An efficient synthesis has been developed for derivatives of (4-methyl-2-quinolylthio)acetic and (4-methyl-2-quinolylthio)propionic acids by the reaction of 4-methyl-2-thioxoquinoline with methyl methacrylate, the amide of methacrylic acid, acrylonitrile, ethyl bromoacetate, and ethyl acrylate. The hydrolysis of the resultant intermediates by (quinolylthio)acetic and (quinolylthio)propionic acids gave the corresponding acid products, which are also formed in the reaction of 4-methyl-2-thioxoquinoline with chloroacetic and acrylic acids. The reaction of 4-methyl-2-thioxoquinoline with allyl bromide was studied. Six nearly monodisperse substituted poly(styrene) homopolymers, poly(styrene) (PS), poly(2-methylstyrene) (P2MS), poly(3-methylstyrene) (P3MS), poly(4-methylstyrene) (P4MS), poly(tertiary-butylstyrene) (PtBS), and poly(α-methylstyrene) (FαMS) were anionically polymerized and subsequently saturated using heterogeneous hydrogenation techniques to poly(vinylcyclohexane) (PVCH), poly(2-methylvinylcyclohexane) (P2MVCH), poly(3-methylvinylcyclohexane) (P3MVCH), poly(4-methylvinylcyclohexane) (P4MVCH), and poly(tertiary-butylvinylcyclohexane) (PtBVCH), respectively. In each case, except PαMS, the materials were saturated to > 99% conversion with no chain degradation. PS hydrogenations required the addition of small amounts of tetrahydrofuran to the reaction solvent cyclohexane to enhance miscibility and eliminate large-scale chain degradation. Density gradient and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) measurements were used to characterize the density and glass transition temperature, Tg, of the unsaturated and saturated polymers. Saturation reduces the density by 3% to 11% and changes Tg substantially. The greatest variation in Tg is obtained with the 3-methyl substituted species where a 63°C increase is observed, while the highest measured Tg is 186°C for P2MVCH. Small-angle neutron scattering (SANS) experiments on binary mixtures of hydrogenous and deuterium labeled PVCH derivatives provided a determination of bulk chain statistics. The statistical segment length is relatively insensitive to vinylcyclohexane ring substitution, except with P3MVCH where a 20% greater value is obtained. ©1995 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.  相似文献

The syntheses of several diynylgold(I) phosphine complexes, including Au(CCCCH){P(tol)3} (1), Au(CCCCSiMe3)(PR3) (R = Ph 2-Ph, tol 2-tol), Au(CCCCFc)(PPh3) (3), {(tol)3P}Au(CC)nAu{P(tol)3} [n = 2 (4), 3 (6), 4 (7)], {(Ph3P)Au}CCCC{Au[P(tol)3]} (5), [ppn][Au{CCCCAu[P(tol)3]}2] (8), [Au2(μ-I)(μ-dppm)2][Au(CCCCSiMe3)2] (9), Hg{CCCCAu(PR3)}2 (R = Ph 10-Ph, tol 10-tol) and {(triphos)Cu}CCCC{Au[P(tol)3]} (11) are described. The aminomethylation of 3-hydroxy-6-methyl- and 3-hydroxy-2-(2-phenylethyl)pyridines by secondary amines has been investigated. It was shown that like 2-alkyl-3-hydroxypyridine aminomethylation is directed primarily to position 6 and then 4 of the pyridine ring. On heating the aminomethyl derivatives of 3-hydroxy-6-methyl- and 3-hydroxy-2-(2-phenylethyl)pyridines with acetic anhydride the corresponding acetoxy derivatives were obtained, which were converted on heating with hydrochloric or hydrobromic acids into hydroxy and bromomethyl derivatives. Isothioureidomethyl and benzimidazolylthiomethyl derivatives were synthesized by heating the bromomethyl-substituted derivative with thiourea or with 2-mercaptobenzimidazole. 为发展绿色化学,减少化学反应中有毒害溶剂的使用,本文以高温水为溶剂,在未使用任何有机溶剂及催化剂的条件下,以2-氨基苯甲酰胺与醛为底物,成功合成了2,3-二氢喹唑啉-4(1H)-酮衍生物。研究了反应温度、反应时间及芳环上取代基对反应的影响。在摩尔比1∶1、温度为130℃、反应时间1h的优化条件下,收率为32. 4%~85. 7%。  相似文献

Bifunctional derivatives (XMe2Si)2Si(SiMe3)2 (X = H, Cl, or OH) were synthesized for the first time by the reaction of tetrakis(trimethylsilyl)silane with SbCl5. The molecular and crystal structure of bis(hydroxydimethylsilyl)bis(trimethylsilyl)silane was established by X-ray diffraction. The reaction of [2-(dimethylaminomethyl)]cymantrenyl]lithium with ytterbium diiodide affords [2-(dimethylaminomethyl)cymantrenyl]ytterbium iodide or bis[2-(dimethylaminomethyl)cymantrenyl]ytterbium depending on the ratio of the starting reactants. A general method for the synthesis of carbon-centered tris(pentafluorophenyl)silyl derivatives (RSi(C6F5)3) by reaction of trichlorosilanes (RSiCl3) with pentafluorophenylmagnesium bromide was described. The crystal structures of obtained compounds were studied by X-ray diffraction analysis (7 structures). The peculiarities of crystal packing were analyzed by means of DFT calculations.  相似文献

