Racemic 2,2′-bis[diarylstibano]-1,1′-binaphthyls [(±)-BINASbs] and 2,2′-bis[di(p-tolyl)bismuthano]-1,1′-binaphthyl [(±)-BINABi], which are the antimony and bismuth congeners of BINAP, have been prepared from 2,2′-dibromo-1,1′-binaphthyl (DBBN) via 2,2′-dilithio-1,1′-binaphthyl intermediate by treatment with the appropriate metal halides [(p-Tol)2SbBr, Ph2SbBr and (p-Tol)2BiCl]. The optical resolution of the (±)-BINASbs could be achieved via the separation of a mixture of the diastereomeric Pd-complexes derived from the reaction of (±)-BINASbs with di-μ-chlorobis{(S)-2-[1-(dimethylamino)-ethyl]phenyl-C1,N}dipalladium(II). Optically active (R)-BINASb and (R)-BINABi could be also obtained from optically active (R)-DBBN by the same procedure. The enantiopure BINASbs have been shown to be effective chiral ligands for the rhodium-catalyzed asymmetric hydrosilylation of ketones.  相似文献

The applications of catalytic transformations of SO2 into sulfur-containing organic compounds, reported in the literature, are briefly reviewed. The authors' studies in this field of chemistry,viz., the hydrosulfination of alkenes, the synthesis of γ-oxo sulfonesvia hydrosulfination, and the synthesis of aromatic sulfinic acids from diazonium salts, are summarized. Current results on the synthesis of the new sulfinato complex [Pd(SO2Ph)(Cl)dppp] and its hydrogenation to PhSO2H are presented, and a mechanism for the catalytic synthesis of sulfinic acids is proposed. The structure of ([Pd(μ-Cl)(dppp)l2 2+(SO4)2?·4SO2 salt is studied by X-ray diffraction analysis.  相似文献

Reactions of symmetrical 1,1′-diphenylthiodiacetic acid dihydrazide and triethyl orthoesters in the presence of catalytic amount of glacial acetic acid resulted in the formation of three heterocyclic products: the appropriate bis(1,3,4-oxadiazol-2-yl-phenylmethyl) sulfides, 2-benzyl-1,3,4-oxadiazoles and 2-benzoyl-1,3,4-oxadiazoles. The presence of the latter two compounds is connected with carbon-sulfur fission in the molecule of the starting hydrazide. The identity of the unexpected fission products was confirmed by parallel syntheses of the model 1,3,4-oxadiazoles from phenylacetic acid hydrazide and 2-hydroxymethyl-1,3,4-oxadiazole derivatives.  相似文献
