用B3LYP/6-311G(d,p)密度泛函方法对B2H5+阳离子和B2H5·自由基的几何异构体的空间构型进行了优化,并在此基础上用QCISD(T)/6-311++G(3df,2p)偶合簇法进行了单点能计算和零点能校正.结果表明,B2H5+单态有2种稳定的几何构型(D3h,C1),其中C1构型是新发现的.B2H5+三重态阳离子除已知Cs构型外,又发现两种稳定构型(C1).对于B2H5·自由基体系,共有4种异构体(包括两种新发现的构型Cs),其中,具有单桥结构的C2v最稳定.用二级多体微扰理论和密度泛函方法对前人所认为稳定的B2H5+单态的C2v构型进行了全优化,结果发现该构型始终具有一个虚频,不是稳定构型.对B2H5-阴离子体系的单态和三重态进行的全优化,理论上得出单态时具有C2v和Cs两种稳定构型,而三重态只有C2v一种稳定构型.  相似文献

在MP2/6-311+ +G(3d,3p)电子相关校正水平上,对CH3F二聚体可能存在的几何构型进行全自由度能量梯度优化和频率验证,发现3种势能面上有极小点的构型.进一步在高级电子相关校正的MP4S-DTQ、CCSD(T)/6-311+ +G(3df,3pd)方法水平上,对其中总能量最小的构型进行精确计算,得到二聚体的结合能为-9.707kJ/mol.研究结果支持了由光谱实验结果推测的构型,解释了CH3F二聚体的谐振频率的多样性.  相似文献

应用密度泛函理论,在B3LYP/6-31G(d)和CAM-B3LYP/6-31G(d)水平上优化了α-联噻吩体系H(C4H2S)n H(n=213)的基态几何构型;与此同时,利用TD-B3LYP方法计算了H(C4H2S)n H的吸收光谱,得到了其垂直激发能和体系大小n的解析表达式;并采用TD-CAM-B3LYP方法研究了其发射光谱.研究表明,H(C4H2S)n H的基态结构呈现三种构型:螺旋上升型、环型和稍有弯曲的带状结构;其中前两种构型是顺式结构,最后一种构型是反式结构;环型结构具有C2对称性,其他两种结构具有C1对称性.此外,其吸收光谱和发射光谱计算值与实验值吻合.  相似文献

用密度泛函(DFT)方法(B3LYP/6-31+G*)研究了硅硫团簇[(SiS2)nS]-(n=1~4)的可能几何构型,得到各稳定构型的电子结构,并计算了相应的振动频率,预测了稳定构型的振动光谱.由其稳定构型的比较可在理论上预测团簇的生长规律,并可初步预测团簇的形成机理.  相似文献

合成并表征了5种新的有机锡化合物.测定了(Z)-3-三苯基锡基-1,1-二苯基烯丙醇的晶体结构.晶体属于P21/n空间群,晶胞参数α=1.2357(3)nm,6=0.9874(2)nm,c=2.2081(2)nm,β=95.23(3).,z-4.分子结构是以锡为中心的畸变四面体构型,双键为顺式构型.并对其性质进行了研究.  相似文献

采用溶液扩散的方法合成了硫原子桥联芳基取代四硫富瓦烯1~4与CuBr2的4种电荷转移复合物(1)(Cu2Br6)0.5、(2)(Cu2Br6)0.5、(3)(Cu2Br6)0.5和(4)(CuBr2)。晶体结构研究表明,复合物中阴离子呈现2种构型:八面体型(Cu2Br6)2-和直线型(CuBr2)-,并且4种复合物呈现不同的堆积结构。通过调控芳基上卤素原子取代位置和大小,实现了对电荷转移复合物堆积结构和阴离子构型的有效调控。  相似文献

以HF/6-311+G*基组研究了过渡金属硅烯离子MSiH2+(M从Sc至Cu)的构型、成键特征以及M-Si键解离能.具有共平面构型的MSiH2+,其M=Si键带有明显的双键特征,M=Si键解离能从Sc至Cu呈现周期性变化,与M的金属离子激发能有近似的线性关系.  相似文献

