Two dinuclear molecule-bridged Cu(I) complexes, (μ-bpym)[Cu(PPh3)Cl]2 (1), [(μ-bpym)(CuL)2](ClO4)2·(CH3CN)2(H2O) (2) (bpym = 2,2′-bipyrimidine, L = (R)-(+)-2,2′-bis(diphenylphospho)-1,1′-dinaphthalene) have been synthesized and characterized. The molecular structures of the two new dinuclear compounds exhibit bridging of two copper(I) centers by the symmetrically bis-chelating bpym ligand. Intriguingly, compound 1 features a remarkable “intramolecular organic sandwich” configuration where the central 2,2′-bipyrimidine bridging ligand interacts in π/π/π fashion with two phenyl rings from the coligands above and below the central plane, while chiral compound 2 exhibits second-order nonlinear optical effect and temperature-dependent luminescence. Upon decreasing the temperature from 298 to 10 K, compound 2 shows a red light emission.  相似文献

A novel asymmetric dinuclear gold(I) complex with 3,6-diethynylphenanthroline, 3,6-bis{(PPh3)–Au–C≡C}2-phen, has been synthesized from Au(PPh3)Cl (PPh3 = triphenylphosphine) and 3,6-diethynyl-1,10-phenanthroline. The asymmetrical dinuclear gold(I) complex, 3,6-bis{(PPh3)–Au–C≡C}2-phen, demonstrated a weak phosphorescence assignable to the metal-perturbed 3 ππ* transition in the long wavelength region compared to an intense emission of the symmetrical dinuclear complex with 3,8-diethynylphenanthroline, 3,8-bis{(PPh3)–Au–C≡C}2-phen. A similar tendency of phosphorescent bands for the mononuclear gold(I) complexes with 5-ethynylphenanthroline, 5-{(PPh3)–Au–C≡C}-phen, and 3-ethynylphenanthroline, 3-{(PPh3)–Au–C≡C}-phen was observed. The absorption bands assignable to the ππ*(C≡Cphen) transition and phosphorescent emission assignable to the metal-perturbed 3 ππ* transition for these four gold(I) complexes were reasonably consistent with the results calculated by DFT and TD-DFT.  相似文献

Rhenium(I) tricarbonyl complexes with bispyridine ligands bearing sulfur-rich pendant, Re(CO)3(Medpydt)X (Medpydt = dimethyl 2-(di(2-pyridyl)methylene)-1,3-dithiole-4,5-dicarboxylate; X = Cl, 1; X = Br, 2) and Re(CO)3(MebpyTTF)X (MebpyTTF = 4,5-bis(methyloxycabonyl)-4′,5′-(4′-methyl-2,2′-dipyrid-4-ylethylenedithio)-tetrathiafulvalene; X = Cl, 5; X = Br, 6), were prepared from the reactions between Re(CO)5X (X = Cl, Br) and Medpydt or MebpyTTF, respectively. Hydrolysis of the above complexes afforded the analogues with carboxylate derivatives, Re(CO)3(H2dpydt)X (X = Cl, 3; X = Br, 4) and Re(CO)3(H2bpyTTF)X (X = Cl, 7; X = Br, 8). The crystal structures for complexes 1 · 2H2O, 5 and 6 were determined using X-ray single crystal diffraction. UV-Vis absorption spectra of the rhenium complexes show the intraligand and MLCT transitions. Electrochemical behaviors of all new compounds were studied with cyclic voltammetry. Upon irradiation, complexes 3-6 exhibit blue to red emissions in fluid solutions at the room temperature. The performance of complexes 3, 4, 7 and 8 as photosensitizers for anatase TiO2 solar cells was preliminarily investigated as well.  相似文献

