The reaction of zinc carbonate with o-phthalic acid and imidazole in an aqueous-alcohol solution led to the formation of colorless crystals of [Znμ-phthimi2]∞. Single-crystal X-ray analysis has revealed that the complex crystallizes in a monoclinic system, space group Pn with a = 8.394(2), b = 9.976(3), c = 9.959(3)A, β = 104.409(4)°, V = 807.6(4)A3, Z = 2, C14H12N4O4Zn, Mr = 365.6(5), Dc = 1.504 g/cm3, μ = 1.544 mm-1, F000 = 372, the final R = 0.0466 and wR = 0.1171 for 1834 reflections with I>2σ(I). The complex displays a zigzag infinite chain structure in which each zinc(Ⅱ)center is coordinated by two oxygen atoms and two nitrogen atoms to generate a ZnN2O2 distorted tetrahedral geometry. The neighboring zinc atoms are bridged by the o-phthalate ligand. Each chain is linked by hydrogen bonds with its neighbors to form a three-dimensional coordination polymer.  相似文献

A new coordination polymer [Zn(isop)(bps)]n 1(H2isop=benzene-1,3-dicer-boxylic acid,bps=4,4'-dipyridyl sulfide) has been prepared and structurally characterized by X-ray diffraction method.It crystallizes in monoclinic,space group P21/n with a=12.1936(11),b=10.7720(9),c=13.0685(11),V=1709.0(3)3,C18H12N2O4SZn,Mr=417.76,Z=4,Dc=1.624g/cm3,S=1.046,F(000)=848,the final R=0.0305 and wR=0.0858 for 3085 independent reflections with Rint=0.0147.Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses reveal that 1 is a 4-fold interpenetrating diamondoid network.The zinc(Ⅱ) atom is coordinated by two nitrogen atoms of two bps and two carboxylate oxygen atoms of isop ligands,resulting in a tetrahedral geometry.  相似文献

A novel two-dimensional lead(II) coordination polymer 1, [C11H7Cl2NO3Pb]n, has been prepared by solvothermal reaction of new bridging ligand(5-chloro-quinolin-8-yloxy)acetic acid(HL) with PbCl2, and its structure was characterized by IR, elemental analysis, TG-DTA and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystal is of monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 16.7603(7), b = 8.6907(4), c = 8.4745(3), β = 101.1110(11)°, C11H7Cl2NO3 Pb, Mr = 479.27, V = 1211.25(9)3, Z = 4, Dc = 2.628 g/cm3, F(000) = 880, μ = 14.367 mm-1, R = 0.0173 and wR = 0.0508. The asymmetric unit contains one lead(II) cation, one(5-chloro-quinolin-8-yloxy)acetate(L) ligand and a chloride ion. The PbII center is hepta-coordinated in a distorted pentagonal bipyramidal geometry. The coordination sphere of the Pb atom is completed by two oxygen atoms and one nitrogen atom of the same L ligand, two bridging chloride ions and two bridging oxygen atoms of two adjacent L ligands. Two PbII centers are linked by the two L ligands to form a C2-symmetric dimer unit with a planar [Pb2O2] ring. Each dimer unit acts as a secondary building unit(SBU) and links adjacent four dimer units by the chloride atoms and oxygen atoms of carboxylate groups of L, forming a two-dimensional array. Such two-dimensional layers are packed through intermolecular C–H···Cl hydrogen bonds into a three-dimensional supramolecular structure. When the dimer unit is viewed as a 4-connected node, 1 is simplified as a 4-nodal 2-D network with square lattices of the diagonal lengths to be 6.079(1). The fluorescence emission peak of complex 1 appears near 407 nm.  相似文献

