主动约束层阻尼部分覆盖圆柱壳耦合振动控制   总被引:14,自引:0,他引:14  
采用分布参数建模,从Ham ilton变分原理出发推导了主动约束层阻尼(ACLD)覆盖圆柱壳耦合振动的运动微分方程和边界条件,并扩展适合一维连续结构分析的基于解析解的谱传递矩阵法(STMM)用于ACLD部分覆盖圆柱壳。通过数值计算,研究了ACLD的长度和位置对固有频率和模态耗散因子的影响。STMM能有效克服有限元法单元数目多、动力学方程阶数高及ACLD长度和位置变化时须重复建模的缺点,以最少的单元数目建立低阶控制方程。典型算例显示了STMM的有效性和精确性。  相似文献

提出了一种分析交各向异性圆柱壳和阶梯圆柱壳稳定性问题的混合变量条形传递函数方法。首先基于Fluegge薄壳理论,通过定义广义位移变量和对应的广义力变量,建立了圆柱壳混合变量能量泛函;然后通过引入条形单元,定义混合状态变量和采用传递函数方法对超级壳单元求解,得到具有多种边界条件圆柱壳屈曲问题的半解析解;最后通过位移连续和力平衡条件,可以得到阶梯圆柱壳屈曲问题的解。理论解推导过程表明此方法在引入边界条件和进行阶梯圆柱壳求解时非常方便。算例分析的结果验证了本方法的正确性。  相似文献

In this paper, a shell finite element is designed within the total Lagrangian formulation framework to deal with the plastic buckling and post-buckling of thin structures, such as cylindrical shells. First, the numerical formulation is validated using available analytical results. Then it is shown to be able to provide the bifurcation modes—possibly the secondary ones—and describe the complex advanced post-critical state of a cylinder under axial compression, where the theory is no longer operative.  相似文献

A dynamic, shear deformation theory of a doubly curved shell is used to develop a finite element for geometrically non-linear (in the von Karman sense) transient analysis of laminated composite shells. The element is employed to determine the transient response of spherical and cylindrical shells with various boundary conditions and loading. The effect of shear deformation and geometric non-linearity on the transient response is investigated. The numerical results presented here for transient analysis of laminated composite shells should serve as references for future investigations.  相似文献

The stability of an elastic circular cylindrical shell of revolution interacting with a compressible liquid (gas) flow having both axial and tangential components is analyzed. The behavior of the fluid is studied within the framework of potential theory. The elastic shell is described in terms of the classical theory of shells. Numerical solution of the problem is performed using a semianalytical finite element method. Results of numerical experiments for shells with different boundary conditions and geometric dimensions are presented. The effects of fluid rotation on the critical flow velocity and the effect of axial fluid flow on the critical angular velocity of fluid rotation were estimated.  相似文献

Based on previous studies, a new spatial curved slender-beam finite element and a new cylindrical shell finite element are proposed in the frame of gradient-deficient Absolute Nodal Coordinate Formulation (ANCF). The strain energy of the beam element is derived by using the definition of the Green?CLagrange strain tensor in continuum mechanics so that the assumption on small strain can be relaxed. By using the differential geometry and the continuum mechanics, the angle between two base vectors of a defined local coordinate frame of the cylindrical shell element is introduced into the strain energy formulations. Therefore, the new shell element can be used to model parallelogram shells. The analytical formulations of elastic forces and their Jacobian for the above two finite elements of gradient-deficient ANCF are also derived via the skills of tensor analysis. The generalized-alpha method is used to solve the huge set of system equations. Finally, four case studies including both static and dynamic problems are given to validate the proposed beam and cylindrical shell elements of gradient-deficient ANCF.  相似文献

变角度纤维复合材料的纤维方向角可沿铺层面内连续变化,因此相应结构的性能具有更高的设计灵活性和更大的优化空间.本文假设纤维方向角沿圆柱壳的轴向呈正弦函数变化,对变角度纤维复合材料圆柱壳在两端简支边界条件下的轴压屈曲问题进行研究.基于Donnell经典壳体理论,推导变角度纤维复合材料圆柱壳的前屈曲控制方程并运用伽辽金法进行求解,然后采用瑞利里兹法求解屈曲问题.通过和现有文献及有限元数值结果的对比,验证了本文模型的收敛性和正确性,通过数值算例分析了纤维起始角和终止角的变化对圆柱壳的屈曲临界荷载的影响.本文的研究结果可为变角度纤维复合材料圆柱壳的分析和设计提供一定的参考.  相似文献

