Three new multidimensional coordination polymers have been constructed from the reaction of AgX, where X = OTf-, BF4-, or tfa-, with the novel phosphonite PhP(3-OCH2C5H4N)2, PCP-32, 1. It is seen that regardless of the ratio of reactants mixed, polymeric growth of the compounds always reveals a ligand-to-metal ratio of 1:2 for PCP-32AgOTf, 2, 1:1 for PCP-32AgBF4, 3, and 1:2 for PCP-32Ag(tfa), 4. The coordination number, metal environment, ligand conformation, and polymer dimensionality are found to vary greatly from 2 to 4 and are dependent upon the anion present. Coordination numbers from 2 to 4, representing linear, trigonal, and distorted tetrahedral environments are displayed. PCP-32AgOTf polymerizes as a linear chain containing both two- and four-coordinate silvers, PCP-32AgBF4 repeats a single trigonal motif throughout its structure, and PCP-32Ag(tfa) shows two unique distorted tetrahedral silver centers. Ligand flexibility allows for cross-ligand Ag-Ag distances to range from 3.1918(8) to 14.015(2) A. The coordination polymers have been characterized by elemental analysis, variable-temperature multinuclear NMR spectroscopy, single-crystal X-ray diffraction, and fluorometric studies.  相似文献

Cu (I) and Ag (I) complexes of the fluorinated triazolate ligand [3,5-(C3F7)2Tz](-) have been synthesized using the corresponding metal(I) oxides and the triazole. They form pi-acid/base adducts with toluene, leading to [Tol][M3][Tol] ([Tol]=toluene; [M3]={[3,5-(C3F7)2Tz]Cu}3 or {[3,5-(C3F7)2Tz]Ag}3) type structures. Packing diagrams show the presence of extended chains of the type {[Tol][M3][Tol]}infinity, but the intertoluene ring distances are too long for significant pi-arene/pi-arene contacts. These copper and silver triazolates react with PPh3 (at a 1:1 metal ion/P molar ratio), leading to dinuclear {[3,5-(C3F7)2Tz]Cu(PPh3)}2 and {[3,5-(C3F7) 2Tz]Ag(PPh3)}2. They feature a six-membered Cu(mu-N-N) 2Cu or Ag(mu-N-N)2Ag core with a boat conformation.  相似文献

Three NNN type ligands derived from 2,6-dichlorpyroidine, pyrazol and 3,5-dimethylpyrazole and their silver complexes were prepared in methanol media. The complex structures were characterized using IR spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction and elemental analysis. X-ray studies showed the complexes to be dimeric in structure. The two nitrogen atoms of the ligand coordinated the first Ag(I) ion whereas the second Ag(I) ion was coordinated by the third nitrogen donor. The nitrate structure was not ionic in a done of its oxygen atoms coordinated an Ag(I) ion. The Ag(I) ion was seen to be situated in a deformed tetrahedral coordination sphere. Thermogravimetric studies showed the complexes to decompose similar to explosive material. The decomposition temperature was observed to increase with increasing hydrogen atoms in the structure.  相似文献

Complexes of general formula [ML2]ClO4 [M=Cu or Ag; L=N(1)-benzyl-2–(arylazo)imidazole] have been prepared and characterised. Spectroscopic data suggest that the complexes are overall tetrahedral with MN4 coordination spheres. Redox studies show a CuI/II couple of ca. 0.5V versus s.c.e. in MeOH. This revised version was published online in June 2006 with corrections to the Cover Date.  相似文献

