n-Lie 代数的扩张

文章主要研究n-Lie 代数的扩张问题. 首先利用n-Lie 代数的模作n-Lie 代数的T_θ- 扩张与T_θ^*-扩张. 再利用模度量3-Lie 代数,做3-Lie 代数的双扩张. 文章最后利用4- 指标阵构造了m 维3-Lie代数的双扩张.     

Extensions of operator algebras I

We transcribe a portion of the theory of extensions of C^∗-algebras to general operator algebras. We also include several new general facts about approximately unital ideals in operator algebras and the C^∗-algebras which they generate.     

Extensions of quantum enveloping algebras

In this paper, we define a class of extended quantum enveloping algebras U _q (f(K, J)) and some new Hopf algebras, which are certain extensions of quantum enveloping algebras by a Hopf algebra H. This construction generalizes some well-known extensions of quantum enveloping algebras by a Hopf algebra and provides a large of new noncommutative and noncocommutative Hopf algebras.     

Skew group algebras of piecewise hereditary algebras are piecewise hereditary

We show that the main results of Happel-Rickard-Schofield (1988) and Happel-Reiten-Smalø (1996) on piecewise hereditary algebras are coherent with the notion of group action on an algebra. Then, we take advantage of this compatibility and show that if G is a finite group acting on a piecewise hereditary algebra A over an algebraically closed field whose characteristic does not divide the order of G, then the resulting skew group algebra A[G] is also piecewise hereditary.     

Extensions of modules over Weyl algebras

In this paper we calculate some groups of singular modules over the complex Weyl algebra . In particular we determine conditions under which is an infinite dimensional vector space when or .

     

Congenial algebras: Extensions and examples

We study the congeniality property of algebras, as defined by Bao, He, and Zhang, to establish a version of Auslander’s theorem for various families of filtered algebras. It is shown that the property is preserved under homomorphic images and tensor products under some mild conditions. Examples of congenial algebras in this paper include enveloping algebras of Lie superalgebras, iterated differential operator rings, quantized Weyl algebras, down-up algebras, and symplectic reflection algebras.     

Extensions of n-Hom Lie algebras

n-Hom Lie algebras are twisted by n-Lie algebras by means of twisting maps. n-Hom Lie algebras have close relationships with statistical mechanics and mathematical physics. The paper main concerns structures and representations of n-Hom Lie algebras. The concept of n_ρ-cocycle for an n-Hom Lie algebra (G, [,… , ], α) related to a G-module (V, ρ, β) is proposed, and a sufficient condition for the existence of the dual representation of an n-Hom Lie algebra is provided. From a G-module (V, ρ, β) and an n_ρ-cocycle θ, an n-Hom Lie algebra (T_θ(V ), [, … , ]θ, γ) is constructed on the vector space T_θ(V ) = G⊕V, which is called the T_θ-extension of an n-Hom Lie algebra (G, [, … , ], α) by the G-module (V, ρ, β).

Extensions of hom-Lie algebras in terms of cohomology

We study (non-abelian) extensions of a given hom-Lie algebra and provide a geometrical interpretation of extensions, in particular, we characterize an extension of a hom-Lie algebra g by another hom-Lie algebra h and discuss the case where h has no center. We also deal with the setting of covariant exterior derivatives, Chevalley derivative, Maurer-Cartan formula, curvature and the Bianchi identity for the possible extensions in differential geometry. Moreover, we find a cohomological obstruction to the existence of extensions of hom-Lie algebras, i.e., we show that in order to have an extendible hom-Lie algebra, there should exist a trivial member of the third cohomology.     

Homological properties of piecewise hereditary algebras

Let Λ be a finite dimensional algebra over an algebraically closed field k. We will investigate homological properties of piecewise hereditary algebras Λ. In particular we give lower and upper bounds of the strong global dimension, show the behavior of the strong global dimension under one point extensions and tilting. Moreover we show that the “pieces” of modΛ have Auslander–Reiten sequences.     

Extensions of the endomorphism algebra of weak comodule algebras

Let H be a weak Hopf algebra, and let A/B be a weak right H-Galois extension. In this paper, we mainly discuss the extension of the endomorphism algebra of a module over A. A necessary and sufficient condition for such an extension of the endomorphism algebra to be weak H-Galois is obtained by using Hopf-Galois theory and Morita theory.     

Piecewise hereditary algebras under field extensions

Representation dimension of extensions of hereditary algebras

We show that if H is a hereditary finite dimensional algebra, M is a finitely generated H-module and B is a semisimple subalgebra of End_H(M)^op, then the representation dimension of is less than or equal to 3 whenever one of the following conditions holds: (i) H is of finite representation type; (ii) H is tame and M is a direct sum of regular and preprojective modules; (iii) M has no self-extensions.     

A homological characterization of piecewise hereditary algebras

Let Λ be a finite dimensional algebra over a field k. We will show here that Λ is piecewise hereditary if and only if its strong global dimension is finite.
