沸石分子筛催化剂上萘的择形异丙基化反应性能 总被引:17,自引:0,他引:17
研究了HY,Hβ,HM和HZSM-5沸石分子筛对萘择形异丙基化反应的催化性能.结果发现,这些沸石分子筛的活性顺序为HY>Hβ>HM>HZSM-5,对2,6-二异丙基萘的选择性顺序为HM>Hβ>HY.除沸石分子筛的酸量与酸分布外,其孔道结构与大小是影响萘异丙基化反应的主要因素.脱铝能选择性地降低沸石外表面的酸性,且对沸石的催化性能有较大影响.常压水蒸气脱铝结合强酸再处理有利于催化剂催化性能的提高.提高反应温度有利于萘的转化,但温度过高会引发许多副反应,适宜的反应温度约为523K.反应时间对产物分布的影响不明显.异丙醇/萘摩尔比应小于2. 相似文献

以介孔分子筛MCM-48为前驱体,通过表面胺化和高温NH3氮化方法制备出两种碱性分子筛.采用X射线衍射(XRD)、N2-吸附脱附、透射电镜(TEM)、红外光谱(FT-IR)、热重分析(TG)和哈密特指示剂法对上述分子筛的结构及表面酸碱性进行了详细表征,并通过苯甲醛与丙二腈的Knoevenagel缩合反应对其碱催化活性及稳定性进行了考察和对比.结果表明,表面胺化和高温氮化的方法均可制备出碱性介孔分子筛,且均在Knoevenagel碱性探针反应中表现出较好的碱催化活性,但与后者相比,前者制备的碱性分子筛具有更强的表面碱性和更好的反应稳定性. 相似文献

Cerium incorporated MCM-48 molecular sieves have been hydrothermally synthesized by both a mixed template and a variable pH approach. The samples were characterized by various physicochemical methods, including X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy, diffuse reflectance UV-vis spectroscopy, XRF spectroscopy, nitrogen adsorption. These results reveal that cerium is incorporated in MCM-48 in the form of well-dispersed tetra-coodinated cerium ion. Maintaining the proper concentration of cerium and adjusting the pH allows for a more ordered structure with a much higher specific surface area than that of MCM-48. Ce-MCM-48 was employed in the liquid phase oxidation of cyclohexane with aqueous H2O2. The results showed that Ce-MCM-48 is more active as a catalyst for the liquid phase oxidation of cyclohexane. The oxidation conversion catalyzed by Ce-MCM-48 is 8.3 %-14.2% higher than that catalyzed by MCM-48 and the selectivity for the main products increase by 63.4%-68.8%. Accordingly, Ce-MCM-48 has been shown to have important potential applications. 相似文献

以拟薄水铝石为铝源、水玻璃为硅源、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵为模板剂,在110℃时水热晶化合成了含Al的MCM-41介孔分子筛.采用X射线衍射(XRD)、N2吸附-脱附、固体29Si、27Al魔角旋转核磁共振技术(MASNMR)、扫描电镜(SEM)及吡啶吸附傅里叶变换红外(FTIR)光谱技术对AlMCM-41分子筛进行了表征.结果表明:AlMCM-41分子筛具有六方排列的孔道结构,同时具有很高的相对结晶度、比表面积和孔容,且孔分布单一;AlMCM-41分子筛中Si原子在骨架内键合的程度更高,使AlMCM-41分子筛具有更好的骨架晶化程度;同时具有四配位骨架铝,使AlMCM-41介孔分子筛具有适当的酸性. 相似文献

Al-MCM-48 molecular sieves (Si/Al molar ratios = 25, 50, 75, and 100) were synthesized hydrothermally using cetyltrimethyl-ammonium bromide as the structure directing template. The orderly arrangement of mesopores was evident from the low angle X-ray diffraction patterns and transmission electron microscopy images. The catalytic performance of the materials was evaluated in the vapor phase isopropylation of phenol with isopropyl acetate. Phenol conversion decreased with the increase in the Si/Al ratio of the catalysts. The major reaction product was 4-isopropyl phenol with 78% selectivity. The delocalization of phenolic oxygen electron pair over the aromatic ring promoted para-selective alkylation. Such delocalization could be aided by the hydrophilic surface of the molecular sieves. Although an ester was used as the alkylating agent, phenyl isopropyl ether was not formed in the reaction. 相似文献

利用阳离子和三嵌段共聚物混合表面活性剂为模板,在水热条件、碱性介质中可控合成出MCM-48和MCM-41分子筛。在固定P123(聚氧乙烯-聚氧丙烯-聚氧乙烯三嵌段共聚物):TEOS(正硅酸乙酯)(物质的量的比)为0.01875的体系中,调节CTAB(十六烷基三甲基溴化铵)∶TEOS(正硅酸乙酯)物质的量比值m,当m在0.12~0.13范围合成出MCM-48分子筛;当m在0.04~0.08范围合成出MCM-41分子筛。通过XRD,TEM,N2物理吸附,IR等方法进行了表征。结果表明:聚氧乙烯-聚氧丙烯-聚氧乙烯三嵌段共聚物(P123)的加入可以更大程度地降低合成介孔材料所需阳离子表面活性剂的用量;可控合成的介孔材料具有高比表面积、高度有序的孔道结构、较集中的孔径分布。 相似文献

A series of vanadoaluminosilicate MCM-41 mesoporous molecular sieves with various compositions have been hydrothermally synthesized. Hexadecyltrimethylammonium bromide was used as a surfactant in the synthesis. The samples were characterized with nitrogen sorption, X-ray diffraction, differential thermal analysis, thermogravimetric analysis, Fourier transform-Infrared spectroscopy, UV-visible spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, and solid state NMR. The solid products had the MCM-41 structure and contained only atomically dispersed vanadium and aluminum consistent with framework vanadium and aluminum. The samples were hydrophobic and contained large amount of surfactant in the as-synthesized samples. The surfactant could be removed upon calcination at 450°C. N2 sorption measurements and TEM demonstrate the high mesoporosity of [V, Al]-MCM-41. The incorporation of vanadium and aluminum into MCM-41 decreased the surface area to some extent. The morphologies of all the samples were the agglomerate of plates. 29Si MAS NMR shows that the pore wall is amorphous. 27Al MAS NMR shows that all of aluminum species were tetrahedrally coordinated even after calcination at 550°C. 相似文献