Trinuclear mixed-metal gold-silver compounds are obtained by the reaction of gold(I) carbeniate [Au(mu-C(OEt)=NC6H4-p-CH3)]3, TR(carb), or gold(I) imidazolate [Au-mu-C,N-1-benzyl-2-imidazolate]3, TR(bzim), with silver(I) pyrazolate [Ag(mu-3,5-Ph2pz)]3. The crystalline products are mixed-ligand, mixed-metal dimeric products [Au(carb)Ag2(mu-3,5-Ph2pz)2], [Au2(carb)2Ag(mu-3,5-Ph2pz)].CH2Cl2, [Au(bzim)2Ag2(mu-3,5-Ph2pz)], and [Au2(bzim)2Ag(mu-3,5-Ph2pz)]. They have been characterized by elemental analysis and 1H NMR and mass spectrometry. The X-ray structure of [Au(carb)Ag2(mu-3,5-Ph2pz)2] shows it to be a dimer with two Ag...Au contacts between the trinuclear units of 3.083(2) and 3.310(2) A and with average intramolecular Ag...Ag and Au...Ag distances of approximately 3.3 and 3.2 A, respectively. The structure of [Au2(carb)2Ag(mu-3,5-Ph2pz)].CH2Cl2 is a dimer with one intermolecular Au...Au attraction of 3.3354(10) A and a short Ag...Au distance of approximately 3.42 A and intramolecular Ag...Au and Au...Au contacts of approximately 3.2 and approximately 3.3 A, respectively. Packing diagrams of both complexes show that the dimeric units are independent, similar to their parent molecules. The dimers of trinuclear [Au(carb)Ag2(mu-3,5-Ph2pz)2] and [Au2(carb)2Ag(mu-3,5-Ph2pz)].CH2Cl2 crystallize in the triclinic space group P (Z = 2), a = 9.688(3) A, b = 15.542(4) A, c = 23.689(6) A, alpha = 82.560(5) degrees , beta = 87.887(6) degrees , gamma = 78.060(5) degrees , and the orthorhombic space group Pca2(1) (Z = 4), a = 29.644(4) A, b = 7.4582(10) A, c = 30.473(4) A, respectively. The structure of [Au(bzim)Ag2(mu-3,5-Ph2pz)2] is a dimer with two metallophilic Ag...Au interactions of 3.14 A. The complex crystallizes in the monoclinic space group C2/c (Z = 4), a = 26.368(5) A, b = 15.672(3) A, c = 17.010(3) A, beta = 102.206(3) degrees .  相似文献

The tris-benzimidazolium cage LH(3)(3+), in MeCN solution, in the presence of OH(-), forms with Cu(I) and Ag(I) ions complexes of formula [M(I)(LH)](2+), in which each metal is linearly coordinated by two carbenes and one imidazolium N-H fragment remains intact. To achieve two-coordination, the two N-heterocyclic moieties of the cage make a saloon-door type motion, with a conformationally costless rotation of ca. 30° each. The two [M(I)(LH)](2+) complexes show high thermodynamic stability and are inert with respect to metal substitution, due to the mechanical constraints imposed by the ligating framework. Complexation with Cu(I) and Ag(I) with the reference unidentate carbene ligand Q, derived from the benzimidazolium precursor QH(+), was studied for comparison. Both metals in MeCN form 1:1 and 1:2 complexes with the carbene ligand Q according to two stepwise equilibria. Q complexes of both metals are labile with respect to metal substitution and those of Ag(I) are more stable than those of Cu(I). A significant cooperative effect has been observed with the formation of the [Ag(I)Q(2)](+) complex.  相似文献

