Two new Pd(II) N-heterocyclic iminocarbene complexes (C-N)PdCl2 that contain 5-membered chelate rings have been prepared by carbene transfer from a silver iminocarbene precursor to (COD)PdCl2. The new Pd imonocarbene complexes, as well as two that have been previously reported (altogether three 5-membered and one 6-membered chelate ring complexes) have been evaluated as catalysts for the Suzuki-Miyaura coupling reaction. The complexes were found to be active in the reaction, but without exceptional catalytic performances. The 5-membered chelate ring complexes appeared to be more robust and remained active for a longer time than the 6-membered ring congener. The catalytic performance of the 5-membered chelate ring complexes appeared to be rather insensitive to the steric demands of the imine-N-aryl group. The X-ray structure of one of the Ag iminocarbene complexes reveals the κ1(C) bonding of the iminocarbene moiety in a nearly linear Ag(I) complex; two monomeric units are associated through a weak Ag-Ag interaction. The X-ray structures of two new Pd iminocarbene complexes (C-N)PdCl2 confirm the chelating κ2(C,N) nature of the iminocarbene moiety; in both complexes, the Pd-Cl distances trans to carbene-C are slightly longer than those trans to imine-N.  相似文献

The new imino sulfinamidine ligand PhS(NHt-Bu)=NC(Me)=N(C6H3-2,6-iPr2), LH (11) was synthesized from N-(2,6-diisopropylphenyl)acetamidine (9) and N-tert-butyl phenylsulfinimidoyl chloride (10). Reaction of LH (11) with ZnEt2 or AlMe3 gave the complexes LZnEt (12) and LAlMe2 (13), respectively. The structures of 12 and 13 were determined by X-ray diffraction and were shown to contain L as a kappa2-N1,N5 bidentate ligand in a six-membered chelate. Formation of the magnesium complex (LMgN(TMS)2 x L2Mg) (14) from 11, MgI2, and KN(SiMe3)2 highlighted a secondary coordination mode of L, binding through the sulfinamidine nitrogens in a four-membered chelate.  相似文献

Bidentate ligands can lead to stable eta(1)-allyl complexes of Pd(II). A novel chelating phosphonite-oxazoline P,N ligand, abbreviated NOPO(Me2), has been prepared by reaction of 6-chloro-6H-dibenz[c,e][1,2]oxaphosphorin with the lithium alcoholate derived from 4,4-dimethyl-2-(1-hydroxy-1-methylethyl)-4,5-dihydrooxazole. Its reaction with [Pd(eta(3)-C(3)H(5))(micro-Cl)](2) afforded the new eta(1)-allyl Pd complex [PdCl(eta(1)-C(3)H(5))(NOPO(Me2))] 2 in 91% yield. This constitutes a still rare example of structurally characterized eta(1)-allyl Pd(II) complex. Chloride abstraction led to the corresponding cationic eta(3)-allyl complex [Pd(eta(3)-C(3)H(5))(NOPO(Me2))]PF(6) 3, which has also been characterized by X-ray diffraction. CO insertion into the Pd-C sigma-bond of the eta(1)-allyl ligand of 2 afforded the corresponding 3-butenoyl palladium complex [PdCl[C(O)C(3)H(5)](NOPO(Me2))] 4 under mild conditions, which supports the view that CO insertion into eta(3)-allyl palladium cationic complexes occurs via first coordination of the counterion to form a more reactive eta(1)-allyl intermediate.  相似文献

