以4,5-二(2'-氰乙基硫基)-1,3-二硫杂环戊烯-2-硫酮为原料经甲醇钠消除一个氰乙基生成4-(2'-氰乙基硫基)-1,3-二硫杂环戊烯-2-硫酮的单钠盐, 生成的单钠盐再与1,4-二(氯甲基)苯反应生成4,4'-二(2-氰乙基硫基)-5,5'-(1,4-二亚甲基苯)-二(1,3-二硫杂环戊烯-2-硫酮). 接着在乙酸汞的作用下生成4,4'-二(2-氰乙基硫基)-5,5'-(1,4-二亚甲基苯)-二(1,3-二硫杂环戊烯-2-酮), 此化合物在亚磷酸三乙酯的作用下发生偶联反应, 生成由TTF单元和苯单元构建的新型四硫富瓦烯环蕃和另一种四硫富瓦烯衍生物. 并分别通过循环伏安法和化学氧化法对它们及其导电复合物的电化学性质和紫外光谱进行了研究. 还研究了这种新型四硫富瓦烯环蕃在金纳米颗粒表面自组装行为.  相似文献

2-巯基-5,7-二甲基-1,2,4-三唑并[1,5-a]嘧啶(6)与氯乙醛或氯丙酮反应生成5,7-二甲基-1,2,4-三唑并[1,5-a]嘧啶-2-硫丙酮(硫乙醛) (7). 中间体7与O-烷基(芳基)羟胺(5)反应得到目标化合物1-(5,7-二甲基-1,2,4三唑[1,5-a]嘧啶-2-硫)乙醛-O-烷基肟醚(9), 2-(5,7-二甲基-1,2,4三唑[1,5-a]嘧啶-2-硫)丙酮O-烷基肟醚(10). 初步生物活性测试结果表明部分化合物具有较好的除草活性.  相似文献

羟甲基或碘甲基取代的3,4-亚乙基二氧噻吩(EDOT)衍生物与含氰乙基或羧酸基的四硫代富瓦烯(TTF)衍生物通过酯化或醚化反应可生成EDOT-TTF类型的化合物.在此过程中发现,由3,4-二羟基噻吩-2,5-二羧酸甲酯(1)与环氧溴丙烷经醚化反应生成的关环产物是一个由3,4-二氧-羟甲基乙基噻吩-2,5-二羧酸甲酯(2)与3,4-二氧-2’-羟基亚丙基噻吩-2,5-二羧酸甲酯(2’)组成的混合物,两者很难用常规手段分离.由(2+2’)衍生的2,5-二羧酸甲酯-3,4-二氧-碘代甲基亚乙基噻吩(3)和3,4-二氧-碘代亚丙基噻吩-2,5-二羧酸甲酯(3’)以及3,4-二氧-羟甲基亚乙基噻吩(4)与3,4-二氧-2’-羟基亚丙基噻吩(4’)与2-氰乙基硫-3-甲基硫-6,7-二(正己基硫)-四硫代富瓦烯(TTF-1)或2-羧甲基硫-3-甲基硫-6,7-二(正己基硫)-四硫代富瓦烯(TTF-3)进行醚化或酯化反应表现出了高度的选择性,只有3能与TTF-1反应生成结构单一的EDOT-TTF 1.同样只有4能与TTF-3反应生成结构单一的EDOT-TTF 2.  相似文献

以9,10-二蒽醌和1,3-二硫代环戊烯-2-硫酮(1和3)为原料,利用亚磷酸三乙酯为偶联剂的Wittig交叉偶合反应合成exTTF化合物9-(4,5-二氰乙基硫基-1,3-二硫代环戊烯-2-亚甲基)-10-[(4,5-亚乙基硫基)-1,3-二硫代环戊烯-2-亚甲基]-9,10-二氢蒽(4).在氢氧化铯存在下,化合物4与2-氯乙氧基乙醇反应得到exTTF化合物9-[4-氰乙基硫基-5-(2-(2-羟乙氧基)乙基硫基-1,3-二硫代环戊烯-2-亚甲基)]-10-[(4,5-亚乙基硫基)-1,3-二硫代环戊烯-2-亚甲基]-9,10-二氢蒽(5).利用Mitsunobu反应,在偶氮二甲酸二乙酯和三苯基膦催化下,化合物5与对硝基苯酚反应得到exTTF化合物9-{4-氰乙基硫基-5-[2-(2-对硝基苯氧乙氧基)乙基硫基]-1,3-二硫代环戊烯-2-亚甲基}-10-[(4,5-亚乙基硫基)-1,3-二硫代环戊烯-2-亚甲基]-9,10-二氢蒽(6).同时,X射线衍射分析了exTTF化合物4的晶体结构.循环伏安法研究表明化合物6呈现准可逆的两电子转移过程.利用紫外光谱法研究了exTTF化合物6与四氯对苯醌分子间的电子转移行为.结果表明,非氧化性金属阳离子Sc3+,Al3+和Pb2+可以有效促进电子供体6与电子接受体四氯对苯醌的分子间的电子转移行为.  相似文献

