电除尘器本体结构优化设计是一个规模大,设计变量数多而具有相当难度的几何可调和拓扑可调优化设计问题。对这样一个大型复杂的结构优化问题,本文在文[1]的工作基础上,充分利用结构的力学特性,应用有效设计变量的概念,建立了不用求偏导数且不必解线性规划的可行方向法—KFD方法。该方法具有收敛速度快、占用内存少的优点,比通常ε有效约束可行方向法提高速度数十倍。实际应用的结果表明文中的方法是很有效的。  相似文献

The minimum weight of sandwich construction which is regarded as objective function has been discussed. Under given constraint condition of the strength or the stiffness, the four optimum parameters of sandwich construction with honeycomb core (thickness of the face tf, thickness of the honeycomb core hc, thickness of the honeycomb wall ts, side length of the honeycomb cell c) are evaluated. By using constraint condition of the strength, a equation of high degree is finally solved. In the constraint condition of the stiffness, the constraint optimization problem is treated as inconstraint optimization problem with the method of obtaining extreme value solution by undetermined parameter multiplication. 完成了一种用边界元法对弹性薄板结构进行优化设计的计算机分析及彩色绘图系统.本文论述了平板弯曲问题的边界元法及其优化设计.系统采用本文作者提出的三方程协调方案,并精确计算分布荷载的域内积分.本文完成了多个平板弯曲问题的边界元分析算例及板结构边界元优化设计的工程算例.结果表明,本系统方法先进、结果精确可靠,具有十分明显的工程实用价值.  相似文献

Epsilon-continuation approach for truss topology optimization   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
In the present paper, a so-called epsilon-continuation approach is proposed for the solution of singular optimum in truss topology optimization problems. This approach is an improved version of the epsilon-relaxed approach developed by the authors previously. In the proposed approach, we start the optimization process from a relaxation parameter with a relatively large value and obtain a solution by applying the epsilon-relaxed approach. Then we decrease the value of the relaxation parameter by a small amount and choose the optimal solution found from the previous optimization process as the initial design for the next optimization. This continuation process is continued until a small termination value of the relaxation parameter is reached. Convergence analysis of the proposed approach is also presented. Numerical examples show that this approach can alleviate the dependence of the final solution on the initial choice of the design variable and enhance the probability of finding the singular optimum from rather arbitrary initial designs. 获得了双盘悬臂柔性转子-同心型挤压油膜阻尼器(SFD)系统在SFD轴承处的稳态响应的频响特性曲线、盘的频响曲线及传递率曲线。通过求解各方程和分析响应曲线图优选出可以避免出现双稳态和不稳态的参数组合。在给定的参数范围内分析了参数对于各项系统特性的影响,保证了所选能较好地满足各项性能要求,使系统具有优良的稳定性和动态特性。  相似文献

The definition of local optimum solution of the discrete optimization is first given, and then a comprehensive combinatorial algorithm is proposed in this paper. Two-level optimum method is used in the algorithm. In the first level optimization, an approximate local optimum solution is found by using the heuristic algorithm, relative difference quotient algorithm, with high computational efficiency and high performance demonstrated by the performance test of random samples. In the second level, a mathematical model of (-1, 0, 1) programming is established first, and then it is changed into (0, 1) programming model. The local optimum solution X* will be from the (0, 1) programming by using the delimitative and combinatorial algorithm or the relative difference quotient algorithm. By this algorithm, the local optimum solution can be obtained certainly, and a method is provided to judge whether or not the approximate optimum solution obtained by heuristic algorithm is an optimum solution. A micromechanics analysis on the possibility of designing a two-phase pseudoelastic composite is made for the case where ductile transformable shape memory alloy plastic particles are imbedded coherently in an elastic matrix. It is demonstrated that a pseudoelastic stress-strain loop in a macroscopic loading-unloading cycle can be obtained by microscopically stress induced forward and reverse martensitic transformations in the SMA particles. The relation between the macroscopic stress-strain response and the material parameters of the constituents of this composite is quantified through the micromechanics calculations, which reveals that the best ductility and thus the greatest energy absorption capacity of this novel microstructure can be obtained by the optimum material design.  相似文献