The phosphorus ylide ligand [Ph3P=C(CO2Me)C(=NPh)CO2Me] (L1) has been prepared and fully characterized by spectroscopic, crystallographic, and density functional theory (DFT) methods (B3LYP level). The reactivity of L1 toward several cationic Pd(II) and Pt(II) precursors, with two vacant coordination sites, has been studied. The reaction of [M(C/\X)(THF)2]ClO4 with L1 (1:1 molar ratio) gives [M(C/\X)(L1)]ClO4 [M = Pd, C/\X = C6H4CH2NMe2 (1), S-C6H4C(H)MeNMe2 (2), CH2-8-C9H6N (3), C6H4-2-NC5H4 (4), o-CH2C6H4P(o-tol)2 (6), eta3-C3H5 (7); M = Pt, C/\X = o-CH2C6H4P(o-tol)2 (5); M(C/\X) = Pd(C6F5)(SC4H8) (8), PdCl2 (9)]. In complexes 1-9, the ligand L1 bonds systematically to the metal center through the iminic N and the carbonyl O of the stabilizing CO2Me group, as is evident from the NMR data and from the X-ray structure of 3. Ligand L1 can also be orthopalladated by reaction with Pd(OAc)2 and LiCl, giving the dinuclear derivative [Pd(mu-Cl)(C6H4-2-PPh2=C(CO2Me)C(CO2Me)=NPh)]2 (10). The X-ray crystal structure of 10 is also reported. In none of the prepared complexes 1-10 was the C(alpha) atom found to be bonded to the metal center. DFT calculations and Bader analysis were performed on ylide L1 and complex 9 and its congeners in order to assess the preference of the six-membered N,O metallacycle over the four-membered C,N and five-membered C,O rings. The presence of two stabilizing groups at the ylidic C causes a reduction of its bonding capabilities. The increasing strength of the Pd-C, Pd-O, and Pd-N bonds along with other subtle effects are responsible for the relative stabilities of the different bonding modes.  相似文献

The thiophene-based bis(N-methylamido-pyridine) ligand SC4H2-2,5-{C(=O)N(Me)-4-C5H4N}2 reacts with silver(I) salts AgX to give 1 : 1 complexes, which are characterized in the solid state as the macrocyclic complexes [Ag(2){SC4H2-2,5-(CONMe-4-C5H4N)2}2][X]2, which have the cis conformation of the C(=O)N(Me) group, when X = CF3CO2, NO3, or CF3SO3 but as the polymeric complex [Ag(n){SC4H2-2,5-(CONMe-4-C5H4N)2}n][X]n, with the unusual trans conformation of the C(=O)N(Me) group, when X = PF6. The bis(amido-pyridine) ligand SC4H2-2,5-{C(=O)NHCH2-3-C5H4N}2 reacts with silver(I) trifluoroacetate to give the polymeric complex [Ag(n){SC4H2-2,5-(CONHCH2-3-C5H4N)2}n][X]n, X = CF3CO2. The macrocyclic complexes contain transannular argentophilic secondary bonds. The polymers self assemble into sheet structures through interchain C=O...Ag and S...Ag bonds in [Ag(n){SC4H2-2,5-(CONMe-4-C5H4N)2}n][PF6]n and through Ag...Ag, C=O...Ag and Ag...O(trifluoroacetate)...HN secondary bonds in [Ag(n){SC4H2-2,5-(CONHCH2-3-C5H4N)2}n][CF3CO2]n.  相似文献

A new pyrrole based NNN-pincer ligand, 2,5-bis(3,5-dimethylpyrazolylmethyl)pyrrole 2, was readily synthesized in two steps from pyrrole in 56% yield. The lithiation of the pincer ligand 2 using n-BuLi led to isolation of the dimeric lithium complex, [Li{μ-C(4)H(2)N-2,5-(CH(2)Me(2)pz)(2)-N,N,N}](2) 4, in 23% crystalline yield. The transmetalation reaction of 4 with [Pd(PhCN)(2)Cl(2)] afforded the mononuclear Pd(II) complex, [PdCl{C(4)H(2)N-2,5-(CH(2)Me(2)pz)(2)-N,N,N}] 5, containing one chloride ion in 45% yield. Alternatively 5 was obtained in an excellent yield of 87% by the reaction 2 of with [Pd(COD)Cl(2)] in the presence of triethylamine. On the contrary, a 20-membered macrometalacyclic molecule, [Pd(2)Cl(4){μ-C(4)H(3)N-2,5-(CH(2)Me(2)pz)(2)-N,N}(2)] 6, in which two PdCl(2) units are bridged by two molecules of 2 to give a helical structure, was synthesized by the reaction of 2 with [Pd(COD)Cl(2)] in the absence of base. The acetate analogue of complex 5, [Pd(OAc){C(4)H(2)N-2,5-(CH(2)Me(2)pz)(2)-N,N,N}] 3, was obtained by the treatment of 2 with [Pd(OAc)(2)]. The pyrrole twist angle of 5 is higher than that of 3. Complexes 3 and 5 show an AB pattern for their methylene protons at room temperature in CDCl(3) as well as in DMSO-d(6). The variable temperature NMR studies showed that the acetate and chloride complexes exhibit slightly different coalescence temperatures, which is a solvent dependent phenomenon, and twist angles.  相似文献

