以传统的固相反应法制备了Bi0.5Ba0.5FeO3陶瓷,并采用X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜、直流阻温测试仪和交流阻抗分析仪测试了Bi0.5Ba0.5FeO3陶瓷的微结构和电性能.分析结果表明:Bi0.5Ba0.5FeO3陶瓷具有立方钙钛矿结构,颗粒尺寸约1.0 μm;在16—280 ℃范围内,Bi0.5Ba0.5FeO3陶瓷表现出明显的负温度系数热敏效应,其热敏常数、活化能分别为6490 K及0.558 eV;介电温谱揭示,在280 ℃下Bi0.5Ba0.5FeO3陶瓷材料没有出现相变行为.对于交流阻抗谱,采用3个串联的RQ(RQ为并联)等效部件来拟合分析,拟合结果表明拟合数据与实验数据高度匹配,且这3个等效部件分别代表晶界、晶粒和晶壳的贡献.3个部件中,晶粒对陶瓷电阻阻值的影响最大,晶壳贡献次之,晶界最小,且3个部件电阻值都显示出负温度系数效应.在25—115 ℃范围内,电学模量虚部峰频与阻抗虚部峰频始终不匹配,意味着Bi0.5Ba0.5FeO3陶瓷体内部一直表现出局域导电机理. 关键词: 0.5Ba0.5FeO3陶瓷')" href="#">Bi0.5Ba0.5FeO3陶瓷 电性能 阻抗分析  相似文献

Bi0.5Na0.5TiO3 (BNT)-doped BaFe0.5Nb0.5O3 (BFN) ceramics were synthesized by a two-step solid-state reaction. Temperature dependence of dielectric properties measured at different frequencies was investigated over broad temperature and frequency ranges. Impedance spectroscopy and universal dielectric response were employed to study the relaxation behavior and conductivity mechanism of the ceramics in a frequency range from 40 Hz to 100 MHz and a temperature range from 300 K to 800 K. The complex plane impedance data revealed the bulk and grain boundary contributions toward conductivity processes in the form of semicircular arcs. The high-temperature conductivity of ceramics is attributable to thermally activated second ionized oxygen vacancy.  相似文献

The microwave dielectric properties of CuO-doped La2.98/3Sr0.01(Mg0.5Sn0.5)O3 ceramics were investigated with a view to their application in microwave devices. CuO-doped La2.98/3Sr0.01(Mg0.5Sn0.5)O3 ceramics were prepared by the conventional solid-state method. The X-ray diffraction patterns of CuO-doped La2.98/3Sr0.01(Mg0.5Sn0.5)O3 ceramics exhibited no significant variation of phase with sintering temperature. By adding 0.75 wt.% CuO, a dielectric constant of 20.07, a quality factor (Q × f) of 63,000 GHz, and a temperature coefficient of resonant frequency τf (−77.0 ppm/°C) were obtained when La2.98/3Sr0.01(Mg0.5Sn0.5)O3 ceramics were sintered at 1500 °C for 4 h.  相似文献

The structural characteristics of the BaTiO3/(Ba0.5,Sr0.5)TiO3/SrTiO3 superlattice on a (001) MgO substrate have been studied using X-ray diffraction. The modulation period and unit cell parameters of layers forming the superlattice have been measured. The sizes of coherent scattering regions and average microstrains in the direction perpendicular to the surface have been estimated. The obtained characteristics are compared to those of the two-layer BaTiO3/(Ba0.5,Sr0.5)TiO3 superlattice. The Raman spectra demonstrate a substantial shift of the soft E(TO) mode in the three-layer superlattice as compared to the position in the two-layer superlattice. The effects observed are associated with a substantial increase in the temperature of the phase transition of the three-layer superlattice to the paraelectric phase.  相似文献

