In the presence of Pd catalyst, 3-imidazoline nitroxyl radicals promote oxidative coupling (dimerization) of terminal alkynes even in the absence of Cu(II) additives. On the other hand, the Pd-free CuI-PPh3-K2CO3-DMF catalytic system leads to the efficient cross-coupling of 1-hydroxy-4-[2-(p-iodophenyl)vinyl]-2,2,5,5-tetramethyl-3-imidazoline-3-oxide with terminal aryl- and hetarylacetylenes with the formation of 4-[2-(aryl/hetarylethynyl)phenyl)vinyl]-2,2,5,5-tetramethyl-3-imidazoline-3-oxide-1-oxyls in 70-75% yields.  相似文献

The Stephens-Castro reaction of copper(I) salts of 1-aryl(hetaryl)alkynes with 2,2,5,5-tetramethyl-4-[2-(4-iodophenyl)-vinyl]imidazoline-3-oxide-1-ol proved to be a general method for the preparation of 2,2,5,5-tetramethyl-4-[2-(p-aryl(hetaryl)ethynylphenyl)]vinyl-3-imidazoline-3-oxide-1-oxyles.  相似文献

(E)-2,2,5,5-Tetramethyl-3,4-diphenylhex-3-ene does not iodinate under normal conditions. Silver trifluoromethanesulfonate catalysis of the silver sulfate/iodine promoted reaction is shown to add versatility to this reation and successfully produce (E)-3-(4'-iodophenyl)-2,2,5,5-tetramethyl-4-phenylhex-3-ene and (E)-2,2,5,5-tetramethyl-3,4-di(4'-iodophenyl)hex-3-ene in good yield under mild conditions. Success is shown to be dependent upon the presence of a trace of water in the dichloromethane solvent.  相似文献

Hydroxyamination of 3-chlorocarbonyl-2,2,5,5-tetramethyl-2,5-dihydropyrrol-1-oxyl gave previously unknown 3-(hydroxycarbamoyl)-2,2,5,5-tetramethyl-2,5-dihydropyrrol-1-oxyl whose structure was determined by X-ray analysis. The hydroxamic acid fragment has cis configuration, and the carbonyl group occupies distorted trans position with respect to the double bond in the planar dihydropyrrole ring.  相似文献

The reaction of NH2OH with the derivatives of 2,2,5,5-tetramethylpyrrolin-1-oxyl-3-carboxylic acid in all events led to the formation of a mixture of the corresponding nitroxylhydroxamic acid with a stable O-acylhydroxylamine. The ratio between the products depends on the nature of the acylating agent and under the studied conditions varies from ∼5.5: 1 to 1: 3 indicating the comparable nucleophilicity in this reaction of N and O atoms in the hydroxylamine. The most active chloride of the mentioned acid alongside the indicated products afforded in a considerable yield N,O-diacylhydroxylamine and the triacylated hydroxylamine, 3-{[(2,2,5,5-tetramethyl-1-oxylopyrrolin-3-yl)carbonyloxyimino][(2,2,5,5-tetramethyl-1-oxylopyrrolin-3-yl)carbonyloxy]-methyl}-2,2,5,5-tetramethylpyrrolin-1-oxyl. Method for the synthesis of m-and p-isomers of 4-[2-(ethynylphenyl)vinyl]-2,2,5,5-tetramethyl-3-imidazoline-1-oxyl 3-oxides by the cross-coupling of 4-[2-(3-iodophenyl)vinyl]-and 4-[2-(4-iodophenyl)vinyl]-2,2,5,5-tetramethyl-3-imidazoline-1-oxyl 3-oxides with (trimethylsilyl)acetylene followed by desilylation was elaborated. The reactions at the CH-fragment of the ethynyl group were performed. The Mannich reaction proceeds with the loss of a spin label, whereas the oxidative homocoupling, with its retention. The reaction of a diene nitroxide precursor with dichlorophenylphosphine in a McCormac procedure afforded 1,1,3,3-tetramethyl-5-phenyl-1,2,3,4,5,6-hexahydrophospholo[3,4-c]pyrrole-5-oxide-2-oxyl. Lithiation of the protected 3-iodo-pyrroline nitroxide followed by treatment with chlorodiphenylphosphine after deprotection afforded (1-oxyl-2,2,5,5-tetramethyl-2,5-dihydro-1H-pyrrol-3-yl)diphenylphosphine oxide, and after reduction, (1-oxyl-2,2,5,5-tetramethyl-2,5-dihydro-1H-pyrrol-3-yl)diphenylphosphine was realized, which was also supported by X-ray single crystal diffraction measurements. This pyrroline diphenylphosphine derivative was converted to hexadecylphosphonium salt, which is an analogue of antineoplastic agent, MITO-CP.  相似文献

