Nonlinearly dynamic stability of flexible liquid-conveying pipe in fluid structure interaction was analyzed by using modal disassembling technique. The effects of Poisson, Junction and Friction couplings in the wave-flowing-vibration system on the pipe dynamic stability were included in the analytical model constituted by four nonlinear differential equations. An analyzing example of cantilevered pipe was done to illustrate the dynamic stability characteristics of the pipe in the full coupling mechanisms, and the phase curves related to the first four modal motions were drawn. The results show that the dynamic stable characteristics of the pipe are very complicated in the complete coupling mechanisms, and the kinds of the singularity points corresponding to the various modal motions are different. Based on the differential constitutive relationship of linear viscoelastic, material, a solid-liquid coupling vibration equation for viscoelastic pipe conveying fluid is derived by the D'Alembert's principle. The critical flow velocities and natural frequencies of the cantilever pipe conveying fluid with the Kelvin model (flutter instability) are calculated with the modified finite difference method in the form of the recurrence formula. The curves between the complex frequencies of the first, second and third mode and flow velocity of the pipe are plotted. On the basis of the numerical, calculation results, the dynamic behaviors and stability of the pipe are discussed. It should be pointed out that the delay time of viscoelastic material with the Kelvin model has a remarkable effect on the dynamic characteristics and stability behaviors of the cantilevered pipe conveying fluid, which is a gyroscopic non-conservative system.  相似文献

The dynamic characteristics of a single liquid-filled pipe have been broadly studied in the previous literature. The parallel liquid-filled pipe (PLFP) system is also widely used in engineering, and its structure is more complex than that of a single pipe. However, there are few reports about the dynamic characteristics of the PLFPs. Therefore, this paper proposes improved frequency modeling and solution for the PLFPs, involving the logical alignment principle and coupled matrix processing. The established model incorporates both the fluid-structure interaction (FSI) and the structural coupling of the PLFPs. The validity of the established model is verified by modal experiments. The effects of some unique parameters on the dynamic characteristics of the PLFPs are discussed. This work provides a feasible method for solving the FSI of multiple pipes in parallel and potential theoretical guidance for the dynamic analysis of the PLFPs in engineering.  相似文献

考虑管道与液体之间的泊松耦合与连接耦合,推导了低频情况下的充液直管轴向、横向振动传递矩阵与弯管单元的传递矩阵,引入了弯管弯曲因子,对-“L”形充液管系进行了研究,使用ANSYS有限元分析软件与传递矩阵法计算了两种边界条件下充液、充所管系的模态频率与模态振型,结果表明,气体与管道之间的耦合作用对管系模态的影响可忽略;而对充液管系而言,因液耦合作用不能忽略。  相似文献

柔性梁在作大范围空间运动时,产生弯曲和扭转变形,这些变形的相互耦合形成了梁在纵向以及横向位移的二次耦合变量。本文考虑了变形产生的几何非线性效应对运动柔性梁的影响,在其三个方向的变形中均考虑了二次耦合变量,利用弹性旋转矩阵建立了准确的几何非线性变形方程,通过Lagrange方程导出系统的动力学方程。仿真结果表明,在大范围运动情况下,仅在纵向变形中计及了变形二次耦合量的一次动力学模型,与考虑了完全几何非线性变形的模型具有一定的差异。  相似文献

以充液航天器为工程背景,借助多尺度方法研究刚--液耦合动力学系统非线性动力学特性.利用多维模态方法,将描述横向外激励下圆柱贮箱中液体非线性晃动的自由边界问题转换为液体模态系数相互耦合的有限维非线性常微分方程组.推导液体晃动产生的作用于贮箱壁的晃动力和晃动力矩的解析表达式,进而建立航天器刚体部分平动和液体晃动耦合的非线性动力学方程组.应用多尺度方法对刚--液耦合系统的动力学特性进行解析分析,通过固有频率的特征方程求解耦合系统固有频率,推导外激励频率接近耦合系统第一阶固有频率时液体晃动稳态解的幅值频率响应方程.结合数值方法,研究了液体晃动稳态解的幅值频率响应曲线和激励--幅值响应曲线.结果表明, 随充液比变化,液体晃动稳态解的幅值频率响应曲线会发生软、硬弹簧特性转换现象和"跳跃"现象;幅值频率响应曲线的软、硬弹簧特性转换点受重力加速度和弹簧刚度系数影响;以上所得研究结果表明,考虑非线性效应时的刚--液耦合系统动力学特性与传统的线性系统模型所显示的动力学特性具有本质区别.本文的研究工作对进一步分析充液航天器刚--液耦合非线性动力学特性具有重要参考价值.   相似文献

