The SO(3) gauge extension of SM, which is proposed to present a successfulexplanation for the observed small masses of neutrino and the nearly tri-bimaximal neutrino mixing, predicted the vector-like SO(3) triplet Majorana neutrinos and SUL(2) double Higgs bosons. In this work we calculate branching ratios of the charged lepton flavor violating decays lIlJV (V=γ,Z) induced by these Majorana neutrinos and Higgs bosons. We find that under the model parameters constrained by experimental bounds on the decays Z→lIlJ, the branching ratio of decays lI→lJγ can be up to 10-10, which may be accessible at the future experiments.  相似文献

The lepton-number-violating decays of singly-charged Higgs bosons H^± are investigated in the minimal type-( Ⅰ+Ⅱ ) seesaw model with one SU(2)L Higgs triplet △ and one heavy Majorana neutrino N1 at the TeV scale. We find that the branching ratios B(H^+ → 1α^+υ^-) (for α = e,μ,τ) depend not only on the mass and mixing parameters of three light neutrinos υi (for i = 1, 2, 3) but also on those of N1. Assuming that the mass of N1 lies in the range of 200 GeV to 1 TeV, we figure out the generous interference bands for the contributions of υi and N1 to B(H^+→ 1α^+υ^-). We illustrate some salient features of such interference effects by considering three typical mass patterns of υi, and show that the relevant Majorana CP-violating phases can affect the magnitudes of B(H^+→ 1α^+υ^-)) in this parameter region.  相似文献

In this paper, we calculate the branching ratios for B^+→ Ds^+η, B^+→ Ds^+η′, B^+→ Ds^(→)η and B^+ → Ds^+η′ decays by employing the perturbative QCD (pQCD) factorization approach. Under the two kinds of η - η′ mixing schemes, the quark-flavor mixing scheme and the singlet-octet mixing scheme, we find that the calculated branching ratios agree well with the currently available experimental upper limits. We also consider the so called "fDs puzzle", by using two groups of parameters about the Ds^(→) meson decay constants, that are fDs = 241 MeV, fDs^→ = 272 MeV and fDs = 274 MeV, fDs^→ = 312 MeV, to calculate the branching ratios for the considered decays. We find that the results change 30%by using these two different kinds of paramters.  相似文献

We calculate the D→η transition form factor in light-cone sum rules by taking improved current correlators to avoid the pollution from the twist-3 wave function. We get consistent results of the D+→η(′)l+νl decays with the experimental data. By comparing the difference between the results of the branching ratios of D+→η(′)l+νl from a two-pole parameterization model and from a BZ parameterization model, we find that the two-pole model and the BZ model are comparably believable. The lepton flavor violating process μ - eγ has been previously studied in a model of electroweak-scale right-handed neutrinos. In that work the decay amplitude was computed in unitarity gauge, augmented by some technical considerations that correct the leading term thus obtained. This complication arises because the mixing matrices appearing in the weak charged currents are not unitary in the model. In this paper, we recalculate the amplitude in Re gauge. The cancellation of the ξ dependence in the final result serves as a useful check to both the obtained amplitude and the technical points made in the previous work.  相似文献

In this article, we calculate the branching ratios of B→K0^* (1430)K decays by employing the pertur-bative QCD (pQCD) approach at leading order. We perform the evaluations in the two scenarios for the scalar meson spectrum. We find that (i) The leading order pQCD predictions for the branching ratio Br(B^+→K^+K0^*(1430)^0)are in good agreement with the experimental upper limit in both scenarios, while the pQCD predictions for other considered B→K0^*(1430)K decay modes are also presented and will be tested by the LHC experiments; (ii) The annihilation contributions play an important role in these considered decays, for B^0→K0^*(1430)^±K^± decays,for example,which are found to be (1-4)×10^-6.  相似文献

We study the pure leptonic decays Bs,d → μ^μ^- in a Flavor Changing ZI Model. From the recent measurements of the branching ratios B(Bs,d → μ^μ^-), we have derived the bounds on the effective μ-μ-Z' lepton coupling Bμμ^L. We find that, (i) if neglecting the contribution from the right-handed lepton coupling R L Bμμ^R, we obtain 1.32 〈 Bμμ^L 〈 3.32; (ii) if considering the contribution from the right-handed lepton coupling Bμμ^R and setting Bμμ^R and setting Bμμ^L= Bμμ^R, we obtain 0.99 〈 Bμμ^L 〈 2.19. Our results could be useful for researching Z' effects.  相似文献

Based on the branching fractions of J/ψ(ψ(2S))→ VP from different collaborations, pseudoscalar mixing is extensively discussed with a well established phenomenological model. The mixing angle is determined to be -14° by fitting to the new world average if only quark content is considered. After taking into account the gluonic content in η and η' simultaneously, the investigation shows that η favors only consisting of light quarks, while the gluonic content of η' is Z2η', = 0.30±0.24.  相似文献