Tunable and switchable Ba 0.5 Sr 0.5 TiO 3 film bulk acoustic resonators(FBARs) based on SiO 2 /Mo Bragg reflectors are explored,which can withstand high temperature for the deposition of Ba x Sr 1 x TiO 3(BST) films at 800 C.The dc bias-dependent resonance may be attributed to the piezoelectricity of the BST film induced by an electrostrictive effect.The series resonant frequency is strongly dc bias-dependent and shifts downwards with dc bias increasing,while the parallel resonant frequency is only weakly dc bias-dependent and slightly shifts upwards at low dc bias( 45 V) while downwards at higher dc bias.The calculated relative tunability of shifts at series resonance frequency is around 2.3% and the electromechanical coupling coefficient is up to approximately 8.09% at 60-V dc bias,which can be comparable to AlN FBARs.This suggests that a high-quality tunable BST FBAR device can be achieved through the use of molybdenum(Mo) as the high acoustic impedance layer in a Bragg reflector,which not only provides excellent acoustic isolation from the substrate,but also improves the crystallinity of BST films withstanding higher deposition temperature.  相似文献

The ability to grow the interfacial defect-poor Sr0.5Ba0.5Nb2O6 + Ba0.2Sr0.8TiO3 and Ba0.8Sr0.2TiO3 + Ba0.4Sr0.6TiO3 ferroelectric films onto the doped silicon substrates is discussed. A study of piezo-response via the quasi-static method (using the electrode area of 0.07 mm2) reveals that heterostructures possess an initial polarized ferroelectric state with a spontaneous polarization vector perpendicular to the substrate at any type of Si conductivity. The polarized state is established to refer to two-dimension stresses in the ferroelectric, which is tunable through a preprepared BaxSr1 – xTiO3 onto a sublayer substrate as well as to a thickness of this sublayer. Polarization switching in Sr0.5Ba0.5Nb2O6/Si and Ba0.8Sr0.2TiO3/Si heterostructures under the external field arises at only using the barium–strontium titanate sublayer predeposited onto silicon. A 15% decrease in switching polarization in Ba0.8Sr0.2TiO3/Ba0.4Sr0.6TiO3/Si structures is observed after 500 h.  相似文献

Bismuth sodium barium titanate/poly(vinylidene fluoride-trifluoroethylene) 70/30 [(Bi0.5Na0.5)0.94Ba0.06TiO3-P(VDF-TrFE)] 0-3 composites were prepared by a hot-press method for different volume fractions of (Bi0.5Na0.5)0.94Ba0.06TiO3 ceramic powder in a P(VDF-TrFE) 70/30 copolymer matrix. The relative permittivity and dielectric loss of the composites increased with increase in the volume fraction of the ceramics, which well follows the Bruggeman model. The polarization responses of the composites were strongly dependent on the ceramic volume fraction. The composites with a higher ceramic volume fraction showed an increase in remanent polarization. At room temperature, a 0.3(Bi0.5Na0.5)0.94Ba0.06TiO3-0.7P(VDF-TrFE) composite showed a relative permittivity εr=30, remanent polarization and coercive field   相似文献

Polycrystalline sample with (Na0.5Bi0.5)ZrO3 (NBZ) stoichiometry was prepared using a high-temperature solid-state reaction technique. X-ray diffraction (XRD) analyses indicate the formation of a single-phase perovskite-type orthorhombic structure. AC impedance plot is used as tool to analyse the electrical behaviour of the sample as a function of temperature at different frequency. The AC impedance studies revealed the presence of grain boundary effect and evidence of a negative temperature coefficient of resistance (NTCR) character. Pseudo Cole-Cole and complex electric modulus analyses indicated non-Debye-type dielectric relaxation. The AC conductivity obeys the universal power law. The pair approximation type correlated barrier hopping (CBH) model explains the universal behaviour of the s exponent. The apparent activation energy to the conduction process and minimum hopping distance are discussed.  相似文献

In this work, we report the Rietveld refinement, microstructure, conductivity and impedance properties of Ba[Zr0.25Ti0.75]O3 ceramic synthesized by solid state reaction. This ceramic was characterized by X-ray diffraction, Rietveld refinement, scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive X-ray spectrometry. Impedance spectroscopy analyses reveals a non-Debye relaxation phenomenon being its relaxation frequency moving toward to positive side with increase of temperature. A significant shift in impedance loss peaks toward higher frequency side indicates conduction in material and favoring the long range motion of mobile charge carriers. The frequency dependent ac conductivity at different temperatures indicates that the conduction process is thermally activated. The variation of dc conductivity exhibited a negative temperature coefficient of resistance behavior. The ac conductivity data are used to evaluate the density of states at Fermi level and activation energy of this ceramic. The dc electrical and thermal conductivities of grain and grain boundary have been discussed.  相似文献