An investigation is undertaken of an integrated mechanical-electromagnetic coupling system consisting of a rigid vehicle with heave, roll, and pitch motions, four electro-magnetic energy harvesters and four tires subject to uneven road excitations in order to improve the passengers' riding comfort and harvest the lost engine energy due to uneven roads. Following the derived mathematical formulations and the proposed solution approaches, the numerical simulations of this interaction system subject to a continuous sinusoidal road excitation and a single ramp impact are completed. The simulation results are presented as the dynamic response curves in the forms of the frequency spectrum and the time history, which reveals the complex interaction characteristics of the system for vibration reductions and energy harvesting performance. It has addressed the coupling effects on the dynamic characteristics of the integrated system caused by:(1) the natural modes and frequencies of the vehicle;(2) the vehicle rolling and pitching motions;(3) different road exci-tations on four wheels;(4) the time delay of a road ramp to impact both the front and rear wheels, etc., which cannot be tackled by an often used quarter vehicle model. The guide-lines for engineering applications are given. The developed coupling model and the revealed concept provide a means with analysis idea to investigate the details of four energy harvester motions for electromagnetic suspension designs in order to replace the current passive vehicle isolators and to harvest the lost engine energy. Potential further research directions are suggested for readers to consider in the future.  相似文献

大型柔性航天器展开锁定后,运动副中仍存在大量无法消除的间隙. 铰链间隙直接影响柔性航天器的姿态 运动和有效载荷的指向精度及稳定度,会对航天器的动力学特性造成较大的影响. 针对这一问题, 提出一种含间隙铰 接的航天器刚柔耦合动力学建模与控制方法. 首先建立含间隙的铰链精确动力学模型,从而构建含间隙铰接的柔性结构 动力学模型. 然后利用哈密顿原理和模态离散方法,建立含间隙铰接柔性航天器离散形式的刚柔耦合非线性动力学 模型,采用 Newmark 算法对非线性动力学方程进行求解. 基于压电纤维复合材料 (macro fiber composite, MFC) 驱动器 构建航天器的刚-柔-电耦合动力学方程,采用最优控制设计控制律. 分析了铰链参数、中心刚体转动惯量、间隙尺寸和间隙数目对航天器动力学特性的影响,着重研究了铰链间隙对航天器姿态运动和结构振动的影响作用. 最后采用 MFC 驱动器对航天器施加主动控制. 结果表明,铰链参数和中心刚体转动惯量影响航天器的固有频率;随着铰链间隙尺寸的增大及间隙数目的增多,航天器的整体刚度逐渐减小,而航天器的姿态角和振动位移响应不断增大;通过基于 MFC 的主动控制,能够实现含间隙铰接航天器姿态运动与结构振动的协同控制,并缓解间隙对系统动态特性造成的影响.   相似文献

