CsHSO4, CsDSO4 and CsHSeO4 crystals have been investigated by calorimetry, infrared and Raman spectroscopy and inelastic neutron scattering in the 100–500 K temperature range. Three phases have been shown to exist for CsHSO4 (CsDSO4) and four for CsHSeO4 and the corresponding transition temperatures and enthalpies are given. Spectroscopic results show that heating induces a progressive structural disorder in these crystals. The Raman spectra of the high conductivity phase are similar to those of plastic phase implying a free rotation of HSO4- ions. Structural rearrangements of HSO4- ions in various phases and the contribution of cations to the conductivity of these mainly protonic conductors are discussed.  相似文献

The deconfinement phase transition with external magnetic field is investigated in the Friedberg-Lee model.We expand the potential around the two local minima of the first-order deconfinement phase transition and extract the ground state of the system in the frame of functional renormalization group.By solving the Sow equations we find that the magnetic field displays a catalysis effect and it becomes more difficult to break througii the confinement.  相似文献

The ground‐state magnetic phase transitions in a classical spin chain with long‐range interactions in a system of trapped ions are investigated. The tunable competing interactions, mediated by both longitudinal and transverse photon modes, lead to competition among different spins, due to which magnetic frustration occurs. Various ground‐state spin configurations are separated by multiple phase transitions when the strength and sign of these interactions are tuned continuously. The spin chains are highly degenerated because of the frustration, so there is some melting of several magnetic phases.  相似文献

讨论了慢度曲面与声学模软化之间的关系.立方晶系晶体声学模的软化即对应其在某一方向上的最大慢度,软模的本征矢的方向即为与最大慢度相对应的声学模的偏振化方向.通过求解Christoffel方程可找到某些方向上的最大慢度和与它们对应的声学模的偏振化方向.从而晶体在本征铁弹相变前后结构对称性的变化可以通过分析Christoffel方程的解及利用居里原理来确定.  相似文献

Geometric phase in a two-level atom with a fluctuating magnetic field is calculated by a nonunit vector ray in a complex projective Hilbert space, where the nonunit vector is a map connecting with density matrices of a quantum open system. We find that the Pancharatnam phase oscillates with evolving time. The Berry phase depends on the fluctuating parameter but it is proportional to the area spanned in the Bloch parameter space.  相似文献

Group field theories have recently been shown to admit a 1/N expansion dominated by so-called ‘melonic graphs’, dual to triangulated spheres. In this note, we deepen the analysis of this melonic sector. We obtain a combinatorial formula for the melonic amplitudes in terms of a graph polynomial related to a higher-dimensional generalization of the Kirchhoff tree-matrix theorem. Simple bounds on these amplitudes show the existence of a phase transition driven by melonic interaction processes. We restrict our study to the Boulatov–Ooguri models, which describe topological BF theories and are the basis for the construction of 4-dimensional models of quantum gravity.  相似文献

Applying the dynamical coherent potential approximation (dynamical CPA) to a model of diluted magnetic semiconductors (DMSs), in which both random impurity distribution and thermal fluctuation of localized spins are taken into account, the spin-polarized band and the carrier spin polarization are calculated for various magnetizations. In order to clarify the role of impurity depth on the occurrence of ferromagnetism, three typical cases are investigated: (a) II-VI DMS, (b) deep impurity level, and (c) strong exchange interaction. The present study reveals that the impurity depth of magnetic ions strongly enhances the carrier spin polarization (CSP) and accordingly, leads to a high Curie temperature. This means that photoinduced ferromagnetism with high Curie temperature can be expected in a DMS with a deep impurity depth and strong exchange interaction.  相似文献

The dynamical response of spin-S(S=1, 3/2, 2, 3) Ising ferromagnet to the plane propagating wave, standing magnetic field wave and uniformly oscillating field with constant frequency are studied separately in two dimensions by extensive Monte Carlo simulation. Depending upon the strength of the magnetic field and the value of the spin state of the Ising spin lattice two different dynamical phases are observed. For a fixed value of S and the amplitude of the propagating magnetic field wave the system undergoes a dynamical phase transition from propagating phase to pinned phase as the temperature of the system is cooled down. Similarly in case with standing magnetic wave the system undergoes dynamical phase transition from high temperature phase where spins oscillate coherently in alternate bands of half wavelength of the standing magnetic wave to the low temperature pinned or spin frozen phase. For a fixed value of the amplitude of magnetic field oscillation the transition temperature is observed to decrease to a limiting value as the value of spin S is increased. The time averaged magnetisation over a full cycle of the magnetic field oscillation plays the role of the dynamic order parameter. A comprehensive phase boundary is drawn in the plane of magnetic field amplitude and dynamic transition temperature. It is found that the phase boundary shrinks inwards for high value of spin state S.Also in the low temperature(and high field) region the phase boundaries are closely spaced.  相似文献