La2O3 (2 wt%)-doped (Bi0.5Na0.5)0.94Ba0.06TiO3 (abbreviated as BNBT6) lead-free piezoelectric ceramics were synthesized by conventional solid-state reaction. X-ray diffraction (XRD) patterns indicated that La2O3 has diffused into the lattice of BNBT6 ceramics and formed a solid solution with a pure perovskite structure. Addition of La2O3 decreased the piezoelectric properties and electrical conductivity. It was used to study the electrical conductivity of the La2O3-doped BNBT6 lead-free piezoelectric ceramics combined with electrical modulus and impedance plots at the temperature range over 788–873 K. The values of activation energy derived from the electrical impedance and modulus were found to be 0.51 and 0.50 eV, respectively. The discrepancy between activation energy of relaxation frequency and the activation energy (0.25 eV) of dc electrical conductivity might have been due to a short-range migration or hopping of single ionized oxygen vacancy and a long-range migration or hopping of charge carriers over the whole disordered system, respectively.  相似文献

Perovskite Ba0.6Sr0.4TiO3 sol–gel thin films with different thicknesses are fabricated as MFM configuration to study the effect of the film thickness on the dielectric relaxation phenomenon and the ionic transport mechanism. The frequency dependent impedance, electric modulus, permittivity and AC conductivity have been investigated in this context. Z? plane for all the tested samples shows two regions, corresponding to the bulk mechanism and the distribution of the grain boundaries–electrodes process. Electric modulus versus frequency plots reveal non-Debye relaxation peaks. The observed decrease in both the impedance and permittivity with the increase in film thickness is attributed to the grain size effect. The frequency dependent conductivity plots show three regions of conduction processes, i.e. low-frequency region due to DC conduction, mid-frequency region due to translational hopping motion and high-frequency region due to localized hopping and/or reorientational motion.  相似文献

Crystal structure, thermogravimetry (TG), thermal expansion coefficient (TEC), electrical conductivity and AC impedance of (Ba0.5Sr0.5)1-xLaxCo0.8Fe0.2O3-δ (BSLCF; 0.05?x?0.20) were studied in relation to their potential use as intermediate temperature solid oxide fuel cell (IT-SOFC) cathode. A single cubic pervoskite was observed by X-ray diffraction (XRD). The TEC of BSLCF was increasing slightly with the increasing content of La, and all the compounds showed abnormal expansion at high temperature. Proved by the TG result, it was associated with the loss of lattice oxygen. The electrical conductivity, which is the main defect of Ba0.5Sr0.5 Co0.8Fe0.2O3-δ (BSCF), was improved by La doping, e.g., the compound of x=0.20 demonstrated a conductivity of σ=376 S cm−1 at 392 °C. The increase of electrical conductivity resulted from the increased concentration of charge carrier induced by La doping. In addition, the AC impedance revealed the better electrochemical performance of BSLCF. For example, at 500 °C, the sample with composition x=0.15 yielded the resistance values of 2.12 Ω cm2, which was only 46% of BSCF.  相似文献

We report that ferroelectric-relaxor behavior is induced by doping of SrO and TiO2, or BaO and TiO2 into classic ferroelectric (Na0.5K0.5)NbO3. It is found that [(Na0.5K0.5)0.9Sr0.1](Nb0.9Ti0.1)O3 ceramics exhibit a pronounced ferroelectric-relaxor behavior, comparable to that of [(Na0.5K0.5)0.9Ba0.1](Nb0.9Ti0.1)O3 ceramics. Our results indicate that the relaxor behavior is closely related to the appearance of micropolar regions in these systems. The relaxor behavior should arise from the dynamic response of micropolar clusters. Raman spectra of [(Na0.5K0.5)1−xSrx](Nb1−xTix)O3 ceramics measured in the wavenumber range from 100 to 1200 cm−1 confirm that the first order scattering is dominant in phonon bands should result from both short-range ordered region (micropolar regions) and disordered matrix. The frequency dependence of dielectric permittivity measurements show that the relaxor behavior of SrO and TiO2, or BaO and TiO2 doped (Na0.5K0.5)NbO3 ceramics is not a Debye type in the radio frequency range.  相似文献

