In this paper, we define a class of extended quantum enveloping algebras U q (f(K, J)) and some new Hopf algebras, which are certain extensions of quantum enveloping algebras by a Hopf algebra H. We show that the main results of Happel-Rickard-Schofield (1988) and Happel-Reiten-Smalø (1996) on piecewise hereditary algebras are coherent with the notion of group action on an algebra. Then, we take advantage of this compatibility and show that if G is a finite group acting on a piecewise hereditary algebra A over an algebraically closed field whose characteristic does not divide the order of G, then the resulting skew group algebra A[G] is also piecewise hereditary. 相似文献

We study the congeniality property of algebras, as defined by Bao, He, and Zhang, to establish a version of Auslander’s theorem for various families of filtered algebras. It is shown that the property is preserved under homomorphic images and tensor products under some mild conditions. Examples of congenial algebras in this paper include enveloping algebras of Lie superalgebras, iterated differential operator rings, quantized Weyl algebras, down-up algebras, and symplectic reflection algebras. 相似文献

n-Hom Lie algebras are twisted by n-Lie algebras by means of twisting maps. n-Hom Lie algebras have close relationships with statistical mechanics and mathematical physics. The paper main concerns structures and representations of n-Hom Lie algebras. The concept of nρ-cocycle for an n-Hom Lie algebra (G, [,… , ], α) related to a G-module (V, ρ, β) is proposed, and a sufficient condition for the existence of the dual representation of an n-Hom Lie algebra is provided. From a G-module (V, ρ, β) and an nρ-cocycle θ, an n-Hom Lie algebra (Tθ(V ), [, … , ]θ, γ) is constructed on the vector space Tθ(V ) = G⊕V, which is called the Tθ-extension of an n-Hom Lie algebra (G, [, … , ], α) by the G-module (V, ρ, β). 相似文献

We study (non-abelian) extensions of a given hom-Lie algebra and provide a geometrical interpretation of extensions, in particular, we characterize an extension of a hom-Lie algebra g by another hom-Lie algebra h and discuss the case where h has no center. We also deal with the setting of covariant exterior derivatives, Chevalley derivative, Maurer-Cartan formula, curvature and the Bianchi identity for the possible extensions in differential geometry. Moreover, we find a cohomological obstruction to the existence of extensions of hom-Lie algebras, i.e., we show that in order to have an extendible hom-Lie algebra, there should exist a trivial member of the third cohomology. 相似文献

In particular we give lower and upper bounds of the strong global dimension, show the behavior of the strong global dimension under one point extensions and tilting.