The synthesis and molecular structure of a new dinuclear copper(Ⅰ) complex [Cu(dppb)(NO 3)] 2 are reported.The compound crystallizes in the monoclinic system,space group P2 1 /n with a=12.830(3),b=10.899(2),c=19.666 (4),β=104.69(3)°,V=2660.1(9)3,Z=4,D c=1.378 g/cm 3,F(000)=1144,the final R=0.0600 and wR=0.0668 for 2951 observed reflections with I > 2σ(Ⅰ).The complex contains a folded Cu 2 P 4 core structure,with two Cu(Ⅰ) atoms being bridged by a pair of dppb ligands to form a 14-membered Cu 2 P 4 C 8 zigzag ring.The ligand sphere of each metal center is completed by a nitrate anion in a chelating fashion.  相似文献

Reaction of bis(4,6-dimethyl-2-pyrimidinethiolato)methane(bpytm) with CuCl2·4H2O in a mixed methanol/dichloromethane solution gave a one-dimensional coordina-tion polymer [CuCl2(μ-bpytm)]n which was characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction.It crystallizes in monoclinic,space group P21/c with a=16.9433(5),b=13.6986(4),c=7.8434(2),β=100.371(2)°,V=1790.71(9)3,Z=4,Mr=426.86,Dc=1.583 g/cm3,μ(MoKα)=1.751mm-1,F(000)=868,S=1.025,the final R=0.0399 and wR=0.0924 for 2538 observed reflections with Ⅰ2σ(Ⅰ) and 206 variables.The neutral coordination polymer is constructed by the bidentate thioether ligands to link adjacent copper atoms.Each copper atom is bridged by two adjacent nitrogen atoms of bpytm ligands and terminally bonded by two chloride atoms to form a squareplanar coordination geometry.The average Cu-N and Cu-Cl bond lengths are 2.025(2) and 2.234(1),respectively.  相似文献

Two Schiff base complexes [Cu(L)2] (1) and [Zn(L)2]·3H2O(2) of (E)-4-fluoro-2-((3-morpholino propylimino)methyl)phenol (HL) have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Crystal data for 1: triclinic, space group Pī with a=4.8000(10), b=11.109(2), c=13.921(3),α=66.55(3),β=80.35(3),γ=81.09(3)°, V=668.2(2)3 , Z=1, Dc=1.477g/cm 3 , F(000)=311, and the final R=0.0744 and wR=0.1601 for 2301 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). And those for 2: monoclinic, space group P21 /c with a=14.789(3), b=11.713(2), c=18.846(4),β=107.85(3)°, V=3107.4(11)3 , Z=4, D c=1.389 g/cm 3 , F(000)=1368, and the final R=0.0749 and wR=0.1348 for 5423 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). Both 1 and 2 are four-coordinated complexes, with a square-planar geometry of copper(Ⅱ) in 1 and a slightly distorted tetrahedral geometry of zinc(Ⅱ) in 2. An asymmetric unit consists of only one half of a Cu ion and one L ligand in 1, while an asymmetric unit is composed of one Zn ion, two L ligands and three water molecules in 2. Non-classical C-H···O and C-H F hydrogen bonds play important roles in the formation of a 1D chain of 1, but O-H O and O-H N hydrogen bonds play dominant roles in the self-assembly of a 3D network of 2. The antibacterial activities of 1 and 2 against B. subtilis, S. aureus, S. faecalis, P. aeruginosa, E. coli and E. cloacae have been evaluated by MTT method.  相似文献

A Schiff base zinc(Ⅱ) complex [Zn(C12H16BrClN2O)2(NCS)2] was prepared and characterized by elemental analysis,IR and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to the triclinic system,space group P1 with a=8.414(1),b=9.124(1),c=22.212(3),α=79.177(2),β=86.296(2),γ=89.899(2)o,V=1671.3(4)3,Z=2,Dc=1.631 g/cm3,Mr=820.79,λ(MoKα)= 0.71073,μ=3.444 mm-1,F(000)=824,R=0.0646 and wR=0.1179. A total of 7371 unique reflections were collected,of which 3904 with I > 2σ(I) were observed. The complex crystallizes with two half-molecules per asymmetric unit and each mononuclear molecule is centrosymmetric. The Zn atom lying at the inversion centre is six-coordinated in a slightly distorted octahedral geometry by two phenolate O atoms and two imine N atoms from two Schiff base ligands,as well as two N atoms from two thiocyanate anions. In the crystal structure,the combination of π-π stacking interactions and intermolecular hydrogen bonds (N–H…Br,N–H…O,N–H…N,C–H…O,C–H…S and C–H…Cl) leads to a three-dimensional network.  相似文献

