本文利用气固两相耦合模型,理论推导出大雷诺数下悬浮固粒分区存在的射流稳定性方程,通过数值计算得到了固粒存在不同流域时流场扰动放大因子曲线和波速曲线。进而,在分析所得稳定性曲线的基础上,得到了关于固粒充满全流场、存在于射流区及存在于非射流区对流场中扰动增长及扰动传播影响的重要结论。这些结论对气固两相射流场的发展的认识和工程实际中实施对气固两相射流场的人工控制有指导意义。  相似文献

In order to investigate the connection between the bubble and the spiral form of vortex breakdown, experiments were conducted: an external disturbance in the form of an azimuthally spinning waveform was imposed in a pipe. The azimuthal wave number was varied by adjusting the phase difference among four oscillating pistons mounted circumferentially on the pipe. By imposing a disturbance of zero azimuthal wave number, a spiral was transformed into a bubble, and this occurred only for selective piston frequencies; the vortex breakdown which altered from the spiral to the bubble moved upstream, where it remained as a bubble as long as the external disturbance remained. Once the disturbance was removed, the bubble returned to a spiral. By imposing a disturbance of azimuthal wave number +1 (the first circumferential mode rotating in the same direction as the mean swirl), a bubble was transformed into a spiral for selective piston frequencies, and the spiral moved downstream. These preferred frequencies were found to be the same as the unexcited frequencies observed in the spiral in its natural state. As long as the external disturbance was imposed, the breakdown altered from the bubble to the spiral remained as a spiral; once the disturbance was removed, the spiral reverted to a bubble. By imposing a disturbance with azimuthal wave number -1 (the first circumferential mode rotating in the opposite direction to the mean swirl), no change was detected in either a bubble or a spiral. By imposing a disturbance with azimuthal wave number 2 (the second circumferential mode), for selective piston frequencies a bubble was transformed into what appears to be the so-called two-tailed type. Thus, it appears that hydrodynamic instability plays a role in interchanging vortex breakdown types, and a comparison with available stability theories is discussed.  相似文献

对Mc = 1.2二维超声速空间发展平面自由剪切层, 进行了扰动模态及流动结构的数值分析. 采用时空三阶改进MacCormack格式, 差分求解可压缩扰动Navier-Stokes方程, 直接数值模拟入口不同基频谐波扰动的非线性演化特征. 采用空间线性稳定性理论证明, 计算所促发的扰动波是声辐射涡模态. 扰动参数及特征函数分析显示, 声辐射涡模态是弱色散的快/慢两种外部模态, 在扰动对流Mach数为超声速一侧呈膨胀/压缩状辐射. 单频受迫扰动可无相差地促发多模态混合扰动波, 而在自然扰动条件下, 剪切层的稳定性受慢模态主导.  相似文献

A JWKB asymptotic expansion describing inplane elastic waves is used to approximate a Rayleigh-like wave guided within a curved elastic waveguide whose curvature is small and changes slowly over a wavelength. The two lowest eigenmodes in a curved guide, taken together, constitute the Rayleigh-like wave. It is shown that this wave lies in the shadows of four, closely spaced, virtual caustics, two caustics per constituent eigenmode. If the curvature becomes too large one or more of the caustics ceases to be virtual and enters the guide after which a Rayleigh-like wave cannot propagate. The overall disturbance is shown to have an amplitude that is modulated because the wavenumbers of the constituent eigenmodes differ by a small amount. Moreover, the disturbance is shown to propagate with a wavenumber that, to leading order, has a linear dependence on the curvature causing the phase to be modulated, as well. Passing from a thin guide to a very thick one suppresses the amplitude modulation, making the phase modulation evident. Propagation into an environment of increasing curvature, for both thin and thick, shallowly curved guides is studied so that the modulations may be observed.  相似文献

The Hugoniot curve relates the pressure and volume behind a shock wave, with the temperature having been eliminated. This paper studies the Hugoniot curve behind a propagating sharp interface between two material phases for a solid in which an impact-induced phase transition has taken place. For a solid capable of existing in only one phase, compressive impact produces a shock wave moving into material, say, at rest in an unstressed state at the ambient temperature. If the specimen can exist in either of two material phases, sufficiently severe impact may produce a disturbance with a two-wave structure: a shock wave in the low-pressure phase of the material, followed by a phase boundary separating the low- and high-pressure phases. We use a theory of phase transitions in thermoelastic materials to construct the Hugoniot curve behind the phase boundary in this two-wave circumstance. The kinetic relation controlling the evolution of the phase transition is an essential ingredient in this process.   相似文献

