Spectrophotometric studies on the reaction between germanium ions and phenylfluorone were discussed including the reaction condition to develop a spectrophotometric method for the determination of germanium. The absorbance was measured at 525 nm after 20 min from the moment of adding the reagent. Beer's Law is obeyed, the relative standard deviation is 2%, the senstivity of the method is 2.55 × 10−3 mg/cm3, and the molar absorbtivity based on germanium is 1.75 × 103.  相似文献

Spectrophotometric studies on the reaction between molybdenum as molybdate (MoO42?) and phenylfluorone are presented. The reaction conditions are optimized to develop an intense color (molar absorptivity is 3.8 × 103) selective and sensitive for the Spectrophotometric determination of molybdenum. The absorbance is measured at 560 nm, at a pH of 1.5–3. The colored complex is stable for up to 24 hr, Beer's law is obeyed, over the concentration range of 1 to 4 μg/25 ml. The relative standard deviation is 2% and the sensitivity of the method is 1.60 × 10?4 mg/ml.  相似文献

Summary The effect of some surfactants and protective colloids on the absorbance of the iron(III)-phenylfluorone complex has been investigated. The binary complex formed at pH 9.0 show a molar absorptivity of 7.5×104 l · mol–1 · cm–1 at 530 nm. In the presence of 2% Triton X-100, at the same pH, the molar absorptivity of the sensitized complex was 1.19×105 l · mo–1 · cm–1 at 555 nm. Full colour development of the sensitized complex occurred within 25 min and Beer's law was followed up to 0.53 ppm of iron. The molar ratio and continuous variation methods indicated a 13 metal-ligand ratio for the sensitized complex. The effect of various amounts of different ions has been studied under the experimental conditions and some masking agents were recommended. The method has been applied to the determination of iron in copper and nickel metals and some non-ferrous alloys.

A rapid, simple, direct, and sensitive method has been developed for the determination of maneb (manganese ethylenebisdithiocarbamate) based on the formation of manganese-4-(2′-pyridylazo) resorcinol complex by a ligand displacement reaction, which is rendered water soluble by a cationic surfactant cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) by the formation of an ion association complex. Beer's law is obeyed over the concentration range 0.08–2.4 μg/ml of the final solution at 500 nm in pH range 8–12. The molar absorptivity and Sandell's sensitivity are calculated to be 8.84 × 104 l.mol−1.cm−1 and 0.003 μg/cm2, respectively. The developed method has been applied to the determination of maneb in commercial formulations, synthetic mixture, grain samples and vegetables.  相似文献

Two successive outer sphere complexes with mole ratios of 1:1 and 1:2 are formed between chromium(VI) and phenylfluorone at pH 1.5 in 40% ethanol. These have absorption maxima at 490 and 470 nm, respectively. The 1:1 complex obeys Beer's law at 500 nm (? = 2.1 × 104 1 mol-1 cm-1) in the range 13–1700 ng l-1 chromium(VI).  相似文献

A simple, accurate, sensitive and reliable method for the selective extraction and spectrophotometric determination of Bi(III) was developed. Bi(III) was collected on activated carbon after complexation with thiourea and bromide ion in acidic media. The complex retained on activated carbon was then desorbed with the bromide solution in N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF) and determined spectrophotometrically at 375 nm. The linear calibration ranges and limit of detection for the proposed method was 1.00×10−9-1.50×10−7 and 8.00×10−10 mol l−1, respectively. The influence of the interfering cations and anions on the determination of bismuth was investigated. The method was successfully applied to the extraction and determination of bismuth in natural water samples.  相似文献

A method for determining approximately 0.2 microg/g or more of germanium in ores, concentrates, zinc-processing products and related materials is described. The sample is decomposed by fusion with sodium peroxide and the cooled melt is dissolved in dilute sulphuric acid. Silica, if > 50 mg, is removed by volatilization with hydrofluoric acid. Germanium is separated from sodium salts by co-precipitation with hydrous ferric oxide, the precipitate is dissolved in 3M hydrochloric acid and germanium is subsequently separated from iron(III) and other co-precipitated elements by a single heptane extraction of germanium tetrachloride from approximately 9.4M hydrochloric acid. The extract is washed with 12M hydrochloric acid to remove residual iron(III), then germanium is stripped with water and determined spectrophotometrically with phenylfluorone in a 1.4M hydrochloric acid-0.002M cetyltrimethylammonium bromide medium in the presence of ascorbic acid as a reductant for co-extracted chlorine. The apparent molar absorptivity of the complex is 1.71 x 10(4) l.mole(-1).mm(-1) at 507 nm, the wavelength of maximum absorption. Up to 5 mg of tin(IV), 10 mg of antimony(V) and tungsten(VI) and approximately 50 mg of silica do not interfere. Germanium values are given for some Canadian certified reference ores, concentrates and iron-formation samples and for a metallurgical dust.  相似文献

A ternary complex between germanium, Catechol Violet (CV) and cetyltrimethylanunoniuni bromide is proposed for the determination of germanium. The stoichiometric ratio Ge:CV is 1:2. Beer's law is obeyed from 0.1 to 1.0 ppm of Ge. The method is highly selective. Interference from Sn(IV), Fe(III), Bi(III), Cr(VI), Mo(VI), V(V) and Sb(III) in mg amounts is eliminated by extracting the germanium into carbon tetrachloride from 9M HC1 and then stripping into water before the photometric determination.  相似文献