The homoleptic complex [Ag(L)(2)]PF(6) (1) and heteroleptic complexes [Ag(L)(L(Me))]BF(4) (2) and [Ag(L)(L(Et))]BF(4) (3) [L = 1,2-bis(diphenylphosphino)benzene, L(Me) = 1,2-bis[bis(2-methylphenyl)phosphino]benzene, and L(Et) = 1,2-bis[bis(2-ethylphenyl)phosphino]benzene] were synthesized and characterized. X-ray crystallography demonstrated that 1-3 possess tetrahedral structures. Photophysical studies and time-dependent density functional theory calculations of 1-3 revealed that alkyl substituents at the ortho positions of peripheral phenyl groups in the diphosphine ligands have a significant influence on the energy and intensity of phosphorescence of the complex in solution at room temperature. The results can be interpreted in terms of the geometric preferences of each complex in the ground and excited states. The homoleptic complex 1 exhibits weak orange phosphorescence in solution arising from its flat structure in the triplet state, while heteroleptic complexes 2 and 3 show strong green phosphorescence from triplet states with tetrahedral structure. Larger interligand steric interactions in 2 and 3 caused by their bulkier ligands probably inhibit geometric relaxation within the excited-state lifetimes, leading to higher energy phosphorescence than that observed for 1. NMR experiments revealed that 2 and 3 in solution possess structures that are much more immobilized than that of 1; fluxional motion is completely suppressed in 2 and 3. Accordingly, conformational changes of 2 and 3 are expected to be suppressed by the alkyl substituents not only in the ground state but also in excited states. Consequently, nonradiative decay of the excited states of 2 and 3 occurs less efficiently than in 1. As a result, the quantum yields of phosphorescence for 2 and 3 are 6 times larger than that for the homoleptic complex 1.  相似文献

With a polarized double‐zeta basis set, we carried out MP2 and density functional theory geometry optimization of bis(2,2′‐bipyridine) interacting either with Cu(I) or Ag(I). The computed gas‐phase geometries of both Cu and Ag complexes present tetrahedral distortions around the ions. However, geometry optimization on Cu or Ag ions complexing with ammonia molecules yield perfect tetrahedral coordination and interaction energies comparable to those of the bis(2,2′‐bipyridine) complexes. Solid‐state laboratory studies on complexes of the same metal ions with substituted bis(2,2′‐bipyridine) revealed tetrahedral distortions around the ions, even stronger than those computed in the gas phase. From our analysis of the potential interaction energies we conclude that the origin of the larger distortions in the solid state result from stacking interactions. © 2003 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The dimers [Cu(2)(dppm)(2)(CN-t-Bu)(3)](BF(4))(2) and [Ag(2)(dppm)(2)(CN-t-Bu)(2)](X)(2) (X(-) = BF(4)(-), ClO(4)(-)) and the coordination polymers [[M(diphos)(CN-t-Bu)(2)]BF(4)](n) (M = Cu, Ag; diphos = bis(diphenylphosphino)butane (dppb), bis(diphenylphosphino)pentane (dpppen), bis(diphenylphosphino)hexane (dpph)), [[Ag(2)(dppb)(3)(CN-t-Bu)(2)](BF(4))(2)](n), and [[Ag(dpppen)(CN-t-Bu)]BF(4)](n) have been synthesized and fully characterized as model materials for the mixed bridging ligand polymers which exhibit the general formula [[M(diphos)(dmb)]BF(4)](n) (M = Cu, Ag; dmb = 1,8-diisocyano-p-menthane) and [[Ag(dppm)(dmb)]ClO(4)](n). The identity of four polymers ([[Ag(dppb)(CN-t-Bu)(x)]BF(4)](n) (x = 1, 2), [[Ag(2)(dppb)(3)(CN-t-Bu)(2)](BF(4))(2)](n), [[Ag(dppm)(dmb)]ClO(4)](n)) and the two dimers has been confirmed by X-ray crystallography. The structure of [[Ag(dppm)(dmb)]ClO(4)](n) exhibits an unprecedented 1-D chain of the type "[Ag(dmb)(2)Ag(dppm)(2)(2+)](n)", where d(Ag(.)Ag) values between tetrahedral Ag atoms are 4.028(1) and 9.609(1) A for the dppm and dmb bridged units, respectively. The [[Ag(dppb)(CN-t-Bu)(x)]BF(4)](n) polymers (x = 1, 2) form zigzag chains in which the Ag atoms are tri- and tetracoordinated, respectively. The [[Ag(2)(dppb)(3)(CN-t-Bu)(2)](BF(4))(2)](n) polymer, which is produced from the rearrangement of [[Ag(dppb)(CN-t-Bu)(2)]BF(4)](n), forms a 2-D structure described as a "honeycomb" pattern, where large [Ag(dppb)(+)](6) macrocycles each hosting two counterions and two acetonitrile guest molecules are observed. Properties such as glass transition temperature, morphology, thermal decomposition, and luminescence in the solid state at 293 K are reported. The luminescence bands exhibit maxima between 475 and 500 nm with emission lifetimes ranging between 6 and 55 micros. These emissions are assigned to a metal-to-ligand charge transfer (MLCT) of the type M(I) --> pi(NC)/pi(PPh(2)).  相似文献

