Ruthenium-catalyzed [2 + 2] cycloadditions between norbornene and ynamides were investigated. Ruthenium-catalyzed [2+2] cycloadditions of bicyclic alkenes with alkynyl sulfides and alkynyl sulfones were investigated. The sulfide and sulfone moieties were found to be compatible with the Ru-catalyzed cycloadditions, giving the corresponding cyclobutene cycloadducts in good yields. It has been established that cationic rhodium(I)/axially chiral biaryl bis(phosphine) complexes catalyze the asymmetric [2+2+2] cycloaddition of 1,6‐enynes with electron‐rich functionalized alkenes, enamides, and vinyl carboxylates, to produce the corresponding protected cyclohexenylamines and cyclohexenols. Interestingly, regioselectivity depends on structures of substrates. The present cycloaddition was successfully applied to the enantioselective total synthesis of (?)‐porosadienone by using the amide moiety as a leaving group. 相似文献

A cationic rhodium(I)/Segphos complex catalyzes a [2 + 2 + 2] cycloaddition of internal 1,6-diynes with a phosphonate- or ester-substituted 1,3-butadiyne leading to C(2)-symmetric axially chiral biaryl diphosphonates or dicarboxylates, respectively, in high yields with outstanding ee's. The use of a phosphonate- or ester-substituted 1,3-butadiyne as a cycloaddition partner and Segphos as a ligand is crucial for the success of this transformation. 相似文献

Phosphorus dendrimers containing terminal phosphoramidite ligands have been found to be highly effective and recoverable catalysts for the rhodium(i) catalyzed [2+2+2] cycloaddition reactions. We have developed novel Rh-catalyzed [n+1]-type cycloadditions of 1,4-enyne esters, which involve an acyloxy migration as a key step. The efficient preparation of functionalized resorcinols, including biaryl derivatives, from readily available 1,4-enyne esters and CO was achieved by Rh-catalyzed [5+1] cycloaddition accompanied by 1,2-acyloxy migration. When enyne esters had an internal alkyne moiety, the reaction proceeded by a [4+1]-type cycloaddition involving 1,3-acyloxy migration, leading to cyclopentenones. 相似文献

The reaction of 2-(phenylamino)- and 2-(dimethylamino)thiazoles with dimethyl acetylenedicarboxylate led unexpectedly to dimethyl 6-(phenylamino)- and 6-(dimethylamino)-3,4-pyridinedicarboxylates. Those compounds reasonably result from a sequence of reactions initiated by a [2 + 2] cycloaddition of the alkyne to the formal C=C of the thiazole ring. These pyridines were obtained in nearly all the cases assayed as the exclusive reaction products under rather mild conditions and in fair to good yields. In contrast, the regioisomeric 2-amino-3,4-pyridinedicarboxylates, which would result from a [4 + 2] cycloaddition followed by sulfur extrusion, were only obtained in one particular case. The two reaction paths leading alternatively to both regioisomers were investigated computationally. The respective [2 + 2] and [4 + 2] cycloadducts were found to be formed stepwise from a common dipolar intermediate. Notably, the step following the [2 + 2] cycloaddition (i.e., the ring opening of the fused cyclobutene intermediate to give an all-cis 1,3-thiazepine) was found to take place in a disrotatory mode. Although geometric constraints and electronic factors may reduce the energy for the disrotation, the implication of the fused five-membered ring in the electronic reorganization leading to the 1,3-thiazepine is determinant. In this sense, this step could be regarded also as a thermally allowed six-electron five-center disrotatory electrocyclic ring opening. The proposed mechanism was experimentally supported by the isolation of several intermediates and other experimental facts. 相似文献

Arylethynyl-2H-cyclohepta[b]furan-2-ones reacted with 7,7,8,8-tetracyanoquinodimethane (TCNQ) in a formal [2 + 2] cycloaddition reaction, followed by ring opening of the initially formed cyclobutene derivatives, to afford the corresponding dicyanoquinodimethane (DCNQ) chromophores in excellent yields. The intramolecular charge-transfer (ICT) interactions between the 2H-cyclohepta[b]furan-2-one ring and DCNQ acceptor moiety were investigated by UV/Vis spectroscopy and theoretical calculations. The redox behavior of the novel DCNQ derivatives was examined by cyclic voltammetry (CV) and differential pulse voltammetry (DPV), which revealed their multistep electrochemical reduction properties depended on the number of DCNQ units in the molecule. Moreover, a significant color change was observed by visible spectroscopy under electrochemical reduction conditions. 相似文献