The purpose of this paper is to study the range of existence, the process of transition and the phase velocity of the spiral structure in an aspirated rotor–stator cavity. Experience shows that for a given flow rate and rotation, a whole range of azimuthal wave numbers are possible. Some are highly stable while others on the fringes of this range are subject to multiple transitions that depend on the fluctuations of the flow. Numerical simulation offers the advantage of enabling control over the wave number and the disturbance of the flow. Both approaches enable us to better understand the dynamics of this instability.  相似文献

A three-dimensional ray theory is presented for calculating the phase configuration of internal waves around a moving disturbance in a flow with arbitrary stratification and background shear. The theory is applied to two-dimensional stratified shear flows which have been produced in the laboratory and good agreement is shown between the theoretical and experimental phase configurations. Good agreement is also shown when caustics and critical levels are present. This paper includes the wave systems arising from a combined translation and oscillatory motion of a source and it shows how distinct systems of waves arise from each, type of motion under different background conditions. This paper shows that for two-dimensional steady wave systems the critical level is at a well defined height which is independent of wavenumber but in three dimensions the critical height can in general vary with wavenumber.  相似文献

气相爆轰波在周期性非均匀介质中的起爆, 稳态传播和失效机制都极为复杂, 很多物理机制尚不明确, 是当前爆轰物理领域研究的热点和难点. 本文使用反应欧拉方程和两步化学反应模型对爆轰波在非均匀介质中的传播机理进行了数值模拟研究, 非均匀性由横向周期性分布的温度扰动体现, 重点分析不同波长、不同幅度的温度扰动对波阵面波系结构的影响. 计算结果表明, ZND爆轰波在温度扰动下向胞格爆轰波的转变主要受制于两种竞争性因素: 一是爆轰波内在的不稳定性; 二是温度扰动的波长和幅度, 前者是内因, 后者是外因. 温度扰动的存在抑制横波的发展, 延迟了ZND爆轰波向胞格爆轰波的演化, 并且内在不稳定性的增加可以减慢这种延迟现象. 这说明, 温度扰动可以在一定的范围内抑制胞格不稳定性的发展, 但是不能够终止这一过程. 温度的不连续性使得爆轰波阵面更为扭曲, 并在横波附近存在较弱的三波点结构, 即温度扰动可增加爆轰波固有的不稳定性, 改变爆轰波阵面的传播机理. 幅值较大的人工温度扰动可抑制爆轰波的传播和爆轰波自身的不稳定性. 爆轰波阵面胞格结构的形成取决于温度扰动与其自身的不稳定性.   相似文献

基于线性稳定性理论,建立了描述超空化条件下液体射流热稳定性的数学模型,并对数学模型及其求解方法进行了验证;在此基础上,对超空化条件下液体射流与周围气体间的温差对射流稳定性的影响进行了研究。研究结果表明,液体射流与周围气体间存在温差时,射流稳定性变差,扰动波波数范围拓宽,且拓宽的程度随温差的增加有明显加大的趋势;温度扰动对射流稳定性的影响与扰动模式关系不大;温度扰动会在一定程度上削弱超空化对射流稳定性的作用,并有可能完全抑制超空化对扰动波最大波数的作用,只有当超空化达到一定程度后,才能克服温度扰动的抑制作用,使扰动波最大波数变大。  相似文献

This paper analyzes the problem of wave generation in a deep, long channel by an oscillating pressure patch. Special attention is paid to the free-surface response in the neighborhood of the resonance where the frequency of the forced oscillation is equal to one of the natural frequencies of the channel. The linearized solution for an antisymmetric wave generation, which yields an infinite response at the cut-off frequency, is here modified to include contributions from the most-singular third-order terms. The resulting generalized solution is uniform and renders a finite response at critical conditions. The modified dispersion relationship, which incorporates a phase shift in the wave frequency, yields a finite value for the group velocity, hence providing the means for carrying energy away from the disturbance. The case of symmetric wave generation, resulting in a progressive wave moving down the channel, and the related subharmonic resonance are also briefly discussed. A comparison between theory and some laboratory experiments is presented.  相似文献