以4,6-二甲基-2-巯基嘧啶、3-溴丙炔和取代苯甲醛为原料,经过亲核取代和加成反应,以42~78%的分离收率得到了11个4-((4,6-二甲基嘧啶-2-基)硫代)-1-(取代苯基)-2-丁炔基乙酸酯衍生物3(a-k)。在金属镍的催化下,4-((4,6-二甲基嘧啶-2-基)硫代)-1-(取代苯基)-2-丁炔基乙酸酯衍生物(3)与三甲基铝发生S_N2’取代反应合成了11个含有4,6-二甲基-2-巯基嘧啶结构的联烯衍生物4(a-k)。探讨了各种反应条件对目标产物收率的影响,并且对这些条件进行了优化。结果表明,在60℃,四氢呋喃作溶剂,碳酸钾作碱,用2mol%NiCl_2/4mol%PPh_3催化三甲基铝试剂与4-((4,6-二甲基嘧啶-2-基)硫代)-1-(取代苯基)-2-丁炔基乙酸酯衍生物(3)进行S_N2’取代反应,可以顺利地以22~63%的分离收率得到含有4,6-二甲基-2-硫基嘧啶结构的联烯衍生物。所有目标化合物均经~1H(~(13)C)NMR,IR,HRMS分析对其结构进行确证。该类化合物的合成方法具有操作简单和反应条件温和的优点。经体外活性测试表明有5个化合物对大肠杆菌有一定的抑制作用,其最小抑制浓度可达4 ug·mL~(-1)。  相似文献

用溶胶-凝胶法以磷钼酸(MPA)的镍盐溶液水解钛酸四丁酯制备了NiPMo/TiO2催化剂.使用ICP、 XRD、 TG-DTA、 IR、 TPD-MS和微反应技术研究了催化剂的化学组成、热稳定性、化学吸附性质和催化反应性能.杂多钼酸盐与TiO2通过O2-在TiO2表面发生了键合.在623 K下,杂多阴离子仍保持原有的Keggin结构.CO2在Lewis酸位Ni(Ⅱ)和Lewis碱位Ni-O-Mo的桥氧协同作用下生成CO2卧式吸附态Ni(Ⅱ)←O-(CO)←(O--Ni).丙烯有多种吸附态在催化剂上吸附.在563 K、 1 MPa和空速1500 h-1的反应条件下,丙烯的摩尔转化率为3.2%,产物MAA选择性为95%.  相似文献

In the context of the preparation of camptothecin and luotonin A analogs, the synthesis of some key keto-precursors and their use in Friedländer condensation are described. This paper also focuses on the stability of these keto intermediates and emphasizes the major differences between indolizinones and pyrroloquinazolinones series. The Langevin paramagnetic theory can’t describe the relation between magnetization of ferrofluids and applied magnetic field. The structuralization of ferrofluids, which is considered the main influence factor of the magnetization, is regarded. The part of magnetization works is deposited when the structure is forming. This action influences the magnetization of ferrofluids directly or indirectly. On the base of the “compressing” model, the Langevin function that usually describes the magnetization of ferrofluid is modified, and a well-fitted curve is obtained. An equation of the relation between the equivalent volume fraction after being “compressed” and the intensity of magnetic field is discovered, which approximately describes the process of magnetization. The relation between the approximate initial susceptibility and the volume fraction can be obtained from modified formula.  相似文献

The highly regioselective Buchwald–Hartwig amination at C-2 of the cheap and readily accessible reagent, 2,4-dichloropyridine with a range of anilines and heterocyclic amines is described. This new methodology is robust and provides a facile access to 4-chloro-N-phenylpyridin-2-amines on 0.25 mol scale. These intermediates undergo a further Buchwald–Hartwig amination at higher temperature to enable rapid exploration of the chemical space at C-4 and to provide a library of 2,4-bisaminopyridines.  相似文献

KMnO4-mediated oxidative CN bond cleavage of tertiary amines producing secondary amine was introduced, which was trapped by electrophiles (acyl chloride and sulfonyl chloride) to form amides and sulfonamides. A general synthesis of previously unknown semicarbazone-based α-amidoalkylating reagents, 4-(tosylmethyl)semicarbazones, has been developed. The synthesis involved three-component condensation of semicarbazones of aliphatic or aromatic aldehydes with the same or other aldehydes and p-toluenesulfinic acid. The scope and limitations of this reaction were investigated. The compounds obtained were demonstrated to be an efficient α-(4-semicarbazono)alkylating agents. They were reacted with H- (sodium borohydride), O- (sodium methylate), S- (sodium phenylthiolate), N- (pyrrolidine, sodium succinimide), P- (trialkyl phosphites), and C-nucleophiles (sodium diethyl malonate) to give the corresponding products of the tosyl group substitution, 4-substituted semicarbazones, including analogues of nitrofurazone. Among the prepared compounds tested in vitro for antibacterial and antifungal activity, three nitrofuryl-containing semicarbazones exhibited high biological activities with minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) values of 8–32 μg/mL.  相似文献

Regiospecific and direct imidation of the methyl C(sp3)–H bond of thioanisoles is realized under mild and metal-free conditions with N-fluorobis(benzenesulfonyl)imide as an oxidant and nitrogen source. Proposed mechanism suggests that thionium ion intermediates and a Pummerer-type reaction are involved. The imidation has advantages such as high step-economy, excellent functionality tolerance, and regiospecificity, giving structurally diverse imidation products.  相似文献

A small library of new chiral bidentate hydroxyalkyl-imidazolium salts 1 is conveniently synthesized on multi-gram scale from inexpensive and commercially available chiral pool amino acids. The corresponding carbenes, generated by deprotonation of imidazolium salts 1, in combination with palladium(II) chloride were tested in the Mizoroki–Heck coupling reaction. The most significant results in terms of yields and reactivities were achieved with low catalyst loading. The catalytic activities of these imidazolium salts were also investigated in the asymmetric addition of diethylzinc to benzaldehyde. The use of MgO nanoparticles as an additive in conjunction with these ligands played a crucial role in increasing the efficiency of these reactions.  相似文献
