Two new phenylpropanoid glycosides,9-O-[6-O-acetyl-β-D-glucopyranosyl]-4-hydroxycinnamic acid(1) and 8-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl -(R)-(+)-3,4,8-trihydroxy methyl phenylpropionate(2) were isolated from the 80%EtOH extract of the roots of Sanguisorba officinalis.Their structures were characterized by spectroscopic analysis and chemical method,including 1D NMR,2D NMR,and HR-ESI-MS.Compounds 1 and 2 exhibited the moderate antimicrobial activities against all Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria tested.  相似文献

Three new nordammarane triterpenoids, 12βO‐acetyl‐3β,22‐dihydroxy‐23,24,25,26,27‐pentanordammarane ( 1 ), 12β,22‐dihydroxy‐3‐oxo‐23,24,25,26,27‐pentanordammarane ( 2 ), and 3β,12β‐dihydroxy‐23,24,25,26,27‐pentanordammarane‐22‐carbaldehyde ( 3 ), were isolated from the EtOH extract of the roots of Sanguisorba officinalis. 从狭叶地榆根中分离出7种化合物,经化学和光谱方法鉴定分别为2,4-二羟基-6-甲氧基苯乙酮(Ⅰ)、3,3′,4-三(○-甲基)逆没食子酸(Ⅱ)、3,4′,4-三(○-甲基)逆没食子酸(Ⅲ)、地榆皂甙元(Ⅳ)、地榆皂甙Ⅰ(Ⅴ)、地榆皂甙Ⅱ(Ⅵ)和胡萝卜甙(Ⅶ),其中Ⅰ为首次从天然界中得到,Ⅲ为一新化合物。  相似文献

Four new flavonoid glycosides, 3‐O‐[α‐L ‐arabinopyranosyl‐(1→2)‐β‐D ‐galactopyranosyl]‐7‐Oβ‐D ‐glucopyranosylkaempferol ( 1 ), 3‐O‐(α‐L ‐arabinopyranosyl‐(1→2)‐{4‐O‐[(E)‐caffeoyl]‐β‐D ‐galactopyranosyl})‐7‐Oβ‐D ‐glucopyranosylquercetin ( 2 ), 3‐O‐{2‐O‐[(E)‐caffeoyl]‐α‐L ‐arabinopyranosyl‐(1→2)‐β‐D ‐galactopyranosyl}‐7‐Oβ‐D ‐glucopyranosylkaemperfol ( 3 ), and 3‐O‐{2‐O‐[(E)‐caffeoyl]‐α‐L ‐arabinopyranosyl‐(1→2)‐β‐D ‐galactopyranosyl}kaempferol ( 4 ), together with two known compounds were isolated from the aerial parts of Ranunculus chinensis Bge . The structures of the new glycosides were determined on the basis of spectroscopic analysis, including 1D‐ and 2D‐NMR, and ESI‐MS techniques, and chemical methods.  相似文献

Two new saponins 3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl (1→2)-β-D-mannopyranosyl sarsasapogenin, named timosaponin A IV(1) and (5β, 25S)-26-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-furost-20(22)-en-3,26-diol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl (1→4) glucopyranosyl (1→2)-β-D-galacopyranoside, named timosaponin B IV(2), were isolated by silica gel column chromatography and preparative HPLC from Anemarrhena asphodeloides Bge. A new peroxy‐multiflorane triterpene ester, (3α,5α,8α,20α)‐5,8‐epidioxymultiflora‐6,9(11)‐diene‐3,29‐diol 3,29‐dibenzoate ( 1 ), was isolated from the processed seeds of Trichosanthes kirilowii, together with the two known related derivatives 2 and 3 , and the two known steroids 4 and 5 . Compounds 2, 4 , and 5 were isolated from the genus Trichosanthes for the first time. The structure of compound 1 was established by NMR, HR‐MS, and CD analyses. Compounds 1 – 3 were tested for their in vitro cytotoxicity against human‐tumor cell lines (Hela, HL‐60, and MCF‐7) and anti‐inflammatory activity (LPS‐induced B lymphocyte cells) with the MTT method.  相似文献

A novel analytical method involving high-performance liquid chromatography with evaporative light scattering detection (HPLC-ELSD) was developed for simultaneous determination of 11 phenolic acids and 12 triterpenes in Sanguisorba officinalis L. Chromatographic separation was conducted with gradient elution mode by using a DiamonsilTM C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) with the mobile phase of 0.1% acetic acid water (A) and methanol (B). The drift tube temperature of ELSD was set at 70 °C and the nitrogen cumulative flow rate was 1.6 L/min. The method was fully validated to be linear over a wide concentration range (R2 ≥ 0.9991). The precisions (RSD) were less than 3.0% and the recoveries were between 97.7% and 101.4% for all compounds. The results indicated that this method is accurate and effective for the determination of 23 functional components in Sanguisorba officinalis L. and could also be successfully applied to study the influence of processing method on those functional components in Sanguisorba officinalis L.  相似文献