Nucleophilic addition of 2-mercaptobenzothiazole to 4-alkyl-4-hydroxy-2-alkynonitriles at 1:1 ratio in the presence of 4-6 wt% of Et3N occurs regio- and stereospecifically to afford (Z)-4-alkyl-3-(benzothiazolyl-2-thio)-4-hydroxy-2-alkenonitriles (yield 40-51%). In the presence of 1.3 wt% of Dabco the thiazole and 4-hydroxy-4-methyl-2-pentynonitrile (1:1) give rise to a mixture of 2-alkenonitrile and 2-(3,3,6,6-tetramethyl-2-cyanomethyl-5-cyanomethylene-1,4-oxathian-2-yl)thiobenzothiazole. At the use of 4-6 wt% of LiOH arises an intractable mixture containing 1,4-oxathiane, benzothiazol-2-one, 2-[1-(5,5-dimethyl-2-cyanomethyl)-4-cyanomethylene-1,3-oxathiolan-2-yl)-1-methylethyl]thiobenzothiazole, bis(2,2,5,5-tetramethyl-6-cyanomethyl-3-cyanomethylene-1,4-oxathian-6-yl) disulfide, bis[1-(5,5-dimethyl-2-cyanomethyl-4-cyanomethylene-1,3-oxathiolan-2-yl)-1-methylethyl] disulfide, and 3-[1-(5,5-dimethyl-2-cyanomethyl-4-cyanomethylene-1,3-oxathiolan-2-yl)-1-methylethyl]benzothiazol-2-one (according to 1H and 13C NMR data). 2-mercaptobenzothiazole adds to 3-phenyl-2-propynonitrile in the presence of 7 wt% of KOH with regio- and stereospecific formation of (Z)-3-(benzothiazolyl-2-thio)-3-phenyl-2-propenonitrile (88%).  相似文献

Pivalyl-t-butylmethylene was Generated by the photolysis of 2,2,5,5,-tetramethyl-4-diazo-3-hexanone at T < 22 K. As expected. only one set of triplet signals was observed in the ESR which was assigned to pivalyl-r- butylmethylene, the first alkyl substituted ketocarbene isolated, in the trans conformation. In addition a set of weak, but well-reproducible signals was also observed and it was assigned to the quintet state triplet radical pair. Photolysis of the analogous 3-diazo-2-butanone, however, fails to generate any triplet signal indicating that probably Wolff rearrangement with migration of a methyl and/or 1.2-H shift can compete successfully with ISC from the singlet ketocarbene.  相似文献

2,2,5,5-四甲基-1-氮2,5-二硅环戊烷及双-(二乙氨基二甲基硅基)乙烷分别与乙二胺进行胺解反应均生成标题化合物,结构单晶经X射线分析确证.晶体属正交晶系,空间群为Pcab,晶胞参数a=11.043(3),b=12.811(2),c=16.090(4)A;V=2276A[3];Z=4;D0=1.01g.cm[-3],μ=2.53cm[-1].结构分析表明,分子具有对称中心,环系中的五个原子处于近乎同一平面内,氮原子系平面构型,因而使氮原子的未公用电子对所占P轨道与相连硅的3d轨道之间的作用更为有利;环中的Si-N-Si键角为114.5度.较相应开链类似物[(CH3)3Si]2NH中的Si-N-Si键角(131.3度)显著为小,这可能就是乙二胺中氮上的四个氢在胺解条件下能同时被四个硅基取代的原因.  相似文献

