Four one-phonon Raman lines have been found in CdIn2S4 (ZnIn2S4) spinels at 92 (72) cm-1, 186 (184) cm-1, 246 (253) cm-1, and 367 (372) cm-1 for incident photon energies well below the energy gap EG ~ 2.4 (2.2) eV at 300 K. For photon energies close to EG, the 367 cm-1 mode underwent a resonant enhancement in CdIn2S4 and four infrared active but Raman forbidden F1u modes appeared in the CdIn2S4 and ZnIn2S4 Raman spectra: TO modes at 226 (221) cm-1 and 309 (312) cm-1, and LO modes at 274 (272) cm-1 and 340 (342) cm-1.  相似文献

Eu2+ and Mn2+ singly doped and codoped Na(Sr,Ba)PO4 phosphors were synthesized, and their luminescent properties were investigated. A broad blue emission and a broad orange emission band were observed in Na(Sr,Ba)PO4:Eu2+, Mn2+ phosphor. The resonant-type energy transfer from Eu2+ to Mn2+ was demonstrated, and the energy transfer efficiency was also calculated according to their emission spectra. Based on the principle of energy transfer, the emission intensity ration of Eu2+ and Mn2+ could be appropriately tuned by adjusting the contents of activators. Due to the strong absorption in the 250–400 nm range, Na(Sr,Ba)PO4:Eu2+, Mn2+ phosphor could be used as a potential candidate for near-UV white light-emitting diodes (LEDs).  相似文献

The potential chemical reactions of alkaline-earth oxides (AeO with Ae: Mg, Ca, Sr, and Ba) and tungsten are studied at high pressure and high temperature. At pressures ranging from 5 to 10 GPa and temperatures of 2000 K, a noticeable reaction between AeO and powder tungsten (W) was detected. As a product of the reaction, scheelite-structured orthotungstates (AeWO4) were formed. The reactivity of alkaline-earth oxides with tungsten increases in the order Ca<Sr<Ba, being the reaction not detected for MgO. Possible chemical reactions leading to the formation of alkaline-earth orthotungstates have been considered. Our results support the conclusion that the most probable reaction occurring under high-pressure and high-temperature conditions is AeO+W+3/2 O2→AeWO4.  相似文献

Luminescence properties of Eu2+ in M2MgSi2O7 (M=Ca, Sr, and Ba) phosphors   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
The photoluminescence properties of alkali-earth magnesium silicates (M2MgSi2O7, M=Ca, Sr, and Ba) doped with Eu2+ were investigated. Solid solutions of Ba x Sr2−x Si2O7, Ca2MgSi2O7, and Sr2MgSi2O7 were prepared. Ba x Sr2−x Si2O7 retained a tetragonal crystal structure similar to the structure of the other compounds up to a stoichiometry of x=1.6, which enabled a systematic study of the common structure. Monoclinic Ba2MgSi2O7 was prepared, and the luminescence properties were compared with those of other samples. The emission and excitation spectra of tetragonal M2MgSi2O7 (M=Ca, Sr, and Ba) changed as a function of the covalency, site symmetry, and crystal field strength. The luminescence properties showed excellent agreement with theoretical predictions based on these factors. The Stokes shift differentiated the emission behaviors of the tetragonal and monoclinic structures.  相似文献

Mn doped TiO2 nanoparticles are synthesized by sol–gel method. Incorporation of Mn shifts the diffraction peak of TiO2 to lower angle. The position and width of the Raman peak and photoluminescence intensity of the doped nanoparticles varies with oxygen vacancy and Mn doping level. The electron spin resonance spectra of the Mn doped TiO2 show peaks at g = 1.99 and 4.39, characteristic of Mn2+ state. Reduction in the emission intensity, on Mn doping, is owing to the increase of nonradiative oxygen vacancy centers. Mn doped TiO2, with 2% Mn, shows ferromagnetic ordering at low applied field. Paramagnetic contribution increases as Mn loading increases to 4% and 6%. Temperature dependent magnetic measurement shows a small kink in the ZFC curve at about 40 K, characteristic of Mn3O4. The ferromagnetic ordering is possibly due to the interaction of the neighboring Mn2+ ions via oxygen vacancy (F+ center). Increase in Mn concentration increases the fraction of Mn3O4 phase and thereby increases the paramagnetic ordering.  相似文献

The effect of electron irradiation on fluorides of alkaline-earth elements CaF2, SrF2, and BaF2 in the column of an electron transmission microscope is studied by means of elemental and diffraction analysis. It is established that when the current density of the electron beam exceeds the threshold value, we observe the desorption of fluorine and the binding of liberated metal ions by the oxygen of the residual vacuum to form oxide phase MeO (Me = Ca, Sr, and Ba) with the structure of rock salt NaCl.  相似文献

