以电子束蒸发的方法制备硒化锌(ZnSe)薄膜,研究了基于ZnSe的有机-无机异质结电致发光器件.在双层器件ITO/ZnSe(50nm)/Alq3(12nm)/Al中看到了峰值位于578nm的ZnSe电致发光,却很难得到单层器件ITO/ZnSe(50—120nm)/Al的电致发光;在此基础上进一步引入有机空穴传输层(HTL),通过改变器件的结构,讨论了ZnSe对有机-无机异质结器件ITO/HTL/ZnSe/Alq3/Al电致发光特性的影响.其电致发光光谱的研究结果证实了ZnSe在器件中的作用:ZnSe既起传输电子的作用,也起到传输空穴的作用,还作为发光层.并对ZnSe的发光机理进行了讨论. 关键词: 硒化锌 有机-无机异质结 电致发光 空穴传输层  相似文献

沉积亚单层荧光染料提高有机发光器件的发光效率   总被引:2,自引:1,他引:1  
结合掺杂薄层作为发光探针层的方法和亚单层(sub-monolayer)有机发光技术,利用沉积在有机发光器件发光层中的亚单层奎丫啶酮(Quinacridone,QAD)分子作为探针,同时改变QAD层的位置,对有机发光器件中激子的形成与扩散进行了研究,器件结构为ITO/NPB(60 nm)/ Alq3(x nm)/QAD(0.05 nm)/Alq3[(60-x) nm]/LiF/Al(其中x=0,2.5,5,7.5 nm).通过对各器件不同条件下的电致发光谱、发光强度和发光效率的对比研究,得到在x=5 nm处引入亚单层QAD可以使QAD分子通过能量转移而获得的激子数量最多,进而可以实现高效率的发光.  相似文献

制备了三苯胺化合物4,4′,4″-三(咔唑-9-基)三苯胺(TCTA)的单层器件ITO/MoO_3/TCTA/LiF/Al和TCTA/TPBi双层异质结器件ITO/NPB/TCTA/TPBi/Bphen/LiF/Al,研究了TCTA的双分子发光现象。通过测试器件的光电性能和薄膜的稳态光谱,得出以下结论:(1)单层器件的电致发光光谱有425 nm和600 nm两个发光峰。与TCTA薄膜的光致发光光谱对比,可知425 nm附近的蓝色发光峰来源于TCTA单体发光,而600 nm附近的橙色发光应为TCTA二聚体electromer的发光。蓝色和橙色发光混合,使单层器件发光颜色表现为白色,对应色坐标为(0.381,0.343)。(2)TCTA/TPBi双层异质结器件的电致发光光谱为440 nm的单峰,器件的最大发光亮度为930 cd/m~2,发光性能明显优于单层器件。结合薄膜TCTA、TPBi和TCTA/TPBi的光致发光光谱和紫外-可见光吸收光谱,可知双层器件的发光来自TCTA~+TPBi~-电致激基复合物。双层器件表现出良好的色稳定性,电压在6~11 V范围,CIE色坐标为(0.18±0.01,0.14±0.01)。  相似文献

在常规的双层绿色有机电致发光器件氧化铟锡(ITO)/N,N′-bis-(1-naphthyl)-N,N′-biphenyl-1,1′-biphenyl-4,4′-diamine(NPB)/8-hydroxyquinolinealuminum(Alq3)/Mg∶Ag的基础上,通过选择适当的空穴阻挡层材料,制备得到以NPB为发光层的蓝色发光器件,其结构为ITO/NPB/bathocuproine(BCP)/Alq3/Mg∶Ag,其最大亮度和最大流明效率分别达到2900cd/m2和0.55lm/W。电致发光谱峰位于445nm,CIE色坐标为(x=0.16,y=0.09),且二者都不随外加电压而变化;利用各功能层的能级结构,对不同结构的器件性能差异进行了分析。  相似文献

激子形成区域随电场变化的移动会使得有机电致发光器件(OLEDs)的效率和色度发生改变,从而影响器件的性能。文章首先制备了两种OLED器件,器件1为ITO/PEDOT∶PSS/PVK∶Ir(ppy)3∶DCJTB (100∶2∶1 wt)/BCP(10 nm)/Alq3(15 nm)/Al,器件2为ITO/PEDOT∶PSS/PVK∶Ir(ppy)3(100∶2 wt)/BCP(10 nm)/Alq3(15 nm)/Al,研究了电场强度对单层多掺杂结构器件激子形成的影响。实验发现在多掺杂发光层中,随着电压的增加,Ir(ppy)3,PVK和DCJTB的发光均增强,PVK和DCJTB发光增强更快。对其发光机制进行分析,认为较高电场下,载流子获得较高能量,更容易形成高能量激子,产生宽禁带材料PVK的发光;另一方面,从能级结构分析DCJTB的带隙较窄, 俘获更多的载流子发光更强。同时,在器件的电致发光(EL)光谱发现在460 nm处一新的发射峰, 发光随着电压的增大相对减弱。为了研究460 nm发光的来源,制备了器件:ITO/PEDOT∶PSS/PVK∶BCP∶Ir(ppy)3(xy∶2 wt)/Alq3(15 nm)/Al, 改变x, y的比值研究发现,460 nm处的发光依然存在,推测此发光峰应与PVK及BCP之间有关。  相似文献