A series of novel luminescent neutral cyclometalated gold(III) complexes of the type cis-[(N^C)Au(C≡CR)(2)] (R = aryl, silyl groups) having different cyclometalating cores (N^C) have been synthesized by CuI promoted halide to alkynyl metathesis with NEt(3) as in situ deprotonating agent. Along with spectroscopic characterizations (nuclear magnetic resonance and infrared spectroscopies and electrospray ionization mass spectrometry) and elemental analysis, the molecular structures of some of the complexes have been established by single-crystal X-ray diffraction studies. Photophysical studies reveal that the complexes exhibit room-temperature phosphorescence (RTP). Experimental observations and density functional theory calculations qualitatively suggest limited participation of the metal and alkynyl ligands in the lowest energy emitting state. The nature of the emission is mainly governed by metal-perturbed (3)IL(π-π*) transitions originating from the cyclometalate part of the molecule, and its variation readily leads to the tuning of the emission wavelengths. Cyclic voltammetry measurements of selected complexes showed irreversible redox behavior with near-equivalent cathodic peak potential (E(p,c)) assigned to the C^N core.  相似文献

The structures of the trinuclear gold(I), [Au(3)(2,6-Me(2)-form)(2)-(THT)Cl], the dinuclear [Au(2)(2,6-Me(2)-form)(2)], and the oxidative-addition product [Au(2)(2,6-Me(2)-form)(2)Cl(2)] formamidinate complexes are reported. The trinuclear complex is stable with gold-gold distances 3.01 and 3.55 A. The gold-gold distance in the dinuclear complex decreases upon oxidative-addition with halogens from 2.7 to 2.5 A, similar to observations made with the dithiolates and ylides.  相似文献

Three dinuclear copper(II) complexes, [Cu2(L1)2(μ-ox)](ClO4)2?2(CH3CN), [Cu2(L2)2(μ-ox)](ClO4)2?H2O, and [Cu2(L3)2(μ-ox)](ClO4)2 where ox = oxalato; L = N,N-dimethyl,N′-benzylethane-1,2-diamine, L1, N,N-diethyl,N′-benzylethane-1,2-diamine, L2, N,N-diisoprophyl,N′-benzylethane-1,2-diamine, L3, were prepared and characterized by elemental analyses, spectral (IR, UV–Vis) data and molar conductance measurements. The crystal structures of [Cu2(L1)2(μ-ox)](ClO4)2?2(CH3CN) and [Cu2(L3)2(μ-ox)](ClO4)2 have been determined by single-crystal X-ray analysis. Solvatochromic behaviors were investigated in various solvents, showing positive solvatochromism. The effect of steric hindrance around the copper ion imposed by N-alkyl groups of the diamine chelates on the solvatochromism property of the complexes is discussed. Solvatochromism was also studied with different solvent parameter models using stepwise multiple linear regression method.  相似文献

Three terephthalato-bridged dinuclear silver(I) complexes with the formulae Ag2(5map)4(tphth), [Ag2(6map)4(tphth)] · 2H2O, and [Ag2(4map)4(tphth)] · 2H2O (5map = 5-methyl-2-aminopyridine, 6map = 6-methyl-2-aminopyridine, 4map = 4-methyl-2-aminopyridine, tphth = terephthalate), have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis and single crystal X-ray diffraction. The Ag atom in each of the complexes is three-coordinate in a trigonal geometry with one carboxylate O atom and two pyridine N atoms. The characteristic difference among the complexes is the positions for the methyl groups of the aminopyridine ligands. The crystals of the complexes are stabilized by intermolecular N–H···O and O–H···O hydrogen bonds. Reactions of the iridium(III) nitrosyl complex [Ir(NO)Cl2(PPh3)2] (1) with hydrosulfide and arenethiolate anions afforded the square-pyramidal iridium(III) complex [Ir(NO)(SH)2(PPh3)2] (2) with a bent nitrosyl ligand and a series of the square-planar iridium(I) complexes [Ir(NO)(SAr)2(PPh3)] (3a, Ar = C6H2Me3-2,4,6 (Mes); 3b, Ar = C6H3Me2-2,6 (Xy); 3c, Ar = C6H2Pri3-2,4,6) containing a linear nitrosyl ligand, respectively. Complex 1 also reacted with alkanethiolate anions or alkanethiols to give the thiolato-bridged diiridium complexes [Ir(NO)(mu-SPri)(SPri)(PPh3)]2 (4) and [Ir(NO)(mu-SBut)(PPh3)]2 (5). Complex 4 contains two square-pyramidal iridium(III) centers with a bent nitrosyl ligand, whereas 5 contains two tetrahedral iridium(0) centers with a linear nitrosyl ligand and has an Ir-Ir bond. Upon treatment with benzoyl chloride, 3a and 3b were converted into the (diaryl disulfide)- and thiolato-bridged dichlorodiiridium(III) complexes [[IrCl(mu-SC6HnMe4-nCH2)(PPh3)]2(mu-ArSSAr)] (6a, Ar = Mes, n = 2; 6b, Ar = Xy, n = 3) accompanied by a loss of the nitrosyl ligands and cleavage of a C-H bond in an ortho methyl group of the thiolato ligands. Similar treatment of 4 gave the dichlorodiiridium complex [Ir(NO)(PPh3)(mu-SPri)3IrCl2(PPh3)] (7), which has an octahedral dichloroiridium(III) center and a distorted trigonal-bipyramidal Ir(I) atom with a linear nitrosyl ligand. The detailed structures of 3a, 4, 5, 6a, and 7 have been determined by X-ray crystallography.  相似文献