In this paper a finite element formulation of a reduction method for dynamic buckling analysis of imperfection-sensitive shell structures is presented. The reduction method makes use of a perturbation approach, initially developed for static buckling and later extended to dynamic buckling analysis. The implementation of a single-mode dynamic buckling analysis in a general purpose finite element code is described. The effectiveness of the approach is illustrated by application to the dynamic buckling of composite cylindrical shells under axial and radial step loads. Results of the reduction method are compared with results available in the literature. The results are also compared with full model finite element explicit dynamic analysis, and a reasonable agreement is obtained.  相似文献

柱壳结构广泛应用于各个领域, 但由于其对初始缺陷较为敏感, 容易发生灾难性的屈曲失稳. 本文利用非线性有限元分析程序ABAQUS研究了柱壳屈曲问题, 并应用到了易拉罐的屈曲分析. 首先采用数值模拟的方法验证了Virot等学者的易拉罐屈曲试验结果, 然后为了获得屈曲的一些普适结果, 进一步考察了柱壳的屈曲表现. 对柱壳结构在不同载荷组合、不同几何参数作用下进行了细致分析. 为了讨论的直观, 本文绘制了柱壳结构在受到侧压-轴压载荷作用下外力-屈曲载荷-位移三维屈曲地貌图(称为landscape). 结果表明: 在侧压-轴压-扭转载荷作用下, 试件力-位移曲线出现了"cliff"(断崖)现象; 扭转载荷的施加不利于试件整体稳定性, 并造成了试件对初始缺陷的敏感性; 对于受到轴压-扭转载荷作用的试件, 本文定义承载力为零的平面为"sea level"(海平面)来区分试件破坏模式; 通过对不同边界条件的试件进行分析, 发现试件两端固定可以有效地增加结构的承载能力, 提高稳定性. 对柱壳结构内部充气可以大幅度提升结构的承载能力和稳定性, 减小对初始缺陷的敏感度.   相似文献

With the incorporation of total Lagrangian smoothed particle hydrodynamics(SPH) method equation and moving least square(MLS) function,the traditional SPH method is improved regarding the stability and consistency.Based on Mindlin-Ressiner plate theory,the SPH method simulating dynamic behavior via one layer of particles is applied to plate’s mid-plane,i.e.,a SPH shell model is constructed.Finally,through comparative analyses on the dynamic response of square,stiffened shells and cylindrical shells under various strong impact loads with common finite element software,the feasibility,validity and numerical accuracy of the SPH shell method are verified.Consequently,further researches on SPH shell may well pave the way towards solving problems involving dynamic plastic damage,tearing or even crushing.  相似文献

本文的研究是以“九五”国家科技攻关专题“快堆主钠池堆芯抗震性能的安全评价方法研究、中的屈曲研究子课题为背景展开的,所用模型简化自中国实验快堆钠池主容,是由薄壁圆柱壳和多个加劲肋结构而成的组合圆柱壳体,本文分别采用大型有限元程度ANSYS 5.4和LGOR FEAS(SUPER SAP 93),对该壳体进行了常温时水平,轴向荷载共同作用静态屈曲的计算,同时考虑了诸如塑性,边界条件及初始缺陷等因素的影响,并进行了相关实验研究,最后将有限元计算结果与实验所获得的静屈曲荷载进行比较,结果吻合较好。  相似文献

This paper is concerned with the free vibration of open circular cylindrical shells with intermediate ring supports. An analytical procedure for determining the free vibration frequencies of such shells is developed based on the Flügge thin shell theory. An open circular cylindrical shell is assumed to be simply supported along the two straight edges and the remaining two opposite curved edges may have any combinations of support conditions. The shell is divided into multiple segments along the locations of the intermediate ring supports. The state-space technique is employed to derive the exact solutions for each shell segment and the domain decomposition method is applied to enforce the geometric and natural boundary/interface conditions along the interfaces of the shell segments and the curved edges of the shell. Comparison studies are carried out to verify the correctness of the proposed method. Exact vibration frequencies are obtained for open circular cylindrical shells with multiple intermediate ring supports.The influence of the number of intermediate ring supports, the locations of the ring supports, the boundary conditions and the variation of the included angle of the shells on the natural frequencies are examined. The exact vibration solutions can be used as important benchmark values for researchers to check their numerical methods and for engineers to design such shell structures.  相似文献

