Electrothermal vaporization inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ETV‐ICP‐MS) has been applied to the determination of Hg and Tl in seawater samples. Various modifiers were tested for the best signal of these elements. After preliminary studies, 0.3% EDTA, 0.1%m/vTAC and 1% v/v HCl were added to the sample solution to work as the modifier. Since the sensitivities of Hg and Tl in various seawater matrices and aqueous standard solutions were quite different, standard addition method and isotope dilution method were used for the determination of Hg and Tl in these seawater samples. This method was applied to the determination of Hg and Tl in NASS‐4 and CASS‐3 reference seawater samples and seawater samples collected from the Kaohsiung area. Results obtained by isotope dilution method and method of standard additions agreed satisfactorily. Detection limits were in the range of 5‐15 and 0.4‐0.5 ng l?1 for Hg and Tl in seawater, respectively, with the ETV‐ICP‐MS method. The precision between sample replicates was better than 18%) for all the determinations.  相似文献

Element zirconium reacted with polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) dispersed in isopropanol-water mixture to form volatile fluoride when heated in an electrothermal graphite furnace, and the fluorides formed subsequently were vaporized into ICP for atomization and excitation. The technique provides a picogram detectkm limit and adequate precision of 4% relative standard deviation. Linear dynamic range covers over three orders of magnitude. The process of sample preparation it very convenient. It is expected that the method proposed is suitable for determination of other refractory elements.  相似文献

使用电感耦合等离子原子发射光谱(ICP-AES)研究了贵金属铑和NaBH4在酸性水溶液中的化学蒸气发生反应的条件,并测定了有机合成催化剂中的铑。研究结果表明:在NaBH4和样品溶液流速为2mL/min、废液排放流速为6mL/min的条件下的最佳蒸气发生条件为:载气流速0.4L/min、HNO3浓度为1.0mol/L、NaBH4浓度为1.2%(m/V)。研究中获得的铑化学蒸气进样效率是常规的气动雾化进样效率的2.7倍;检出限是6.9μg/L,略优于气动雾化法;线性范围20~1500μg/L;线性相关系数是0.9986;RSD是1.6%。样品分析加标回收率分别是94%和97%。用本法测得的样品值与原子吸收法的测得值吻合很好。  相似文献

建立了一种间接测定盐酸苯海拉明的方法;在pH4.0时 ,将盐酸苯海拉明与Cu2 和锌试剂的三元混配络合物萃入甲基异丁酮 (MIBK)和磷酸三丁酯 (TBP)的混合萃取剂中 ,采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP -AES)测定有机相中的Cu2 ,从而间接测定盐酸苯海拉明含量;方法测定线性范围在10~100mg·L -1 ,检出限为0.35mg·L-1,回收率为76 %~107 % ,相对标准偏差 (RSD ,n=10)<3%;方法简便、快速、准确 ,线性范围宽 ,实际测定结果令人满意。  相似文献

Abstract

A sample introduction method based on alkylation of the analyte was proposed for introducing trace gallium into inductively coupled plasma for atomic emission spectrometry. By using 10 μl of a sample solution with 15 μl of a 0.9 mol 1-1 solution of ethylmagnesium bromide in tetrahydrofuran as alkylating reagent, a detection limit of 1.9 ng of gallium was obtained and the calibration graph was linear with the amount of gallium up to 100 ng. The relative standard deviation (n = 10) was 2.0% when 10 ng of gallium was present in the sample.  相似文献

Abstract

A carbon rod atomizer was used for sample introduction into a commercial inductively coupled plasma for the determination of lead in whole blood. Samples of known lead concentration were either treated with Triton-X or nitric acid or diluted 1+5 with distilled water and analyzed by comparison against graphs obtained using aqueous solutions and using the standard additions method. Both approaches produced similar results indicating no appreciable matrix influence. The Pb concentration values obtained were in close agreement with those previously determined by ETA-AAS, Delves′ cup-FAAS and anodic stripping voltammetry. Signal integration and careful selection of the measurement period were critical to obtain accurate results. Derived concentrations were shown to be essentially independent of the heating rate of the vaporization unit and the length of tubing used to transport the material into the plasma. Using a 1 μg ml?1 lead aqueous standard, a signal to background ratio of 5.5 was obtained under optimized conditions. Relative standard deviations of the blank and the analytical signal were 0.2 and 1.8%., respectively. An aqueous solution detection limit of 0.007 μg ml?1 was calculated for lead.  相似文献

采用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)与等离子体光谱(ICP-OES)联机同时测定多金属结核样品中常量、微量、痕量元素。样品经高压密封溶样弹消解后,一次气动雾化进样,ICP-OES测定常量和微量元素,ICP-MS测定微量和痕量元素。详细探讨了不同浓度范围元素的测定方式、元素分析信号的采集模式、多原子离子干扰的校正因子。采用ICP-MS与ICP-OES二种方式同时测定Co、Cu、Ni、Zn、V、Ba、Sr,分析结果表明具有较好的一致性。所建立的ICP-MS与ICP-OES联机检测技术用于多金属结核标准样品的分析(Nod-A-1,GSPN-1,GSPN-2,GSPN-3),分析结果与推荐值符合,相对标准偏差小于10%。  相似文献

比较了乙醚和甲基异丁基酮(MIBK)两种萃取剂对高纯镓中基体与杂质的分离效果。选择MIBK作为萃取剂,将高纯镓中的基体元素镓萃入有机相,绝大多数金属杂质则留在水相中,用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定了水溶液中 的14种痕量元素。方法的加标回收率为805-110%,检出限在0.001-0.075ug/mL之间。  相似文献