利用固相反应法制备了Sr和Ba替代的Ca2.955-xMxSi2O7: 0.045Eu2+ (M= Sr, Ba, x= 0.1-0.5)系列荧光粉, 利用较大离子半径的Sr和Ba元素替代Eu掺杂Ca2.955-xMxSi2O7 中的Ca元素,研究Sr和Ba替代对样品结构和发光特性的影响. X射线衍射测试结果表明,少量Sr和Ba替代不会改变基质的晶体结构, 样品仍然为单斜晶系.未替代前, Ca2.955Si2O7: 0.045Eu2+ 样品的发射峰在574 nm左右,随着Sr含量的增加,样品的发射峰发生蓝移; 而Ba含量在x= 0.1-0.4时不会引起发射峰位置的移动, 但x= 0.5样品的发射峰发生蓝移.同等含量的Sr和Ba部分替代样品中的Ca元素, Ba替代样品的光谱强度较强.  相似文献

An investigation of the relevant parameters for broadly tunable lasers utilizing the efficient, broad-band 5d → 4f emission in a number of Eu2+ doped metal fluorides, chlorides, and fluoro-chlorides has been performed. Results of measurements of absorption and emission spectra, quantum efficiencies, and fluorescence lifetimes in MF2 and MCl2 (M = Ca, Ba, Sr) and MFCl (M = Ba, Sr) are presented. A calculation of the pump energy threshold for laser action in CaF2 : Eu2+ based on our spectroscopic data is made. Although the estimation indicated that laser threshold in CaF2 : Eu can be easily achieved, strong excited-state absorption in this system was found to prohibit laser oscillation.  相似文献

The reaction of oxygen with evaporated films of Ca, Sr and Ba has been studied with soft X-ray appearance potential spectroscopy (SXAPS). Both O 1s and Ca 2p12,32, Sr 2p32 and Ba 3d52 spectra were recorded. For Ca and Sr two distinct reactivity regimes were distinguishable: (i) a low exposure regime characterized by a single broad peak in the O 1s spectra and unchanged metal spectra, (ii) a high exposure regime or oxide regime characterized by multipeaked O1s spectra and appreciable changes in the metal spectra. The exposure at which the nucleation of oxide starts is determined. The bonding in the metal-oxygen complex is discussed.  相似文献

Intense red emitting phosphors MGd2(MoO4)4: Eu3+ (M=Ca, Sr and Ba) have been synthesized by the simple sol-gel technique. The formation processes and the phase impurity of phosphors are characterized by thermogravimetry-differential thermal analysis (TG-DTA) and power X-ray diffraction (XRD). The narrower size distribution and the regular shape of the phosphor particles are also measured by Field emission scanning electronic microscopy (FE-SEM). Photo-luminescent properties of the phosphors are performed at room temperature. Their excitation spectra present strong absorption at 395 nm near-UV light and 465 nm blue light, which match well with commercial LED chips. The phosphors exhibit satisfactory and excellent red light dominated by 616 nm and their photoluminescence intensity is about 3-4 times stronger than that of phosphor YAG under the 465 nm excitation. In addition, the optimal concentrations of Eu3+ for phosphors MGd2(MoO4)4 (M=Ca, Sr and Ba) have also been determined.  相似文献

A Mössbauer study of nano-TiO2 doped with Fe is presented. The samples are prepared by sol-gel method, doping Fe by 5, 10 and 15 wt.%, respectively, which are measured with XRD, TEM and Raman spectra. Especially, Mössbauer spectra are emphasized in this study. The anatase phase is major in both doped and no-doped sample. The α-Fe2O3 phase is also in the doped samples. The grain size of doped sample is in 5–20 nm range, the major grains are about 13 nm. And the grain size of no-doped sample is about 8 nm. Studying Mössbauer spectra and Raman spectra, we concluded that in the doping process the Fe3+ ions entered anatase lattice and substituted Ti4+ ions. However, the amount of Fe ions in the site is limited to about 1.5 wt.%. It does not increase as the doping Fe increase. The more Fe doped, the more α-Fe2O3 formed. For comparing conveniently, it also can be described as (Ti0.98Fe0.02)O2 by atomic percent.  相似文献

Six kind CaGa2S4 single crystals doped with different rare earth (RE) elements are grown by the horizontal Bridgman method, and their photoluminescence (PL) spectra are measured in the temperature range from 10 to 300 K. The PL spectra of Ce or Eu doped crystals have broad line shapes due to the phonon assisted 4f-5d transitions. On the other hand, those of Pr3+, Tb3+, Er3+ or Tm3+ doped samples show narrow ones owing to the 4f-4f transitions. The assignments of the electronic levels are made in reference to the reported data of RE 4f multiplets observed in same materials.  相似文献

Powder samples of barium aluminate doped with Mn2+ and Ce3+ were prepared by solid-state reaction method and their photoluminescence and thermoluminescence properties were studied. Substitution of Ca/Sr in place of Ba resulted in enhanced emission from Ce3+ ions without changing the spectral profile. Cerium efficiently sensitized the manganese luminescence in barium aluminate. Photoluminescence and thermo luminescence observations have indicated the presence of Vk3+ defects in undoped barium aluminate. However, Barium aluminate (either undoped or doped with manganese) did not exhibit long afterglow.  相似文献

