4-(7-甲氧基-2,2-二甲基-2,3-二氢苯并呋喃-5-基)-2-芳氨基噻唑的合成、晶体结构与杀虫活性

以2-(2-甲基烯丙氧基)苯酚为原料, 经Claisen重排、呋喃环化、醚化、Friedel-Crafts乙酰化、α-溴代和噻唑环化等反应合成了22种4-(7-甲氧基-2,2-二甲基-2,3-二氢苯并呋喃-5-基)-2-芳氨基噻唑化合物. 化合物的结构经质谱、1H NMR和元素分析等确证. 采用单晶X射线衍射仪测定了化合物7j的晶体结构, 该晶体属于单斜晶系, 空间群为C2/c, 晶胞参数a=2.21140(12) nm, b=0.87602(5) nm, c=2.13911(12) nm, β=115.5380(10)°; V=3.7391(4) nm3, Z=8, Dc=1.375 g/cm3, F(000)=1616, S=1.046, μ=0.333 mm-1, 最终偏差因子R1=0.0390, wR2=0.1079. 杀虫活性实验结果表明, 化合物7a, 7b, 7h和7t在浓度为500 mg/L时对蚕豆蚜死亡率分别为95.12%, 62.60%, 57.53%和59.06%.     

Synthesis and Characterization of New Schiff Bases 2-(2-(2-(Aryl)Methyleneamino)Phenylthio) Ethylthio)-N-((aryl)Methylene)Benzeneamine

A series of Schiff bases containing four to six coordination sites N₂S₂ X₂(X = O,N) 2-(2-(2-(aryl)methyleneamino)phenylthio)ethylthio)-N-((aryl)methylene)benzeneamine (2c–f) were prepared from the reaction of 1,2-di(2-aminophenylthio)ethane (1) with aromatic aldehydes. All compounds were characterized by means IR, mass, ¹H and ¹³C NMR spectroscopy, and elemental analysis, and in the case of 2b with a single crystal X-ray diffraction. The X-ray crystal structure of 2b showed that the resonance occurs between aromatic rings, through the C=N bonds of the molecule.

A facile synthesis of novel unsymmetrical N-(4-oxo-2-phenyl-3(4H)-quinazolinoyl)-N-(aryl)acetamidines

<正>A series of novel unsymmetrical N-(4-oxo-2-phenyl-3(4H)-quinazolinoyl)-N-(aryl) acetamidines was synthesized by reacting ethyl(1H)-N-(4-oxo-2-phenylquinazolin-3(4H)-y1)ethanimidoate(2) and suitable reactive aromatic amines.Structures' determination of the synthesized compounds was carried out using spectroscopic techniques including IR,~1H NMR,and mass spectrometry. Structural effects on reactivity were also studied.     

Synthesis, Crystal Structure and Fungicidal Activity of (E)-2-[(4-tert-Butyl-5- (4-methoxybenzyl)thiazol-2-ylimino)methyl]phenol

The title compound(E)-2-(4-tert-butyl-5-(4-methoxybenzyl)thiazol-2-ylimino)me-thylphenol was synthesized by the reaction of 5-(4-methoxybenzyl)-4-tert-butylthiazol-2-amine with salicylaldehyde=and its crystal structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction.The crystal belongs to the monoclinic system=space group P21/c with a=5.9362(8)=b=11.5070(15)=c=29.460(4)=β=97.326(3)°=V=1995.9(5)3=Z=4=F(000)=808=C22H24N2O2S=Mr=380.49=Dc=1.266 g/cm3=S=1.031=μ=0.181 mm--1=the final R=0.0474 and wR=0.1441 for 4327 observed reflections(I > 2σ(I)).Intramolecular O-H…N hydrogen bond is observed in the crystal.The preliminary bioassay showed that the title compound exhibits 95% inhibition rate against Rhizoctonia solani at the test concentration of 500 mg/L.     

A Three-dimensional Neodymium（Ⅲ）- potassium（Ⅰ） Coordination Polymer

The title compound [NdK（btec）（H2O）2]n 1 was synthesized via the hydrothermal reaction of Zn（OAc）E·H2O, Nd（NO3）3 and KOH with 1,2,4,5-benzenetetra-carboxylic acid （H4btec）, and characterized by elemental analysis and infrared spectra. The crystal of 1 crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 8.9023（3）, b = 7.8954（1）, c = 17.6249（5）A,β= 91.857（1）°, V= 1238.16（6）A^3, Z = 4, C10H6KNdO10, Mr= 469.49, Dc = 2.519 g/cm^3, F（000） = 900 andμ（MoKa） = 4.585 mm^-1. The final R = 0.0404 and wR = 0.0832 for 2197 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ（I） and R = 0.0431 and wR = 0.0854 for all data. X-ray diffraction reveals that the btec ligand serves as a μ16-bridging ligand to link the Nd（Ⅲ） and K（Ⅰ） atoms into a three-dimensional coordination polymer. Photoluminescent investigation shows that the title compound displays strong emission in the blue region, which may be attributed to an intraligand emission state.

The compound （SiCl3）2Fe（CO）4 was synthesized and structurally characterized by X-ray single-crystal diffraction. It crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P2 1/n with α = 8.287（2）, b = 9.829（2）, c = 9.042（2） A, β = 96.19（3）°, V= 732.2（3） A^3, C4Cl6FeO4Si2, Mr = 436.77, Z = 2, Dc = 1.981 g/cm^3, F（000） = 424, μ（MoKα） = 2.282 mm^-1, the final R = 0.048 and wR = 0.164 for 1109 observed reflections （I 〉 2σ（I））. The crystal structure of （SiCl3）2Fe（CO）4 reveals that the Si（l）- Fe-Si（l）^a sequence is linear and perpendicular to the Fe（CO）4 cross-shaped plane.
