The magnetic-field dependences of the critical current I c and the pinning force F p in single-crystal semiconductor PbTe/PbS superlattices on KCl and YBa2Cu3O7–δ films in magnetic fields oriented perpendicular to the plane of the samples or parallel to the current were investigated. Oscillations of I c and F p were observed for superlattices with a parallel orientation of the magnetic field and with two directions of the field for the YBa2Cu3O7–δ film. A model was proposed for the vortex structures which correspond to extrema of the pinning force in superlattices. It was shown that the single points (extrema and points of inflection) of the field dependences of F p for superlattices and a YBa2Cu3O7–δ film appear for critical values of the magnetic field equal to H cr = (p/q)H 0, where p and q are integers, H 0 = 838.37 Oe, and H 0 = cheR 0 2 is determined by the length R 0 = 88.607 nm, somewhat less than the reciprocal of the Rydberg constant R = me 4/π?3 c (R ?1 = 91.127 nm). It was inferred on the basis of published data that the temperature and magnetic-field dependences of the properties of superlattices and HTSC materials follow general laws.  相似文献

The optical response of Mott–Wannier excitons is investigated in semiconductor superlattices and microcavities. p-Polarized light is considered to calculate the reflectivity Rpand dispersion relation of the collective normal modes in superlattices accounting for extrinsic Morse potential wells, andRp in microcavities. Results of Rpexhibit well-defined peaks of the exciton bound states in the Morse potentials for both transverse and longitudinal modes. Comparisons ofRp with experimental reflectivity data of light for semiconductor microcavities exhibit good qualitative agreement as well as Rabi splitting.  相似文献

We revisit the relationship between entanglement and purity of states of two-qubits systems, using the q-entropies as measures of the degree of mixture. The q-entropies depend on the density matrix eigenvalues pi through the quantity ωq=∑ipiq. Rényi's measures constitutes particular instances of these entropies. We pay particular attention to the case q=2 and to the limit case q→∞. We provide analytical support to numerical results recently reported in the literature.  相似文献

Spin resonances of the third-order non-linear susceptibility of epitaxial layers of n- and p-type Pb1?xSnxTe and Pb1?xSnxTe/PbTe superlatttices have been observed by four photon mixing of the radiation of two CO2-lasers. Precise data on the effective g-values of the electrons and holes of Pb1?xSnxTe were obtained. These data and the results of magneto-optical interband absorption measurements are used to obtain k·p parameters within the Mitchell and Wallis band model. In the Pb1?xSnxTe/PbTe superlattices, the same g-values for electrons as in the Pb1?xSnxTe films with the same composition x are found. Consequently, the electrons in the superlattices are confined within the Pb1?xSnxTe layers. Therefore the Pb1?xSnxTe/PbTe system forms a type I and not a staggered superlattice.  相似文献

We report a study of multiphonon resonant Raman scattering in a series of symmetric (ZnSe)d(ZnS1-xSex)d superlattices (SL), 20Å ≤ d ≤ 150Å. In addition to confined optical phonons, the energies of interface (IF) modes with in-plane wavevectors have been assessed by means of micro-probe Raman measurements in backscattering from the SL edge. The comparison between one- and two-phonon spectra shows that the electron-phonon interaction is dominated by ZnSe-like IF phonons for d < 50Å, whereas LO2 phonons prevail for larger well.  相似文献

In disordered anisotropic square +/− J Ising models SQ(p, q) at groundstates we investigate the pairs (pc, qc) of critical concentrations of antiferromagnetic bonds with concentrations p,q, respectively in orthogonal coordinate directions. We are led to pc(q) ≈ π(q) with π(q) from the so-called adjoined problem. This approach is well supported by simulations for different values of q on the basis of minimal matchings of frustrated plaquettes. In particular, pc(0) ≈ 0.21 from simulations and π(0) = 0.2113248 …, with the conjecture that pc(0) = π(0). The concept of the adjoined problem is extended to d-dimensional (hyper-) cubic lattices. We hereby obtain for pc,d especially in the sotropic case: pc,3 ≈ 0.154, pc,4 ≈ 0.170, pc,5 ≈ 0.178, pc,6 ≈ 0.182. Moreover, in analogy to SQ(p,q) we used the approach also for honeycomb Ising models HC(p,q,r) with no antiferromagnetic bonds in the third plaquette direction (r = 0).  相似文献

