以分级结晶和柱层析法对手性配体2-(2-吡啶基)-4-羧乙基-1,3-噻唑烷(A)进行了异构体分离提纯。将其与[Rh(COD)Cl]_2制备的原位催化剂用于催化苯乙酮及其它几种芳香酮的不对称硅氢化反应,化学收率达90%左右,光学纯度达80%e.e.左右,噻唑烷环上的C_2构型对催化反应结果无影响,C_4位上酯基的影响也不大。  相似文献

The reaction of 3-(4-aryl-2-thiazolyl)- and 3-(2-benzothiazolyl)-2-iminocoumarins with N-nucleophiles was studied. This reaction gives 2-N-substituted 3-(4-aryl-2-thiazolyl)- and 3-(2-benzothiazolyl)iminocourmarins. N-Nucleophiles such as arylamines, heterocyclic amines, and hydrazine derivatives undergo this reaction.  相似文献

The reaction of 2-aminocarbonyl-5,5-dimethyl-1,3-cyclohexanedione with 2,3-diaminopyridine, 1,2-phenylenediamine (and its 4-methyl, 4-nitro, 4-carboxy, and 4-benzoyl derivatives), and 3,3-diaminobenzidine gave the corresponding 2-[2-(2,3-dihydrobenzimidazolylidene)]- and 2-[2-(2,3-dihydropyrido[2,3-d]imidazolylidene)]-5,5-dimethyl-1,3-cyclohexanediones. Their structure was confirmed by 1H NMR spectroscopic data and X-ray analysis.  相似文献

以N-羟乙基吡咯烷酮与氢化钠作用生成相应的钠盐,再将此钠盐与六氯三聚磷腈(HCCP)发生亲核取代反应,合成了六(乙氧基吡咯烷酮)三聚磷腈,用IR、31P NMR、1H NMR、13C NMR、DEPT、FABMS等现代谱学技术对其结构进行了表征。生物活性试验表明,此化合物1mg/mL时对腐生线虫Panagrellus redivivus的72h致死率为52·7%。  相似文献

系统研究了3,5-二溴-PADAP 在酸性介质中质子化后与 NO-2和 SCN- 形成三元离子缔合物的最佳条件.提出了测定微量 NO-2 的分光光度新方法,表观摩尔吸光系数 ε630=1.2×104L.mol-1.cm-1,缔合物组成比为 n(3,5-二溴-PADAP)∶n(NO2-)∶n(SCN-)=1∶1∶1.本法应用环境水体中微量的测定,与经典方法对照结果吻合.  相似文献

The reaction of 2-(2-azahetaryl)-3-oxo-4-chlorobutyronitriles with substituted benzaldehyde hydrazones gives 4-arylideneamino-2-(1-R-benzimidazol-2-yl)-3-oxobutyronitriles, the structures of which were proved using spectroscopic data, the results of elemental analysis, and through their chemical reactions. It was found that the reaction course depends on the basicity of the heterocyclic fragment in the starting nitrile. A likely mechanism for the process is proposed.  相似文献

An efficient method for the stereoselective synthesis of 3-(diarylmethylene)-2-oxindoles and 3-(arylmethylene)-2-oxindoles via carbopalladation is described. In this approach, an Ugi-4-component reaction (4-CR) adduct was used as the starting material. A one-pot sequence involving intermolecular carbopalladation C-H activation/C-C bond formation efficiently afforded the oxindole derivatives.  相似文献

 研究了有机相中脂肪酶催化的炔丙醇酮乙酸酯的立体选择性醇解反应, 考察了碱的种类、酰基受体和溶剂等对反应的影响. 结果表明, 以四氢呋喃为溶剂, CH3OH 为酰基受体, Lipase PLG 脂肪酶为催化剂, Na2CO3 为碱性添加剂, 高底物浓度下 40 oC 反应 96 h 后, 底物转化率和产物 ee 值分别达到 49.5% 和 99.5%. 碱的添加极大地提高了反应速度.  相似文献

2-(2-Alkoxyethyl)-1,3-dioxanes (1) were prepared by ap-toluenesulfonic acid-catalyzed, one-step reaction of propenal with a mixture of aliphatic alcohol and trimethylene glycol in good yields. The transacetalization reaction of 1,1,3-trialkoxypropanes (3) with ethylene glycol or propylene-(1,2)glycol afforded good yields of pure 2-(2-alkoxyethyl)-1,3-dioxolanes (5 or6), respectively. This reaction proceeds through an intermediate 1,3-dialkoxy-1-(2-hydroxyalkoxy)-propane.

Zusammenfassung In der durchp-Toluolsulfonsäure — katalysierten, direkten Reaktion von Propenal mit einem Gemisch von aliphatischem Alkohol und Trimethylenglykol wurden die entsprechenden 2-(2-Alkoxyethyl)-1,3-dioxane (1) in guten Ausbeuten erhalten. Die Umacetalisierung von 1,1,3-Trialkoxypropanen (3) mit Ethylenglykol oder 1,2-Propylenglykol lieferte 2-(2-Alkoxyethyl)-1,3-dioxolane (5 oder6) in guten Ausbeuten. Die Umacetalisierungsreaktion von 1,1,3-Trialkoxypropanen verläuft über 1,3-Dialkoxy-1-(2-hydroxyalkoxy)-propane als Zwischenprodukte.

Diastereoselective synthesis of a series of (Z)-1-[3-aryl-2-(phenylsulfanyl)-2-oxiranyl]-1-ethanones was effected from the reaction of (Z)-4-aryl-3-(phenylsulfanyl)-3-buten-2-ones with alkaline hydrogen peroxide in tetrahydrofuran. Ten methyl 2‐methoxyimino‐2‐{2‐[(substituted benzylidene)aminooxymethyl]phenyl}acetate and 2‐methoxy‐ imino‐2‐{2‐[(substituted benzylidene)aminooxymethyl]phenyl}‐N‐methylacetamide derivatives were synthesized. Structures of the new compounds were characterized by IR, 1H NMR and GC‐MS data. These compounds at 10 µg/mL were tested in vitro against five pathogenic fungi, namely, Sclerotonia, Botrytis cinerea Pers, Gibberella zeae, Rhizoctorua solani and Pyricularia oryzae. Compounds G5 , G6 , G7 and G8 showed potent antifungal activities against Botrytis cinerea Pers, G7 against Gibberella zeae and G7 , G8 against Rhizoctorua solani, respectively.  相似文献

以2-氨基-5-取代苯氧甲基-1,3,4-噻二唑(1)为起始原料, 合成了中间体2-氯乙酰氨基-5-取代苯氧甲基-1,3,4-噻二唑)-2-乙酰亚胺(2)和2-(5-取代苯氧甲基-1,3,4-噻二唑-2-亚胺基)-4-噻唑啉酮(3), 化合物3进一步与取代苯甲醛发生类Knoevenagle缩合反应, 得到了一系列2-(5-取代苯氧甲基-1,3,4-噻二唑-2-亚胺基)-5-(取代苯基亚甲基)-4-噻唑啉酮类化合物4a4p. 目标化合物4a4p的结构经IR, 1H NMR和元素分析确证.  相似文献