We study the influence of the chiral phase transition on the chiral magnetic effect. The azimuthal charge-particle correlations as functions of the temperature are calculated. It is found that there is a pronounced cusp in the correlations as the temperature reaches its critical value for the QCD phase transition. It is predicted that there will be a drastic suppression of the charge-particle correlations as the collision energy in RHIC decreases to below a critical value. We show then the azimuthal charge-particle correlations can be the signal to identify the occurrence of the QCD phase transitions in RHIC energy scan experiments.  相似文献

On the basis of group theoretical analysis of phase transitions between the phases with known space symmetries the space symmetries of high pressure phases are theoretically predicted. A part of temperaturepressure phase diagram of CsHSO4 in the region of high temperatures and pressures is theoretically constructed. Experimental observations on mode transition in a positive column of Ne gas under non-uniform axial magnetic field are reported. The self-excited ionization wave is damped and a different type of ionization wave is grown in the region of the strong magnetic field near the magnetic coils. Using a direct substitution method, Klein-Gordon oscillator in a uniform magnetic field is researched in the noncommutative phase space (NCPS), the corresponding exact energy is obtained, and the analytic eigenfunction is presented in terms of the confluent hypergeometric. It is shown that the Klein-Gordon oscillator in uniform magnetic field in noncommutative phase space has the similar behaviors to the Landau problem in commutative space. We investigate the quantum phase transition (QPT) and thermal entanglement in the two-qubit Ising model in an inhomogeneous magnetic field, and the DM interaction between the two lattices is considered. The results show the QPT highly relates to the magnetic intensity B and DM parameter D, by controlling the DM interaction D and external magnetic B we can change the positions of QPT points and the level spacing. Moreover, the QPT is closely related to thermal entanglement, when the QPT happens the ground state always changes between entanglement state and disentanglement state. The thermal entanglement highly depends on the system’s temperature T, DM intensity D and external magnetic field B. When T is lower, the entanglement can exhibit a platform-like region. By modulating the parameters D and B, the entanglement can be controlled and the entanglement switch can be realized.  相似文献

由于铁电材料在科学研究领域的重要应用,功能铁电材料的设计和机理研究一直是国内外的研究热点。材料的性能离不开结构研究,为了更好的认识和理解一种典型铁电材料-硫酸氢铵的结构和相行为,研究了17GPa压强下硫酸氢铵的高压拉曼光谱。在压力作用下,绝大多数的拉曼谱线向高波数方向移动,并且有两个特征拉曼谱带的强度发生很大的变化(1 018和3 183cm~(-1)),表明硫酸盐与铵离子正四面体的电子云密度发生重构。根据频移-压强曲线关系,得出了硫酸氢铵在6和10.5GPa附近分别存在一阶相变。根据高压下S=O伸缩振动谱带的变化规律,发现了不同相区间氢键的相反作用规律。为AHSO_4系列铁电材料压力作用下结构变化规律提供一定的研究基础。  相似文献

We show that the newly found complete and orthonormal representation <λ|, which is constructed in terms of guiding centers and canonical momenta of an electron moving in a uniform magnetic field, also helps us to establish a systematic phase operator theory. The unitary phase operator, interpreted as a quantity canonically conjugated to the electron angular momentum, manifestly exhibits in the <λ| representation its phase behavior. As a byproduct, the phase distribution function, in the correct sense of probability in quantum mechanics, can also be defined by the <λ| representation.  相似文献

以摩擦基板间的液晶薄层为研究对象,用分子场理论研究了向列相液晶分子排列转变行为.分子质心固定在简单立方晶格的格点上.液晶由极性分子构成,与基板相接触的一层分子同时受到色散和极性两类表面作用.通过自洽的数值计算,获得3种相图,清楚地展示了摩擦基板间向列相出现的从高温沿面到低温垂面排列的转变;获得实现这类转变所需要的两类表面作用的参数范围.结果表明:基板的摩擦会改变基板表面色散作用,但不会影响基板表面极性作用;表面极性相互作用能引起基板间向列相液晶发生沿面到垂面排列转变.  相似文献
