通过1-芳基含硫(氧)酮肟与相应的拟除虫菊醇卤化物在氢氧化钠和相转移催化剂条件下反应或1-芳基含硫(氧)酮肟与相应的拟除虫菊醇卤化物的三乙基季胺盐在氢氧化钠条件下反应, 合成了1-芳基含硫(氧)酮O-苄基肟醚C1~C96共96个化合物. 它们的结构经质谱, 1H NMR, IR和元素分析确证. 生物活性测定结果表明, 该类化合物对鳞翅目和同翅目害虫表现出显著活性, C74和C93对粘虫、叶蝉的活性[LC50/(mg8226;L-1)]分别为1.4, 0.63和0.31, 1.2. 优于对照药氰戊菊酯. 相似文献

将邻羟苯基引入1,2,3-三唑结构中, 设计合成了10个1-(4-取代苯基)-4-苯基-5-取代-1,2,3-三唑类衍生物. 首先, 以对位取代的芳胺为原料, 经重氮化、叠氮化、闭环和缩合反应制得1-(4-取代苯基)-4-苯基-5-水杨醛亚胺-1,2,3-三唑类衍生物(3a~3e), 再用硼氢化钠还原制得1-(4-取代苯基)-4-苯基-5-(2-羟基苄基)氨基-1,2,3-三唑类衍生物(4a~4e). 目标化合物的结构经核磁、IR及元素分析确认. 抑菌活性测试表明, 当质量浓度为0.1 mg/L时, 除化合物3e和4e外, 所有化合物对白色念球菌的抑菌率均达95%以上, 对大肠杆菌的抑菌率达85%以上, 具有强抑菌活性, 表明该类化合物在抗菌药物开发方面有重要应用价值. 相似文献

利用丙酸法合成了一种新的化合物5,10,15,20-四(4-(4-吡啶)酮基)苯基卟啉,并进行了IR,UV-Vis,MS及EA表征,探讨了试剂4-羟基吡啶的异构现象及合成方法。采用溶液结晶法得到了该卟啉分子的晶体,对其进行了X-射线单晶衍射及粉末衍射测定。结果表明:该晶体属于正交晶系,空间群为Fddd。相邻的卟啉分子通过吡啶环之间的π…π作用与其他卟啉分子相连形成二维层状结构。层与层之间进一步通过吡啶环与卟啉环之间的π…π作用而形成三维超分子结构。该化合物可以作为构建金属卟啉框架新材料(MPF)的良好配体。 相似文献

合成了3-(2-羟基苯基)-5-苯基-6-乙氧羰基-2-环己烯酮.通过元素分析、红外光谱、紫外光谱、核磁共振氢谱和质谱对其组成和结构进行了表征.利用X射线衍射分析方法测定了它的晶体结构.该化合物的晶体属单斜晶系,空间群P21/c,a=1.41946(17)nm,b=0.58445(7)nm,c=2.1756(3)nm,β=104.795(2)°,V=1.7450(4)nm3,Z=4,Dc=1.280 g·cm-3,F(000)=712,μ=0.088mm-1,R1[I>2σ(I)]=0.0627,wR2[I>2σ(I)]=0.1484.晶体结构测定结果表明化合物分子中的环己烯部分为半椅式构象,分子间通过氢键形成具有16元环的二聚体. 相似文献

The title compound has been synthesized by the reaction of 3,3-dimethyl-1-(1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)butan-2-one oxime with 2-chlorobenzyl chloride, and then treated with 65~68% HNO3. Its crystal structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to the monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 14.5481(8), b = 9.3351(5), c = 13.1911(7) , β = 98.9450(10)°, Z = 4, V = 1769.67(17) 3, Mr = 369.81, Dc = 1.388 g/cm3, S = 1.06, μ = 0.247 mm-1, F(000) = 776, the final R = 0.0352 and wR = 0.0960 for 3069 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). X-ray crystal structure presents the intramolecular N–H…O hydrogen bond. The packing is nearly parallel without π-π stacking interactions between two adjacent phenyl rings and stabilized by Van der Waals force. The preliminary bioassay shows that the title compound possesses fungicidal activity against Gibberella zeae at the dosage of 25 mg/L. 相似文献

The compound crystallizes in monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 7.91944(19), b = 10.5250(3), c = 24.4985(6) , Z = 4, V = 2041.66(9) 3, Mr = 599.22, Dc = 1.949 Mg/m3, S = 1.120, μ = 3.203 mm-1, F(000) = 1152, the final R = 0.0283 and wR = 0.0592 for 3490 observed reflections(Ⅰ 2σ(Ⅰ)). X-ray analysis displays that the crystal water takes part in three intermolecular hydrogen bonds of O(2)–H(2A)···O(1), O(2)–H(2B)···N(1) and N(5)–H(5)···O(2), and an octatomic ring is formed via intramolecular hydrogen bond of O(1)–H(1A)···N(4). Furthermore, the Ⅰ···Ⅰ contacts are involved in stabilizing the overall three-dimensional network structure. The preliminary biological test shows the title compound has good antitumor activity with the IC50 value of 26 μM against the Hela cell line. 相似文献

In order to develop novel spirocyclic tetronic acid lead compounds, a series of new spirocyclic tetronic acid derivatives containing oxime ether moiety was synthesized and bioassayed. The structures of 16 target compounds were characterized by 1H NMR spectra, 13C NMR spectra and high-resolution mass spectrometer(HRMS). Preliminary bioassays indicated that most of the title compounds displayed excellent insecticidal activity against Aphis fabae and Nilaparvata lugens at 100 mg/L. In particular, compound 6k showed the similar activity(LC50=6.87 mg/L) against A. fabae as the spirotetramat(LC50=4.56 mg/L) and had better effects(LC50=1.64 mg/L) against N. lugens in comparison with spirotetramat(LC50=7.90 mg/L). The study showed that compound 6k exhibited more promising and broad-spectrum insecticide activity and may serve as a new insecticidal agent for sucking pests. 相似文献

On the basis of the interesting structures and biological activities exhibited by several heterocyclic systems possessing the pyridone nucleus such as mappcine and camptothecin, we have planed to design the synthesis, crystal studies and antibacterial activity of the new 1-((2- chloroquinolin-3yl)-methyl)-pyridine-2(1H)-one building block. An X-ray analysis has provided valuable insight into the effect of steric factors on the three-dimensional shape of this compound which serves as a useful advanced intermediate in the synthesis of these biologically active molecules. A multistep synthesis of camptothecin (5) has been designed by retrosynthetic analysis as part of an ongoing program on lead anticancer drug. 相似文献

A novel compound N-(pyridine-2-methyl)-2-(4-chlorophenyl)-3-methylbutanamide, a racemic compound, has been synthesized with 2-(4-chlorophenyl)-3-methylbutyric acid and pyridin- 2-methylanamine as the raw materials, and its crystal structure (C17H19C1N2O, Mr = 302.79) was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystal belongs to monoclinic, space group P21/n with a = 9.624(9), b = 23.14(2), c = 15.626(15)A, β = 106.199(14)°, V = 3342(5) A^3, Z = 8, Dc = 1.204 g/cm^3,μ = 0.23 mm^-1, F(000) = 1280, S = 1.032, R = 0.0681 and wR = 0.1508 for 6513 unique reflections (Rint = 0.0421) with 3375 observed ones. In the crystal structure, there are some intermolecular hydrogen bonds which stabilize the crystal structure. The preliminary bioassay shows that the title compound exhibits good antifungal activity against Botrytis cinerea, Gibberella zeae, Dothiorella gregaria and Colletotrichum gossypii. 相似文献