The reaction of [Sm{N(SiMe3)2}2(THF)2] (THF=tetrahydrofuran) with carbodiimides RN=C=NR (R=Cy, C6H3-2,6-iPr2) led to the formation of dinuclear SmIII complexes via differing C-C coupling processes. For R=Cy, the product [{(Me3Si)2N}2Sm(micro-C2N4Cy4)Sm{N(SiMe3)2}2] (1) has an oxalamidinate [C2N4Cy4]2- ligand resulting from coupling at the central C atoms of two CyNCNCy moieties. In contrast, for R=C6H3-2,6-iPr2, H transfer and an unusual coupling of two iPr methine C atoms resulted in a linked formamidinate complex, [{(Me3Si)2N}2Sm{micro-(RNC(H)N(Ar-Ar)NC(H)NR)}Sm{N(SiMe3)2}2] (2) (Ar-Ar=C6H3-2-iPr-6-C(CH3)2C(CH3)2-6'-C6H3-2'-iPr). Analogous reactions of RN=C=NR (R=Cy, C6H3-2,6-iPr2) with the SmII "ate" complex [Sm{N(SiMe2)3Na] gave 1 for R=Cy, but a novel C-substituted amidinate complex, [(THF)Na{N(R)C(NR)CH2Si(Me2)N(SiMe3)}Sm{N(SiMe3)2}2] (3), for R=C6H3-2,6-iPr2, via gamma C-H activation of a N(SiMe3)2 ligand.  相似文献

Reactions of [PdCl2(COD)] with 1 equiv. of the iminophosphorane-phosphine ligands Ph2PCH2P{=NP(=O)(OR)2}Ph2 (R=Et, Ph) lead to the novel Pd(II) derivatives cis-[PdCl2(kappa2-(P,N)-Ph2PCH2P{=NP(=O)(OR)2}Ph2)] (R=Et, Ph). Pd-N bond cleavage readily takes place upon treatment of these species with a variety of two-electron donor ligands. By this way, complexes cis-[PdCl2(kappa1-(P)-Ph2PCH2P{=NP(=O)(OR)2}Ph2)(L)] (R=Et, L=CNtBu, CN-2,6-C6H3Me2, py, P(OMe)3, P(OEt)3; R=Ph, L=CNtBu, CN-2,6-C6H3Me2, py, P(OMe)3, P(OEt)3) have been synthesized in high yields. The addition of two equivalents of ligands to dichloromethane solutions of [PdCl2(COD)] results in the formation of complexes trans-[PdCl2(kappa1-(P)-Ph2PCH2P{=NP(=O)(OR)2}Ph2)2] (R=Et, Ph), which can be converted into the dicationic species [Pd(Ph2PCH2P{=NP(=O)(OR)2}Ph2)2][SbF6]2 (R=Et, Ph) by treatment with AgSbF6. Complex also reacts with CNtBu to afford trans-[Pd(kappa1(P)-Ph2PCH2P{=NP(=O)(OPh)2}Ph2)2(CNtBu)2][SbF6]2. The structures of and have been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction methods. In addition, the ability of these Pd(II) complexes to promote the catalytic cycloisomerization of (Z)-3-methylpent-2-en-4-yn-1-ol into 2,3-dimethylfuran has also been studied.  相似文献

