Graft copolymers of nucleic acid bases and L-α-amino acids on polyethyleneimine were synthesized, and carboxyl derivatives of adenine and thymine were grafted by the p-nitrophenyl ester method onto linear and branched polyethyleneimine. The carboxyl derivatives of nucleic acid bases were also grafted onto the monomeric graft copolymers of L -α-amino acids on polyethyleneimine; the carboxyl derivatives were obtained by the condensation of polyethyleneimine with L -α-amino acids with a coupling agent.  相似文献

Ethynylated polystyrene resins were prepared as functionalized polymer supports by the iodination reaction of macroporous polystyrene resins and reacted with transition metal diethynyl complex (Mt = Ni) and metal halides (Mt = Rh, Pd, and Pt) in a basic solvent using cuprous iodide as a catalyst to obtain macroporous polystyrene resins containing organotransition metals. The distribution of the metal acetylide complexes in the modified macroporous resins was determined by an electron probe microanalyzer. A gradient in the transition metal distribution was observed in any case of the modified resins. The stability of the organotransition metal complexes in the polymer matrix could be compared with a low molecular weight analogous complex quantitatively.  相似文献

The acetylation of linalool with acetic anhydride was carried out in the presence of polystyrene-bound aminopyridines and triethylamine. The catalytic activity of the immobilized aminopyridines increased with decreasing percentage of ring substitution and with increasing spacer-chain length. The increased activity is attributed to an increase in the amount of aminopyridine units complexed with acetic anhydride. The acetylation could be successfully conducted by use of a mixture of the immobilized aminopyridines and polymer-supported benzyldiethylamine, which effectively trapped acetic acid formed in the reaction system.  相似文献

A new tripeptide, L -α-aminoadipyl-L -seryl-D-valine has been synthesized by coupling the protected L-seryl-D -valine dipeptide with an appropriately protected L -α-aminoadipic acid ester. The free tripeptide was obtained after treatment with liquid HF and purification by HPLC.  相似文献

The purpose of this communication is to describe the preparation and some properties of the first two synthetic peptides containing D - and L -γ-carboxyglutamic acid. Use was made of N-protected γ,γ′-di-t-butyl-γ-carboxyglutamic acids (D , L , and DL ) described earlier [1 a]. Preliminary 1H-NMR. data (360 MHz) indicate a restricted rotation of the Gla side chain in the free amino acid as well as in the C-terminal Gla of Gla-Gla in H2O solution at acid pH. The proton dissociation from Gla and Gla-Gla was studied by potentiometric titration and NMR. methods. The pH titration in the presence of Ca2+ ions shows that Gla-Gla has a much higher association constant for this cation than Gla. It is almost as great as that of prothrombin (pCa2+ = 3.2 vs. 3.5).  相似文献

Crystal polystyrene was alkylated with N-methylolacetamide (CH3CONHCH2OH), boron trifluoride being used as the catalyst. A linear relationship between degree of N-methyleneacetamide substitution and the glass transition temperature Tg of the polystyrene was observed. The Tg values ranged from 104°C for 0% amidization to 125°C for 20% amidization. The critical strain εc of these materials was measured at room temperature in air, hexane, and oil (50–50, a cottonsed oil–oleic acid) and an increase in the εc above which crazing occurs was observed as the degree of alkylation increased. Thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) of the amidized polystyrenes in air at 250°C showed these materials to become more stable as the amount of N-methylene substitution increased. Tensile data show that the amidized polystyrene, although stronger than the unsubstituted material, exhibits the same elongation at break and tensile modulus.  相似文献

Living anionic polymerization of styrene was carried out in benzene at room temperature using 1-(3-lithiopropyl)-4-methyl-2,6,7-trioxabicyclo[2.2.2]octane and 2,2,5,5-tetramethyl-1-(3-bromopropyl)-1-aza-2,5-disilacyclopentane as an initiator and terminator, respectively, to obtain α-2,2-bis(hydroxymethyl)propoxycarbonyl, ω-amino heterodifunctional polystyrene. It was hydrolyzed to α-carboxyl, ω-amino heterodifunctional polystyrene which gave a well-defined cyclic polystyrene by the intramolecular cyclization under high dilution conditions. © 1999 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. The synthesis and optical resolution of α-phenyl β-amino-ethylpropionate led to the preparation of optically active α-phenyl β-propiolactones (PhPL) of different optical purities. The enantiomeric excess of PhPL was determined using 200 MHz 1H-NMR spectroscopy, after complexation with tris[3-(trifluoromethyl hydroxymethylene)-d-camphorato]europium III. It was then polymerized, in bulk and in solution, using a potassium acetate/crown ether complex as initiator. The optically active poly(PhPL)s thus obtained are insoluble in most organic solvents, whereas atactic poly(PhPL)s are soluble in CCl4, CHCl3, and dichloroethane. Several differences are observed between the physical properties of optically active and atactic poly(PhPL)s. However, atactic poly(PhPL)s are semi-crystalline polymers, similar to poly(α-disubstituted β-propiolactone)s, but in contrast with poly(α-methyl β-propiolactone). Melting (Tf) and glass transition temperatures, as well as enthalpy of fusion (ΔH), vary with the optical purity of the polymers. For example, atactic poly(PhPL) exhibits a Tf = 94°C and ΔH = 9 J/g as compared to Tf = 119°C and ΔH = 37 J/g for a poly(PhPL) having an enatiomeric excess of 50%.  相似文献