研究了以熔融萘作为萃取剂,以4,7 二苯基 1,10 菲口罗啉作为显色剂,测定天然水中微量铁的分光光度法。在pH4的条件下,铁(Ⅱ)与4,7 二苯基 1,10 菲口罗啉和四苯硼酸盐能够形成红色三元络合物。在熔融萘存在下,此络合物可以迅速萃入熔融萘。将含有络合物的萘冷却、固化、分离,配制成25mL丙酮溶液,对其进行分光光度分析。实验表明,该络合物最大吸收波长为534nm,摩尔吸光系数和桑德尔灵敏度分别为2×104L·mol-1·cm-1和0.0025μg/cm2,铁(Ⅱ)的质量浓度在0~2 0μg/mL的范围内符合比耳定律。大多数常见离子不干扰测定。已应用于天然水中微量铁的测定。  相似文献

In the present method a new reagent o-carboxyphenyl diazoamino p-azobenzene has been synthesised for the determination of mercury spectrophotometrically. The method is based on the reaction of mercury with the reagent in alkaline medium where the reagent is in the aci-form. The purple violet coloured dye-mercury complex showed an absorption maxima at 540 nm. Beer's law is valid over the concentration range of mercury from 0.08 to 0.8 mug ml(-1) (0.08-0.8 ppm). The molar absorptivity and Sandell's sensitivity were found to be 2.22x10(5) mol(-1) cm(-1) and 0.0009 mug cm(-2), respectively. The method has been successfully applied to the determination of mercury in air, water, soil and fungicide samples.  相似文献

研究了新型苯基荧光酮类显色试剂2,3,7-三羟基-9-(3,4-二羟基)苯基荧光酮(3,4-DHPF)与锌离子显色反应的条件及应用. 结果表明, 在阳离子表面活性剂溴化十六烷基三甲胺(CTMAB)存在下, 在pH 8.2的Na2HPO4-KH2PO4缓冲溶液中, 锌与3,4-DHPF形成1∶1的红色络合物, 所形成的络合物的最大吸收值位于560 nm处, 表观摩尔吸光系数为1.23×105 L·mol-1·cm-1;红色络合物至少稳定8 h以上, 锌含量在0~1.40 μg/5 mL范围内符合比尔定律;拟定方法已用于茶叶中微量锌的测定.  相似文献

The formation of a pink-coloured product when rhodamine 6G is treated with tetraiodomercurate(II) is used to determine mercury (5–25 μg) in a final volume of 25 ml. The reaction occurs immediately over the pH range 1–7 and, when the system is stabilized with gelatin, the absorbance remains unchanged at 575 nm for at least 24 h. The few interfering ions can be masked by the addition of appropriate reagent solutions. The method is simple and reliable and provides a molar absorptivity of 7.0·104 l mole-1 cm-1.  相似文献

Phenylfluorone reacts with palladium(II) in the presence of hexadecylpyridinium bromide to form a water-soluble chelate with an absorption maximum at 630 nm, the absorbance being constant in the pH-range of 9.0–10.2. At this wavelength Beer's law is obeyed up to 7.25 × 10–5 mol/L palladium(II). The sensitivity is very high and the molar absorptivity is 8.5 × 104 L mol–1 cm–1, permitting the determination of palladium(II) at µg level. The ratio of palladium to phenylfluorone in the complex is 1:1. The method has successfully been applied to the determination of palladium in titanium alloys.  相似文献

利用氧氟沙星与对硝基苯酚形成荷转移化合物,且该化合物在403nm处有强吸收,而药物氧氟沙星在此处无吸收的特点,研究了氧氟沙星-对硝基苯酚荷转移化合物的吸收系数,形成比以及离解常数,并对氧氟沙星原料药进行了含量测定,其回收率为99.5%,相对标准偏差3.4%。  相似文献

Phenylfluorone reacts with gallium in the presence of hexadecylpyridinium bromide and pyridine to form a water-soluble chelate with an absorption maximum at 570 nm and constant absorbance in the pH range 4.0-5.5. At this wavelength, Beer's law is obeyed up to 4.3 x 10(-6)M gallium. The sensitivity is very high and the molar absorptivity is 1.48 x 10(5) 1.mole(-1).cm(-1). The chelate has been utilized in the determination of gallium at the mug level. The ratio of gallium to phenylfluorone in the complex is 1:2.  相似文献

A simple and rapid spectrophotometric determination of molybdenum is described. The molybdenum thiosulphate complex is extracted into isoamyl alcohol from 1·0–1·5M hydrochloric acid containing 36–40 mg of Na2S2O3·5H2O per ml. The absorbance at λmax = 475 nm obeys Beer's law over the range 0–32 μg of Mo per ml of solvent phase. Up to 5 mg/ml of Ti(IV), V(V), Cr(VI), Fe(III), Co(II), Ni(II), U(VI), W(VI), Sb(III), 1 mg/ml of Cu(II), Sn(II), Bi(V) and 10 μg/ml of Pt(IV) and Pd(II) do not interfere. Large amounts of complexing agents interfere. The method has been applied to analysis of synthetic and industrial samples.  相似文献

A ternary zirconium/fluoride/alizarin complex is extracted into methyl isobutyl ketone. The apparent molar absorptivity at 556 nm is 1.52 × 105 1 mol?1 cm?1. The r.s.d. is 1.3% for 10 μg Zr (n = 12). There are several interferences, some of which can be masked with EDTA.  相似文献