在结构为ITO/TPD(60nm)/PBD(60nm)/Al的双层器件观察到了单体发射、激基复合物发射和电荷对复合物发射.该器件和TPD∶PBD(等摩尔)混合蒸发薄膜的光致发光光谱研究表明激基复合物仅在TPD/PBD界面形成.电致发光光谱随偏置变化,反映出各激发态的不同形成机理和不同的占有比例及载流子在器件中动态复合的过程. 关键词: 电致发光 激发态发射 激基复合物 电荷对复合物  相似文献

采用水相法合成核壳结构ZnSe/ZnS 纳米晶,经X射线衍射(XRD)分析和透射电子显微镜(TEM)表征,证实所制备的样品为立方晶型闪锌矿结构ZnSe/ZnS量子点。按照一定的质量比将ZnSe/ZnS 纳米晶和有机聚合物MEH-PPV(poly ) 共掺并将其作为发光层,分别制备单层和多层有机电致发光器件,结构为ITO/MEH-PPV∶ZnSe(ZnS)(50 nm)/Al和 ITO/PEDOT∶PSS(70 nm)/ MEH-PPV∶ZnSe(ZnS)(50 nm)/BCP(15 nm)/Alq3(12 nm) /LiF(0.5 nm)/Al。实验结果表明,多层发光器件的发光特性与单层器件不同,工作电压的增大使其发光峰发生了明显的蓝移。  相似文献

采用传输矩阵法对有机电致发光器件(OLED)、微腔有机电致发光器件(MOLED)和耦合微腔有机电致发光器件(CMC)的电致发光光谱(EL)进行了模拟计算。OLED、MOLED和CMC的结构分别为glass/ITO(134 nm)/NPB(74 nm)/Alq_3(62 nm)/Al、glass/DBR/ITO(134 nm)/NPB(74 nm)/Alq_3(62 nm)/Al和glass/DBR_1/filler/DBR_2/ITO(134 nm)/NPB(74 nm)/Alq_3(62 nm)/Al。通过模拟计算发现:OLED光谱呈宽带发射,主峰峰值位于561 nm,肩峰峰值位于495 nm;MOLED光谱呈单峰窄带发射,峰值位于534 nm;CMC光谱呈双峰窄带发射,峰值分别位于520 nm和556 nm。MOLED光谱的色纯度最高;OLED与MOLED的光谱积分面积基本相同;CMC的光谱积分面积是OLED或MOLED的1.1倍,发光效率最高。结果表明,采用双耦合微腔结构可有效提高OLED的发光效率,改善发光的色纯度。  相似文献

合成了一种深红色发光的聚苯乙烯喹啉(PPV-Q)材料,研究了其光致发光,电致发光及吸收光谱。这种材料在紫外和蓝光区具有很强的吸收能力,波长为463 nm的光对此材料具有最高的激发能力。用此材料作为发光层制备了ITO/PPV-Q/Al结构的电致发光器件,发光光谱的中心波长为670 nm,发光光谱的半高全宽为90 nm左右。在不同驱动电压下,器件电致发光的色坐标(x=0.67, y=0.32)基本上没有变化, 是一种深红色的电致发光。器件中的电流随驱动电压的增加而明显增强,导致器件稳定性的降低。  相似文献

在空穴传输层TCTA与电子传输层TPBi之间引入磷光染料Ir(ppy)3超薄发光层,制备了结构为ITO/MoO_3(2 nm)/NPB(40 nm)/TCTA(10 nm)/Ir(ppy)3(xnm)/TPBi(40 nm)/LiF(1 nm)/Al(80 nm)的非掺杂磷光有机电致发光器件。通过调控非掺杂发光层的厚度,详细研究了Ir(ppy)3层厚度对器件性能的影响。实验结果表明,当非掺杂发光层厚度为0.2 nm时,器件的性能最好,器件的亮度、效率和外量子效率分别达到26 350 cd·m~(-2)、42.9 cd·A~(-1)和12.9%。研究结果表明,采用超薄的非掺杂发光层可以简化器件结构和制备工艺,获得高效率的OLED器件。  相似文献

Two-dimensional scanning of a 0.6328 mum guided-light beam has been realized using noncolinear acousto-optic (AO) coplanar Bragg diffraction together with colinear AO guided-mode to substrate radiation-mode conversion in a Z-cut Xpropagation LiNbO3 proton-exchanged (PE) waveguide. The two surface acoustic (SAW) waves utilized are at the center frequencies of 500 and 200 MHz, propagating in the Y and X axes, respectively. Two-dimensional scanning of approximately 720 resolvable light beam spots, namely, 18 40 (horizontal vertical) scanning, has been demonstrated using a light beam of 1.0 mm aperture. The total number of resolvable beam spots can be greatly increased from 720 by simply utilizing SAW transducers of larger bandwidth and a light beam of greater aperture. It should also be possible to significantly increase the diffraction efficiency from 3 % by optimizing the parameters of the PE waveguide and the SAWs.  相似文献

