利用磁控溅射方法制备多层膜后,再经热处理得到Co-Pt-C颗粒膜.热处理使Co-Pt颗粒从非晶相转向fcc CoPt3和fct CoPt稳定有序相,C则保持非晶态.Pt成分占Co,Pt总体积的70%时,膜的矫顽力Hc可超过400?kA/m.C插层厚度为0.2—0.6nm时,Hc最大,且在磁滞回线上出现“肩膀”.分析认为这是由于存在两个磁性不同的Co-Pt晶相,受C成分比的影响,使它们之间的耦合性质和强度不同造成的. 关键词: Co Pt C 磁滞回线 颗粒膜  相似文献

The size dependence of exchange bias field HE and coercivity Hc was studied by measuring exchange biased Fe-FeF2 dot arrays in comparison with an unstructured exchange biased Fe-FeF2 bilayer. The domain sizes in the ferromagnet (FM) and the antiferromagnet (AFM) play an important role for exchange bias (EB), and thus interesting phenomena may be expected when the size of an EB system becomes comparable to these sizes. We observe drastic changes of HE and Hc in nanostructured Fe-FeF2, which are unexpected because they appear even at a structure size which is too large for matching with AFM or FM domain size to play a role. We propose that under certain conditions the hysteresis loop is affected differently in the two branches of the reversal by shape anisotropy due to patterning. This is possible because the EB induces a reversal asymmetry already in the unpatterned bilayer system.  相似文献

采用能量极小原理的微磁学及Monte Carlo方法对铁磁/反铁磁混合磁性薄膜的磁特性进行了模拟计算,研究了基态下系统的磁滞回线、自旋组态及铁磁交换作用常数JAA、单轴各向异性常数K、偶极相互作用常数D和铁磁性原子掺杂量X对矫顽力Hc的影响. 同时还模拟计算了矫顽力Hc的温度特性.模拟结果表明,在混合磁性薄膜中磁滞回线存在明显的阶梯效应,利用简单的Ising模型揭示这种阶梯效应主要起源于包含不同反铁磁原 子的掺杂量的不同尺寸的原子团对外加磁场所产生不同响应;在基态下当0.5≤X≤1.0时矫顽力Hc随K,J 关键词: 蒙特卡罗 微磁学 阶梯效应 混合磁系统 矫顽力  相似文献

Artificial spin ice has been recently implemented in two-dimensional arrays of mesoscopic magnetic wires. We propose a theoretical model of magnetization dynamics in artificial spin ice under the action of an applied magnetic field. Magnetization reversal is mediated by domain walls carrying two units of magnetic charge. They are emitted by lattice junctions when the local field exceeds a critical value Hc required to pull apart magnetic charges of opposite sign. Positive feedback from Coulomb interactions between magnetic charges induces avalanches in magnetization reversal.  相似文献

We study theoretically the influence of local fields on phonon-induced transparency (PIT) in quantum-dot systems embedded in a semiconductor matrix. As compared with our previous work without local field effects, we present analytical and numerical results from solution of the generalized optical Bloch equations including the local field effects. It is shown that the local field effects broaden the transparency window due to PIT and reduce the group velocity of light. For some specific parameters of the light and quantum dots, fast light can be obtained in such systems. We report the thickness-dependent (in terms of atomic layers) oscillation behavior of the perpendicular upper critical field Hc2perpendicular in the ultrathin lead films at the reduced temperature (t = T/Tc). Distinct oscillations of the normal-state resistivity as a function of film thickness have also been observed. Compared with the Tc oscillation, the Hc2perpendicular shows a considerable large oscillation amplitude and a pi phase shift. The oscillatory mean free path caused by the quantum size effect plays a role in Hc2perpendicular oscillation.  相似文献

Nickel nanowires, with diameter 250 nm and a length of several microns, were prepared by the polyol process (chemical reduction) while an external magnetic field of 1.4 T has been applied during preparation. This combination has allowed the elaboration of Ni nanowires with a yield of over 90%. X-ray diffraction (XRD) showed that these nanowires crystallize with the face-centered-cubic structure. Magnetic static measurements showed the effect on the nanoparticles’ morphology of the external magnetic field applied during the synthesis. They also allowed studying the effect of the external magnetic field on the magnetic properties of nanowires as a function of their orientation. When nanowires are aligned parallel with magnetic field, the hysteresis loop obtained is very open with a coercivity field (Hc) value of 385 Oe and a high remanence to saturation ratio Mr/Ms of 0.85.  相似文献

The mixtures of two spin-gap compounds IPA-Cu(ClxBr1-x)3 are studied by electron paramagnetic resonance and magnetization processes [M(H)]. From electron paramagnetic resonance spectra, the symmetry of the spin-gap state breaks down, even for x=0.99. From M(H) curves for x=0.95 and 0.92, however, spin gaps survive below mu0Hc1=10+/-1 T, and the M(H) slopes bend at mu0Hc3=40+/-1 T, below the saturation field Hc2. 超导磁体体积小,能够获得强磁场,磁场稳定度、均匀度很高,因此,在磁学测量设备中应用很广泛.美国Quantum Design公司的高精度磁学测量系统采用的就是超导磁体,最高磁场能够达到7 T.由于超导磁体材料本身缺陷的钉扎作用,在磁体退磁后,磁体内部有剩余磁场,有时能够大于30 Oe.由此产生的磁场误差将导致测试的矫顽力、剩磁等数据不准确,甚至导致反向的磁滞回线.设置的磁场初始值不同,剩余磁场的大小也不同;初始磁场越大,剩余磁场越大.这种剩余磁场效应在软磁材料测试过程中表现得尤为明显,产生的测试误差不可忽略,必须进行磁场误差修正才能得到正确的结果.本文阐明了超导磁体产生剩余磁场的原因、影响因素和规律,详述了测试软磁材料可能遇到的问题,并给出解决方法.  相似文献

We study a model of associative memory based on a neural network with small-world structure. The efficacy of the network to retrieve one of the stored patterns exhibits a phase transition at a finite value of the disorder. The more ordered networks are unable to recover the patterns, and are always attracted to non-symmetric mixture states. Besides, for a range of the number of stored patterns, the efficacy has a maximum at an intermediate value of the disorder. Inelastic neutron scattering experiments on the S = 1 quasi-one-dimensional bond-alternating antiferromagnet Ni(C9D24N4)(NO2)ClO4 have been performed under magnetic fields below and above a critical field Hc at which the energy gap closes. Normal field dependence of Zeeman splitting of the excited triplet modes below Hc has been observed, but the highest mode is unusually small and smears out with increasing field. This can be explained by an interaction with a low-lying two magnon continuum at q(parallel) = pi that is present in dimerized chains but absent in uniform ones. Above Hc, we find only one excited mode, in stark contrast with three massive excitations previously observed in the structurally similar Haldane-gap material NDMAP [A. Zheludev, Phys. Rev. We investigated confinement effects on the resistive anisotropy of a superconducting niobium strip with a rectangular cross section. When its transverse dimensions are comparable to the superconducting coherence length, the angle dependent magnetoresistances at a fixed temperature can be scaled as R(theta,H) = R(H/Hctheta) where Hctheta =Hc0(cos2theta + gamma(-2)sin2theta)(-1/2) is the angular dependent critical field, gamma is the width to thickness ratio, and Hc0 is the critical field in the thickness direction at theta=0 degrees . The results can be understood in terms of the anisotropic diamagnetic energy for a given field in a one-dimensional superconductor.  相似文献