Treatment of [Pt(PCy(3))(2)] (Cy = cyclohexyl) with BI(3) afforded trans-[(Cy(3)P)(2)Pt(I)(BI(2))] by the oxidative addition of a B-I bond. The title compound represents the first diiodoboryl complex and was fully characterized by NMR spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction analysis. The latter revealed a very short Pt-B distance, thus indicating a pronounced pi contribution to this bond. By the addition of another 1 equiv of BI(3) to trans-[(Cy(3)P)(2)Pt(I)(BI(2))], a new Pt species [(Cy(3)P)(I(2)B)Pt(mu-I)](2) was formed with concomitant buildup of the phosphine borane adduct [Cy(3)P-BI(3)]. The former is obviously obtained by abstraction of PCy(3) from trans-[(Cy(3)P)(2)Pt(I)(BI(2))] and the subsequent dimerization of two remaining fragments. Interestingly, the dimerization is reversible, and the dinuclear compound can be converted to trans-[(Cy(3)P)(2)Pt(I)(BI(2))] upon the addition of PCy(3).  相似文献

Four copper complexes with hydroxylated bipyridyl-like ligands, namely [Cu(2)(ophen)(2)] (1), [Cu(4)(ophen)(4)(tp)] (2), [Cu(4)(obpy)(4)(tp)] (3), and [Cu(4)(obpy)(4)(dpdc)].2H(2)O (4), (Hophen=2-hydroxy-1,10-phenanthroline, Hobpy=6-hydroxy-2,2'-bipyridine, tp=terephthalate, dpdc=diphenyl-4,4'-dicarboxylate) have been synthesized hydrothermally. X-ray single-crystal structural analyses of these complexes reveal that 1,10-phenanthroline (phen) or 2,2'-bipyridine (bpy) ligands are hydroxylated into ophen or obpy during the reaction, which provides structural evidence for the long-time argued Gillard mechanism. The dinuclear copper(I) complex 1 has three supramolecular isomers in the solid state, in which short copper-copper distances (2.66-2.68 A) indicate weak metal-metal bonding interactions. Each of the mixed-valence copper(i,ii) complexes 2-4 consists of a pair of [Cu(2)(ophen)(2)](+) or [Cu(2)(obpy)(2)](+) fragments bridged by a dicarboxylate ligand into a neutral tetranuclear dumbbell structure. Dinuclear 1 is an intermediate in the formation of 2 and can be converted into 2 in the presence of additional copper(II) salt and tp ligands under hydrothermal conditions. In addition to the ophen-centered pi-->pi* excited-state emission, 1 shows strong emissions at ambient temperature, which may be tentatively assigned as an admixture of copper-centered d-->s,p and MLCT excited states.  相似文献