Mo-Zn/HZSM-5催化剂上甲烷与丙烷混合物的无氧芳构化   总被引:8,自引:0,他引:8  
研究了甲烷和丙烷的混合气体在x%Mo+6%Zn/HZSM-5催化剂上(x=0.3,0.5,0.7,0.9)的无氧芳构化反应性能.结果表明,在873K,GHSV=3L/(g·h)和n(C1)/n(C3)=1.0条件下,甲烷的转化率在29%~35%之间,芳烃选择性大于80%.其中0.7%Mo+6%Zn/HZSM-5对甲烷表现出最优的活性,甲烷转化率达到34.8%,丙烷转化率为69.6%.探讨了反应时间和n(C1)/n(C3)比对甲烷和丙烷转化率及其产物分布的影响.结果显示,丙烷的存在促使甲烷活化并参与芳构化反应.同位素13CH4示踪实验发现,13C进入了C6H6+,C7H8+和C8H10+碎片中,进一步证实了甲烷进入芳烃形成过程.此种用丙烷活化甲烷的过程可能为天然气和炼厂气的直接利用提供了一个新的反应途径.  相似文献

由于拥有―C(O)S―和―NCO基团, FC(O)SNCO的分子和电子结构是非常有趣的. 利用FC(O)SCl和AgNCO制备了FC(O)SNCO,并利用HeI光电子能谱(PES)、光电离质谱(PIMS)以及理论计算研究了其分子和电子结构. 通过将实验、理论计算以及自然键轨道(NBO)分析结合起来, 获得了FC(O)SNCO的最稳定分子构型. 利用外壳层格林函数(OVGF)方法以及与相似化合物的比较, 对其光电子能谱进行了指认. 理论计算表明,对于中性分子最稳定的构型为syn-syn非平面构型, 而电离后的离子最稳定构型为syn-syn平面构型. 实验结果表明, 第一电离能来自于S的孤对电子轨道, 为10.33 eV. 第二至第六电离能分别为12.03、13.23、13.77、14.78、15.99 eV, 并对这些电离能进行了指认. 在光电离质谱中产生了六个质谱峰, 分别为SN+、FC(O)+、SNCO+、FC(O)SN+、C(O)SNCO+、FC(O)SNCO, 其中FC(O)SNCO的峰是最强峰. 结合HeI光电子能谱和理论计算, 对PIMS进行了分析,并研究了可能的电离和解离过程并对其进行了讨论.  相似文献

合成了1,3-丙二胺邻苯二酚钼钨手性八面体配合物(NH3CH2CH2CH2NH2)2[Mo0.4W0.6O2(C6H4O2)2],并对其进行了单晶结构解析,研究了其与ATP作用的液相NMR谱.该晶体属正交晶系,空间群为Pcan.晶胞参数a=0.7501(2)nm,b=2.3994(7)nm,c=1.2178(4)nm,Z=4.[Mo0.4W0.6O2(C6H4O2)2]2-的配位几何构型为手性八面体,晶体为外消旋体.配位阴离子中MoW中心金属离子除了与两个端基O配位形成cis-MO键外,同时还分别与两个邻苯二酚配位基团的的氧原子配位,形成4个M-Ob(M=Mo,W)键,构成两个五元环.利用1HNMR,13CNMR,31PNMR以及1H-15NHMBC对标题配合物及其与ATP在D2O溶剂中的作用进行了研究,发现标题配合物的MoW中心金属离子在纯D2O溶剂中被还原成+5价,但与ATP混合后转化为+6价,且与原配位基邻苯二酚发生解离.解离后的[MO2]2+最大可能与腺嘌呤上的氨基N原子配位,而此配位可能是其抗癌抗肿瘤活性的主要作用机理之一.  相似文献

