We investigate vibrations of an unloaded and loaded tyre rolling at constant speed without slipping in the contact area. A previously proposed analytical model of a reinforced tyre is considered. The surface of the tyre is represented by flexible tread, combined with parts of two tori (sidewalls of the tyre). The contact between the wheel and the ground plane occurs by the part of the tread. The natural frequencies (NF) and mode shapes (MS) are determined analytically for unloaded tyre and numerically for loaded tyre. The results were compared with experiments for the non-rotating tyre. In the case of loaded rotating tyre, the increasing of the angular velocity of rotation implies that NF decrease. Moreover, a phenomenon of frequency loci veering is visible here: NF as functions of angular velocity approach each other and then veer away instead of crossing. The MS interact in veering region and, as a result, interchange.  相似文献

In this work, we have developed an analytical model of a multilayer porous material based on the transfer matrix method to predict the absorption behavior at plane wave incidence. The aim of this study is to modify/tune the sound absorption coefficient of a felt to obtain an improved absorbing performance in the mid frequency range without increasing its weight. To achieve this target, the developed model has been used to find the best combination of each layer type and thickness. The analytical results were validated by test results.  相似文献

Reduction of sound radiation by using force radiation modes   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
The location of a vibration source within a machine is sometimes found to have a significant effect upon its radiated acoustic power. It is known that a simple reduction of vibration cannot always reduce the radiated acoustic power, so that treatments based on analysis of a structure’s vibration modes are not always effective. At the same time, radiation mode analysis is known to be a powerful tool for interpreting sound radiation since those modes are independent of a structure’s surface vibration. However, knowledge of the radiation modes alone cannot be used directly to understand the relationship between vibration source location and acoustic power radiation. In this paper, it is shown that the radiation mode concept can be extended to understand the relationship between acoustic power and driving force distribution by considering the product of the structure’s mobility matrix and the radiation modes: the resulting functions are here defined to be force radiation modes (frad-modes). An example is presented in which the acoustic power radiated by a simply-supported, baffled beam is reduced by using guidance provided by the structure’s force radiation modes. The results demonstrate that the force radiation modes can be used to guide the reduction of radiated acoustic power by changing the driving force location without the need to perform additional calculations or experiments.  相似文献

An analysis has been carried out to investigate sound transmission in an unflanged circular duct of finite length. A new formulation for calculating the generalized radiation impedance of the opening of a finite length duct with a spinning source inside is presented. The effect of interference between the duct apertures at its two ends is identified in the calculations of radiation impedance, reflection coefficient, and the far field radiation pattern. The results show that the degree of interference between the two ends reduces for high frequency waves and/or for long ducts. Further, the interference effects on the far field for spinning sound are more serious than those for non-spinning sound.  相似文献

We consider the far-field radiation pattern produced by a vibrating circular piston set in a plane non-rigid impedance condition baffle. Using an extension of an approximate method suggested by Mangulis, a simple formula is derived for the radiation pattern function, and its accuracy is assessed by a comparison with some numerical results of Mangulis.  相似文献

紧凑型扬声器系统的空间感增强是目前便携式移动电声设备面临的一个重要难题。该文基于拓宽视在声源宽度以增强空间感的理念,进行了紧凑型扬声器系统的波束形成研究。该文基于圆柱形刚性障板的声学特性,利用两只扬声器单元设计了紧凑型双单元声系统,分别利用基于相位对齐的最小均方误差算法实现左/右声道的波束形成和利用最小均方误差算法并设计半空间指向性的目标实现虚拟中央声道的波束形成。通过分析波束宽度和扬声器单元的工作状态验证了波束形成效果符合目标设计。考虑到实际使用情况,一方面,该文利用边界元方法仿真分析了有限长障板对扬声器单元指向性以及波束形成的影响,仿真结果表明有限长障板会使得单元整体的指向性变宽,该结果更有利于声系统实现目标;另一方面,该文基于有限元仿真的条件实际设计了双单元声系统,通过实验测量进一步验证了算法的性能。  相似文献

The influence of a uniform cross flow on the power output from an idealized mechanical source, namely a vibrating strip set in a coplanar rigid wall, is studied within the framework of linear acoustic theory, and the time-average power output is characterized by appropriate expansions (of exact integral representations), for both small and large wave length/strip width ratios, in the subsonic flow regime. Since boundary layers are ignored, the model source envisaged furnishes only a limited accounting of fluid-acoustical coupling effects.  相似文献

研究共振声辐射理论(Resonance Radiation Theory:RRT)在水中矩形板的应用。导出了矩形板的共振声辐射公式、并数值验证了其适用性。深入分析了有流体负荷矩形板的复共振频率的物理意义及其与导纳留数、模态辐射率的关系,复共振频率的实部表示实际共振频率,虚部反映模态辐射能力。根据复共振频率容易找到辐射能力相对较强的模态,为有针对性控制声辐射提供了新的思路。鉴于复平面搜根求解模态复共振频率的困难,针对矩形板的特点提出了一种求解复共振频率及留数的快速方法。结合该方法及RRT,提出了一种快速计算辐射声功率的方法,数值验证表明该方法精度高、速度快。  相似文献