The dinuclear gold(I) dithiophosphonate complex, [Au(2)(dtp)(2)] (1), where dtp = [S(2)P(R)(OR')](-) with R = p-C(6)H(4)OCH(3); R'= c-C(5)H(9), has been synthesized and its reaction studied with the phosphine ligands PPh(3) and Ph(2)P(CH(2))(n)PPh(2) (n = 1-4). Compound 1 contains two gold atoms homobridged by the anionic dithiophosphonate ligand, forming an eight-membered ring complex in a chair form. After the reaction of 1 with diphosphine ligands, the dinuclear open-ring complexes Au(2)(dppm)(dtp)(2) (2), Au(2)(dppe)(dtp)(2) (3), Au(2)(dppp)(dtp)(2) (4), Au(2)(dppb)(dtp)(2) (5) were formed (dppm = diphenylphosphinomethane; dppe = diphenylphosphinoethane; dppp = diphenylphosphinopropane; dppb = diphenylphosphinobutane). The reaction with dppm is stoichiometry-dependent. Thus, when 1 reacts with 2 equiv of dppm, the ionic complex [Au(2)(dppm)(2)(dtp)]dtp forms. This dtp counterion was exchanged with tetrafluoroborate to yield [Au(2)(dppm)(2)(dtp)]BF(4), the crystallization of which afforded two interconvertible isomers, 6-yellow and 7-white. Reaction of 1 with PPh(3) affords the tetracoordinate mononuclear complex [Au(dtp)(PPh(3))(2)] (8). The molecular structures of 1-8 were confirmed by X-ray crystallography and show multiple coordination modes and geometries. The crystal structures of 1 and its reaction products with dppm (2, 6, 7) show short intramolecular Au.Au aurophilic bonding interactions of 2.95-3.10 A while no intermolecular interactions were discernible. However, reaction products of 1 with longer-chain Ph(2)P(CH(2))(n)PPh(2) ligands, n = 2-4, exhibit structures that lack both intra- and intermolecular Au.Au interactions.  相似文献

A series of luminescent dinuclear neutral complexes of stoichiometry [(AuSPh)(2)(PPh(2)-(C(6)H(4))(n)-PPh(2))] (n = 1, 2, 3) as well as their tetranuclear cationic derivatives [(Au(2)SPh)(2)(PPh(2)-(C(6)H(4))(n)-PPh(2))(2)](PF(6))(2) are reported. Their crystal structures have been elucidated by X-ray studies. These studies indicate that, for the dinuclear species, only when n = 1 the molecules exhibit intermolecular aurophilic interactions. None of the tetranuclear species crystallizes in their molecular form, due to the formation of aggregates through Au···Au interactions. The origin of the luminescence has been analyzed by computational studies indicating that the presence or absence of aurophilic interactions does not affect the luminescent behavior and that intraligand charge transfer processes which involve the thiolate and the diphosphine are responsible for the emissions. The result is in contrast with the thiolate-gold charge transfer processes which dominate the photophysics of gold-thiolate compounds and reveals the influence of the phenylene spacers in the emissive behavior of these compounds.  相似文献

The first gold(I) trithiophosphite complexes were synthesised and fully characterised. Reaction of (tht)AuX (X = Cl, C6F5; tht = tetrahydrothiophene) with trithiophosphites (RS)3P (R = Me, Ph) and the bicyclic [(SCH2CH2S)PSCH2]2 (2L) afforded the corresponding molecular complexes (RS)3PAuX [R = Me, X = Cl (1); R = Me, X = C6F5 (2); R = Ph, X = Cl (3); R = Ph, X = C6F5 (4)], and 2L(AuX)2 [X = Cl (5), X = C6F5 (6)]. Reacting (tht)AuCl consecutively with two mole equivalents of (MeS)3P and then AgOTf, gave the ionic compound {[(MeS)3P]2Au}OTf (7). The compounds were characterised by multinuclear NMR spectroscopy, IR measurements and mass spectrometry, and the crystal and molecular structures of 1, 3, 6, two polymorphs of 2 as well as the known (MeO)3PAuCl (8) were determined by X-ray diffraction. The halide complexes 1 and 8 are isostructural and exhibit infinite chains of “crossed-sword”-type aurophilic interactions with Au?Au contact distances of 3.2942(3) and 3.1635(4) Å, respectively. Complex 6 exhibits a long Au?Au contact of 3.4671(9) Å. Au?S interactions between 3.3455(7) and 3.520(2) Å are present in the structures of 1 and one polymorph of 2.  相似文献