The tridentate bis-phosphinimine ligands O(1,2-C(6)H(4)N=PPh(3))(2)1, HN(1,2-C(2)H(4)N=PR(3))(2) (R = Ph 2, iPr 3), MeN(1,2-C(2)H(4)N=PPh(3))(2)4 and HN(1,2-C(6)H(4)N=PPh(3))(2)5 were prepared. Employing these ligands, monometallic Pd and Ni complexes O(1,2-C(6)H(4)N=PPh(3))(2)PdCl(2)6, RN(1,2-CH(2)CH(2)N=PPh(3))(2)PdCl][Cl] (R = H 7, Me 8), [HN(1,2-CH(2)CH(2)N=PiPr(3))(2)PdCl][Cl] 9, [MeN(1,2-CH(2)CH(2)N=PPh(3))(2)PdCl][PF(6)] 10, [HN(1,2-CH(2)CH(2)N=PPh(3))(2)NiCl(2)] 11, [HN(1,2-CH(2)CH(2)N=PR(3))(2)NiCl][X] (X = Cl, R = iPr 12, X = PF(6), R = Ph 13, iPr 14), and [HN(1,2-C(6)H(4)N=PPh(3))(2)Ni(MeCN)(2)][BF(4)]Cl 15 were prepared and characterized. While the ether-bis-phosphinimine ligand 1 acts in a bidentate fashion to Pd, the amine-bis-phosphinimine ligands 2-5 act in a tridentate fashion, yielding monometallic complexes of varying geometries. In contrast, initial reaction of the amine-bis-phosphinimine ligands with base followed by treatment with NiCl(2)(DME), afforded the amide-bridged bimetallic complexes N(1,2-CH(2)CH(2)N=PR(3))(2)Ni(2)Cl(3) (R = Ph 16, iPr 17) and N(1,2-C(6)H(4)N=PPh(3))(2)Ni(2)Cl(3)18. The precise nature of a number of these complexes were crystallographically characterized.  相似文献

The synthesis, spectroscopic and X-ray structural characterization of copper(II) and palladium(II) complexes with aziridine ligands as 2-dimethylaziridine HNCH(2)CMe(2) (a), the bidentate N-(2-aminoethyl)aziridines C(2)H(4)NC(2)H(4)NH(2) (b) or CH(2)CMe(2)NCH(2)CMe(2)NH(2) (c) as well as the unsaturated azirine NCH(2)CPh (d) are reported. Cleavage of the cyclometallated Pd(II) dimer [μ-Cl(C(6)H(4)CHMeNMe(2)-C,N)Pd](2) with ligand a yielded compound [Cl(NHCH(2)CMe(2))(C(6)H(4)CHMe(2)NMe(2)-C,N)Pd] (1a). The reaction of the aziridine complex trans-[Cl(2)Pd(HNC(2)H(4))(2)] with an excess of aziridine in the presence of AgOTf gave the ionic chelate complex trans-[(C(2)H(4)NC(2)H(4)NH(2)-N,N')(2)Pd](OTf)(2) (2b) which contains the new ligand b formed by an unexpected insertion and ring opening reaction of two aziridines ("aziridine dimerization"). CuCl(2) reacted in pure HNC(2)H(4) or HNCH(2)CMe(2) (b) again by "dimerization" to give the tris-chelated ionic complex [Cu(C(2)H(4)NC(2)H(4)NH(2)-N,N')(3)]Cl(2) (3b) or the bis-chelated complex [CuCl(C(2)H(2)Me(2)NC(2)H(2)Me(2)NH(2)-N,N')(2)]Cl (4c). By addition of 2H-3-phenylazirine (d) to PdCl(2), trans-[Cl(2)Pd(NCH(2)CPh)(2)] (5d) was formed. All new compounds were characterized by NMR, IR and mass spectra and also by X-ray structure analyses (except 3b). Additionally the cytotoxic effects of these complexes were examined on HL-60 and NALM-6 human leukemia cells and melanoma WM-115 cells. The antimicrobial activity was also determined. The growth of Gram-positive bacterial strains (S. aureus, S. epidermidis, E. faecalis) was inhibited by almost all tested complexes at the concentrations of 37.5-300.0 μg mL(-1). However, MIC values of complexes obtained for Gram-negative E. coli and P. aeruginosa, as well as for C. albicans yeast, mostly exceeded 300 μg mL(-1). The highest antibacterial activity was achieved by complexes 1a and 2b. Complex 2b also inhibited the growth of Gram-negative bacteria.  相似文献