In the title two‐coordinate silver compound, [Ag(C3H9P)2]PF6, the cation has crystallographically imposed mirror symmetry, and approximates very closely to m (D3d) symmetry with fully staggered methyl groups in the solid state. The Ag atom has a nearly linear coordination geometry, with a P—Ag—P angle of 178.70 (4)°. The Ag—P bond lengths are 2.3746 (12) and 2.3783 (12) Å, which are significantly longer than the Au—P bond length of 2.304 (1) Å in the analogous two‐coordinate gold cation. The lack of intramolecular steric effects within the present cations containing trimethylphosphine (cone angle 118°), compared with those in known cations containing trimesitylphosphine (cone angle 212°), provides a better comparison of M—P distances and thus more conclusive evidence that Au really is smaller than Ag.  相似文献

The Ag atom in the title compound, [Ag(C3H5O3)(C18H15P)2], is bonded to the P atoms of two triphenylphosphine ligands and to the two O atoms of the carboxyl unit of the lactato group in a distorted tetrahedral environment. The lactato anion is disordered in the methyl and hydroxyl groups; the 1:1 disorder is corroborated by two‐dimensional 31P CPCOSY (cross‐polarization, correlation spectroscopy) NMR.  相似文献

A mixed-ligand silver(I) complex of triphenylphosphine and N,N′-dibutylthiourea (Dbtu), [Ag(Ph3P)2(Dbtu)2]NO3, is prepared and its structure in the solid state is determined by X-ray crystallography. X-ray structure of this complex shows that it is mononuclear with the silver atom coordinated by two PPh3 and two dibutylthiourea ligands adopting a distorted tetrahedral geometry. The crystal structure shows the formation of 1-D chains through intermolecular hydrogen bonding interactions between N-H of Dbtu and nitrate ions. The new complex is also characterized by IR and NMR (1H and 31P) spectroscopy. The spectroscopic data are discussed in terms of the nature of bonding. A similar mixedligand complex is also prepared for tetramethylthiourea (Tmtu), but the structure of the resulting compound shows that it is a bis(phosphine) complex, [Ag(PPh3)2NO3] rather than a mixed-ligand complex.  相似文献

A self-assembly of AgClO(4) with a Schiff-base ligand N,N'-bis(pyridin-2-ylmethylene)benzene-1,4-diamine (1) gave a 1D zigzag polymeric array [[Ag(2)(C(18)H(14)N(4))(2)](ClO(4))(2)(CH(3)CN)](n) (3), while the self-assembly of AgClO(4) with 3,3'-dimethyl-N,N'-bis(pyridin-2-ylmethylene)biphenyl-4,4'-diamine (2) afforded the molecular rectangle [[Ag(2)(C(26)H(22)N(4))(2)](ClO(4))(2)] (4). The structures of 3 and 4 were characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. Structural data for 3 indicate that the Ag(I) ion is coordinated by two ligands of 1 in a distorted tetrahedral fashion thereby leading to a 1D zigzag polymeric array. The zigzag chains are interdigitated with weak pi-pi stacking interactions. The structure of 4 consists of a discrete molecular rectangle where the silver atom has a distorted square-planar coordination with the pyridyl ligands and azomethine nitrogen atoms of 2. An intramolecular pi-pi interaction between the phenyl rings of adjacent Schiff-base 2 functions to stabilize the rectangular architecture. The Ag(I)-Schiff-base coordination polymer 3 is not stable in solution. The degradation and reorganization of 3 to form a [2 x 2] grid architecture [[Ag(4)(C(26)H(22)N(4))(4)](ClO(4))(4)] (3g) was supported in a FAB-MS study. The rectangular structure of 4 remains intact in solution at ambient temperature. The complexes 3g and 4 exhibit unusual luminescence behavior in solution at room temperature with significantly red-shifted emission in the visible region.  相似文献