Four azido-bridged dinuclear Mn(II) complexes, [Mn2(phen)4 μ-1,1-N3)2][FeIII(bpmb)(CN)2]2·H2O (1), [Mn2(phen)4(μ-1,1-N3)2][FeIII(bpClb)(CN)2]2·H2O (2), and [Mn2(phen)4(μ-1,1-N3)2][MIII(bpdmb)(CN)2]2·3H2O [M = Fe (3) or Cr (4); phen = 1,10-phenanthroline, bpmb2– = 1,2-bis(pyridine-2-carboxamido)-4-methyl-benzenate, bpClb2– = 1,2-bis(pyridine-2-carboxamido) 4-chloro-benzenate, bpdmb2– = 1,2-bis(pyridine-2-carboxamido)-4,5-dimethyl-benzenate], have been synthesized using the synthetic strategy of large anion inducement. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that all four complexes are doubly end-on (EO) azido-bridged binuclear Mn(II) complexes with two large [M(L)(CN)2] (L = bpmb2?, bpClb2?, or bpdmb2?) building blocks acting as charge-compensating anions. The magnetic properties of the complexes have been investigated, and the results indicate that the magnetic coupling between two Mn(II) centers through the EO azide bridges is ferromagnetic, with J = 0.64(1) cm?1 for 1, 0.43(1) cm?1 for 2, 0.50(1) cm?1 for 3, and 0.66(2) cm?1 for 4. The magneto-structural relationships of EO azido-bridged Mn(II) systems are discussed.  相似文献

Novel chelators, i.e., 4-(2-pyridyl)-1,2,3-triazole derivatives, were synthesized by means of Cu(I)-catalyzed 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition and used to prepare luminescent Re(I) complexes [ReCl(CO)(3)(Bn-pyta)], [ReCl(CO)(3)(AcGlc-pyta)] and [ReCl(CO)(3)(Glc-pyta)] (Bn-pyta = 1-benzyl-4-(2-pyridyl)-1,2,3-triazole, AcGlc-pyta = 2-(4-(2-pyridyl)-1,2,3-triazol-1-yl)ethyl 2,3,4,6-tetra-O-acetyl-beta-d-glucopyranoside, Glc-pyta = 2-(4-(2-pyridyl)-1,2,3-triazol-1-yl)ethyl beta-d-glucopyranoside). X-Ray crystallography of Bn-pyta and Glc-pyta indicated an azocompound-like structure while the 1,2,4-triazole isomer has an azine character. [ReCl(CO)(3)(Bn-pyta)] crystallized in the monoclinic system with space group P2(1)/n. Bn-pyta ligand coordinates with the nitrogen atoms of the 2-pyridyl group and the 3-position of 1,2,3-triazole ring, which is a very similar coordinating fashion to that of the 2,2'-bipyridine derivative. The glucoconjugated Re(I) complexes [ReCl(CO)(3)(AcGlc-pyta)] and [ReCl(CO)(3)(Glc-pyta)] hardly crystallized, and were analyzed by applying extended X-ray absorption fine structure (EXAFS) analysis. The EXAFS analyses suggested that the glucoconjugation at the 1-position of the 1,2,3-triazole makes no influence to the coordinating fashion of 4-(2-pyridyl)-1,2,3-triazole. [ReCl(CO)(3)(Bn-pyta)] showed a blue-shifted maximum absorption (333 nm, 3.97 x 10(3) M(-1) cm(-1)) compared with [ReCl(CO)(3)(bpy)] (371 nm, 3.35 x 10(3) M(-1) cm(-1)). These absorptions were clearly assigned to be the mixed metal-ligand-to-ligand charge transfer (MLLCT) on the basis of time-dependent density functional theory calculation. The luminescence spectrum of [ReCl(CO)(3)(Bn-pyta)] also showed this blue-shifted feature when compared with that of [ReCl(CO)(3)(bpy)]. The luminescence lifetime of [ReCl(CO)(3)(Bn-pyta)] was determined to be 8.90 mus in 2-methyltetrahydrofuran at 77 K, which is longer than that of [ReCl(CO)(3)(bpy)] (3.17 micros). The blue-shifted electronic absorption and elongated luminescence lifetime of [ReCl(CO)(3)(Bn-pyta)] suggested that 4-(2-pyridyl)-1,2,3-triazole functions as an electron-rich bidentate chelator.  相似文献