A series of palladium(II) complexes incorporating di-NHC-amine ligands has been prepared and their structural, dynamic and catalytic behaviour investigated. The complexes [trans-(kappa(2)-(tBu)CN(Bn)C(tBu))PdCl(2)] (12) and [trans-(kappa(2)-(Mes)CN(H)C(Mes))PdCl(2)] (13) do not exhibit interaction between the amine nitrogen and palladium atom respectively. NMR spectroscopy between -40 and 25 degrees C shows that the di-NHC-amine ligand is flexible expressing C(s) symmetry and for 13 rotation of the mesityl groups is prevented. In the related C(1) complex [(kappa(3)-(tBu)CN(H)C(tBu))PdCl][Cl] (14) coordination of NHC moieties and amine nitrogen atom is observed between -40 and 25 degrees C. Reaction between 12-14 and two equivalents of AgBF(4) in acetonitrile gives the analogous complexes [trans-(kappa(2)-(tBu)CN(Bn)C(tBu))Pd(MeCN)(2)][BF(4)](2) (15), [trans-(kappa(2)-(Mes)CN(H)C(Mes))Pd(MeCN)(2)][BF(4)](2) (16) and [(kappa(3)-(tBu)CN(H)C(tBu))Pd(MeCN)][BF(4)](2) (17) indicating that ligand structure determines amine coordination. The single crystal X-ray structures of 12, 17 and two ligand imidazolium salt precursors (tBu)C(H)N(Bn)C(H)(tBu)][Cl](2) (2) and [(tBu)C(H)N(H)C(H)(tBu)][BPh(4)](2) (4) have been determined. Complexes 12-14 and 15-17 have been shown to be active precatalysts for Heck and hydroamination reactions respectively.  相似文献

The hybrid imine/amine palladium(II) coordination complexes [PdX2(kappa2-N(imino),N(amino))](X = Cl, AcO; kappa2-N(imino),N(amino)= 4ClC6H4CHNCH2(CH2)nN(CH3)2, n= 1, 2) have been prepared in different isomeric forms which include E/Z arrangement around the C[double bond]N bond of the hybrid ligand and {Pd(kappa(2)-N(imino),N(amino))} ring conformation. The crystal structures of four of them, E-1AcO, Z-1AcO, E-2AcO and E-2Cl, have been determined and the solution behaviour in acetic acid, the common cyclometallating solvent, for all these systems studied. The complexes in acetic acid solution are shown to maintain the structure determined by X-ray crystallography, as they do in deuterated chloroform. Nevertheless, a partial opening equilibrium of the {Pd(kappa2-N(imino),N(amino))} ring is observed by NMR experiments. When the complexes are held in solution for longer periods the corresponding cyclometallated derivatives, 1AcO-CM, 2AcO-CM, 1Cl-CM and 2Cl-CM, containing the {Pd(kappa2-C,N(imino))} palladacycle are obtained, as characterized by 1H NMR spectroscopy. In these compounds the total opening of the N(amino) moiety of the ligand has occurred. The C-H bond activation process has been studied kinetico-mechanistically at different temperatures, pressures and acid concentrations; the results agree with the need of an opening of the chelate ring in [PdX2(kappa2-N(imino),N(amino))] prior to the proper cyclometallation reaction. The values of the enthalpies of activation are higher than those observed for known N-monodentated cyclometallating ligands, as should correspond to the contribution of a ligand dechelation pre-equilibrium. The entropies and volumes of activation are also indicative of this predissociation that include an important amount of contractive ordering. The presence of small amounts of triflic acid in the reaction medium accelerates the reaction to the value observed for N(imino)-monodentate systems, indicating that the full opening of the chelate ring has taken place. For the badly oriented isomeric forms of the ligand in the chelated complex (Z), the cyclometallation process is even more slow and corresponds directly to the reorganization of the ligand to its cyclopalladation-active (E) conformation.  相似文献