Nitroxides can ameliorate the toxic effects of radiation during cancer therapy. Nitroxides are paramagnetic and can be used in magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and electron paramagnetic resonance imaging (EPRI) to monitor in vivo oxidative stress status. Compound 5 (3-(N-piperidinemethyl)-2,2,5,5-tetramethyl-1-oxy-3-pyrroline) was found to be the most effective nitroxide radioprotector. An efficient synthesis for this promising radioprotector was developed.  相似文献

Nitroxide derivatives of C60 and C70 were obtained by [3+2] cycloaddition of 4-(4-azidophenyl)-2,2,5,5-tetramethyl-3-oxy-2,5-dihydroimidazol-1-oxyl to fullerenes. The products were isolated by TLC and studied by EPR and optical spectroscopy. Molecular rotation of the adducts was shown to slow down on successive addition of the nitroxides, rotational correlation times depending nearly linearly on the number of the nitroxides added. Investigation of photochemical stability of nitroxide derivatives of C60 and C70 in benzene-ethanol medium reveal that the dissolved oxygen quenches efficiently the excitation of nitroxide (λ = 250–400 nm). In the absence of oxygen photoexcitation converts nitroxides to diamagnetic products, presumably, hydroxylamines formed through the interaction with the solvent.  相似文献

(4-Bromobut-2-en-1-yl)triphenylphosphonium bromide reacted with phenylhydrazine at 2°C in the presence of sodium carbonate to form triphenyl[4-(2-phenylhydrazinylidene)but-2-en-1-yl]phosphonium bromide in 62% yield. The obtained N-phenylhydrazine derivatives cyclized into the corresponding pyrazoline derivatives of phosphonium salts. Unlike phenylhydrazine, ethylhydrazine reacted with (4-bromobut-2-ene-1-yl)triphenylphosphonium bromide under the same conditions to afford triphenyl[(1-ethyl-4,5-dihydro-1Hpyrazol-3-yl)methyl]- and -[(1-ethyl-1H-pyrazol-3-yl)methyl]phosphonium bromides in yields of 60 and 40%.  相似文献

Electron spin echo modulation effects have been investigated in trans bis(2,2,5,5-tetramethyl-3-imidazoline-3-oxide-1-oxyl-4-il) ethylene biradicals involving 14N or 15N nuclei in different positions. The modulation frequencies are shown to be the nitrogen nuclear transition frequencies in radical fragments at mS = 0 of a triplet electronic spin. A 4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-4,5-dihydro-1H-imidazole-3-oxide-1-oxyl lithium derivative was found to react with 2-methoxypentafluoro-1,4-naphthoquinone to form a product of addition at the carbonyl function: radical 2-(3,5,6,7,8-pentafluoro-1-hydroxy-2-methoxy-4-oxo-1,4-dihydronaphthalen-1-yl)-4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-4,5-dihydro-1H-imidazole-3-oxide-1-oxyl. The yield of the addition product increased with temperature and reached 84% at 0?°C. The reaction of the lithium derivative with hexafluoro-1,4-naphthoquinone gave rise to a product of addition at both carbonyl groups, namely, nitronyl nitroxide diradical 2,3,5,6,7,8-hexafluoro-1,4-bis(4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-3-oxide-1-oxyl-4,5-dihydro-1H-imidazole-2-yl)-1,4-dihydronaphthalene-1,4-diol in a 16% yield. The structures of both mono- and diradical were solved by X-ray diffraction analysis, which revealed formation of an intramolecular H-bond between the OH group and nitroxide oxygen. According to electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) spectroscopy, the obtained mono- and dinitroxide are prone to spontaneous deoxygenation in a toluene solution to give corresponding iminonitroxides.