This article represents a systematical examination of the structures of silver(I) sulfonates incorporating neutral ligands. To survey the influence of the properties of neutral ligands on the structures of silver(I) sulfonates, three kinds of sulfonate anions (L1=1-naphthalenesulfonate, L2=p-toluenesulfonate, and L3=1, 3, 6, 8-pyrenetetrasulfonate) and three kinds of neutral ligands (pyrazine, Pyr, a divergent bidentate ligand; hexamethylenetetramine, hmt, a divergent tetradentate ligand; and beta-picoline, Pic, a monodentate ligand) were selected for study, and five novel silver(I) sulfonates containing neutral ligands have been synthesized: [Ag(L1)(Pyr)].H2O, Ag(L2)(Pyr), Ag4(L3)(Pyr)4(H2O)2, [Ag(L1)(hmt)].H2O, and Ag(L1)(Pic)2. The crystal structures have been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, and these compounds show a variety of structures with different dimensionalities. Moreover, the luminescent properties of compounds and are also discussed.  相似文献

Silver(I) and copper(I) complexes of C2-symmetric bis(oxazoline) ligands were studied by UV, NMR, IR, EPR and ES-MS spectroscopies. The stability constants of the Ag-1a and Ag-1b complexes with 1:1 and 1:2 stoichiometries in acetonitrile were determined by NMR spectrometric titrations. The evidence of tetrahedral coordination for complex (Ag(1a)2(+ was obtained from the complexation induced shifts (CIS) and NOEs. Mass spectra revealed the Cu(II) mediated oxidation of methylene bridge in copper complexes of 1a and 1b, which was in accordance with the UV, NMR, IR and EPR findings. The efficiency of Cu(I) complexes of methylene-bridged 1,5-bis(oxazoline)s 1 as chiral catalysts in stereoselective cyclopropanation of styrene with ethyl diazoacetate, was compared to that of the dialkylmethylene-bridged 1,5-bis(oxazoline)s 2.  相似文献

Silver pyrazolates [[3-(CF3)Pz]Ag]3, [[3-(CF3),5-(CH3)Pz]Ag]3, [[3-(CF3),5-(Ph)Pz]Ag]3, [[3-(CF3),5-(But)Pz]Ag]3, and [[3-(C3F7),5-(But)Pz]Ag]3 have been synthesized by treatment of the corresponding pyrazole with a slight molar excess of silver(I) oxide. This economical and convenient route gives silver pyrazolates in high (>80%) yields. X-ray crystal structures of [[3-(CF3),5-(CH3)Pz]Ag]3, [[3-(CF3),5-(But)Pz]Ag]3, and [[3-(C3F7),5-(But)Pz]Ag]3 show that these molecules have trinuclear structures with essentially planar to highly distorted Ag3N6 metallacycles. [[3-(CF3),5-(CH3)Pz]Ag]3 forms extended columns via intertrimer argentophilic contacts (the closest Ag...Ag separation between the neighboring trimers are 3.355 and 3.426 A). The trinuclear [[3-(CF3),5-(But)Pz]Ag]3 units crystallize in pairs, basically forming "dimers of trimers", with the six silver atom core of the adjacent trimers adopting a chair conformation. However, in these dimers of trimers, even the shortest intertrimer Ag...Ag distance (3.480 A) is slightly longer than the van der Waals contact of silver (3.44 A). [[3-(C3F7),5-(But)Pz]Ag]3, which has two bulky groups on each pyrazolyl ring, shows no close intertrimer Ag...Ag contacts (closest intertrimer Ag...Ag distance = 5.376 A). The Ag-N bond distances and the intratrimer Ag...Ag separations of the silver pyrazolates do not show much variation. However, their N-Ag-N angles are sensitive to the nature (especially, the size) of substituents on the pyrazolyl rings. The pi-acidic [[3,5-(CF3)2Pz]Ag]3 and [[3-(C3F7),5-(But)Pz]Ag]3 form adducts with the pi-base toluene. X-ray data show that they adopt extended columnar structures of the type [[Ag3]2.[toluene]]infinity and [[Ag3]'.[toluene]]infinity ([[3,5-(CF3)2Pz]Ag]3 = [Ag3],[[3-(C3F7),5-(But)Pz]Ag]3 = [Ag3]'), in which toluene interleaves and makes face-to-face contacts with [[3-(C3F7),5-(But)Pz]Ag]3 or dimers of [[3,5-(CF3)2Pz]Ag]3.  相似文献