The reactivity of (eta(3)-allyl)palladium chloro dimers [(1-R-eta(3)-C(3)H(4))PdCl](2) (R = H or Me) towards a sterically hindered diphosphazane ligand [EtN{P(OR)(2)}(2)] (R = C(6)H(3)(Pr(i))(2)-2,6), has been investigated under different reaction conditions. When the reaction is carried out using NH(4)PF(6) as the halide scavenger, the cationic complex [(1-R-eta(3)-C(3)H(4))Pd{EtN(P(OR)(2))(2)}]PF(6) (R = H or Me) is formed as the sole product. In the absence of NH(4)PF(6), the initially formed cationic complex, [(eta(3)-C(3)H(5))Pd{EtN(P(OR)(2))(2)}]Cl, is transformed into a mixture of chloro bridged complexes over a period of 4 days. The dinuclear complexes, [(eta(3)-C(3)H(5))Pd(2)(mu-Cl)(2){P(O)(OR)(2)}{P(OR)(2)(NHEt)}] and [Pd(mu-Cl){P(O)(OR)(2)}{P(OR)(2)(NHEt)}](2) are formed by P-N bond hydrolysis, whereas the octa-palladium complex [(eta(3)-C(3)H(5))(2-Cl-eta(3)-C(3)H(4))Pd(4)(mu-Cl)(4)(mu-EtN{P(OR)(2)}(2))](2), is formed as a result of nucleophilic substitution by a chloride ligand at the central carbon of an allyl fragment. The reaction of [EtN{P(OR)(2)}(2)] with [(eta(3)-C(3)H(5))PdCl](2) in the presence of K(2)CO(3) yields a stable dinuclear (eta(3)-allyl)palladium(I) diphosphazane complex, [(eta(3)-C(3)H(5))[mu-EtN{P(OR)(2)}(2)Pd(2)Cl] which contains a coordinatively unsaturated T-shaped palladium center. This complex exhibits high catalytic activity and high TON's in the catalytic hydrophenylation of norbornene.  相似文献

The deprotection of phosphonium chloride salts [PR2(CH2OH)2]+Cl- and subsequent condensation reaction with N-methyl-2-aminopyridine has been carried out to give a series of ligands of the form PR2CH2N(CH3)C5H4N (R=Ph , Cy , t-Bu ) which have been fully characterised either as the pure ligand () or the air stable borane adducts (R=Cy , t-Bu ). The 1:1 reactions of , and with PdCl2(COD) gave the N,P chelate complexes [Pd{PR2CH2N(CH3)C5H4N}Cl2]; the Cy () and t-Bu () complexes were characterised by X-ray crystallography. The bisligated species [Pd{PCy2CH2N(CH3)C5H4N}2Cl2] () was obtained when the reaction was carried out at higher temperatures and the ligands were found to be coordinated to the metal in a trans configuration through the phosphorus donors. Abstraction of the chlorides from the bis-ligated species , using silver salts, resulted in the coordination of the pyridine ring forming the bis-chelate complex [Pd{PCy2CH2N(CH3)C5H4N}2]2+. In comparison, the palladium bis-chelate complex of ligand [Pd{PPh2CH2N(CH3)C5H4N}2]2+ () was shown to form in a cis configuration and was fully characterised by X-ray crystallography.  相似文献

The potential of the heteroleptic heavier alkaline-earth hexamethyldisilazides [{HC(C(Me)2N-2,6-iPr2C6H3)2}Ae{N(SiMe3)2}(THF)](Ae = Ca, Sr, Ba) as kinetically-stable reagents for further protolytic reaction chemistry has been assessed. Only the previously reported calcium complex was found to be stable to solution dismutation and dynamic ligand exchange. The barium complex was isolated in sufficient purity to enable characterisation by an X-ray analysis. Reactions of the kinetically robust calcium complex with cyclohexylamine and tert-butylamine resulted in displacement of THF and formation of solvated structures, which could be characterised by 1H NMR spectroscopy. Attempts to isolate these solvated complexes were unsuccessful due to redistribution to the homoleptic complex [{HC(C(Me)2N-2,6-iPr2C6H3)2}2Ca]. In contrast, the more acidic amine [H2NCH2CH2OMe] was cleanly deprotonated resulting in the isolation of the first well defined primary amido derivative of a heavier alkaline-earth element, [{HC(C(Me)2N-2,6-iPr2C6H3)2}Ca{NHCH2CH2OMe}]2, which retains its dimeric constitution in solution and is stable to further intermolecular ligand exchange. Reactions of [{HC(C(Me)2N-2,6-iPr2C6H3)2}Ca{N(SiMe3)2}(THF)] with a variety of ortho-disubstituted anilines also resulted in immediate protonation of the hexamethyldisilazide ligand. Only the most sterically demanding 2,6-diisopropylphenyl anilide derivative possessed sufficient kinetic stability to allow isolation of the heteroleptic complex. The crystal structure of [{HC(C(Me)2N-2,6-iPr2C6H3)2}Ca{N(H)-2,6-iPrC6H3}(THF)] was shown to exist as a mononuclear, pseudo-five-coordinate complex in which the coordinative unsaturation of the calcium centre is relieved by a Ca...H-C agostic-type interaction to one of the ortho isopropyl groups of the anilide ligand. This interaction is not maintained in solution however and the complex slowly redistributes to the homoleptic beta-diketiminato species and ill-defined polymeric calcium anilido products.  相似文献