Barium strontium titanate (Ba0.8Sr0.2TiO3) films with good ferroelectricity have been obtained by a developed sol-gel processing, using a 0.05-M spin-on solution. X-ray diffraction and Raman spectroscopy investigations showed that the Ba0.8Sr0.2TiO3 film exhibited a tetragonal structure at room temperature. Field-emission scanning electron microscopy measurements revealed that large columnar grains with the size of 100 to 200 nm in the film were formed from the highly dilute spin-on solution with layer-by-layer homoepitaxy. Electrical measurements for the prepared Ba0.8Sr0.2TiO3 film showed a remnant polarization of 3.5 μC/cm2, a coercive field of 53 kV/cm, two distinctive phase transitions, lower dissipation factor, and good insulating properties. These results indicate the sol-gel-derived Ba0.8Sr0.2TiO3 film from a 0.05-M solution is suitable for uncooled infrared detector applications. The thermal diffusivity and electrical conductivity have been measured for two ion conducting polyethylene oxide (PEO) based polymer–ceramic composites viz. (PEO:NH4I) + xAl2O3, (PEO:LiBF4) + xBa0.70Sr0.30TiO3 and two solid–solid composites viz. AgI + xAl2O3, AgI +xBa0.70Sr0.30TiO3. The thermal diffusivity has been measured by the novel photoacoustic technique while the electrical conductivity has been measured by impedance spectroscopy technique using complex impedance plots. The pattern of variation in the electrical conductivity (σ) vs. composition plot and that in the thermal diffusivity (αs) vs. composition plot are similar. Interestingly, the correlation between αs and σ is not only qualitative but is quantitative as well in the sense that the ratio (αs / σ) remains constant for all the samples within the same system (though their conductivities are different) similar to Wiedmann–Franz law applicable to metallic conductors.  相似文献

Lead-free Na0.5Bi0.5TiO3 (NBT) and (1 ? x)Na0.5Bi0.5TiO3 + xBaTiO3 with x = 0.1 and 0.2 (where x = 0.1 and 0.2 are named as NBT1 and NBT2, respectively), (1 ? y)Na0.5Bi0.5TiO3 + yBa0.925Nd0.05TiO3 with y = 0.1 and 0.2 (where y = 0.1 and 0.2 are named as NBT3 and NBT4, respectively)-based relaxor ferroelectric ceramics were prepared using the sol-gel method. The crystal structure was investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD) at room temperature (RT). The XRD patterns confirmed the presence of the rhombohedral phase in all the samples. The electrical properties of the present NBT-based samples were investigated by complex impedance and the modulus spectroscopy technique in the temperature range of RT–600 °C. The AC conductivity was found to increase with the substitution of Ba2+ ions to the NBT sample whereas it significantly decreased with the addition of Nd3+ ions. The more anion vacancies in Ba-added samples and the lower anion vacancies in Nd-added samples were found to be responsible for higher and lower conductivities, respectively.  相似文献

We have fabricated lead-free Bi0.5(Na0.75K0.25)0.5TiO3 (BNKT) ceramics by a conventional process (CP) and reactive templated grain growth (RTGG) methods. The effect of grain orientation on structure, dielectric, complex impedance and electrical properties was investigated. The phase formation and grain morphology of BNKT ceramics were examined by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscope (SEM), respectively. High dielectric constant and low dielectric loss was observed for grain oriented (textured) BNKT ceramics. Complex impedance, temperature dependent ac and dc conductivity were performed to explore the conduction behavior of the prepared BNKT ceramics.  相似文献
