The year 2008 marked the fiftieth birthday of the diamond anvil cell. Its birth took place when Alvin Van Valkenburg, while working with his colleagues, Charles E. Weir, Ellis R. Lippincott, and Elmer N. Bunting, first realized that he could look right through one of the diamond anvils and see a sample while it was at high pressure. In the following years, these scientists and many others adapted the diamond anvil cell to a wide variety of analytical techniques that have provided an impressive amount of information about materials at high pressures and high temperatures. The history of the discovery of delayed nuclear fission is presented, and the retrospective of investigations into this phenomenon that were performed at various research centers worldwide is outlined. The results obtained by measuring basic delayed-fission features, including the fission probability, the total kinetic energy of fission fragments, and their mass distributions, are analyzed. Recommendations concerning further studies in various regions of nuclear map with the aim of searches for and investigation of atomic nuclei undergoing delayed fission are given. Lines of further research into features of delayed fission with the aim of solving current problems of fission physics are discussed. 相似文献

According to conclusions made by F. Montaner and E. Zelmanov (unpublished), there exist four Lie bialgebra structures on g[u] up to classical twisting. Therefore we investigated four possible cases for the classical double and the corresponding Lie co-bracket on g[u]. Among them, a new case, where the Lie bialgebra structures are in anone-to-one correspondence with the first introduced herequasi-rational solutions of the CYBE.
