A new type of HTc superconducting film combshape resonator for radio frequency superconducting quantum interference devices
(RF SQUID) has been designed. This new type of superconducting film comb-shape resonator is formed by a foursquare microstrip
line without a flux concentrator. The range of the center frequency of this type of resonator varies from 800 MHz to 1 300
MHz by changing the length of the teeth. In this paper, we report on simulating the relationship of the value of the center
frequency and the length of the teeth, and testing the noise of HTc RF SQUID coupling this comb-shape resonator.

A new family of high-Tc superconducting material in the Tl-Pb-Ca-Sr-Cu-O system has been synthesized. Multiple phases with two-step superconducting transitions around 110 K and 80 K were observed resistively and magnetically. The 80 K phase has been tentatively identified to be (Tl, Pb)2Sr2CuOy by X-ray diffraction analysis. This material appears to have a relatively high flux pinning. 相似文献

A new family of rare earth-rhodium-tin intermetallic compounds, with the representative formula (RE)RhxSny, has been synthesized in single crystal form. The compounds containing the heavier rare earths are superconducting and those with the lighter rare earths are generally magnetic. The compound ErRh1.1Sn3.6 exhibits reentrant superconductivity with Tc = 0.97 K and Tm = 0.57 K as determined from ac magnetic susceptibility measurements. The synthesis and X-ray characterization of the series are described and the results of electrical resistivity, upper critical magnetic field, magnetic susceptibility, specific heat and neutron scattering measurements on the Er compound are given. 相似文献

A study is presented of the superconducting states in mesoscopic rings. On the basis of self-consistent solution of the Ginzburg-Landau equations, a new kind of vortex states with non-uniform vorticity is found for some cases to be thermodynamically more stable, than the solution with unique winding number for the whole ring. There are indications that the solution with non-uniform vorticity concerns a metastable state of a superconducting mesoscopic ring. 相似文献

A new muon-pion collection and transport system design using superconducting solenoids based on CSNS

A new muon and pion capture system is proposed for the China Spallation Neutron Source(CSNS),currently under construction. Using about 4% of the pulsed proton beam(1.6 Ge V, 4 k W and 1 Hz) of CSNS to bombard a cylindrical graphite target inside a superconducting solenoid, both surface muons and pions can be acquired. The acceptance of this novel capture system- a graphite target wrapped up by a superconducting solenoid- is larger than the normal muon beam lines using quadrupoles at one side of the separated muon target. The muon and pion production at different capture magnetic fields was calculated using Geant4. The bending angle of the capture solenoid with respect to the proton beam was also optimized in simulation to achieve more muons and pions.Based on the layout of the muon experimental area reserved at the CSNS project, a preliminary muon beam line was designed with multi-purpose muon spin rotation areas(surface, decay and low-energy muons). Finally, high-flux surface muons(10~8/s) and decay muons(10~9/s) simulated by G4 beamline will be available at the end of the decay solenoid based on the first phase of CSNS. This collection and transport system will be a very effective beam line at a proton current of 2.5 μA. 相似文献

EAST装置超导母线电流传输线的核心部件是13对Nb Ti材料CICCs,其作用是连接超导磁体系统和高温超导电流引线,为磁体系统的运行提供馈电通道和失超状态下能量的释放通道。超导母线的稳定性直接影响了电流传输线运行的可靠性,同时还关系到超导磁体系统的安全性,需要对其进行严谨的研究。为了研究EAST新超导母线的稳定性,分别利用数学模型和GANDALF程序对超导母线的温度裕度和能量裕度进行了计算分析。计算结果表明由于超导母线的背景磁场很小,因此其稳定性要远高于超导磁体线圈的。该文的结果将为EAST新超导母线的运行提供参考。 相似文献

Superconductivity is observed in a new nontoxic cuprate system Ga-Ba-Ca-Cu-O,with T_c=82 K for Ga Ba_2Ca_5Cu_6O_(14+δ)(Ga-1256)and T_c=116 K probably for Ga Ba_2Ca_3Cu_4O_(10+δ)(Ga-1234)or Ga Ba_2Ca_2Cu_3O_(8+δ)(Ga-1223),respectively.All compounds are fabricated by solid state reaction method under high pressure and high temperature.Samples are characterized by resistivity,magnetization and X-ray diffraction(XRD)measurements.The temperature dependence of magnetization measured in both zero-field-cooled and field-cooled processes on one sample(S1)shows two superconducting transitions at about 82 K and113 K.The estimated shielding fraction for the phase with T_cof 82 K is about 67%,while the fraction for another phase with T_(c )of 113 K is quite small.The XRD Rietveld refinement for S1 indicates two main phases existing in the sample,Ga-1256 with fraction of about 58%and non-superconducting Ca_(0.85)Cu O_2with fraction of about 42%respectively.Thus,we can conclude the superconducting phase with transition temperature of 82 K is due to Ga-1256.The resistivity measurement also confirms the superconductivity for S1,and the resistivity reaches zero at about 82 K.The temperature dependence of magnetization for another sample(S2)shows much higher superconducting shielding fraction for the phase with T_cof 116 K,which may be a promising prospective for the synthesis of Ga-1234 or Ga-1223 phase. 相似文献

The map of the intermolecular overlap integrals(S) of the lowest unoccupied molecular orbital(LUMO) of Ni(dmit)2 was calculated by varying the intermolecular configuration parameters in order to examine the dimensionality of the electronic band structure of the molecular conductors based on Ni(dmit)2. Despite the similarity of the molecular structure between Ni(dmit)2 and BEDT-TTF, the intermolecular transverse interaction of Ni(dmit)2 becomes very weak. Although the crystal structure of a new molecular superconductor (TTF)[Ni(dmit)2]2 exhibits the three-dimensional (3-D) sulfur network, its tight-binding band calculation gives a strongly 1-D band. 相似文献

A superconducting (T
c=40K) high-pressure phase recently discovered in the system of perovskite type YBaCuO structures is investigated by high-resolution transmission electron microscopy and electron diffraction in order to find its crystal structure. A structure model is proposed on the basis of a comparison between the observed images and image simulations based on crystal chemical considerations. The new phase has aB-centered orthorhombic cell with a monoclinic primitive cell. The primitive cell is composed of two subunits. The first of these is identical with the unit cell of orthorhombic YBa2Cu3O7–x (1-2-3 structure) withT
c=92K. In contrast to the first subunit, the second one contains two adjacent Cu–O chains but is identical otherwise. This second subunit has been observed as one type of planar defect in the 1-2-3 structure. It is therefore concluded, that other stacking polytypes composed of these two different units could exist. The structure of the new phase is compared to the structures of the other known high-T
c superconductors. The chemical formula for the new phase can be written as Y2Ba4Cu7O14+x, with x0.5±0.2. 相似文献

A new method of monitoring the superconductivity in the Hg-1201 films is proposed using the photoinduced optical second harmonic generation (PISHG). In the present work the experimental PISHG results are presented for the Hg-1201 films deposited on the MgO substrates. We have found that the PISHG is more sensitive compared with the traditional methods (resistivity, magnetic susceptibility, etc.). Using of the pump–probe technique allows obtaining additional parameters of the carrier relaxation responsible for the superconductivity. The proposed method has an advantage compared with the others because they are contactless and non-invasive and give a possibility to detect the phase transitions with higher precision. 相似文献