Resonant responses of suspended elastic cables driven by a steady current are investigated. Phenomenological fluid force models for alternate vortex-shedding are coupled with the nonlinear partial differential equations of cable motion. Decoupled cross-flow and in-line vortex-induced vibrations (VIV) are examined first using linearized and nonlinear cable models. The linearized cable model predicts well the basic characteristics of VIV and the nonlinear cable model captures the hysteresis often observed in experiments. Next, coupled cross-flow and in-line vibrations are evaluated by considering two principal coupling mechanisms: (i) cable structural nonlinearities, and (ii) coupled fluid lift and drag. Attention is focused on a “worst-case” resonant response where the natural frequencies for cable modes in the cross-flow and in-line directions are in the same 1:2 ratio as the excitation frequencies associated with lift and drag. The inclusion of cable structural nonlinearities alone leads to coupled responses that differ qualitatively (i.e., in number and stability of periodic motions) when compared to those of the decoupled model. The inclusion of coupled fluid lift and drag produces non-planar “figure eight” motions of the cable cross-section that exhibit similar characteristics to those previously measured on spring supported cylinders.  相似文献

The present work targets shaft whirling motions induced by direct blade/casing unilateral contact occurrences in aircraft engine bladed-disk assemblies. These contact events are favored by increasingly reduced blade-tip clearances and potentially lead to harmful interactions that may threaten the engine structural integrity.A simplified 2D in-plane finite element model representative of the engine fan stage is built, accounting for the flexibility of the shaft through two linear springs attached to the disk center node and the structural coupling provided by the fan frame and the bearings, modeled by an array of linear springs. A linear stability analysis of the reduced-order coupled system reveals two unstable zones in a selected rotational speed range, emanating from the linearly predicted modal coincidence speeds.Through a time-marching strategy, two asymmetric contact initiation mechanisms are investigated: (1) a prescribed casing distortion and (2) a mass imbalance on the bladed-disk. It is shown how the 1-nodal diameter mode of the first modal family of the bladed-disk is dominant when a modal interaction arises from the transient casing distortion and leads to divergent regimes. The presence of the frame/bearings coupling induces a shift in the critical speeds detected, generally characterized by a backward traveling wave in the rotating frame and a forward traveling one in the fixed frame. Further, when a mass imbalance is the excitation source, the suspension modes appear to have a major role and a stable limit cycle is reached regardless of the coupling stiffness with much lower energy levels than in divergent regimes.  相似文献

介绍了国内外柔性多体系统动力学实验研究现状,分为三个方面,即理论模型验证实验、动力学特性的实验研究和其它实验.柔性多体系统动力学建模理论的发展经历了3个阶段:运动-弹性动力学(KED)方法、传统混合坐标方法和计及了动力刚化效应的各种非线性理论.关于这些理论的模型验证实验均在本文中作了重点介绍.文中还对柔性多体系统动力学性态的研究实验也作了介绍,包括系统模态特性和共振等非线性力学行为.关于机械臂控制和碰撞研究实验虽有提及,但不作为重点.随后,着重介绍了柔性体弹性振动位移的测量和阻尼因素的处理这两个在实验不可避免但又难以解决的问题,尤其是结构阻尼和大范围运动引起的空气阻力.最后指出了今后的研究方向.文中对一些较为重要的实验装置也着重予以介绍,并给出了部分实验图片及数据曲线,以给读者一个更好的理解和参考.   相似文献

We investigate the relationship between the local and global bending motions of fluid-conveying pipes on an elastic foundation. The local approach refers to an infinite pipe without taking into account its finite ends, while in the global approach we consider a pipe of finite length with a given set of boundary conditions. Several kinds of propagating disturbances are identified from the dispersion relation, namely evanescent, neutral and unstable waves. As the length of the pipe is increased, the global criterion for instability is found to coincide with local neutrality, whereby a local harmonic forcing only generates neutral waves. For sets of boundary conditions that give rise only to static instabilities, the criterion for global instability of the long pipe is that static neutral waves exist. Conversely, for sets of boundary conditions that allow dynamic instabilities, the criterion for global instability of the long pipe corresponds to that for the existence of neutral waves of finite nonzero frequency. These results are discussed in relation with the work of Kulikovskii and other similar approaches in hydrodynamic stability theory.  相似文献

