通过X-ray衍射方法对高炉渣中非晶态与晶态的含量进行了定量分析研究。定量分析过程包括标准样品制备、配样与衍射以及数据处理分析。数据处理包括非晶态衍射峰及晶态峰在一定衍射角度内的积分、线性拟合与定量系数确定。提出了X-ray衍射方法所用的高炉渣标准样品的制备方法,包括100%非晶态标样和100%晶态标样。提出了由100%非晶态和100%晶态为标准样品时,高炉渣中非晶态含量的测定方法,适用于非晶态含量较高(>80%)的高炉渣的定量分析。结合数学处理和X-ray衍射结果,可得到原始高炉渣中非晶态含量和晶态含量,以及相应的比例系数,适用于非晶态含量高的高炉渣(>90%)。 相似文献

惯性约束聚变实验中使用平响应X射线二极管(XRD)阵列从不同方向测量黑腔辐射能流的时间演化过程和角分布。平响应XRD的谱响应曲线存在局部不平整,给辐射能流的还原引入了误差。为减小由于能谱形状和平响应局部不平带来的还原误差,提出了加权求解平响应XRD的平均响应值的方法。对该方法提高辐射能流的还原率的必要条件进行了研究。改进后的方法应用于实验数据的处理,结果表明:修正后的等效积分温度随时间的演化过程与多道软X光能谱仪吻合较好。 相似文献

一种测量糖溶液旋光率的新方法和MATLAB分析 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
利用光学实验中常用的分光计、偏振器和自制的读数盘通过组装搭建形成一种可以用来测量偏转角和旋光率的系统(简称直读式分光计旋光仪)。利用该系统测量了蔗糖旋光率,与传统的WXG-4旋光仪比较,实验结果的相对误差小于0.3%。实验现象明显,读数方便快捷。通过MATLAB分析了WXG-4型旋光仪和自制旋光仪实验数据,发现两种数据相似度极高。该自主改装的"直读式分光计旋光仪"可以作为一种测量糖溶液旋光率的新方法。 相似文献

Graphene oxide (GO) is an attractive freestanding support that can be decorated with ultrathin organic layers for facile and low‐cost fabrication of novel devices with controllable functional properties and microstructures. Here, it is reported that a hybrid material consisting of an ultrathin iron phthalocyanine (FePc) layer self‐assembled on reduced graphene oxide (rGO) exhibits excellent catalytic activity that is superior to that of commercial Pt/C for an oxygen reduction reaction (ORR). During solution processing, the FePc layer is first self‐organized onto GO sheets and then reduced electrochemically to form an FePc/rGO hybrid electrocatalyst. Kinetics studies reveal that the hybrid architecture affords an ultrafast ORR rate caused by a strongly dominant four‐electron process, and the durability of the catalyst shows significant improvement by forming the hybrid structure. Spectroscopic studies suggest that these advantages are afforded by synergistic effects between FePc and rGO, which are enriched by the hybrid structure and the appropriate reduction step. 相似文献

A new method for thickness determination of single-crystal thin samples at exact zone axis orientation, based on pattern recognition in convergent beam electron diffraction (CBED), is presented. The method is especially well suited to materials with a large unit cell in zone axis directions where the reciprocal lattice is uniformly dense with diffraction points. The new method is based on comparison of a measured CBED zone axis pattern with a set of calculated ones. Its accuracy was estimated to be around 10% in the 5–100 nm thickness range as checked for garnets at the [111] zone orientation. 相似文献

Samples of the iron oxides Fe0.94O, Fe3O4, Fe2O3, and Fe2SiO4 were prepared by high temperature equilibration in controlled gas atmospheres. The samples were fractured in vacuum and high resolution XPS spectra of the fractured surfaces were measured. The peak positions and peak shape parameters of Fe 3p for Fe2+ and Fe3+ were derived from the Fe 3p XPS spectra of the standard samples of 2FeO·SiO2 and Fe2O3, respectively. Using these parameters, the Fe 3p peaks of Fe3O4 and Fe1−yO are analysed. The results indicate that high resolution XPS techniques can be used to determine the Fe2+/Fe3+ ratios in metal oxides. The technique has the potential for application to other transition metal oxide systems. 相似文献

SiO2含量是铁矿石质量控制的主要技术指标,亦是衡量铁矿石品质好坏的关键指标之一,对选矿方法、配矿流程的确定具有重要意义。传统的SiO2含量测定法虽然准确度高,但工作量大,操作繁琐,花费时间长,难以快速、高效确定铁矿石中SiO2含量。采用红外光谱辐射计Turbo FT对辽宁省鞍钢集团鞍千矿业有限责任公司的“鞍山式”铁矿样品进行热红外光谱测试,分析了光谱特征,构建了比值指数(RI)、差值指数(DI)和归一化指数(NDI),并确定光谱指数与样品SiO2含量相关性最显著的敏感波段及对应的相关系数值;优选出与样品SiO2含量相关性最显著的归一化指数(NDI),构建样品SiO2含量的定量反演模型,并进行了验证。结果表明,三种光谱指数与样品SiO2含量的敏感波段均位于余辉带特征(RF)的左边界8.06与8.2 μm处,相关系数均达到0.9以上,其中NDI与样品SiO2含量的相关性最高;基于NDI构建了实验样品SiO2含量的二次函数反演模型,预测误差为3.57%。该方法相对于传统的研磨化验法,具有工作强度小、便捷、快速、高效、无污染的优点,对遥感找矿也具有一定指导意义。 相似文献

Powders of Fe–Mg–O nanocomposite particles have been grown using a novel chemical vapor synthesis approach that employs the decomposition of a metalorganic precursor inside the metal combustion flame. After annealing in controlled gas atmospheres composition distribution functions, structure and phase stability of the obtained magnesiowüstite nanoparticles are measured with a combination of techniques such as inductively coupled plasma‐optical emission spectroscopy, energy dispersive X‐ray spectroscopy, X‐ray diffraction, and scanning and transmission electron microscopy. Complementary Mössbauer spectroscopy measurements reveal that depending on Fe loading and temperature of annealing either metastable and superparamagnetic solid solutions of Fe3+ ions in periclase (MgO) or phase separated mixtures of MgO and ferrimagnetic magnesioferrite (MgFe2O4) nanoparticles can be obtained. The described combustion technique represents a novel concept for the production of mixed metal oxide nanoparticles. Adressing the impact of selected annealing protocols, this study underlines the great potential of vapor phase grown non‐equilibrium solids, where thermal processing provides means to trigger phase separation and, concomitantly, the emergence of new magnetic properties. 相似文献

采用激光诱导击穿光谱(LIBS)技术对大豆油中的铁(Fe)含量进行定量检测。实验中用一系列不同Fe浓度的大豆油样品,采用二通道高精度光谱仪采集其LIBS光谱信号。根据样品LIBS谱线图,确定了Fe的两个特征谱线404.58和406.36 nm,并应用不同的一元回归方法对两个特征谱线分别建立一元指数回归定量分析模型、一元线性回归定量分析模型和一元二次回归定量分析模型。研究结果表明,Fe Ⅰ 404.58及Fe Ⅰ 406.36的一元指数、一元线性及一元二次回归模型的预测平均相对误差分别为29.49%,8.93%,8.70%和28.95%,8.63%,8.44%。Fe Ⅰ 406.36建立的回归模型预测结果优于Fe Ⅰ 404.58,三个回归模型中一元二次回归模型性能最优。由此可见,LIBS技术检测大豆油中的Fe元素具有一定的可行性,一元二次回归定量分析模型可以有效提高Fe元素预测浓度的精度。 相似文献
