The palladium-catalyzed amination of a 3-silyloxy-substituted bromo-indole with primary and secondary amines is described for the first time. In the presence of the novel catalyst system of Pd(OAc)2/N-phenyl-2-(di-1-adamantylphosphino)pyrrole potentially bioactive amino-functionalized indole derivatives are obtained in a general manner in high yield.  相似文献

We accomplished the palladium-catalyzed double substitution of 2-haloallylic acetates with nitrogen nucleophiles. During the Pd2(dba)3/DPPE-catalyzed reaction of 2-fluoroallylic acetates with N-substituted-p-toluenesulfonamide, two equivalents of nitrogen nucleophiles were introduced to the allyl unit with a Z-selectivity through the carbon–fluorine bond cleavage. We further demonstrated the reaction of 2-chloroallylic acetates, and succeeded in obtaining the same doubly-substituted products in good yields with a high Z-selectivity.  相似文献

Chlorobenzene and more generally, chloroarenes, can be converted into aromatic acids via catalytic reaction with aqueous methyl formate under biphasic conditions. The only efficient catalyst is [PdCl2(PCy3)2] (Cy = cyclohexyl). [RU3(CO)12] and ammonium formate improve yield and selectivity. The mechanism should involve oxidative addition of the C---Cl bond to a zero-valent Pd species followed by CO insertion. The palladium catalyst may also directly activate methyl formate. The procedure is convenient (no solvent, no initial pressurization) and at least as efficient as previously described methods.  相似文献

Through the use of [PdCl(C3H5)]2/cis,cis,cis-1,2,3,4-tetrakis(diphenylphosphinomethyl)cyclopentane as a catalyst, a range of aryl bromides and chlorides undergoes Suzuki cross-coupling with alkylboronic acids in good yields. Several alkyl substituents such as ethyl, n-butyl, n-octyl, isobutyl or 2,2-dimethylpropyl on the alkylboronic acids have been successfully used. The functional group tolerance on the aryl halide is remarkable; substituents such as fluoro, methyl, methoxy, acetyl, formyl, benzoyl, nitro or nitrile are tolerated. Furthermore, this catalyst can be used at low loading, even for reactions of sterically hindered aryl bromides.  相似文献

A polymer-supported palladium(II) salen-type complex exhibited catalytic activity in the cross-coupling reaction of various aryl bromides and heteroaryl bromides with phenylboronic acid in a mini-continuous flow reactor system at elevated temperatures in a phosphine-free system. The reaction was also performed in batch using a number of different solvent systems in order to optimise conditions. The catalytic mini-reactor can be used repeatedly over several cycles in the Suzuki-Miyaura cross-coupling reaction. While the diameter of the flow channel is 3 mm, the macroporous resin supported catalyst is solvent expanded to completely fill the channel. Consequently, the liquid path is through the micro channels of the macroporous resin structure. Intensification of the process over the stirred batch reaction is through increased reagent-catalyst contact and results in a 20-fold increase in the rate of reaction. The residence/space time on the reactor is 10.5 min, compared to 24 h in batch, which means that a diversity of starting materials can be screened over a short period of time. To demonstrate the utility of the system, a diversity of aryl and heteroaryl bromides have been studied.  相似文献

Alkyl-di-(1-adamantyl)phosphonium salts are practical ligand precursors for the palladium-catalyzed amination of aryl chlorides. In the presence of typically 0.5 mol% Pd(OAc)2 and 1 mol% of ligand precursor a variety of activated and deactivated aryl chlorides can be aminated in good to excellent yield (73-99%). Applying optimized conditions catalyst turnover numbers up to 10,000 have been achieved.  相似文献

cis,cis,cis-1,2,3,4-Tetrakis(diphenylphosphinomethyl)cyclopentane/[PdCl(C3H5)]2 system catalyses efficiently the coupling reactions of aryl halides with a variety of alkynols such as propargyl alcohol, but-1-yn-4-ol, pent-1-yn-5-ol or hex-1-yn-6-ol. The catalyst can be used at low loading. Higher reaction rates were observed in the presence of but-1-yn-4-ol, pent-1-yn-5-ol or hex-1-yn-6-ol than with propargyl alcohol. The protection of the alcohol functions as an ether or a silyloxy group led generally to similar or better results than the reactions performed with the unprotected alcohols.  相似文献

cis,cis,cis-1,2,3,4-Tetrakis(diphenylphosphinomethyl)cyclopentane/[PdCl(C3H5)]2 efficiently catalyses the Heck reaction of alk-1-en-3-ol with a variety of aryl bromides. In the presence of hex-1-en-3-ol or oct-1-en-3-ol, the β-arylated carbonyl compounds were selectively obtained. Linalool and 2-methylbut-3-en-2-ol led to the corresponding 1-arylalk-1-en-3-ol derivatives. Turnover numbers up to 69,000 can be obtained for this reaction. A minor electronic effect of the substituents of the aryl bromide was observed. Similar reaction rates were observed in the presence of activated aryl bromides such as bromoacetophenone and deactivated aryl bromides such as bromoanisole.  相似文献