自行车发明于两个多世纪前. 这一看似古老的交通工具在为人们提供出行便利的同时,其独特的运动特性及动力学性质 也吸引了来自数学、物理及力学等多个学科相关学者的兴趣. 大体上,自行车可以描述为具有 7 个自由度和 4 个非完整约束的多刚体系统. 但由于前后车轮之间复杂的运动耦合关系,使得自行车的约束方程和动力学模型变得异常复杂, 导致对自行车的稳定性存在一些模糊认识. 本文针对经典的 Carvallo-Whipple 自行车构型,系统回顾了历史上自行车动力学研究中的相关问题,这些问题包括:(1) 自行车在复杂曲面上的几何约束和非完整约束的数学描述;(2) 自行车系统内在的对称性及守恒量; (3) 自行车动力学的各类建模方法; (4) 自行车运动的相对平衡点及稳定性分析,包括水平面上的匀速直线运动及旋转对称曲面上的匀速圆周运动;(5) 影响自行车自稳定性的结构参数等. 本文最后对自行车动力学实验和控制方面的研究工作进行了回顾,并对自行车今后的研究给出了展望.   相似文献

Applying the multidimensional Lindstedt-Poincaré (MDLP) method, we study the forced vibrations with internal resonance of a clamped-clamped pipe conveying fluid under external periodic excitation. The frequency-amplitude response curves of the first-mode resonance with internal resonance are obtained and its characteristics are discussed; moreover, the motions of the first two modes are also analyzed in detail. The present results reveal rich and complex dynamic behaviors caused by internal resonance and that some of the internal resonances are decided by the excitation amplitude. The MDLP method is also proved to be a simple and efficient technique to deal with nonlinear dynamics.  相似文献

建立了基于Timoshenko梁模型的车辆/轨道耦合动力学模型,分析轨下支承失效对直线轨道动态响应的影响. 钢轨被视为连续弹性离散点支承上的无限长Timoshenko梁,通过假设轨道系统刚度沿纵向分布发生突变来模拟轨下支承失效状态. 推导了考虑钢轨横向、垂向和扭转运动的轮轨滚动接触蠕滑率计算公式. 利用Hertz法向接触理论和沈氏蠕滑理论计算轮轨法向力及轮轨滚动接触蠕滑力. 采用移动轨下支承模型的车辆/轨道耦合系统激振模式,考虑轨枕离散支承对系统动力响应的影响. 通过新型显式积分法求解车辆/轨道耦合动力学系统运动方程,由数值分析计算得到不同轨下支承失效状态下直线轨道的动态响应. 结果表明,轨下支承失效对直线轨道变形及加速度有显著的影响,随着失效轨下支承个数的增加,轮轨相互作用力和轨道部件的位移、加速度将会急剧增大,将加速失效区段线路状况的恶化.   相似文献

设计了一种采用囊式空气弹簧的交叉型双气室空气互联悬架 (PIS 悬架),并应用于侧翻事故发生率极高的全地形车上. 建立了交叉型双气室气体耦合 AMEsim 模型与全地形车整车动力学 ADAMS/Car 模型,通过将前者模型中的空气弹簧弹性力作为整车动力学模型的输入变量,将后者模型中的空气弹簧压缩伸张位移作为气体耦合模型的输入变量,建立了完整的机械-气体耦合多自由度动力学联合仿真模型. 通过 J 型弯高速典型仿真实验对搭载 PIS 悬架、双气室非互联悬架 (UN-PIS 悬架) 和普通螺旋弹簧悬架 (HS 悬架) 的全地形车进行侧倾特性对比研究. 研究结果显示,PIS 悬架若关闭互联管路,则会形成 UN-PIS 非互联状态,使悬架刚度瞬间大幅上升,平顺性瞬间变差,而具有相同垂向刚度的 PIS 悬架与 HS 悬架,前者能够提供更多的侧倾角刚度. 研究了气路系统 中影响动态侧倾特性的相关因子,包括连接管路管长、管径、附加气室容积. 研究表明,互联管路管长越小,越有利于提升全地形车侧倾特性,存在临界管径,管径小于或大于该值时,均会小幅度提升侧倾特性,附加气室容积越小,侧倾角刚度越大,为 PIS 悬架气路系统设计提供理论依据.   相似文献