Axially chiral hydroxy carboxylic acid derivatives were successfully synthesized with high yields and ee values by the cationic rhodium(I)/axially chiral biaryl bisphosphine complex-catalyzed enantioselective [2 + 2 + 2] cycloaddition. A [4+4] annulation strategy for the synthesis of eight-membered carbocycles is reported that proceeds via a cascade involving two pericyclic processes. In the first step, the [4+2] cycloaddition of a conjugated enyne with an electron-deficient cyclobutene generates a strained six-membered cyclic allene that isomerizes to the corresponding 1,3-cyclohexadiene. In the second step, this bicyclo[4.2.0]octa-2,4-diene intermediate undergoes thermal or acid-promoted 6-electron electrocyclic ring opening to furnish a 2,4,6-cyclooctatrienone. The latter transformation represents the first example of the promotion of 6-electron electrocyclic ring opening reactions by acid. 相似文献

The Diels-Alder reaction of substituted cyclohexadienes with substituted phenylacetylenes offers an attractive alternative for the synthesis of biaryl compounds via a two-step cycloaddition/cycloelimination pathway. Quantum mechanical calculations using B3LYP and M06-2X density functional methods for the reaction of 2-chloro-6-nitrophenylacetylene with 1-carbomethoxy-cyclohexadiene show the reaction proceeds by a stepwise diradical [4+2] cycloaddition followed by concerted [2+4] cycloelimination of ethylene. [2+2] cycloadducts are also the result of stepwise addition. [2+2] cycloadducts isomerize to [4+2] cycloadducts via diradical pathways, which involve the same diradical intermediate in cycloaddition. There is also a competitive conrotatory ring opening followed by trans-cis double bond isomerization pathway of the [4.2.0] bicycle (the [2+2] cycloadduct) to give the cis,cis,cis-1,3,5-cyclooctatriene. 相似文献

[reactions: see text] A rhodium complex of N-heterocyclic carbene (NHC) has been developed for intra- and intermolecular [4 + 2] and intramolecular [5 + 2] cycloaddition reactions. This is the first use of a transition-metal NHC complex in a Diels-Alder-type reaction. For the intramolecular [4 + 2] cycloaddition reactions, all the dienynes studied were converted to their corresponding cycloadducts in 91-99% yields within 10 min. Moreover, up to 1900 turnovers have been obtained for the intramolecular [4 + 2] cycloaddition at 15-20 degrees C. For the intermolecular [4 + 2] cycloadditions, high yields (71-99%) of the corresponding cycloaddition products were obtained. The reaction time and yield were highly dependent upon the diene and the dienophile. For the intramolecular [5 + 2] cycloaddition reactions, all the alkyne vinylcyclopropanes studied were converted to their corresponding cycloadducts in 91-98% yields within 10 min. However, the catalytic system was not effective for an intermolecular [5 + 2] cycloaddition reaction. 相似文献

A highly efficient enantioselective [2+2] cycloaddition between alkynones and cyclic enol silyl ethers was developed by using a chiral N,N′‐dioxide‐zinc(II) complex as a catalyst. This method functions well for a variety of terminal alkynes as well as cyclic enol silyl ethers, with good to excellent enantioselectivity (up to 97 % ee). This is also the first successful example for the catalytic enantioselective [2+2] cycloaddition of internal alkynes with cyclic enol silyl ethers to give fully substituted cyclobutenes. Meanwhile, the desired cyclobutene product can easily be transformed into fused cyclobutane derivatives. 相似文献

Heating dipolarophiles with 4-alkyl-3-hydroxy-2H-pyrazolo[4,3-c]isoquinolinium hydroxide inner salts results in [3 + 2] cycloaddition across positions 3a and 5 of the aromatic system to give the [3 + 2] cycloadducts in good yield. When the 4-alkyl substituent is a 2-acetate ester and the methylene group can be deprotonated, a second mode of [3 + 2] cycloaddition becomes available for the resulting anion (across the side chain methine group and position 5 of the aromatic system) and occurs under basic conditions, allowing either of two modes of [3 + 2] cycloaddition to be selected by appropriate choice of reaction conditions. 相似文献