The orthopalladation of iminophosphoranes [R(3)P=N-C(10)H(7)-1] (R(3) = Ph(3) 1, p-Tol(3) 2, PhMe(2) 3, Ph(2)Me 4, N-C(10)H(7)-1 = 1-naphthyl) has been studied. It occurs regioselectively at the aryl ring bonded to the P atom in 1 and 2, giving endo-[Pd(μ-Cl)(C(6)H(4)-(PPh(2=N-1-C(10)H(7))-2)-κ-C,N](2) (5) or endo-[Pd(μ-Cl)(C(6)H(3)-(P(p-Tol)(2)=N-C(10)H(7)-1)-2-Me-5)-κ-C,N](2) (6), while in 3 the 1-naphthyl group is metallated instead, giving exo-[Pd(μ-Cl)(C(10)H(6)-(N=PPhMe(2))-8)-κ-C,N](2) (7). In the case of 4, orthopalladation at room temperature affords the kinetic exo isomer [Pd(μ-Cl)(C(10)H(6)-(N=PPh(2)Me)-8)-κ-C,N](2) (11exo), while a mixture of 11exo and the thermodynamic endo isomer [Pd(μ-Cl)(C(6)H(4)-(PPhMe=N-C(10)H(7)-1)-2)-κ-C,N](2) (11endo) is obtained in refluxing toluene. The heating in toluene of the acetate bridge dimer [Pd(μ-OAc)(C(10)H(6)-(N=PPh(2)Me)-8)-κ-C,N](2) (13exo) promotes the facile transformation of the exo isomer into the endo isomer [Pd(μ-OAc)(C(6)H(4)-(PPhMe=N-C(10)H(7)-1)-2)-κ-C,N](2) (13endo), confirming that the exo isomers are formed under kinetic control. Reactions of the orthometallated complexes have led to functionalized molecules. The stoichiometric reactions of the orthometallated complexes [Pd(μ-Cl)(C(10)H(6)-(N=PPhMe(2))-8)-κ-C,N](2) (7), [Pd(μ-Cl)(C(6)H(4)-(PPh(2)[=NPh)-2)](2) (17) and [Pd(μ-Cl)(C(6)H(3)-(C(O)N=PPh(3))-2-OMe-4)](2) (18) with I(2) or with CO results in the synthesis of the ortho-halogenated compounds [PhMe(2)P=N-C(10)H(6)-I-8] (19), [I-C(6)H(4)-(PPh(2)=NPh)-2] (21) and [Ph(3)P=NC(O)C(6)H(3)-I-2-OMe-5] (23) or the heterocycles [C(10)H(6)-(N=PPhMe(2))-1-(C(O))-8]Cl (20), [C(6)H(5)-(N=PPh(2)-C(6)H(4)-C(O)-2]ClO(4) (22) and [C(6)H(3)-(C(O)-1,2-N-PPh(3))-OMe-4]Cl (24).  相似文献