The results of a theoretical and experimental investigation of the phase structure of three-dimensional internal waves in a horizontal channel occupied by an exponentially stratified fluid are presented. The stationary internal waves excited by a source moving uniformly along the bottom of a channel with rigid covers are considered. A dispersion relation, on the basis of which the phase structure of the internal waves in the far zone is investigated, is obtained within the context of the linear theory. The dependence of the boundary of the region of wave disturbances on the internal Froude number F is found. The equation of the lines of constant phase is obtained in the first approximation for large F. By means of an IAB-451 shadowgraph instrument, using the dark field method with vertical illumination, the phase patterns of the internal waves are obtained. The angles of the wave disturbance zone are measured in the region of relatively large F. This paper considers boundary control of time fractional order diffusion–wave equation. Both boundary stabilization and disturbance rejection are considered. This paper, for the first time, has confirmed, via hybrid symbolic and numerical simulation studies, that the existing two schemes for boundary stabilization and disturbance rejection for (integer order) wave/beam equations are still valid for time fractional order diffusion–wave equations. The problem definition, the hybrid symbolic and numerical simulation techniques, outlines of the methods for boundary stabilization and disturbance rejection are presented together with extensive simulation results. Different dynamic behaviors are revealed for different fractional orders which may stimulate new future research opportunities.  相似文献

应力波动力扰动下脆性岩石的静力蠕变特性,对深部地下工程围岩变形的评价有重要的实践意义.动力载荷作用导致的局部细观裂纹损伤严重影响脆性岩石蠕变力学行为.基于细观裂纹扩展与应力关系模型、动力扰动损伤演化函数、静动力载荷演化路径函数与黏弹性本构模型,提出一种应力波动力扰动下脆性岩石蠕变断裂特性的宏细观力学模型.其中动力损伤通过控制岩石内部细观裂纹数量变化实现.模型描述了应力波动力扰动下岩石的应变时间演化曲线,解释了岩石动力扰动下蠕变失效特性.研究了不同应力波幅值及周期影响下的脆性岩石应变-时间关系曲线,并通过试验结果验证了模型的合理性.讨论了动力损伤变化形式,突变发生时刻,突变量的大小对岩石蠕变失效特性的影响.分析了应力波幅值、周期对岩石动态动力损伤效应以及蠕变失效特性的影响.主要研究结果:动力损伤的变化值越大,岩石蠕变失效发生时间越短.冲击载荷扰动期间,动力损伤发生的时刻及增加的形式,对动力扰动后的岩石应变及蠕变破坏时间影响很小.动力损伤变化量随应力波幅值增加、周期减小而加速增大.应力波幅值越大、周期越小,岩石发生蠕变失效时间越短.  相似文献

Different from previous temporal evolution assumption, the spatially growing mode was employed to analyze the linear stability for the channel flow of fiber suspensions. The stability equation applicable to fiber suspensions was established and solutions for a wide range of Reynolds number and angular frequency were given numerically . The results show that, the flow instability is governed by a parameter H which represents a ratio between the axial stretching resistance of fiber and the inertial force of the fluid. An increase of H leads to a raise of the critical Reynolds number, a decrease of corresponding wave number, a slowdown of the decreasing of phase velocity , a growth of the spatial attenuation rate and a diminishment of the peak value of disturbance velocity. Although the unstable region is reduced on the whole, long wave disturbances are susceptible to fibers.  相似文献

The effects of viscosity on the propagation of a St. Andrew's cross wave which is generated by a simple-harmonic localized disturbance in a rotating stratified fluid are considered. A similarity solution of the linearised equations shows that the velocities decay and that the wave width increases away from the disturbance. Previous solutions in a stratified non-rotating fluid are recovered by letting the rotation tend to zero. The solutions are also valid in the limit of a homogeneous rotating fluid. Further solutions for waves in a realistic ocean and in an isothermal atmosphere on a rotating Earth are also included.  相似文献

The objective of this contribution is to investigate whether the mechanism of the thermal diffusion instability in gaseous flames causing cellular flame structures also occurs during the combustion of porous solid fuel. Based on conservation for mass and energy, the relevant set of differential equations was derived. Assuming thermal equilibrium between fuel and oxidiser, a global energy equation was valid for both solid and gaseous phase. The resulting set of differential equations was discretised by the Collocation method to arrive at a system of algebraic equations. In order to investigate into cellular flame structures, an infinitesimal disturbance was superimposed onto the plane conversion front. Carrying out a linear instability analysis, yielded eigenvalues dependent on the wave number of the disturbance. A critical wave number exists below which the real part of the eigenvalues is positive, thus, indicating a regime of instability. Within this region, eigenvalues with a not-vanishing imaginary part of the eigen value existed causing cellular flame structures. However, the growth rate of disturbances was found to be small, which may explain the difficulty to investigate this phenomena experimentally.  相似文献
