可以达到相当于每个可见光子产生一个红外光子的量子极限值.根据红外发射的可参变特性,这种非粒子反转的方法尤其适用于长波红外工作范围.  相似文献

We theoretically predict and experimentally demonstrate chaotic behaviors in a system comprising of three-level atoms inside an optical ring cavity. This electromagnetically induced transparency (EIT) system is driven to chaos through period-doubling route by reducing the frequency detuning of the coupling laser beam. The chaos occurs in a different parametric regime as previously predicted and is believed to be caused by the enhanced dispersion and nonlinearity due to induced atomic coherence in such EIT system.  相似文献

高纠缠度的纠缠源是实现高保真度量子信息传输与处理的保障,因为受到光学元器件自身性能不完美的限制,通过有效的操控手段来提高光场的纠缠度是十分必要的.连续变量Einstein-Podolsky-Rosen纠缠态光场可以利用工作在阈值以下的非简并光学参量放大器来获得.将两个非简并光学参量放大器级联,可以利用第二个光学腔来操控第一个光学腔输出的纠缠态光场,在一定条件下实现光场的纠缠增强.本文通过理论分析设计出两种光学腔级联的实验系统,其中,纠缠产生装置采用具有三共振结构的半整块驻波腔,输出到目前为止世界上单腔获得两组份纠缠态光场纠缠度的最高值,操控光学腔采用驻波腔或四镜环形腔的结构.详细对比分析了不同结构的操控腔对纠缠增强效果的影响,得出利用不同腔形作为操控腔的最佳实验方案.同时分析了级联腔输出光场的纠缠度随不同物理参量的变化关系,得出进一步优化的最佳实验系统参量,为实验获得更高纠缠度的纠缠态光场提供了依据.  相似文献

Small-angle scattering due to mirror surface roughness is shown to couple the optical modes and deform the transmission spectra in a frequency-degenerate optical cavity. A simple model based on a random scattering matrix clearly visualizes the mixing and avoided crossings between multiple transverse modes. These effects are visible only in the frequency-domain spectra; cavity ringdown experiments are unaffected by changes in the spatial coherence, as they probe just the intracavity photon lifetime.  相似文献

Electric field poling has been employed to fabricate 3-mm-thick periodically poled KTiOPO>(4) crystal for a high-power optical parametric oscillator. The maximum output power of the singly resonant optical parametric oscillator reached 13 mJ with 45% efficiency when the resonator was pumped with a 2.2-mm-diameter beam from a Q-switched Nd:YAG laser. The influence of the cavity design on the spectral and spatial qualities of the output parametric radiation is also discussed.  相似文献

We investigate theoretically the magneto-optical rotation in cavity QED system with atomic Zeeman coherence, which is established via coherent population trapping. Owing to Zeeman coherence, the ultranarrow transmission spectrum less than 1 MHz with gain can be achieved with a flat-top Faraday rotation angle. By controlling the parameters appropriately, the input probe components within the flat-top regime rotate with almost the same angle, and transmit through the cavity perpendicularly to the other components outside the flat-top regime. The concepts discussed here provide an important tool for perfect ultranarrow Faraday optical filter and quantum information processing.  相似文献

A scheme to generate the stationary entanglement of two distant coupled optical cavities placed optical parametric amplifiers is proposed. We study how the optical parametric amplifiers can affect the entanglement behaviors of the movable mirrors and the cavity fields. With the existence of optical parametric amplifiers, we show that larger stationary entanglement of optical and mechanical modes can be obtained and the entanglement increases with the increasing parametric gain. Especially, the degree of entanglement between the two cavity fields is more pronouncedly enhanced. Moreover, for a fixed parametric gain, the entanglement of distant cavity optomechanical systems increases as the input laser power is increased.  相似文献

A four-level double-ladder cold atoms system with spontaneously generated coherence trapped in a moving optical lattice is explored to achieve optical nonreciprocity. When spontaneously generated coherence(SGC) is present, the remarkable contrast optical nonreciprocity of light transmission and reflection can be generated at each induced photonic bandgap in the optical lattice with a velocity of a few m/s. However, when the SGC effect is absent, the optical nonreciprocity becomes weak or even vanishing due to the strong absorption. It is found that the optical nonreciprocity is related to the asymmetric Doppler effect in transmission and reflection, meanwhile the degree and position of optical nonreciprocity can be tuned by the SGC effect and the Rabi frequency of the trigger field.  相似文献

This study highlights the theoretical investigation of quantum coherence in mechanical oscillators and its transfer between the cavity and mechanical modes of an optomechanical system comprising an optical cavity and two mechanical oscillators that,in this study, were simultaneously coupled to the optical cavity at different optomechanical coupling strengths. The quantum coherence transfer between the optical and mechanical modes is found to depend strongly on the relative magnitude of the two optomechanical couplings. The laser power, decay rates of the cavity and mechanical oscillators, environmental temperature, and frequency of the mechanical oscillator are observed to significantly influence the investigated quantum coherences. Moreover,quantum coherence generation in the optomechanical system is restricted by the system's stability condition, which helps sustain high and stable quantum coherence in the optomechanical system.  相似文献

Cluster hopping effects and frequency instabilities prevent a wide use of doubly-resonant optical parametric oscillators (DROPOs) in the field of optical diagnostics, especially in the nanosecond regime.
