4H-[1]benzopyrano[3,4-c][1,2,5]selenodiazol-4-one has been synthesized by the reaction of 3,4-diaminocoumarin with selenous acid and its reaction with several nucleophiles (alkali, ammonia, amines, hydrazine hydrate) and its nitration have been studied. Novel efficient chiral tetraoxacalix[2]arene[2]triazine-based organocatalysts have been designed and synthesized from the reaction of tetraoxacalix[2]arene[2]triazine with R/S-phenylethylamine or R/S-1-naphthylethylamine for the Aldol reaction of acetone with aromatic aldehydes to furnish the Aldol adducts in 71–92% yields with excellent enantioselectivities (78–99%).  相似文献

A new reaction of benzo[b]thieno[3,2-b]benzo[b]thiophene disulfone with amines that takes place with opening of one of the thiophene rings and nucleophilic substitution in the heteroaromatic ring at the site of cleavage of the S-C bond was observed. The molecular structures of the products of amination of the disulfone were determined by x-ray diffraction analysis. Hydrolysis and dehydration of the amination products gave derivatives of a new heterocyclic system, viz., benzo[b]-thieno[3,2-e]benzo[c]-1,2-oxathiin. Benzo[4,5]imidazo[2,1-b]pyrimido[5,4-f][1,3,4]thiadiazepines representing a new heterocyclic system were prepared by cyclocondensation reaction of l-aminobenzimidazol-2-thione with 6-chloropyrimidine-5-carbaldehydes. 4-Dimethylamino derivative of this tetraheterocyclic system possessed anti-HIV activity.  相似文献

[reaction: see text] A concise, modular approach for the synthesis of [1,2,4]triazolo[4,3-alpha]piperazines via condensation of highly reactive chloromethyloxadiazoles with ethylenediamines is described. The reaction of 4-methoxy-5-amino-6-mercaptopyrimidine with 2-oxo-1-chlorocyclopentyl(hexyl)glyoxalate esters gave derivatives of the previously unknown tetracyclic systems 1,2-dioxocyclopenta (hexa)[g]oxazolidino[3,2-f]pyrimido[4,5-b][1,4]thiazines, which are transformed by ammonium acetate into derivatives of 1,2-dioxocyclopenta(hexa) [g]imidazolidino[3,2-f]pyrimido[4,5-b]-[1,4] thiazines. Derivatives of the new tricyclic 1-oxazino [5,4-g]pyrimido[4,5-b][1,4]thiazine system were obrtained by reaction of 6-carbethoxy-7-acetylpyrimido [4,5-b] [1,4] thiazines with hydroxylamine.  相似文献

A simple and powerful one-pot reaction method was developed for the synthesis of heteracalixaromatics. In the presence of a base, one-pot macrocyclic condensation reaction between cyanuric chloride and 1,3-phenylene diols and diamines proceeded effectively under very mild conditions to afford a number of functionalised oxygen and nitrogen-bridged calix[2]arene[2]triazines in 33–54% yields. The method was applied in a multigram-scale (14.4 g) preparation of tetraoxacalix[2]arene[2]triazine.  相似文献

p-TsOH catalyzed Diels-Alder reaction of 3-(indol-3-yl)maleimides with 3-phenacylideneoxindoles in toluene at 80 °C for two hours afforded cis/trans isomers of 3a',4′,6′,10c'-tetrahydrospiro[indoline-3,5′-pyrrolo[3,4-c]carbazoles] in nearly comparable yields, which could be easily converted to the corresponding 4′,6′-dihydrospiro[indoline-3,5′-pyrrolo[3,4-c]carbazole] in high yields and with high diastereoselectivity by further DDQ oxidation. Additionally, the similar reaction of 3-(indol-3-yl)maleimides with 2-arylidene-1,3-indanediones in toluene 80 °C and sequential DDQ oxidation afforded functionalized dihydrospiro[indene-2,5′-pyrrolo[3,4-c]carbazoles] as major products.  相似文献

Derivatives of two new molecular structures, namely, [1,3]thiazino[3,2-a]purine and [1,2,3]triazolo[4,5-d]-[1,3]thiazino[3,2-a]pyrimidine, were synthesized together with other heterocyclic compounds. Retrosynthetic analysis of their molecular skeletons suggested a simple way of obtaining 3,4-dihydro-7,8-diamino-2H,6H-pyrimido[2,1-b][1,3]thiazin-6-one, which is a useful intermediate for their synthesis. This intermediate and the thiazole homologue were obtained directly by reaction of 5,6-diamino-2,3-dihydro-2-thioxo-4(lH)-pyrimidi-none with 1,3- or 1,2-dibromoalkane, respectively.  相似文献

Summary Condensation of benzo[b]furan-3(2H-one, benzo[b]thiophen-3(2H)-one and benzo[b]selenophen-3(2H)-one with dimedone gives 2-(3-heteryl)dimedones. Acylation of the latter leads to the corresponding tetracyclic pyrylium salts, from which condensed quinolines are obtained. Microwave irradiation of alkynyl allenes affords an intramolecular [2 + 2] cycloaddition reaction. This cycloaddition provides an efficient route to bicyclomethylenecyclobutenes. The reaction occurs with complete regioselectivity for the distal double bond of the allene for the selective formation of a variety of hetero- and carbocyclic substrates. Tetraurea calix[4]arenes with four loops form exclusively heterodimers with open-chain urea calix[4]arenes when they are dissolved in aprotic solvents. These assemblies can be considered as pseudorotaxanes. If open-chain tetraureas ending with maleic imide functions are used, their Diels-Alder reaction with 1,4,5,8-tetrapentoxyanthracene leads to tetra[2]rotaxanes which cannot be split into the single calixarene parts by hydrogen bond breaking solvents.  相似文献