One new conjugated symmetric fulvene ligand L1 and two new unsymmetric fulvene ligands L2 and L3 were synthesized. Five new supramolecular complexes, namely Ag2(L1)3(SO3CF3)3 (1) (1, monoclinic, P2(1)/c; a = 12.702(3) A, b = 26.118(7) A, c = 13.998(4) A, beta = 96.063(4) degrees, Z = 4), [Ag(L1)]ClO4 (2) (monoclinic, C2/c; a = 17.363(2) A, b = 13.2794(18) A, c = 13.4884(18) A, beta = 100.292(2) degrees, Z = 8), [Ag(L1)(C6H6)SbF6] x 0.5C6H6 x H2O (3) (monoclinic, P2(1)/c; a = 6.8839(11) A, b = 20.242(3) A, c = 18.934(3) A, beta = 91.994(3) degrees, Z = 4), Ag(L2)(SO3CF3) (4) (triclinic, P1; a = 8.629(3) A, b = 10.915(3) A, c = 11.178(3) A, alpha = 100.978(4) degrees, beta = 91.994(3) degrees, gamma = 105.652(4) degrees, Z = 2), and Ag(L3)(H2O)(SO3CF3) (5) (triclinic, P1; a = 8.914(5) A, b = 10.809(6) A, c = 11.283(6) A, alpha = 69.255(8) degrees, beta = 87.163(9) degrees, gamma = 84.993(8) degrees, Z = 2) were obtained through self-assembly based on these three new fulvene ligands in a benzene/toluene mixed-solvent system. Compounds 1-5 have been fully characterized by infrared spectroscopy, elemental analysis, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The results indicate that the coordination chemistry of new fulvene ligands is versatile. They can adopt either cis- or trans-conformation to bind soft acid Ag(I) ion through not only the terminal -CN and furan functional groups but also the fulvene carbon atoms into organometallic coordination polymers or discrete complexes. In addition, the luminescent properties of L1-L3 and their Ag(I) complexes were investigated preliminarily in EtOH and solid state.  相似文献

Magnetic silver ion imprinted polymer nanoparticles (mag-IIP-NPs) were prepared and used as a recognition element in electrochemical detection of silver(I). The procedure involves two steps: (a) the extraction of the Ag(I) by the mag-IIP-NPs, and (b) determination of the preconcentrated Ag(I) ions on the surface of the magneto carbon paste electrode (MCPE) using differential pulse voltammetry. The amount of sorbent, pH value of the sample solution, extraction time, supporting electrolyte, reduction potential and reduction time were optimized. Under optimal conditions and at a working voltage of +0.02 V (vs. Ag/AgCl), the method displays a linear response in the 0.05 to 150 μg?L?1 Ag(I) concentration range. Other features include a low detection limit (15 ng?L?1), a remarkable selectivity and good reproducibility (with an RSD of 4.7%). The results obtained with this analytical assay when analyzing different water samples were compared with the data obtained by GF-AAS, and the results agreed satisfactorily. In our perception, this approach also may be extended to electrochemical detection for other ions, and this makes it a widely applicable strategy for heavy metal ion analysis.