The title complex [bis(dien)zinc(II)] zinc(II) tetrachloride was synthesized and characterized by X-ray single-crystal diffraction, elemental analysis, electric conductivity, IR and electronic spectra. The compound crystallizes in the tetragonal system, space group I4 with a = 10.250(3), b = 10.250(3), c = 9.054(2) -, V = 951.2(5) 3, Mr = 486.95, Z = 2, F(000) = 504, Dc = 1.700 g/cm3, μ = 3.083 mm-1, λ = 0.71073 , the final R = 0.0226 and wR = 0.0642. A novel supramolecular mixed ligand complex of formula [Cu(PTS)2(Him)2(H2O)2] (C20H26CuN4O8S2,PTS=p-toluenesulfonate,Him=imidazole) has been synthesized in aqueous solution and characterized by elemental analysis,IR and single-crystal X-ray diffraction.The compound crystallizes in the monoclinic system,space group P21/n,Z=2,a=5.650(2),b=14.671(3),c=14.638(3),β=100.10(3)°,V=1194.60(4)3,Dc=1.607 g/cm3,μ(MoKα)=1.143 mm-1,F(000)=598,R=0.0615 and wR=0.1503 for 1752 observed reflections with I 2σ(I).The copper(II) ion in the complex adopts a slightly distorted octahedral coordination geometry and is six-coordinated with N2O4 donor set consisting of two nitrogen atoms and four oxygen atoms provided by the ligands of two imidazole molecules,two water molecules and two p-toluenesulfonate ions.The sulfonate group of the PTS ligand remains weak-coordinated and forms a number of hydrogen bonds with water molecules and imidazole ligands.X-ray structural analysis reveals that the coordination molecules are connected to form a 3-D supramolecular framework by electrostatic interaction,weak van der Waals forces,hydrogen bonding and π-π interaction.The thermal behaviour of the title complex was investigated by using DSC and TG-DTG techniques.  相似文献

N-(Dehydroabietyl)maleamic acid was synthesized from dehydroabietylamine and maleic anhydride.Its structure was characterized by IR,1 H-and 13 C-NMR spectra.The stereo structure of the title compound was also unambiguously confirmed by X-ray crystal structure analysis.The white crystal crystallizes in the monoclinic system,space group P2 1 with a=12.075(2),b=10.377(2),c=17.840(4),β=100.31(3) °,V=2199.3(8) 3,R=0.0618 and wR=0.1437.Two crystallographically independent molecules with different conformations co-exist in the unit.In each molecule,the two cyclohexane rings form a trans ring junction with chair and half-chair conformations,respectively.The C=C double bond between two carbonyl groups is in a Z configuration.Intermolecular and intramolecular hydrogen bonds coexist to stabilize the structure.  相似文献

A new tin complex Sn(CH3 HPPDA)Cl4 (1) was prepared from SnCl4·5H2O with (2,3-f)-pyrazino(1,10)phenanthroline-2,3-dicarboxylic acid (H2PPDA) by solvothermal reaction in methanol, and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis, optical absorption spectrum and photoluminescence. Compound 1 crystallizes in a monoclinic centrosymmetric space group of P21/c with a = 12.418(2), b = 11.9467(12), c = 15.845(3), β= 107.948(7)°, V = 2236.2(6)3 , Z = 4, Mr = 594.78, Dc = 1.767 g/cm3 , μ= 1.651 mm-1 , F(000) = 1160, S = 1.023 and T = 293(2) K. The final R = 0.0847 and wR = 0.2431 for 3144 observed reflections with Ⅰ > 2σ(Ⅰ). The discrete mononuclear Sn(CH 3 HPPDA)Cl 4 complex is connected into a supramolecular network of 1 by intramolecular and intermolecular C-H···Cl and intermolecular C-H···O hydrogen bonding interactions. Compound 1 displays fluorescence with a lifetime value of about 7.58 ns in the visible region under visible-light excitation, and the origin of the luminescent emission is primarily assigned to the combination of intraligand charge-transfer of CH3 HPPDA and Cl--to-CH 3 HPPDA charge-transfer mechanism which is probed by the density of states (DOS) calculations.  相似文献