The reaction of malononitrile with α-phenylcinnamonitriles in ethanolic sodium ethanethiolate is studied as a convenient route to 2-amino-4-aryl-5-cyano-6-ethylthio-3-phenyl-3,4-dihydropyridines ( 5 ) and the corresponding pyridines 6 . From the study of the structure of 5a (Ar = Ph) we can conclude that this cyclization reaction proceeds via a site-selective addition of the ethanethiolate to the cyano group i of the 1,3-tricarbonitrile ( 2 ).  相似文献

Polystyrene macromonomers, fitted with a norbornenyl unsaturation in α position, have been obtained from a norbornene based carbanionic initiator that has been purposely designed to this end. The advantages of this synthetic scheme over that based on the deactivation of living PS chains are emphasized. One of the macromonomers prepared has been subsequently polymerized by ring-opening metathesis, using a Schrock complex as initiator. The characterization of the resulting polymacromonomers showed that the metathesis process occurred under “living” conditions.  相似文献

Certain polymer precursors of the general formula: where A is an aromatic structure bearing ester, amide, azomethine, or imide linkages were synthesized. Particularly, 4-hydroxybenzaldehyde was condensed with malonitrile to afford 4-hydroxy-β,β′-dicyanostyrene which reacted with a half molar amount of terephthaloyl dichloride in the presence of an acid acceptor. In addition, 3-nitrobenzaldehyde was condensed with malonitrile to yield 3-nitro-β,β′-dicyanostyrene that was catalytically hydrogenated to the corresponding amine. The latter reacted with a half molar amount of terephthaloyl dichloride, terephthaldehyde, pyromellitic dianhydride, or benzophenone tetracarboxylic dianhydride. The polymer precursors were characterized by elemental analyses as well as IR and 1H-NMR spectroscopy. Their curing behavior was investigated by DTA. Crosslinked polymers were obtained by curing the monomers at 300°C for 24 h. They were stable up to 407–437°C in N2 and afforded an anaerobic char yield of 65–50% at 800°C. The selenenylation of racemic and optically active α-phosphoryl sulfoxides is a key step leading efficiently to α-phosphorylvinyl sulfoxides or α-phosphorylvinyl selenides depending on the reaction conditions. Oxidation of α-phosphorylvinyl selenides and subsequent thermolysis of selenoxides afford alkynylphosphonates. Studies of the stereochemical course of nucleophilic addition to α-phosphoryl sulfoxides show high facial stereoselectivity of the reaction, however, epimerisation at the α-carbon atom leads to mixtures of diastereomers.  相似文献

The reaction of nucleophilic and non-nucleophilic bases wtih 2-carbamoyl-3-(γ-chloropropyl)-1-indenone ( 5 ) have been investigated. Condensation of γ-chlorobutyrophenone with malono-nitrile afforded α-cyano-β-(3-ehloropropyl)cinnamonitrile which was cyclized in concentrated sulfurie acid to produce 5 . Two other products obtained from the cyclization reaction were 2-carbamoyl-3-(γ-ehloropropylidene)-1-indanone ( 4 ) and α-carbamoyl-β-(3-chloropropyl)cinnam-amide. Treatment of a solution of 4 in ethyl acetate with piperidine resulted in cyclization of the γ-chloropropyl side chain to give 2-carbamoyl-3-cycIopropyl-1-indanone. The same compound was obtained in improved yield by the treatment of 4 or 5 with sodium hydroxide solution. The reaction of dirnethylamine with 5 in benzene gave initial Michael addition of the amine followed by internal alkylation of the carbanion so formed to yield 3a-dimethylamino-2,3,3a,8-tetrahydro-8-oxoeyclopent[a]indene-8a(lH)earboxamide ( 7a ). Similarly addition of ammonia, pyrrolidine, piperidine, benzenethiol, p-toluenethiol, 2-naphthalenethiol and nitromethane to the indenone I gave respective analogs of type 7 . Treatment of 5 with sodium cyanide in aqueous t-butyl alcohol resulted in a similar Michael addition followed by internal alkylation. In addition, cyclization between the nitrile and the carbamoyl functions occurred in the same step to give 2-oxo-4-imino-7,8-benzo-3-aza[3.3.3]-propellan-6-one ( 13a ). Hydrolysis of the iminopyrrolido ring in 13a to the corresponding suecin-irnide gave 2,4-dioxo-7,8-benzo-3-aza[3.3.3]propellan-6-one ( 13b ). Reactión of 13b with methyl iodide, allyl bromide, benzyl bromide, and diethyluminoethyl chloride afforded the corresponding N-alkylated products. A similar sequence starling with δ-ehlorovalerophenone led to 5,6-fused ring systems, including a [4.3.3]propellane. 2,9-Dioxo-4-methyl-7,8-benzo-3-aza[4.3.3]propell-4-ene was obtained by the reaction of 5 with acetone in dilute alkali.  相似文献

Polystyrene-bound 4-(1-pyrrolidino)pyridine moieties were prepared by the reaction of chloromethylated polystyrene resins with pyrrolidinopyridine derivatives containing hydroxyl groups. The supported amines were effective catalysts for acylations of tert-alcohols or enols, acylrearrangements, and diester synthesis from epoxides and anhydrides. Some of the low ring-substituted (8–15%) catalysts exhibited high activity comparable to that of 4-(N,N-dimethylamino)pyridine, though the activity was a little lower than that of 4-(1-pyrrolidino)pyridine. The recovered catalysts can be re-used, except for acyl rearrangements, without significant decrease in activity.  相似文献