AlN with different thicknesses were grown as interlayers (ILs) between GaN and p-type Al0.15Ga0.85N/GaN superlattices (SLs) by metal organic vapor phase epitaxy (MOVPE). It was found that the edge-type threading dislocation density (TDD) increased gradually from the minimum of 2.5×109?cm?2 without AlN IL to the maximum of 1×1010?cm?2 at an AlN thickness of 20 nm, while the screw-type TDD remained almost unchanged due to the interface-related TD suppression and regeneration mechanism. We obtained that the edge-type dislocations acted as acceptors in p-type Al x Ga1?x N/GaN SLs, through the comparison of the edge-type TDD and hole concentration with different thicknesses of AlN IL. The Mg activation energy was significantly decreased from 153 to 70?meV with a?10-nm AlN IL, which was attributed to the strain modulation between AlGaN barrier and GaN well. The large activation efficiency, together with the TDs, led to the enhanced hole concentration. The variation trend of Hall mobility was also observed, which originated from the scattering at TDs.  相似文献

We study the asymptotic behavior of a finite network of oscillators (harmonic or anharmonic) coupled to a number of deterministic Lagrangian thermostats of finite energy. In particular, we consider a chain of oscillators interacting with two thermostats situated at the boundary of the chain. Under appropriate assumptions, we prove that the vector (p, q) of moments and coordinates of the oscillators in the network satisfies (p, q)(t) → (0, q c ) as t → ∞, where q c is a critical point of some effective potential, so that the oscillators just stop. Moreover, we argue that the energy transport in the system stops as well without reaching thermal equilibrium. This result is in contrast to the situation when the energies of the thermostats are infinite, studied for a similar system in [14] and subsequent works, where the convergence to a nontrivial limiting regime was established.The proof is based on a method developed in [22], where it was observed that the thermostats produce some effective dissipation despite the Lagrangian nature of the system.  相似文献

The reaction 6Li (e, e′p)5He has been investigated with a resolution good enough to distinguish the effects of the s- and p-shells of the 6Li nucleus. The reaction cross section has been measured as a function of the missing energy from −15 to +30 MeV. The proton angular distribution has been measured at missing energies of 4 and 20 MeV. The comparison of the data with calculations within the framework of the plane-wave impulse approximation gives the harmonic oscillator parameters qp = 50 ± 5 MeV/c,qs = 108 ± 9 MeV/c.  相似文献

Triple-sum formulas for 9j coefficients and multiple-sum expressions [with five or four separate sums of the p+1 F p(1) or p+1 φ p type, p=2, 3, 4] for the 12j coefficients of both kinds (with or without braiding) of the SU(2) group and the quantum algebra u q(2) are derived, eliminating sums over the j type parameters [q generalizations of the very well poised (Dougall’s type) hypergeometric 4 F 3(?1), 5 F 4(1), and 6 F 5(?1) series] from their expansions in terms of q-6j coefficients. The rearrangements of the derived formulas for generic and stretched q-9j coefficients (related to the q versions of some Kampé de Fériet series) are discussed, as well as the different versions of stretched and doubly stretched q-12j coefficients.  相似文献

We calculate the general transition qi → qj + γ for arbitrary quark flavors in a non-linear Rξ gauge. The reduced number of Feynman diagrams as well as simplified Ward identities greatly facilitates this calculation. A general result with intermediate quarks of arbitrary mass is presented and the special cases s → d + γ as well as s → d + gluon are discussed.  相似文献