An inorganic-organic hybrid lanthanide selenidostannate [{Tb(en)3}2(μ-OH)2]Sn2Se6(1) was synthesized by the solvothermal method.1 crystallizes in the monoclinic system,space group P21/n with a=10.120(2),b=11.781(3),c=15.403(3),β=99.534(5)°,V=1811.1(7)3,Mr=1423.62,Z=2,Dc=2.611 g/cm3,μ=11.281 mm-1,F(000)=1312,S=1.101,the final R= 0.0400 and wR=0.0853 for 3242 observed reflections with Ⅰ> 2σ(Ⅰ).1 consists of a [Sn2Se6]4-and a [{Tb(en)3}2(μ-OH)2]4+ ions.The [Sn2Se6]4-anion is constructed by two SnSe4 tetrahedra sharing a common edge.The binuclear [{Tb(en)3}2(μ-OH)2]4+ complex is composed of two [Tb(en)3]3+ ions joined by two μ-OH bridging ligands.The Tb3+ ion lies in an eight-coordinated bicapped trigonal prism.In 1,the [Sn2Se6]4-and [{Tb(en)3}2(μ-OH)2]4+ moieties are connected into a 3-D network via N-H···Se and O-H···Se H-bonds.  相似文献

Two macrocyclic zinc(II) complexes {[ZnL(VO3)2]·0.33H2O}n(1) and [ZnL(H2O)2][Ni(CN)4](2)(L = 5,5,7,12,12,14-hexamethyl-1,4,8,11-tetraazacyclotetradecane) have been obtained from the reactions of [ZnL](ClO4)2 with NH4VO3 and K2[Ni(CN)4], respectively, and structurally characterized by elemental analysis, IR, XRPD, TG and X-ray diffraction. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses indicated that the Zn(II) atom lies on an inversion center and is octahedrally coordinated by four nitrogen atoms of the tetradentate macrocyclic ligand in the equatorial plane and two oxygen atoms of [VO4] tetrahedra in the axial positions in 1, and two oxygen atoms of two water molecules in 2. Complex 1 shows a three-dimensional structure, which is constructed by the links of [VO3]nn- chains with [ZnL]2+, forming one-dimensional channels occupied by guest water molecules. The monomers of [ZnL(H2O)2]2+ and [Ni(CN)4]2- are connected through the intermolecular hydrogen bonds to form a two-dimensional sheet in complex 2.  相似文献

The title complex, Cd(MeHbibzim)(1,4-bdc)n (1, MeHbibzim = 1-methyl-2,2'- bibenzimidazole, 1,4-bdc = terephthalate), was synthesized with hydrothermal reactions. The compound crystallizes in monoclinic, space group C2/c with a = 9.822(4), b = 18.510(7), c = 22.372(9), β = 98.359(6)°, C23H16CdN4O4 , Mr = 524.81, V = 4024(3)3 , Z = 8, Dc = 1.733 g/cm3 , μ(MoKα) = 1.126 mm-1 , F(000) = 2096, the final R = 0.0597 and wR = 0.1374 for 3906 observed reflections (Ⅰ > 2σ(Ⅰ)). X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that the Cd atom is coordinated by two nitrogen atoms from the chelating MeHbibzim and three carboxyl oxygen atoms from three terephthalate ligands, thus forming a distorted square pyramidal coordination sphere, CdN2O3. Every two Cd atoms are linked together via two carboxyl groups into a dinuclear unit with Cd···Cd separation of 3.806(4). The dinuclear building units are linked by terephthalate ligands into two-dimensional layers, which are further aggregated into a 3D framework via hydrogen bonding interactions.  相似文献