A hexanuclear gold(I) selenido cluster and its sulfido counterpart, [Au6{μ‐Ph2PN(CH2o‐Py)PPh2}33‐E)2](ClO4)2 (E = S, Se), with bridging bis(diphenylphosphino)amine ligands were synthesized and characterized. The X‐ray crystal structure of the selenido cluster was determined, with the gold core possessing a distorted heterocubane structure. Intramolecular aurophilic interactions with short Au(I)?Au(I) contacts of around 3.09–3.13 Å were observed. The complexes were found to emit strongly in the solid state with orange to red emission colors. Their electronic absorption and emission properties were also investigated.  相似文献

New mono- and dinuclear rhenium(I) tricarbonyls, of formulas [Re(bpy)(CO)3(PCA)]+ (1), [(bpy)(CO)3Re(I)(PCA)Re(I)(CO)3(bpy)]2+ (2), and [(bpy)(CO)3Re(I)(PCA)Ru(II)(NH3)5]3+ (3) (bpy = 2,2'-bipyridine, PCA = 4-pyridinecarboxaldehydeazine), have been synthesized as PF6- salts and characterized by spectroscopic, electrochemical, and photophysical techniques. These species do not emit at room temperature in CH(3)CN; however, in aqueous solutions, a decrease in pH induces luminescence in all of them, due to protonation of one of the N atoms of the -C=N-N=C- chain of PCA, as indicated by the pKa values of the ground states, obtained by absorption measurements, which are ca. 3 orders of magnitude lower than the pKa value of the pyridine N of PCA in complex 1. On the other hand, the values of pKa* of the excited states, obtained by emission measurements, of complexes 1 and 2 are similar (pKa* = 2.7 +/- 0.1 at I = 0.1 M) and higher than those of the corresponding ground states. At low values of pH, chemical decomposition takes place rapidly in complex 3, but not in 1 and 2, supporting the possible use of these latter species as luminescent sensors of pH. The heterodinuclear complex, of formula [(bpy)(CO)3Re(I)(PCA)Ru(III)(NH3)5]4+, was obtained by bromine oxidation of the [Re(I), Ru(II)] precursor in CH3CN solution; from spectral and electrochemical measurements, the recombination charge-transfer reaction [Re(II), Ru(II) ] --> [Re(I), Ru(III)], which occurs after photoexcitation, is predicted to lie in the Marcus inverted region.  相似文献

The dinuclear copper(I) complex [Cu(2)L(1)(CH(3)CN)(2)](ClO(4))(2) (1, L(1) = 3,6,9,17,20,23-hexaazatricyclo[23.3.1.1]triaconta-1(29),2,9,11(30),12(13),14,16,23,25,27-decaene) has been structurally characterized. As previously described, intramolecular ligand hydroxylation (at the aromatic ring) was observed when 1 was reacted with dioxygen. A stopped-flow analysis of the reaction of 1 with dioxygen under different conditions did not allow a "dioxygen intermediate" to be spectroscopically detected. Detailed NMR and electrochemical data on 1 are also presented and evaluated for the first time. No copper(II) complexes of L(1) could be characterized due to hydrolysis of the compounds. In contrast, complex 2-differing from 1 only in an increase in the size of the chelate rings-did not undergo intramolecular hydroxylation when it was oxidized. The crystal structure of 2 is also described.  相似文献