Abstract

Two new chromone derivatives, 7-hydroxy-2-[2-(3'-methoxy-4'-hydroxyphenyl)-ethyl]chromone (1), and 6,7-dimethoxy-2-[2-(3'-hydroxyphenyl)-ethyl]chromone (2) were isolated from the EtOH extract of agarwood of Aquilaria sinensis, together with eleven known analogues. Their structures were established by detailed HR-ESIMS, 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopic analysis, as well as comparison with the literature data. Selected the isolates (1, 2, 4–8, 10, 11) were tested for their antitumor activities against SMMC-7721, MGC-803 and OV-90 cell lines using the MTT method with cisplatin and paclitaxel as the positive control. All the tested compounds showed weak cytotoxic activities with IC50 values ranged from 18.82 to 37.95 µg/ml.  相似文献

合成了配合物Cu(phen)2 (dca)2(phen=C12H8N2为1,10-邻菲啰啉,dca-为二氰基氨基阴离子),用IR对其结构进行了初步表征,并测定了配合物的晶体结构.该晶体属单斜晶系,空间群为P21/c;晶胞参数a=0.8869(2)nm,b=1.4691(2)nm,c=1.9298(2)nm,β=100.90(1)°;V=2.4691(8)nm3,Z=4,F(000)=1132.00,Dc=1.496g/cm3,R=0.051,RW=0.068.中心铜(Ⅱ)离子分别与两个phen中的四个N原子和两个dca-的两个N原子配位,形成六配位的变形八面体结构.  相似文献

Substituted 2-(2-pyridin-4-yl-vinyl)-1H-benzimidazole derivatives 2, 3 and 6 were synthesized. 2-(2-Pyridin-4-yl-vinyl)-1H-benzimidazole 2 and 6-methyl-2-(2-pyridin-4-yl-vinyl)-1H-benzimidazole 3 were prepared by condensation reaction from 3-pyridin-4-yl-acrylic acid and corresponding 1,2-phenylenediamines in polyphosporic acid (PPA). 2,7,11-b-Triaza-benzo[c]fluorene 4 was prepared by photochemical dehydrocyclization reaction of ethanolic solution of 2-(2-pyridin-4-yl-vinyl)-1H-benzimidazole 2. 2-(2-Pyridin-4-yl-vinyl)-3H-benzimidazole-6-carbonitrile 6 was prepared by condensation reaction from 3-pyridin-4-yl-propenal and 4-cyano-1,2-phenylenediamine using p-benzoquinone as oxidants. The structure of novel benzimidazole derivatives has been studied by 1H and 13C NMR, IR, MS, UV/Vis and fluorescence spectroscopy. The structure of 2-(2-pyridin-4-yl-vinyl)-1H-benzimidazole 2 was confirmed by X-ray single crystal structure analysis. The conformation of the molecule is E in regard to substituents position around vinyl double C=C bond. The non-planar molecules are mutually connected via the N–H···N and C–H···N type of intermolecular hydrogen bonds into infinite chains spreading along y axis.  相似文献

[RuH(CO)(SCN)(PPh3)3] and [RuH(CO){SCN}(PPh3)2(L)]{SCN} complexes (where L = benzimidazole, 2-(2-pyridyl)benzimidazole and 2,2′-bis(4,5-dimethylimidazolyl)) have been prepared and studied by IR, NMR, UV–Vis spectroscopy and X-ray crystallography. Electronic structures and bonding of the obtained complexes were defined on the basis of DFT method. Values of the ligand field parameter 10Dq and Racah’s parameters were estimated for the studied compounds, and the luminescence properties were determined.  相似文献

Three new platinum(II) complexes of (1R,2R)-N1-(2-butyl)-1,2-cyclohexanediamine with malonate derivatives as leaving groups have been synthesized and spectrally characterized. They were tested in vitro against four human cancer cell lines. [(1R,2R)-N1-(2-butyl)-1,2-cyclohexanediamine-N,N′](2-ethylmalonato-O,O′)platinum(II) turned out to be more active (IC50 = 4.65 μM) than oxaliplatin (IC50 = 6.55 μM) against the MCF-7 cell line and is superior to its parent complex, [(1R,2R)-N1-(2-butyl)-1,2-cyclohexanediamine-N,N′](malonato-O,O′)platinum(II). In addition, agarose gel electrophoresis study revealed that the interaction of the complex with pET22b plasmid DNA had a different behavior from that of cisplatin or oxaliplatin.  相似文献

A wide variety of the title compounds were synthesized by conventional and microwave methods in which the main step is a condensation of an aldehyde with a 1,4-benzoxazin-3-(4H)-one. In all cases, the Z diasteromers were the major products. Of particular importance is the synthesis of novel 2-(3,5-dibromo-4-hydroxy) and 2-(4-acetoxy-3,5-dibromobenzylidene derivatives of 2H-1,4-benzoxazin-3-(4H)-ones, four of which were shown in a previous publication to exhibit potent neuroprotecting properties. The yields of titled compounds ranged from 25 to 83%.  相似文献