A novel imide nickel complex [Ni(CH3CONCOCH3)2·2(H2O)] was synthesized by the solvothermal reaction of nickel acetate tetrahydrate and acetonitrile.What amazed us is that acetonitrile had changed into acetyl imide in enol form during the formation process of the title complex.The complex was characterized by elemental analysis,IR spectrum and X-ray single-crystal diffraction analysis.It crystallizes in the orthorhombic system,space group Pbca with a = 7.4503(7),b = 13.1089(12),c = 14.1303(14),V = 1380.0(2)3,Dc = 1.420 g/cm3,Mr = 294.94,Z = 4,F(000) = 616,μ = 1.422 mm-1,the final R = 0.0487 and wR = 0.1482.The four-coordinated nickel(II) center is surrounded by 4O atoms from two imide ligands and has a distorted square planar geometry.The complex is connected to form a supramolecule with an infinite three-dimensional network through intramolecular and intermolecular hydrogen bonds.Antimicrobial activity was investigated by agar diffusion method,and the result showed that the complex was active against coli bacillus,staphylococcus aureus and bacillus subtilis.The thermal stability of the title complex was also studied by TG-DTA method.  相似文献

The title tetranuclear complex,(μ4-oxo)-hexakis(μ2-chloro)-tetrakis(2-amino-1,3-thiazole-N)-tetra-copper(ii) [Cu4(μ4-O)(μ-Cl)6L4](1,L=2-amino-1,3-thiazole) was synthesized by the reaction of CuCl2·2H2O with 2-amino-1,3-thiazole in methanol and characterized by IR spectra and X-ray diffraction.Complex 1 crystallizes in triclinic,space group P1 with a=9.7137(2),b=10.7005(2),c=14.6505(2),α=83.9550(10),β=82.0930(10),γ=67.1640(10)°,V=1387.84(4)3,Mr=883.43,Z=2,μ=3.927 mm-1,Dc=2.1144 g/cm3,F(000)=868,R=0.0332 and wR=0.0814.The complex contains a tetrahedron of four CuII atoms coordinating to a central μ4-O atom,with the six edges of the tetrahedron bridged by six Cl atoms.The Cu-O bond distances range from 1.910(2) to 1.918(2),Cu-Cl from 2.3501(11) to 2.5924(10),and Cu-Cu from 3.1003(6) to 3.1663(6).The coordination geometries of the four coppers distort from trigonal bipramid to tetragonal pyramid with different distortion factors.The free animo groups of the ligands result in a lot of N-H···Cl and N-H···N intra-and intermolecular hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

A new dinuclear La(III) complex [La2(4-cba)4[H(4-cba)2]2(phen)2(H2O)4] (4-Hcba = 4-cyanobenzoic acid and phen = 1,10-phenanthroline) 1 has been synthesized by solvothermal reaction in an ethanol/water mixed solution at 100 ℃ and structurally characterized by single- crystal X-ray diffraction. Crystallographic data: C88H58La2N12O20, Mr = 1881.28, triclinic P1, a = 7.518(3), b = 17.033(6), c = 17.551(6), α = 115.333(4), β = 92.9910(10), γ = 99.366(5)°, V = 1985.3(12)3, Z = 1, Dc = 1.574 g/cm3, F(000) = 944 μ = 1.145 mm–1, the final R = 0.0281 and wR = 0.0686 for 6708 reflections with I > 2σ(I). In 1, two nine-coordinated La(III) ions are connected by two 4-cba ligands in a syn-syn bidentate coordination mode, and the other six 4-cba ligands terminate the La(III) ions, resulting in an isolated dinuclear structure. Two different types of intramolecular hydrogen bonds, asymmetrical O-H…O and symmetrical O…H…O, exist in the crystal. The title complex molecules are connected through hydrogen bonds and weak π-π stacking interactions to generate a 2-D layered network. The thermogravimetric analysis of 1 has also been discussed.  相似文献