用溶胶-凝胶法以磷钼酸(MPA)的镍盐溶液水解钛酸四丁酯制备了NiPMo/TiO2催化剂.使用ICP、 XRD、 TG-DTA、 IR、 TPD-MS和微反应技术研究了催化剂的化学组成、热稳定性、化学吸附性质和催化反应性能.杂多钼酸盐与TiO2通过O2-在TiO2表面发生了键合.在623 K下,杂多阴离子仍保持原有的Keggin结构.CO2在Lewis酸位Ni(Ⅱ)和Lewis碱位Ni-O-Mo的桥氧协同作用下生成CO2卧式吸附态Ni(Ⅱ)←O-(CO)←(O--Ni).丙烯有多种吸附态在催化剂上吸附.在563 K、 1 MPa和空速1500 h-1的反应条件下,丙烯的摩尔转化率为3.2%,产物MAA选择性为95%.  相似文献

The Langevin paramagnetic theory can’t describe the relation between magnetization of ferrofluids and applied magnetic field. The structuralization of ferrofluids, which is considered the main influence factor of the magnetization, is regarded. The part of magnetization works is deposited when the structure is forming. This action influences the magnetization of ferrofluids directly or indirectly. On the base of the “compressing” model, the Langevin function that usually describes the magnetization of ferrofluid is modified, and a well-fitted curve is obtained. An equation of the relation between the equivalent volume fraction after being “compressed” and the intensity of magnetic field is discovered, which approximately describes the process of magnetization. The relation between the approximate initial susceptibility and the volume fraction can be obtained from modified formula.  相似文献

The highly regioselective Buchwald–Hartwig amination at C-2 of the cheap and readily accessible reagent, 2,4-dichloropyridine with a range of anilines and heterocyclic amines is described. This new methodology is robust and provides a facile access to 4-chloro-N-phenylpyridin-2-amines on 0.25 mol scale. These intermediates undergo a further Buchwald–Hartwig amination at higher temperature to enable rapid exploration of the chemical space at C-4 and to provide a library of 2,4-bisaminopyridines.  相似文献

KMnO4-mediated oxidative CN bond cleavage of tertiary amines producing secondary amine was introduced, which was trapped by electrophiles (acyl chloride and sulfonyl chloride) to form amides and sulfonamides. Regiospecific and direct imidation of the methyl C(sp3)–H bond of thioanisoles is realized under mild and metal-free conditions with N-fluorobis(benzenesulfonyl)imide as an oxidant and nitrogen source. Proposed mechanism suggests that thionium ion intermediates and a Pummerer-type reaction are involved. The imidation has advantages such as high step-economy, excellent functionality tolerance, and regiospecificity, giving structurally diverse imidation products.  相似文献

A general synthesis of previously unknown semicarbazone-based α-amidoalkylating reagents, 4-(tosylmethyl)semicarbazones, has been developed. The synthesis involved three-component condensation of semicarbazones of aliphatic or aromatic aldehydes with the same or other aldehydes and p-toluenesulfinic acid. The scope and limitations of this reaction were investigated. The compounds obtained were demonstrated to be an efficient α-(4-semicarbazono)alkylating agents. They were reacted with H- (sodium borohydride), O- (sodium methylate), S- (sodium phenylthiolate), N- (pyrrolidine, sodium succinimide), P- (trialkyl phosphites), and C-nucleophiles (sodium diethyl malonate) to give the corresponding products of the tosyl group substitution, 4-substituted semicarbazones, including analogues of nitrofurazone. Among the prepared compounds tested in vitro for antibacterial and antifungal activity, three nitrofuryl-containing semicarbazones exhibited high biological activities with minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) values of 8–32 μg/mL.  相似文献

A small library of new chiral bidentate hydroxyalkyl-imidazolium salts 1 is conveniently synthesized on multi-gram scale from inexpensive and commercially available chiral pool amino acids. The corresponding carbenes, generated by deprotonation of imidazolium salts 1, in combination with palladium(II) chloride were tested in the Mizoroki–Heck coupling reaction. The most significant results in terms of yields and reactivities were achieved with low catalyst loading. The catalytic activities of these imidazolium salts were also investigated in the asymmetric addition of diethylzinc to benzaldehyde. The use of MgO nanoparticles as an additive in conjunction with these ligands played a crucial role in increasing the efficiency of these reactions.  相似文献