Reactions of the well-defined two-coordinate indium "carbene analogue" [In{N(Dipp)-C(Me)}2CH] (Dipp=2,6-iPr2C6H3) have been studied. Reactions of MeI, iPrI, and tBuI with [In{N(Dipp)C(Me)}2CH] formed by the in situ reaction of InI, [K{N(SiMe3)2}], and the iminoenamine ligand precursor successfully yielded the oxidative addition products [InRI{N(Dipp)C(Me)}2CH] (R=Me, iPr, tBu). The results of NMR investigations, which indicated the formation of a series of four-coordinate indium(III) complexes in C6D6 solution, were confirmed in the solid-state by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Similar reactions employing alkyl bromides were unsuccessful and resulted in the isolation of the corresponding iodides, apparently by metathesis of the bromide oxidative addition product with KI formed during the initial InI metathesis. Reactions of isolated samples of [In{N(Dipp)C(Me)}2CH] with iPrBr and tBuBr, however, were straightforward and resulted in the successful isolation of the analogous iso-propyl and tert-butyl indium(III) bromide complexes. These were also fully characterized by 1H and 13C NMR and single-crystal X-ray diffraction experiments. In contrast, no reaction was observed between [In{N(Dipp)-C(Me)}2CH] and aryl halides or alkyl chlorides.  相似文献

1,2,4,5-Tetrakis(phenyselenomethyl)benzene (L) has been synthesized by reaction of in situ generated PhSe(-) with 1,2,4,5-tetrakis(bromomethyl)benzene in N(2) atmosphere. Its first bimetallic complexes and a bis-pincer complex having compositions [(η(3)-C(3)H(5))(2)Pd(2)(L)][ClO(4)](2) (1) [Pd(2)(C(5)H(5)N)(2)(L)][BF(4)](2) (2) and [(η(6)-C(6)H(6))(2)Ru(2)(L)Cl(2)][PF(6)](2) (3) have been synthesized by reacting L with [Pd(η(3)-C(3)H(5))Cl](2), [Pd(CH(3)CN)(4)][BF(4)](2) and [(η(6)-C(6)H(6))(2)RuCl(2)](2) respectively. The structures of ligand L and its all three complexes have been determined by X-ray crystallography. In 1 and 3, ligand L forms with two organometallic species seven membered chelate rings whereas in 2 it ligates in a bis-pincer coordination mode. The geometry around Pd in 1 or 2 is close to square planar whereas in 3, Ru has pseudo-octahedral half sandwich "Piano-Stool" geometry. The Pd-Se bond distances are in the ranges 2.4004(9)-2.4627(14) ? and follow the order 1 > 2, whereas Ru-Se bond lengths are between 2.4945(16) and 2.5157(17) ?. The 1 and 2 have been found efficient catalysts for Heck reaction of aryl halides with styrene and methyl acrylate. The 2 is superior to 1. The TON and TOF values (per Pd) are up to ~47500 and ~2639 h(-1) respectively.  相似文献

Cyclometalated aryl tetra- or trichlorido cyclopentadienyl tantalum complexes [TaXCl(3){C(6)H(4)(2-CH(2)NMe(2))-κ(2)C,N}] (X = Cl 1, η(5)-C(5)H(5)2, η(5)-C(5)H(4)(SiMe(3)) 3, η(5)-C(5)Me(5)4) containing a five-membered TaC(3)N chelate ring were synthesized by reaction of the TaXCl(4) (X = Cl, η(5)-C(5)H(5), η(5)-C(5)H(4)(SiMe(3)), η(5)-C(5)Me(5)) with the appropriate lithium aryl reagent [Li{C(6)H(4)(2-CH(2)NMe(2))}]. The reported complexes were studied by IR and NMR spectroscopy and the X-ray molecular structures of compounds 2, 3 and 4 were determined by diffraction methods. These compounds were theoretically analyzed by the DFT method and their structures were rationalized. The preferential coordination of the 2-{(dimethylamino)methyl}phenyl ligand was justified by an analysis of the molecular orbitals of the Ta(η(5)-C(5)H(5))Cl(3) and C(6)H(4)(2-CH(2)NMe(2)) fragments. In addition, the exchange pathways that account for the NMR equivalency of the Me(2)N- methyl groups and -CH(2)- hydrogen atoms of the coordinated C(6)H(4)(2-CH(2)NMe(2))-κ(2)C,N ligand were theoretically studied.  相似文献