A novel kind of La2O3 doped diamond-like carbon (DLC) films with thickness of 100-120 nm were deposited by unbalanced magnetron sputtering. Raman spectra and photoluminescence properties were measured by Raman spectrometer operated by 325 nm He-Cd laser and 514 nm Ar+ laser, respectively. The intensities of Raman spectra and photoluminescence are higher than those of pure DLC films. The La2O3 doped DLC films have the potential promising for the application of solar cell coatings.  相似文献

Hexagonal ZnIn2S4 photocatalysts with different morphology and crystallinity (micro-structures) were prepared in aqueous-, methanol- and ethylene glycol-mediated conditions via a solvothermal/hydrothermal method. The aqueous- and methanol-mediated ZnIn2S4 presented to be Flowering-Cherry-like microsphere, while the ethylene glycol-mediated ZnIn2S4 presented to be micro-cluster. In comparison with two other products, aqueous-mediated ZnIn2S4 possessed the best crystallinity (micro-structure), which resulted in the highest photocatalytic activity for hydrogen evolution under visible-light irradiation. Additionally, aqueous-mediated ZnIn2S4 was found to be more stable than the other two ZnIn2S4 photocatalysts while undergoing the photocatalytic process. During the photocatalytic reaction, the average rates for hydrogen production over aqueous-, methanol- and ethylene glycol-mediated ZnIn2S4 were determined to be 27.3, 12.4 and 9.1 μmol h-1, respectively, in the present photocatalytic systems.  相似文献

Greatly enhanced and abnormal Raman spectra were discovered in the nominal (Ba1 − xErx)Ti1 − x/4O3 (x = 0.01) (BET) ceramic for the first time and investigated in relation to the site occupations of Er3+ ions. BaTiO3 doped with Ti‐site Er3+ mainly exhibited the common Raman phonon modes of the tetragonal BaTiO3. Er3+ ions substituted for Ba sites are responsible for the abnormal Raman spectra, but the formation of defect complexes will decrease spectral intensity. A large increase in intensity showed a hundredfold selectivity for Ba‐site Er3+ ions over Ti‐site Er3+ ions. A strong EPR signal at g = 1.974 associated with ionized Ba vacancy defects appeared in BET, and the defect chemistry study indicated that the real formula of BET is expressed by (Ba1 − xEr3x/4)(Ti1 − x/4Erx/4)O3. These abnormal Raman signals were verified to originate from a fluorescent effect corresponding to 4S3/24I15/2 transition of Ba‐site Er3+ ions. The fluorescent signals were so intense that they overwhelmed the traditional Raman spectra of BaTiO3. The significance is that the abnormal Raman spectra may act as a probe for the Ba‐site Er3+ occupation in BaTiO3 co‐doped with Er3+ and other dopants. The sintering behavior of Na3Zr2Si2PO12, Na3.08Zr1.96X0.04Si2PO12 (X = Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba), Na3Zr1.5 Si2PO12, and Na3Zr1.3Si2PO12 was studied between 900 and 1300°C. Microstructural examination indicated that liquid-phase sintering had occurred and that free ZrO2 was present in all of the samples. X-ray diffraction indicated that the NASICON and ZrO2 were monoclinic and that doping the Na3Zr2Si2PO12 with 0.02 mole% alkaline-earth ions (compared to the ZrO2 content) did not significantly increase the unit-cell volume.  相似文献

Incorporation of alkaline-earth cations into the zircon-type lattice of Ce1−xAxVO4+δ (A=Ca, Sr; x=0−0.2) was found to significantly increase the p-type electronic conductivity and to decrease the Seebeck coefficient, which becomes negative at x≥0.1. The oxygen ionic conductivity is essentially unaffected by doping. The ion transference numbers of Ce1−xAxVO4+δ in air, determined by the faradaic efficiency measurements, are in the range from 2×10−4 to 6×10−3 at 973–1223 K, increasing when temperature increases or alkaline-earth cation content decreases. The results on the partial conductivities and Seebeck coefficient suggest the presence of hyperstoichiometric oxygen, responsible for ionic transport, in the lattice of doped cerium vanadates. The activation energies for the electron-hole and ionic conduction both decrease on doping and vary in the ranges 39–45 kJ/mol and 87–112 kJ/mol, respectively. 采用两线测量模式对固相烧结方法制备的Nd1-xAxMnO3 (A= Ba, Ca, Sr,x= 0-0.9) 陶瓷样品电脉冲诱导电阻转变(EPIR)效应和I-V特性进行了测量. 结果表明, 与Nd0.7Sr0.3MnO3一样, 相同浓度掺杂的Nd0.7Ba0.3MnO3和Nd0.7Ca0.3MnO3 样品也能诱发稳定的室温EPIR效应. 进一步对Nd1-xSrxMnO3系列样品的EPIR研究表明, 这种界面相关的EPIR效应与样品中电子或空穴掺杂浓度密切相关, 在半掺杂 (x= 0.5)附近, 样品与电极接触界面能诱发稳定的EPIR效应. 然而, 随掺杂浓度的进一步增大或降低, EPIR效应逐渐出现减弱、不明显到完全消失的过程. 产生这种现象的原因可能与锰氧化物中由于掺杂浓度差异所导致的界面缺陷在不同极性脉冲激励下重新分布而产生的内电场强弱有关.  相似文献