When the polymeric complex [Ag(im)]n (Him = imidazole) is reacted with PPh3 (PPh3 = triphenylphosphine), it yields the [Ag22-im)2(PPh3)3]n and [Ag(μ2-im)(PPh3)2]n species, shown to contain wavy chains of metal ions, singly bridged by N,N′-exo-bidentate imidazolate ligands. The former, crystallised as the CH2Cl2 solvate, contains two non-equivalent silver(I) ions, differing in the number of coordinated phosphines (one, in trigonal planar stereochemistry, or two, having tetrahedral geometry). The latter has a unique independent silver(I) ion in a tetrahedral environment, with two coordinated PPh3 ligands. The reactivity of known silver(I) azolates with PPh3, as well as the solution behaviour and (when available) the crystal structures of the corresponding derivatives are taken into consideration for a due comparison.  相似文献

The Cu(III) complex Pr 4N[Cu{S 2C=( t-Bu-fy)} 2] ( 1) ( t-Bu-fy = 2,7-di- tert-butylfluoren-9-ylidene) reacts with [Cu(PR 3) 4]ClO 4 in 1:1 molar ratio in MeCN to give the dinuclear complexes [Cu 2{[SC=( t-Bu-fy)] 2S}(PR 3) n ] [ n = 2, R = Ph ( 2a); n = 3, R = To ( 3b); To = p-tolyl]. The analogue of 2a with R = To ( 2b) can be obtained from the reaction of 3b with 1/8 equiv of S 8. Compound 2b establishes a thioketene-exchange equilibrium in solution leading to the formation of [Cu 4{S 2C=( t-Bu-fy)} 2(PTo 3) 4] ( 4b) and [Cu 2{[SC=( t-Bu-fy)] 3S}(PTo 3) 2] ( 5b). Solid mixtures of 4b and 5b in varying proportions can be obtained when the precipitation of 2b is attempted using MeCN. The reactions of 1 with AgClO 4 and PPh 3, PTo 3 or PCy 3 in 1:1:4 molar ratio in MeCN afford the heterodinuclear complexes [AgCu{[SC=( t-Bu-fy)] 2S}(PR 3) 3] [R = Ph ( 6a), To ( 6b), Cy ( 6c)]. Complex 6c dissociates PCy 3 in solution to give the bis(phosphine) derivative [AgCu{[SC=( t-Bu-fy)] 2S}(PCy 3) 2] ( 7c), which undergoes the exchange of [M(PCy 3)] (+) units in CD 2Cl 2 solution to give small amounts of [Cu 2{[SC=( t-Bu-fy)] 2S}(PCy 3) 2] ( 2c) and [Ag 2{[SC=( t-Bu-fy)] 2S}(PCy 3) 2] ( 8c). Complexes 6a and b participate in a series of successive equilibria in solution, involving the dissociation of phosphine ligands and the exchange of [M(PCy 3)] (+) units to give 2a or 3b and the corresponding disilver derivatives [Ag 2{[SC=( t-Bu-fy)] 2S}(PR 3) 2] [R = Ph ( 8a), To ( 8b)], followed by thioketene-exchange reactions to give [AgCu{[SC=( t-Bu-fy)] 3S}(PR 3) 2] [R = Ph ( 9a), To ( 9b)]. Complexes 9a and b can be directly prepared from the reactions of 1 with AgClO 4 and PPh 3 or PTo 3 in 1:1:3 molar ratio in THF. The crystal structures of 3b, 6b, 6c, 7c, and 9a have been solved by single-crystal X-ray diffraction studies and, in the cases of 7c and 9a, reveal the formation of short Ag...Cu metallophilic contacts of 2.8157(4) and 2.9606(6) A, respectively.  相似文献