Axisymmetric vibrations of a viscous-fluid-filled piezoelectric sphere, with radial polarization, submerged in a compressible viscous fluid medium are investigated. The oscillations are harmonically driven by an axisymmetrically applied electric potential difference across the surface of the shell. A theoretical formulation cast the piezoelectric shell problem into a corresponding problem of an elastic shell with the contribution of piezoelectricity confined to slightly modified in vacuum natural frequencies and their associated mode shapes. It is noted that the fluid inside the shell will have a dominating influence on the vibrational characteristics of the submerged shell. The circular components of the natural frequency spectra closely follow those of the fluid-filled shell in vacuo. Furthermore, the corresponding damping components of those natural frequencies are rather small, making acoustic radiation and under-damped oscillation possible for an infinite number of natural frequencies. The characteristics of natural frequencies are elucidated using a fluid-filled polyvinglindene fluoride (PVDF) shell submerged in both air and water as an example. It is found that the piezoelectric parameters that contribute to the shell's natural frequencies is of a small order for thin PVDF shells, and is thereby negligible. It is noted that, with the mechanical constant typically associated with piezoelectric materials, fluid viscosity could have a significant effect on some vibrations. In certain cases, a natural frequency associated with a minimum viscous damping and a maximum of total damping (indicating highly efficient acoustic radiation) is possible with such a frequency.The vibrational characteristics, fluid loading, and energy flow are evaluated for a fluid-filled PVDF shell submerged in air and water. The inclusion of fluid inside the shell is shown to produce various narrow band peaks responses, vibrational absorbing frequencies, and non-dissipating frequencies. Those vibrational characteristics could have many potential applications. For example, the interior fluid could offer the option of generating a desired narrow band near resonant sound radiation while keeping power dissipation due to fluid viscosity to a minimum. Those well-defined narrow band characteristics also open up possibilities of using a vibrating, fluid-filled shell as a micro scale sensor for sensing and detection applications.  相似文献

为了研究周期加筋板的声辐射特性,建立了一种计算水中周期加筋板在简谐点力作用下的远场辐射声压的高效方法。该方法借助于傅里叶变换法只要先将耦合系统的声振方程,加强筋的弯曲和扭转运动方程,声学波动方程和耦合边界条件转换到波数域中,联合求解得到一组关于平板横向位移的无限大耦合代数方程组,再将该方程组截断成有限大小由数值方法求出波数域中的位移响应,便可结合稳相法得到远场辐射声压。与现有方法给出的结果对比发现二者完全吻合,验证了本文方法的有效性;通过数值方法研究了激励力位置、板厚,加强筋间距和宽度对周期加筋板声辐射特性的影响,得到了具有实际意义的结论。  相似文献

采用分布式平面声源作为次级声源,对振动钢板的声辐射进行了抵消实验,验证了以往研究中的一系列关键理论。实验研究结果表明:一个平面声源可以控制钢板奇-奇模态的声辐射,两个平面源可以控制结构偶-奇或奇-偶模态的声辐射,同时也可以控制结构奇-奇模态的声辐射;平面声源的面积和布放位置对降噪效果有重要影响,采用单个平面声源控制时,平面声源面积越大,控制效果越好;基于近场声压的误差传感策略是有效可行的,实际中,将近场测量面的声功率作为有源控制的目标函数与总声功率作为目标函数是一致的;控制后远场声压和声强都得到有效降低,部分区域的声能向声源流动,近场声压及声强分布也发生显著变化。  相似文献

摘要研究了利用分布式平面声源对结构声辐射进行有源控制的问题。首先建立了系统的数学模型,然后推导了有源控制条件下次级声源的强度和声功率降低的计算公式。在实际应用中,次级声源参数(面积大小、安放位置、个数等)对控制效果有重要影响,本文基于有源控制的物理机理和数值仿真研究这些问题。结果表明: -般情况下,次级声源板的振动模态分布与初级结构振动模态分布不相同,因此,在低频范围内,需要至少4个分布式次级声源,方能有效地控制初级结构声辐射。  相似文献

The rolling noise from tyre–pavement interaction represents the greatest sound contribution from a vehicle when cruising at a high speed. To evaluate the sound levels from this source, existing standardized methods that establish different measurement procedures in both the immediate tyre surroundings, for example the Close-Proximity method, as well as at greater distances, as the Coast-By method. A fundamental parameter that can quantify the sound generation of a source is its sound power level. The standardized methods establish procedures to measure the sound pressure level but not the power level of a tyre as a noise source. For this reason, this paper presents a novel methodology based on sound pressure measurements to obtain the sound power level that a vehicle emits in Coast-By conditions, where noise is generated at tyre/road interaction. The paper describes the testing procedure used to obtain the sound power level, and it is accompanied by a mathematical simulation that studies the feasibility of the proposal. Finally, the proposed methodology is further validated through a field study.  相似文献