A review of schemes for multiple access in fiber optic networks shows that a hybrid of wavelength and code division multiple access (WCDMA) combines the best features of both. In particular, the hybrid scheme retains the large information carrying capacity of wavelength division multiple access (WDMA) and flexibility of code division multiple access (CDMA). In this paper WDMA, optical CDMA (OCDMA), and WCDMA networks are discussed. In OCDMA networks, concept of incoherent and coherent coding including inverse decoding and matched filter is introduced. The delay performance of both WDMA and WCDMA networks, under the simple suboptimum access protocols based on cyclic search, is computed. It has been shown quantitatively that tuning delay significantly affects the delay performance of both WDMA and WCDMA networks. Futhermore, delay performance of WCDMA networks is always better than the WDMA networks for the same tuning delay, load, and number of users.  相似文献

Results of a study of the effect of γ-radiation on the spectral luminescence properties of cadmium tungstate crystals doped with silver, bismuth, and molybdenum cations are presented. Spectral characteristics of the nondnnnoped crystals are briefly described. Absorption and photo and X-ray luminescence spectra of the crystals taken before and after exposure to γ-radiation (5.5·104 Gy) are compared. It is found that the spectral characteristics of the crystals doped with silver, bismuth, and molybdenum cations do not change markedly after the exposure. The relation between the type of impurity-induced defects, individual characteristics of the impurity cations, and the character of the effect of γ-radiation on the spectral luminescence properties of impure crystals is analyzed (preliminarily). A simple technique of pulse compression, based on the linear chirp compensation of self-phase modulation (SPM) spectra in dispersion shifted fibers, is demonstrated. The optimization procedure is carried out, for a short span of a single-mode fiber, using a parabolic law, which describes the behavior of the squared output pulse width versus the pump peak power in the case of Gaussian pulses. The experimental results give a minimum pulse duration of 233 fs, which is in good agreement with the model. Shorter and coherent pulses, down to 90 fs, have been obtained by inserting an interference filter at the optical output.  相似文献

The Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility(SSRF)booster ring,a full energy injector for the storage ring,is deigned to accelerate the electron beam energy from 150MeV to 3.5GeV that demands high extraction efficiency at the extraction energy with low beam loss rate when electrons are ramping.Closed orbit distortion(COD)caused by bending magnet field uniformity errors which affects the machine performance harmfully could be effectively reduced by bending magnet location sorting.Considering the affections of random errors in measurement,both ideal sorting and realistic sorting are studied based on measured bending magnet field uniformity errors and one reasonable combination of bending magnets which can reduce the horizontal COD by a factor of 5is given as the final installation sequence of the booster bending magnets in this paper.  相似文献

We measure the waveform and phase curves of short optical pulses before and after transmission over different lengths of fibers by use of the pulse analyzer with the frequency-resolved optical gating (FROG),and numerically simulate pulse evolution under the experimental conditions.The nonlinear coefficient of the fiber is given by comparing the experimental results with the numerical ones.Difference between the experiment and numerical simulation is analyzed.  相似文献

Resonance scattering of elastic spherical shell and cylindrical shell while the surrounding fluid medium has absorption is studied. The normal mode solution derived using exact elastic theory and the separation of variables is still applicable. However, the scattering form function has to be modified for the absorbing medium, otherwise the unreasonable result would be obtained. The backscattering form function in the absorbing medium is redefined, and the form function of elastic spherical and cylindrical shell with vacuum or solid matter filled is calculated in various absorption conditions. The results show that the absorption of surrounding fluid leads to notable attenuation of the coincidence resonances in the mid-frequency, but it has a little influence on the low-frequency resonance scattering induced by the filler inside the shell.  相似文献

A versatile and low-cost single-beam self-referenced phase-sensitive surface plasmon resonance(SPR)sensing system with ultra-high resolution performance is presented.The system exhibits a root-mean-square phase fluctuation of ±0.0028.over a period of 45 min.i.e.a resolution of±5.2×10-9 refractive index units.The enhanced performance has been achieved through the incorporation of three design elements:a true single-beam configuration enabling complete self-referencing so that only the phase change associated with SPR gets detected,a differential measurement scheme to eliminate spurious signals not related to the sensor response,and the elimination of retardation drifts by incorporating temperature stabilization in the liquid crystal phase modulato .Our design should bring the detection sensitivity of non-labeling SPR biosensing closer to that achievable by conventional fluorescence-based techniques.  相似文献

Ta2O5 films are prepared on BK7 substrates with conventional electron beam evaporation deposition.The effects of SiO2 protective layers and annealing on the laser-induced damage threshold (LIDT) of the films are investigated.The results show that SiO2 protective layers exert little influence on the electric field intensity(EFI)distribution,microstructure and microdefect density but increase the absorption slightly.Annealing iS effective on decreasing the microdefect density and the absorption of the films.Both SiO2 protective layers and annealing are beneficial to the damage resistance of the films and the latter is more effective to improve the LIDT.Moreover,the maximal LIDT of Ta2O5 films is achieved by the combination of SiO2 protective layers and annealing.  相似文献