The weak fragments of the 3p1/2, 3p3/2, 2f5/2, 2f7/2 and 1i13/2 proton states of209Bi as seen in the208Pb (3He,d) reaction can be explained with the coupling of the renormalised proton states and the vibrational states of208Pb. The energies of the zerothorder proton shell-model states as well as the collective admixtures of the weak fragmented proton states of209Bi have been deduced from the core-particle coupling model.  相似文献

We study how local symmetry transformations of (p,q) anti de Sitter supergravities in three dimensions act on fields on the two-dimensional boundary. The boundary transformation laws are shown to be the same as those of two-dimensional (p,q) conformal supergravities for p,q≤2. Weyl and super Weyl transformations are generated from three-dimensional general coordinate and super transformations.  相似文献

X-ray photoelectron (XPS) studies of core-levels in Sn1−xMnxTe (x < 0.1) semimagnetic semiconductors have been performed. The spectra were acquired under UHV conditions from the clean (as-cleaved or in-situ scraped) crystal surface. The single-phase NaCl structure of the alloys studied was verified by X-ray diffraction (XRD). The structure of Sn 3d and Te 3d core-levels in SnMnTe was found fully consistent with that of SnTe. Remarkable qualitative similarity of the Mn 2p spectrum of Sn1−xMnxTe (x = 0.09) with the case of zinc-blende MnTe [R.J. Iwanowski, M.H. Heinonen, E. Janik, Chem. Phys. Lett. 387 (2004) 110] has been shown: (1) the same binding energies (BEs) of the main contributions to the Mn 2p3/2 line, related to Mn2+ state of the bulk MnTe bond; (2) occurrence of low BE component in the Mn 2p spectrum, indicative of clean-surface species containing reduced-valence Mn ions (i.e. Mnq+, where 0 < q < 2); (3) strong satellites of the 2p3/2 (Mn2+ related) parent lines. In SnMnTe, the highest intensity ratio of the satellite to main peak (ever reported for Mn 2p photoelectron spectrum) was revealed; this was interpreted in terms of the so-called charge-transfer model.  相似文献

The optical and electronic properties of (GaAs)n/(InAs)n superlattices are calculated by means of LMTO-ASA method. The too small band gap problem of bulk material and superlattices is corrected by adding to the effective potentials an additional external potential that is sharply peaked at the atomic sites. The results show that the optical properties of GaAs/InAs(001) superlattices are about average of that of two bulks of GaAs and InAs.  相似文献

We consider the lagrangian form of a q-state generalization of Ising gauge theories with matter fields in d = 3 and 4 dimensions. The theory is exactly soluble in the limit q → ∞ and corrections are easily calculable in power series in 1q1d. Extrapolating the series for the free energies and latent heats by the method of Padé approximants, we have constructed the phase diagrams for all values of q. Our results agree well with known results for pure spin systems and, for the case q = 2, with Ising Monte Carlo data.  相似文献

Hadron jets in e+e? annihilation will broaden at high energies due to gluon bremsstrahlung. With nonperturbative pT effects dying out rapidly, the basic features of hadron jets can be calculated in perturbation theory. We examine the pT distribution of secondarily produced hadrons. This is uniquely connected with the deviation from the 1 + cos2θ dependence of single particle inclusive distributions. We discuss what can be learned about the gluon fragmentation given the pT and/or angular distributions. A sum rule is derived which establishes a relationship between the average pT2 and αS.  相似文献

With different polarization configurations the spectroscopic properties of Ba 6p1/2ns (J=0) and 6p1/2ns (J=1) autoionizing states have been studied systematically by using an isolated core excitation scheme. Level energies and widths of n members for the J=1 series with n=9–33 and for the J=0 series with n=9–10,12–20 are reported, most of which are observed for the first time. Further information about these two autoionizing series, such as energies of the higher n members and their interseries interactions with 6p3/2nl series, are obtained by means of saturation excitation method. The experimental data on the J=1 series are analyzed with a 13-channel multichannel quantum defect theory, and general agreement between them has been obtained. Several parts of the experimental results are compared with those of previous works, and agree well with them.  相似文献
