Bifurcation of the trajectory of the resonance of rotor blades of an axial turbocompressor leading to flutter of the blade cascade is investigated. The investigation is based on spectral analysis of the records of the transient process of the blades. It is shown that in contrast to the resonance, which has a constant phase difference between the excitation and forced oscillations of the blades, the phase shift of collective synchronous vibrations of the blades during the flutter depends on their number and the form of the diametral mode of the blade cascade. It is formed by one of the pulsation modes of the pressure of air flow.  相似文献

This paper presents an application for turning and direct modes in a complex composite laminate structure. The propagation and interaction of turning modes and fundamental Lamb modes are investigated in the skin, spar and web sections of a helicopter rotor blade. Finite element models were used to understand the various mode conversions at geometric discontinuities such as web-spar joints. Experimental investigation was carried out with the help of air coupled ultrasonic transducers. The turning and direct modes were confirmed with the help of particle displacements and velocities. Experimental B-Scans were performed on damaged and undamaged samples for qualitative and quantitative assessment of the structure. A strong correlation between the numerical and experimental results was observed and reported.  相似文献

Scale effects and dynamic similarity in the bending vibrations of helicopter rotor blades are examined by expressing the first three modes of bending vibration of a uniform, conventional rotor blade by a series of Legendre polynomials as suggested by Wilde and others. The natural frequency ratios for these three modes are then determined as functions of a dynamic similarity parameter over the entire range of designs and operating conditions from very flexible, rapidly rotating blades to highly rigid, slowly turning conditions.  相似文献

A theoretical technique for predicting the flutter characteristics of a helicopter rotor is presented. The effect of phase angle on flutter speed of a two-bladed rotor in hovering and axial flight is determined. For this purpose, a uniform and untwisted rotor blade with coupled flapwise bending and torsional degrees of freedom is considered. The transmission matrix method is used to obtain the natural vibration characteristics of the system. An unsteady aerodynamic theory is used to obtain the aerodynamic loading in compressible flow.  相似文献

根据某型号直升机定型试飞的需要,研制出了动态测量旋翼桨叶气动力学参数的光电测试系统。其中运动参数(挥舞角、摆振角和变距角)由二维位置敏感传感器响应桨叶表贴发光点的位置变化测得,挥舞应变由光纤光栅传感器测得。利用自主搭建的桨叶运动姿态仿真平台开展了相关测试实验。结果表明:各角度值与对应输出电压间有很好的线性关系,测量范围内的角度测量误差小于1%;光纤光栅与电阻应变片对比测试的一致性较好,线性相关系数达到了0.999;光纤光栅应变测量的复现性很好,两次应变测量的相对偏差仅为1.22%。系统具有较高的测试精度。  相似文献

Active feedback stabilization of multiple independent resistive wall modes is experimentally demonstrated in a reversed-field pinch plasma. A reproducible simultaneous suppression of several nonresonant resistive wall modes is achieved. Coupling of different modes due to the limited number of the feedback coils is observed in agreement with theory. The feedback stabilization of nonresonant RWMs also has an effect on tearing modes that are resonant in the central plasma, leading to a significant prolongation of the discharge pulse.  相似文献

Active feedback stabilization of pressure-driven modes in tokamaks is investigated by toroidal computations. Typically, the feedback does not strongly modify the plasma-generated magnetic field perturbation. Feedback with modest gain and a single coil array poloidally stabilizes substantially for a range of coil shapes. Optimum design uses narrow sensor coils not too far from the plasma and rather wide feedback coils, which may be outside the resistive wall. Complex gain, which makes the mode rotate, can decrease the gain required for stabilization, but real gain is more robust.  相似文献

A novel scheme of feedback stabilization of the m=1 flute mode for axisymmetric mirror machines is proposed that has potential for reactor extrapolation. A three-region plasma model is analyzed, consisting of a hot core surrounded by a warm transition annulus, which in turn is surrounded by a warm halo annulus that is in contact with segmented annular feedback plates at the two end walls. For plasma parameters characteristic of the TMX-U and MFTF-B devices at the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory and the MMX device at the University of California, Berkeley, the required feedback power is calculated. The results show that stability can be achieved in the MMX and TMX-U devices with a modest feedback gain and power. The power requirement for the near-reactor conditions of MFTF-B is more severe, but can be reduced by a modified choice of plasma parameters  相似文献

This paper presents results of a study of vortex wake structures and measurements of instantaneous 3D velocity fields downstream of a triblade turbine model. Two operation modes of flow around the rotor with different tip speed ratios were tested. Initially the wake structures were visualized and subsequently quantitative data were recorded through velocity field restoration from particle tracks using a stereo PIV system. The study supplied flow diagnostics and recovered the instantaneous 3D velocity fields in the longitudinal cross section behind a tribladed rotor at different values of tip speed ratio. This set of data provided a basis for testing and validating assumptions and hypothesis regarding classical theories of rotors.  相似文献

Wells turbine has the cascade whose stagger angle is 90°, namely the blades are perpendicular to the axial velocity. Good performance is required from 0° to 90° angle of attack because the turbine is operated in the oscillating airflow produced with wave energy. Furthermore, very interesting and complex flows are experimentally observed by the oil film method for large angles of attack where the performance is strongly influenced, especially, the self-starting. This paper tries to analyze the mechanism of these three-dimensional flows around the turbine with the flow visualization and the numerical analysis, focusing on the off-design condition.  相似文献

A ballooning perturbation in a toroidally rotating tokamak is expanded by square-integrable eigenfunctions of an eigenvalue problem associated with ballooning modes in a static plasma. Especially a weight function is chosen such that the eigenvalue problem has only the discrete spectrum. The eigenvalues evolve in time owing to toroidal rotation shear, resulting in a countably infinite number of crossings among them. The crossings cause energy transfer from an unstable mode to the infinite number of stable modes; such transfer works as the stabilization mechanism of the ballooning mode.  相似文献