提出了一种半解析区域分解法来分析任意边界条件的复合材料层合旋转壳自由振动. 沿壳体旋转轴线将壳体分解为一些自由的层合壳段, 视位移边界界面为一种特殊的分区界面;采用分区广义变分和最小二乘加权残值法将壳体所有分区界面上的位移协调方程引入到壳体的能量泛函中, 使层合壳的振动分析问题归结为无约束泛函变分问题. 层合壳段位移变量采用Fourier 级数和Chebyshev 多项式展开. 以不同边界条件的层合圆柱壳、圆锥壳及球壳为例, 采用区域分解法分析了其自由振动, 并将计算结果与其他文献值进行了对比. 算例表明, 该方法具有高效率、高精度和收敛性好等优点.  相似文献

研究了振动波在含有环向表面裂纹的无限长圆柱壳中的传播特性.圆柱壳体的振动用Flügge方程来描述.运用线弹性断裂力学的理论,考虑到裂纹的张开、滑移和撕裂3种模式以及它们相互之间的耦合,利用分布的线弹簧来模拟裂纹并建立了裂纹所在区域的局部柔度矩阵,得到由此引起的附加位移和壳体中内力之间的关系.在入射波已知的情况下,根据裂纹两侧区域的位移和内力的连续性条件得到了反射和透射波的幅值系数.分析了入射波通过裂纹后的透射、反射系数与激励频率和裂纹尺寸之间的关系.为基于振动功率流方法识别圆柱壳表面损伤提供了理论基础.  相似文献

A numerical task of current interest is to compute the effective elastic properties of a random composite material by operating on a 3D digital image of its microstructure obtained via X-ray computed tomography (CT). The 3-D image is usually sub-sampled since an X-ray CT image is typically of order 10003 voxels or larger, which is considered to be a very large finite element problem. Two main questions for the validity of any such study are then: can the sub-sample size be made sufficiently large to capture enough of the important details of the random microstructure so that the computed moduli can be thought of as accurate, and what boundary conditions should be chosen for these sub-samples? This paper contributes to the answer of both questions by studying a simulated X-ray CT cylindrical microstructure with three phases, cut from a random model system with known elastic properties. A new hybrid numerical method is introduced, which makes use of finite element solutions coupled with exact solutions for elastic moduli of square arrays of parallel cylindrical fibers. The new method allows, in principle, all of the microstructural data to be used when the X-ray CT image is in the form of a cylinder, which is often the case. Appendix A describes a similar algorithm for spherical sub-samples, which may be of use when examining the mechanical properties of particles. Cubic sub-samples are also taken from this simulated X-ray CT structure to investigate the effect of two different kinds of boundary conditions: forced periodic and fixed displacements. It is found that using forced periodic displacements on the non-geometrically periodic cubic sub-samples always gave more accurate results than using fixed displacements, although with about the same precision. The larger the cubic sub-sample, the more accurate and precise was the elastic computation, and using the complete cylindrical sample with the new method gave still more accurate and precise results. Fortran 90 programs for the analytical solutions are made available on-line, along with the parallel finite element codes used.  相似文献

柱壳链能引起波形的弥散,具备操控波形的潜力。建立了柱壳链结构的等效连续介质模型和细观有限元模型,研究了质量块冲击作用下柱壳链中的弹性应力波传播过程及其几何弥散特性。基于考虑横向惯性修正的Rayleigh-Love波动方程,建立了柱壳链在质量块冲击下的控制方程,采用Laplace变换及其逆变换获得了位移场、速度场和应变场的解析解,所得结果与细观有限元模拟结果较好吻合。结果表明,在冲击过程中应变和速度峰值均逐渐减小,应变峰值、振荡幅度和波形前沿宽度与泊松比和惯性半径相关,泊松比和惯性半径越大,应变峰值越小,应变分布振荡越剧烈,波形前沿宽度越宽。  相似文献

边界条件对环肋圆柱壳的振动特性有重要影响。基于能量法,把环肋看作离散模型,构建了任意边界条件下加环肋圆柱壳的动力学模型。采用一种改进的傅里叶级数作为位移容许函数,通过瑞利里兹程序求解结构的拉格朗日方程,得到环肋圆柱壳的振动模态和频响特性。通过与实验和有限元(FEM)方法的计算结果进行对比,验证了论文方法的准确性,在此基础上分析了环肋偏心方式、截面尺寸、位置分布和边界弹簧刚度等参数对环肋圆柱壳振动特性的影响。  相似文献