The cyclization of 3- or 4-pentyn-1-ol is catalysed by PdCl2 or trans-[PdCl2L2] (L = R-camphorimine; R = Ph; Pri; NMe2) complexes at room temperature affording heterocyclic compounds, respectively, 2-methyl-2-pent-3-ynyloxy-tetrahydrofuran or 2-methyl-2-pent-4-ynyloxy-tetrahydrofuran which subsequently add water to give selectively 5-(2-methyl-tetrahydrofuran-2-yloxy)-pentan-2-one from both starting materials. By hydrolysis 5-(2-methyl-tetrahydrofuran-2-yloxy)-pentan-2-one undergoes ring cleavage to form 5-hydroxy-2-pentanone. The catalytic activity and selectivity of complexes trans-[PdCl2L2] (L = R-camphorimine) depend on the characteristics of the R group (NMe2 > Pri > Ph). The catalytic activity of PdCl2 is comparable to that of trans-[PdCl2L2] (L = Ph-camphorimine) which is the less efficient catalyst.  相似文献

2-Phenylindenyl phosphine ligand can be changed into anionic phosphine ligand in situ and utilized in the palladium-catalyzed Buchwald/Hartwig amination reactions in DME, providing good to excellent yields of amination products from aryl chlorides, bromides and iodides. 31P NMR studies show that the resonance for the anionic phosphine appeared between those of the (2-phenylindenyl)-dicyclohexyl phosphonium salt and (2-phenylindenyl)dicyclohexylphosphine. The new well-defined and air-stable ortho-xylyl-linked N-heterocyclic carbene (NHC) Pd complexes (2a-d) have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, IR spectroscopy, and single crystal X-ray diffraction studies. The palladium atom in the complex 2a lies on a crystallographic mirror plane and can be described as having a square-planar coordination environment with the carbene atoms of the benzimidazole rings of the ligand occupying two coordination sites in cis positions. Two further coordination sites are occupied by chloride ligands. The benzimidazole rings are connected to each other by an ortho-xylyl bridge. The catalytic activity of these palladium complexes has been tested in the coupling reactions of various N-containing substrates with bromobenzene. A preliminary catalytic study shows that the bis(NHC)-Pd complexes are highly active in the Buchwald-Hartwig amination reaction.  相似文献

The Letter reports a safe and reliable synthesis of aryl 1,2,3-triazoles from the corresponding anilines via intermediate aryl azides, using a continuous process. The method was applied to a variety of substrates with good to excellent yields, without the need to isolate the reactive and possibly unstable intermediates which were constantly kept at low concentration in the matrix environment.  相似文献

Regiospecific iodination of aryl amines, that is, aryl compounds possessing strong electron donating groups (EDG’s) in the p-position, is described. This procedure features not only the unique use of hydrocarbon media for such substitutions but also the absence of any oxidants aside from iodine itself. Further potential of this hydrocarbon media based electrophilic aromatic substitution is demonstrated by the coupling of the iodination with an in situ halogen/lithium exchange and product forming nucleophilic addition in a batch process. The protocol was ultimately scaled to a continuous flow reactor using an isolated p-iodoarylamine. Constituted as described, these procedures possess enhanced atom-economical, green and safety aspects compared to existing literature protocols.  相似文献

在连续超临界水(SCW)反应器中考察了反应温度、停留时间和反应压力对聚乙烯(PE)降解油化的影响。实验结果表明,在120s、25MPa下,从500℃提高到550℃,液体收率呈现先升后降的趋势,在530℃达到最大值(79%);在520℃、25MPa下,随停留时间的延长,PE裂解程度加深,产物轻质化程度提高,导致液体收率降低,停留240s时,气体收率达到43%;反应压力对产物收率的影响较小,气、液产物中烯/烷比随反应压力的增加而增大。  相似文献

Through the use of [PdCl(C3H5)]2/Cis,cis,cis-1,2,3,4-tetrakis(diphenylphosphinomethyl)cyclopentane as a catalyst, a range of aryl bromides undergoes Heck reaction with acrolein ethylene acetal. With this acetal, the selective formation of 3-arylpropionic acids/esters was observed. Sterically modulated bis-imine ligands (L1-L3) were prepared by reacting 4,4′-methylene bis-(2,6-dialkyl aniline) and antipyrine-4-carboxaldehyde in a 1:2 stoichiometric ratio. The reactions of L1-L3 with dichloro(cycloocta-1.5-diene)palladium(II) [PdCl2(cod)] yield the corresponding binuclear palladium complexes with the general formula Pd2Cl4L (L = L1, L2, and L3). The binucleating ligands bind to the palladium ion via the lone pair on the imine nitrogen and amide oxygen atoms, resulting in a square-planar geometry around the metal center. All the palladium catalysts efficiently oligomerize ethylene to produce C4-C20 fractions at activities of up to 1308 kg-oligomer mol-Pd−1 bar−1 h−1 at 30 °C in combination with ethylaluminum sesquichloride. The formation of active sites by the change in geometry of the metal complexes could be traced using spectroscopic and electrochemical techniques.  相似文献
